No delivery or refund from clovia order id: 22767108

Address: Palone House, Poovathoor P O, Pathanamthitta

I placed an order on the Clovia website with Order ID: 22767108. It has been over one month, and I have not received the product. Despite waiting patiently and contacting Clovia customer support multiple times, there has been no positive response or resolution.

Neither have I received my order, nor has my refund been processed. The delay and lack of communication are completely unacceptable and have caused mental distress.br...

My online Order not delivered and no refund issued

My Online order 22530545 order placed on 23 March 2025 and followed up with clovia consistently and no proper response and my refund is not provided either my product was delivered worst service from clovia....

Not able to return the item even after multiple follow up

Address: Balaji layout, Nallurahalli Main road

I have received the products and am not satisfied with the quality. I have followed up multiple times with the customer service on this. everyday they say EOD the status will be updated. however the expected delivery date keeps going forward from 6th march to 10th and now to 14th.

My concern is even after delivering the product why it is taking too long to get upadted in the app...

Hacked account

Hi

My clovia account has been hacked and my email id is changed in clovia account.
correct email id: mehta*****@gmail.com
hackers email id: [protected]@gmail.com

On 17th march 22, morning at 4am I received an otp which must have been received by the hacker over email. He tranaferred my clovia wallet amount(771rs) to his paytm.

I called your customer care and executive was not...

Payment deducted but no confirmation received

I placed an order of 3 bras on Clovia for Rs 1196 and paid from Paytm wallet. The money was deducted but the my orders section was not updated in the app or online. I did not get any confirmation of my order or any order ID. I tried contacting the customer care but no response. I tried contacting on whatsapp as well and tried tracking my order but they are not recognising my e-mail. If the order is not received I need my refund ASAP. Please...

Status of refund

I do have an account with you guys, have placed an order involving two bras, but the order has not been placed yet but the amount has been deducted from my paytm account, what is this nonsense????????????

Citi Bank has merged to Axis Bank since incase any refund processed with Citi IFSC it will be revert bank to vendor.

in that case amount will be deducted from your bank. why cant you reissue refund and do the needful?
no from past 2 months you are troubling me by asking every week statement and same drama we working.
dont you have shame to lie?
if you working from 2 months why not able to identify the issue?

    My name is Upanishad Rohira. Clovia blocked my account because I was complaining in National consumer helpline & Edakhil again & again. They said better to block. They are not giving my 4 lakhs in clovia app wallet. Deducting balance again n again bringing to negative balance.

    See the fraud . See the total order value and the amount deducted. And the orders that they are deducting is delivered on same day 1 St may 24. I am unable to exchange or return. So my total 4.5 lakhs they have looted.

        We made a purchase through clovia store last night (23/11/2023) but after making the purchase the executive at the store refused to gave us the bill becouse we asked to gave the discount which was mentioned in the store but she told us that that offer was on selected products but no such terms and conditions or star mark was mentioned over there.

        After a very long discussion she finally agreed to gave us the discount but refused to gave us the bill

        I dont have much time to argue with her as my one year old son was waiting for me at home.

        Below i m attaching the proof of purchase and the payment made for the same.

          Please find attached email for your reference they mentioned refund of 1690 credited to original source but thats not true pathetic experience useless customers support real fraudsters they provide bad quality products tampered shampoo, conditioner and say these cant be returned as per policy and when you return any product within there policy they will harass you guys for refund

            I have successfully placed on order in clovia about a month ago and the delivery date is keep on post poning I did not got my order delivered yet even after a month.I don't have the option to cancel the order. Clovia is not responding properly and not tracking issue.worst service is provided.Blocked my money and wasting my time as well.
            same situation with me . They are frauds

              Hi,
              I got the package in open condition due to your delivery agent services. The delivery executive delivered my packet in Victor B 301 whereas my address is Victor B 603. I raised multiple complaints to return my packet as it is in open condition because when you guys don't accept order back so why should i accept the packet in open condition. I already explained my concern several times that if you guys don't accept open package then Why should i accept it. I got the open package.

              Kindly go through the conversation over call on 6 Sep'23 and 8 Sep'23 and 11 Sep'23 I have shared the images as well. Your executives are giving fake revert over rhe call that they have raised the concern but actually they didn't. Nobody jis even bother of listening the concern properly. Is this the way Clovia provide resolution?

                I Manik wants to permanently delete my Clovia Account, it is clearly mentioned in clovia Privacy Policy 13. Paragraph 1 that Customer can request Account Deletion but when I send a mail to clovia Customer Support they refuse it. I have multiple times mentioned that it is written on your Privacy Policy but they ignore it.

                So I am taking your help to address my issue.

                    I have made a purchase at two websites simultaneously
                    Clovia and Little box.
                    They both share same logistics -Xpressbee
                    Due to size mismatch i had to return(replace) both companies item. But due to same logistics, confusion was created and i for clovia order ID: 16269976, i sent Little box item which was worth 2000.
                    From past 1 month ( infact more than 1 month) i hace been trying to contact clovia but they are not helping and only telling that they did not receive the return item to their ware house which is quite impossible given the time frame.

                    They are now not returning my product and holding it and not even responding to mails.

                      I have ordered 4 panties from clovia after delivering there was a default option for return and exchange i have placed exchange request for 2 panties from which only panty is delivered due to some technical glitch 0 quantity was selected for one out of the two panties since then i have been following up with them that either they should return my amount in original payment mode or should deliver the exchange they are just making me fool since a month no resolution os provided my order id is 16338595 now they are saying i have returned only single article liars
                      Please help me get my money from them

                        I have purchased 10 products from Clovia and return 5 products back. I didn’t receive the refund back of those 5 products. Order id are 16004251 & 16004252. I have raised the complaint 4 times in Clovia but their service is pathetic. Every time they told me that you will refund back in 3 to 5 days but it’s been 1 month and I didn’t get my refund back. Their service is too bad. Didn’t expect this type of behaviour from Clovia. Total amount of refund is Rs 4053

                          I have made an online purchase on clovia app. The amount was debited from my credit card but clovia app says payment failed. The amount is also not reversed in my account. In my account transaction history this payment is showing. Dont know what to do please help.
                          Order id is 16062565. After this i have choose the cash on delivery, but my debited money is not reversed in my bank account yet .

                            I have made request for refund of two products and it has been more than 15days they had picked up parcel from my end but not initiating refund to me ...different customer care agenta says different thing on call some says you will recieve it within 2-3days and some says till now their site had not recieved pick up parcels...please acknowledge my complain as i am totally frustrated by these site
