I had not been approved the hungama service, and not been entertained this up to date. unfortunately the movies, music, games charges has been included my landline bill from thre month of june, july&august 2015. Hence i request to deactivate entire pack immediately and transfer the amount to my landline account.otherwords force to go to consumer court . i am sick why are you not showing pokemon master quest new episodes every day is doraemon day i hate doraemon it shows very bad things to kids like- bullying, annoying and disrespecting teachers etc. we want pokemon back (new episodes) i luv pokemon and if you continue showing doraemon for too much i will unsubscribe your channel it has been a month since pokemon new episodes aired plz show pokemon we want pokemon back

I haven't activated BSNL hungama services, but i have been charged Rs.347.0 for 3 months.I dono want this to happen again and want my money to refund.Kindly favour me to do this.

I want to file a complaint against hungama.com. They offered a mobile phone samsung galaxy core in redemption of 30060 points of hungama. I earned these points after listening of too many songs and watching videos. I ordered samsung galaxy core 2 on 4th march 2015 but they did not delivered till date. I wrote many emails and then on april 12 they informed me via email that my product should be delivered in 5 to 6 working days. But till date i am not receiving my phone. Kindly resolved the issue. Are you guys kidding me ??? Hangama you have ruined the dubbing of beyblade and when did Kai have those cheap people accent ...a cartoon should have a normal accent and some different accent for each character ...and about Kenny / chief he is a girl if you guys don't know about the serial then please don't broadcast it...and what happens to the opening song and end credits ...those parts are important for a serial ...if you guys are not interested in it so much ...then please don't ruin it for us and for the people and kids who are seeing it for the first time ...change the dubbing and add opening songs and ending credit or stop the production.

I have purchased a headphone(sennehieser hd[protected]coins) from HUNGAMA.COM by doing tasks and earned coins but they are not approving my order and saying that I have earned coin in wrong manner while I had done all tasks. If I had made a mistake in earning coins then how can coins can be credited in my account. I am attaching screen shot of my order. And they are blaming me that I am fraud so I am disappoint with it.It was very hurtful and i have waste a huge amount of Internet data and my precious time and mobile balance. They are not attending my call, when i call with other number then they pick the call but do not forward the call to their appropriate officer above them. So please take action against hungama.com.

I received a call from Hungama employee regarding subscription of services and at the end of the conversation I have asked him that I don't need any such services and to kindly de-activate the services. He said that I wont be charged unless I click on the link sent to my e-mail id. But, I received the bill next month of charging Rs.150. Then I contacted BSNL office and unsubscribed from the services. Again I received the bill amounting to Rs.420. So, I logged into Hungama Account and de-activated again. Also I sent an e-mail to 'support.[protected]@hungama.com' and they replied me "Please note as per the details and record we have confirmation done by user himself. so in this scenario we can not provide you with the refund". I need the details and records regarding the subscription of services. So, I kindly request you to help me to get my money back. Thank You!!

In month of Nov.2012, we received a phone call from hungama claiming that along with BSNL they are offering downloads of games, music and movies. We were told that they would issue us a user name and password to use such services. It was also confirmed that we will be charged only if we log in with the provided user name and password. Reluctantly we accepted the request and never used or downloaded any game/song/movie from the said site. Though we were surprised to see a charge of Rs.80.79 in our November bill. We understand that many of our friends and relatives too are charged while no one has used their services.

No one at hungama is picking up the phone provided as a toll free customer care number_[protected].
Local BSNL office refuses any tie up with hungama.
Please help us with this online forgery.

I dont know whether the origin of this programme is japnese or chinese but the content and the teachings in it are unacceptable, as the hero of the show doremon gives his friend nobeta such gadagetry solutions to lie to his parents, to take wrong revenge on his friends, to hide mistakes, to skip homework, to fool the teacher, to be lazy etc the list is endless, our kids especialy...

Your customer care representative spoke to me about Hungama.com site and he told me the the product is totally free and he told me that he will be mailing the pincode details etc. but tillnow I have not received any mail and Ihave not used your site. But when the BSNL bill came the service charge is charged with out my consent. Iam not interested in your site and you may please deactivate my account.
