Dear sir,

I am kanchan from ahmedabad city in gujarat. I am regular buyer of hush puppies footwear. Just 2 to 3 months back we gave a footwear for repair at your outlet of c g road in ahmedabad.

We had some serious issues at family front and hence in shifting the house we misplaced the slip (Though again we doubt that he gave a slip in fact he just said collect in a weeks time). However coming to the point when yesterday we went to the store your employee was highly rude and did not co-operate saying bina slip ke kuch nahi milega.

Today again when i called the floor manager ms. Ruchi she too behaved so horrible, no decency to talk the customer and her words were 40 people come and tell that our footwear is with you that doesnt me i will answer them, no slip no footwear. On her extremely rude behaviour i just said mind your language and immediately she disconnected the line. Also, let me be more specific to err is human so instead being rude she could have been nice and said i will try my best to help you out. I am surprised of her this behaviour. Have never gone through all this (And even the footwear has not cost me 100-200 bucks). Its in thousands and she should not forget that. I spoke to her just now on[protected].

My point is any customer you give a slip you too must be keeping a copy of it for your ready reference (Thats how business is done and records are kept which you will not deny). And moreover if the footwear is given repair it is the responsibility for them to call and remind that pls collect your footwear. She challenged me no other footwear company does that. I am a regular buyer from brands like metro, ind5, woodlands, charles and keith and have never had this bitter experience. They inform no sooner they receive and at the same time a single reminder too.

Pls do not forget your revenues are not from the rude service your employee has given to me and its because of client like us.

I want you to look into the matter and do the needful on immediate basis.in your duplicate copy at your end there must be my name or mobile no. To trace the footwear. Pls note down the name and no. Kanchan/kavita and [protected]/[protected].

I am complaining about a pair of footwear that i recently purchased (15/04/2019) from hush puppies store cannaught place, new delhi. The quality of the product that i purchased is this much worse that its heel got damaged in just a single time use. I visited the store regarding the same but the store manager named praveen kumar is not at all willing to listen to the complaint and said that i have damaged the product as its heel got rubbed ("ghis gya") when i wore it... I don't understand how can a footwear for 5000 rupees from such a reputed brand like hush puppies can get damage in a single time use... Is the product quality this much worse??... He himself provided me the email id to complain as he already knew that nobody is going to listen to the customer... As he didn't do anything i logged a complaint on the customer care but didn't receive any satisfactory response... They said the product got damaged due to regular wear and tear... Its been less than 15 days since i bought it and i wore it for just a single time then how can it be regular wear and tear... When i asked them the basis on which they resolved my complaint as i didn't provide any pictures of the damaged product or the product itself except for the store manager who has seen it... They said the product is inspected by the concerned authorities then if the concerned authority is only the store manager then what is the purpose of having customer care if the services are not meant for customers but directed only towards the store manager.
I am a regular customer of hush puppies but i have never experienced this kind of problem and this kind of behavior towards customer.
Here, m providing the pictures of the damaged product.
I need my product to be replaced as the product quality is not at all acceptable for a product costing 5000 rupees from a reputed brand like hush puppies.

I had purchased sandle UK size 4 with Aricle Code [protected] of Hush Puppies from Bata, Vivacity, Unit No. SF-8, 2nd flr, Voltas Compound, Pokharan Road No. 2, Thane, Maharashtra, India by Invoice No.CM[protected]dated 13.11.2018. I could not use them for next four months as I wanted to use them in the month of July. Since the product is purpose of all season use I purchased it clearly getting assurance from the sales girl that it will not give any trouble. I started using them since last 15 days. But after using them I am having severe pain in my feet to the extent that I am on pain killer tablets. Now I cannot use them inspite of spending almost 4000/- on the product. I will, therefore, like to get them exchanged with other product

I have discussed and followed up for my issue number of times at customer service number and also at hush puppies store. No-one cares to resolve this compliant raised since 1-mar. There is no tat being followed for cutomer compaint resolution. I am sharing with you the pictures of my hand bag which is torn from the sides and the bill dated 11-nov-2018.

I have following issues -
1. Hush puppies bag worth almost 4000 is already torn in a period of 3 months. Extreme poor product quality with high prices
2. While billing sunil sharma bata employee had billed the hand bag under the different item code.
3. Galleria market hush puppies employee akash srivastava store employee was not at all supportive and helpful in sorting out the issue. He was not aware of who his bosses are and how to help a customer.

Please provide a replacement of the product and provide my money back.

On 10.10.2018, I have purchased a pair of Hush Puppies shoe. But wearing after 5 times, I find that the Right Footed Shoe has became some wrinkle. Whereas the Left Footed Shoe is OK as I used previous time. I am a regular customer of your reputed brand and it is a really very painful experience I have ever had from a branded company like you.

I had purchased Hush Puppies socks on 28 Jun 18 through Amazon for Rs.389. But the socks worn out within 15days. I took up the quality issue with Hush puppies by making complaint through online but they handed over the matter to Bata India. I wrote mail to Bata India but they also closed the matter stating that this product can not be replaced. Please do needful by taking action against the company for selling such supirious product and make the refund thereof.

I bought hush puppies shoes from hush puppies outlet at phoenix mall chennai, i bought this for my wedding and i hardly used it for 15-20 times since then, it has been more than a year i purchased the shoes, now the sole is broken, it costed me 6500 bucks approx. Kindly help me by replacing the sole, i am ready to pay the replacement cost.

I have purchased the slippers on 10/11/2017 from hush puppies store, in orbit mall, bangalore

After wearing it for 2 months it was completely worn out and foul smell is coming.
I have given it for repair on24/02/2018.

Today when i went to collect chappals they gave me back stating that it is repaired. But i still see them in the old shape and stinking

Hence i have refused take it back and left this with the store

The response from the store is pathetic and i don't expect this from hush puppies.

I want the replacement of my chappals within a week time else i will go to consumer court.

I have purchased 3set of hush puppies socks (Article number[protected] along with a pair of hush puppies shoes, size -9 on[protected] at bata shoe store (Shop number-1707) and the bill number is 3693. The bill amount is rs4096.
I had a very bad experience on wearing that socks. It’s creating very very bad smell. Then i contacted that store and they asked me to contact customer care. Then i booked a complaint via bata toll free number. The request id is 655340.
Now i’m awaiting for the result!!!

I bought a new shoe (BRAND # HUSH PUPPIES) from a nearby shoe store..
I hardly wore it for two hours in the office and started to feel cramped in the feet... I ignored it for a while I was busy at work.. After a couple of hours when I took a break I could not walk as the shoes hurt me at the Achilles Tendon (muscle just above the heel) and in no time it turned red and sore... I some how managed and left for the day as I felt quite uncomfortable in the legs and difficulty in walking... When I reached home and removed the shoes ... to my surprise the white socks which I had worn had turned black at the corners as if there was polish in the inner sole...
So in a few hours I have to throw away my branded socks, got sores on my feet and lost a half days pay.
After paying Rs. 4500/- for a pair of shoe and expecting only trouble thereafter, how do call it a Branded shoe... I bought the shoe expecting comfort... which turned to be a curse..
HUSH PUPPIES are known for their excellence in shoe making as per whats being portrayed by the BRAND.
I have returned the shoe to the store and they stated that it only depends on the distributor who replied by saying he cannot replace the shoe..

This is regarding manufacturing issues with my hush puppies shoes artical no. 824-6963 — invoice no. #cm[protected] — one pair footwear — amount rs. 4204.30/- recently bought from your authorized hush puppies store at pacific mall, subhash nagar, new delhi dated 08/01/2018.

Here, i was facing issues in my little finger of my right foot from the moment i started wearing it. It also effected my other parts of my foot as well. But i was under impression that it will take some more days to take shape with my foot. But still i'm carrying with the same pain with no relief. Day before yesterday i visited the same store narreted everything about the issues but they didn't taken any action & refused me to do anything regarding it.

So, i request you to replace the same article with any of your other articles. I even don't mind paying extra cost if i get any other expensive shoes.

This is regarding shoes purchase from Hush Puppies showroom, 109, City Center Mall, Rohini Metro, Rohini, Delhi, 110085, India

I had bought Hush puppies shoe worth Rs. 6999/- in month of Feb, 2017. As per quality of shoes I use to wear them in marriages or parties only. So frequency o[censored]sing them during warranty period was very less but from July-17 on wards I wore them in regular office routines but unfortunately the shoes tore in one week only. Currently I am facing problem in frequent repairing of shoes.

History of repair:
First time repair: July, 2017
Second time repair: Sep, 2017
Third time repair: Nov, 2017

In all the above repairs I faced pasting problem and i think this shoe is not repairable due to defect in pasting adhesive.

I request the higher authority to exchange my shoes with new one.

Purchased Hush Puppies Waterproof men's formal Shoes from Rohini City Centre Mall, Delhi.
Purchased on 17th October, 2017, the cost of shoes Rs 7999/ without any discount.The low quality of the shoes exposed within three weeks of purchase, its leather quality is not good so I took my shoes back to the Hush puppies retailer on 18th October, 2017, he gave me a small slip and he said will get in a weeks time.when I went to the dealer on his said date, he said he hasn't received the shoes yet.So I called customer care on 26th October, 2017, and they gave me complaint number 1009297, but to my shock when I went to collect my shoes as told by customer care that it will be sent today, they sent the shoes back to dealer without any rectifications neither any comments for e.g. what action they have taken or any remarks, but nothing was their in it.
My article number is 824-6362 shoes size 7.

I have bought a pair of formal shoes from hush puppies store at high street phoenix, lower parel, mumbai, approximately a week back. I had to send that shoes to my friend at bangalore and now after trial, he is facing size issues. The shoes bought is of size 7 and what would be a perfect size is 8.
I wanted to get the shoes exchanged for size 8 at any of the stores in bangalore.
Please advise if this is possible.
Also, we don't have an invoice of the bill however, i do have a record of payment details made at store in the form of a message.

But as they didn't have my size available at that time they promised me to deliver to my home. After 12 days i got delivery from your thane viva mall store but they sendme the wrong size. I had purchased a ladies handbag costing Rs. 3900/- from Hush Puppies in August, 2016.

Edges of the handle started peeling off within few months. Zip got spoilt by March, 2017.

I gave the bag for repairs at Hush Puppies outlet at Seasons Mall, Pune on[protected]. The person at the counter (Mr. Bimlesh) informed me that the zip can be repaired but handle cannot be repaired.

I requested him that iof the handle cannot be repaired, he can replace the handle and I am ready to pay whatever cost it incurs.

Bimlesh told me he will inform me in two days.

I did not receive any call till date. Today, when I called at the shop, an Ashish informed me that Bimlesh has been transferred and that he is not aware about any such bag. He called Bimlesh and later informed me the same thing which Bimlesh had told me earlier (that the handle cannot be repaired).

Ashish further told me that the zip will be repaired by Tuesday (2nd May) and I can collect it later.

The information should have been given to me earlier as promised.
The zip repair, I was informed, was free of cost - it should have been completed by now!
I had agreed to pay for a new handle. I have not been given any proof that no new handle can be fixed onto the bag!!!

This is sheer negligence on part of your employee. I am a working woman and am not able to go/call frequently to get such small tasks completed!!!

Request to kindly look into the matter at the earliest and arrange for needful.

I recently purchased brown leather shoes from hush puppies showroom at Pacific Mall in Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh) on 25November 2016. I wore them just 2 times and the leather of shoes is worn out from the front giving an impression that they are worst quality product.

I went to showroom and they still did not replace it even in warranty.

I want shoes to be replaced as I never expected such poor quality product after spending Rs.5000/-.

I can send the pictures of the same to show how poor the quality is. Kindly do the needful as I am very upset about it.

Please take this on highest priority and appreciate a revert from your end.

But When I visited to store and met with Mr Joginder (Store Manager of Hush Puppies) He deny to exchange the product. He told me he has not received any email from BATA's for exchanging the product.
