Hush Puppies — Bata unwilling to Repair or Replace Hush Puppies sandals!

I bought a Hush Puppies sandal with article code 864-4970 on 25/11/2019. The cost of the product is Rupees 2999/-. The sole of the sandal is damaged as of now and when I took it to get it repaired they told me its Bata's policy not to repair a product and can only replace it only within 90 days of purchase date. Hush Puppies is sold by Bata in India and after paying close to Rupees 3000/- for a pair of sandal I am unable to use it neither get it repaired. I contacted the customer care team and they said they are not responsible for the repair and I cannot get it replaced. The sandal was purchased just 5-6 months before the covid lockdown and they told me that due to wear and tear the product is damaged when I have not even used it on a regular basis.Is this the so called quality I should expect of BATA & HUSH PUPPIES.
