Please find attached email for your reference they mentioned refund of 1690 credited to original source but thats not true pathetic experience useless customers support real fraudsters they provide bad quality products tampered shampoo, conditioner and say these cant be returned as per policy and when you return any product within there policy they will harass you guys for refund

    I have successfully placed on order in clovia about a month ago and the delivery date is keep on post poning I did not got my order delivered yet even after a month.I don't have the option to cancel the order. Clovia is not responding properly and not tracking issue.worst service is provided.Blocked my money and wasting my time as well.

      I got the package in open condition due to your delivery agent services. The delivery executive delivered my packet in Victor B 301 whereas my address is Victor B 603. I raised multiple complaints to return my packet as it is in open condition because when you guys don't accept order back so why should i accept the packet in open condition.       I Manik wants to permanently delete my Clovia Account, it is clearly mentioned in clovia Privacy Policy 13. Paragraph 1 that Customer can request Account Deletion but when I send a mail to clovia Customer Support they refuse it. I have multiple times mentioned that it is written on your Privacy Policy but they ignore it.

      So I am taking your help to address my issue.

          I have made a purchase at two websites simultaneously
          Clovia and Little box.
          They both share same logistics -Xpressbee
          Due to size mismatch i had to return(replace) both companies item. But due to same logistics, confusion was created and i for clovia order ID: 16269976, i sent Little box item which was worth 2000.
          From past 1 month ( infact more than 1 month) i hace been trying to contact clovia but they are not helping and only telling that they did not receive the return item to their ware house which is quite impossible given the time frame.

          They are now not returning my product and holding it and not even responding to mails.

            I have ordered 4 panties from clovia after delivering there was a default option for return and exchange i have placed exchange request for 2 panties from which only panty is delivered due to some technical glitch 0 quantity was selected for one out of the two panties since then i have been following up with them that either they should return my amount in original payment mode or should deliver the exchange they are just making me fool since a month no resolution os provided my order id is 16338595 now they are saying i have returned only single article liars
            Please help me get my money from them

              I have purchased 10 products from Clovia and return 5 products back. I didn’t receive the refund back of those 5 products. Order id are 16004251 & 16004252. I have raised the complaint 4 times in Clovia but their service is pathetic. Every time they told me that you will refund back in 3 to 5 days but it’s been 1 month and I didn’t get my refund back. Their service is too bad. Didn’t expect this type of behaviour from Clovia. Total amount of refund is Rs 4053

                Hi
                I have made an online purchase on clovia app. The amount was debited from my credit card but clovia app says payment failed. The amount is also not reversed in my account. In my account transaction history this payment is showing. Dont know what to do please help.
                Order id is 16062565. After this i have choose the cash on delivery, but my debited money is not reversed in my bank account yet .

                  I have made request for refund of two products and it has been more than 15days they had picked up parcel from my end but not initiating refund to me ...different customer care agenta says different thing on call some says you will recieve it within 2-3days and some says till now their site had not recieved pick up parcels...please acknowledge my complain as i am totally frustrated by these site

                    I ordered two item from clovia for 1st time ... I had size issue for 1st one and for 2nd one they did not send pajama along with second one so returned both the items and items picked up but it's been 1 month they r not refunding my money I have been calling them from 20 days they only saying ur concern highlighted again and again lastly days they transferred the call to the senior before 10 days but she gave me 2 false transaction id by saying ur refund issed but still not received my refund ... they are both the order id 1st one is..15483420 price 2599 2nd one15583192 price 3299.. they r cheaters.. my total loss amount is5898 rupe plz plz plz help me to get my refund they r taking our money illegally

                      I had placed a order on[protected], order bearing no. 15754745, products are
                      1) Non-Padded-non-wired full cup slip -on maternity Bra in black -cotton in SKU : BR2415A13 .worth Rs. 399/- (4 quantity)
                      2) Non-Padded-non-wired full cup slip -on maternity Bra in black in SKU : BR2087J13 .worth Rs. 385/- ( 4 quantity)
                      3) Assorted Tank top (Free-Size) SKU: CMC0 10P99 of Rs. 151/- ( 1 quantity) .

                      Total amount 1789/-

                      The above products were shipped to me on Wednesday 12th April 2023 and subsequently i received order on[protected]. On the same day due to size issued and there were no availability of next size so i requested for return of product and initiate refund. The product was picked up on 17th of April 2023 and till date no refund is reflecting in my bank account. Even upon severel requests and on repetitive enquiry no one responds. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible and get back to me with my refund amount.

                        I've placed a return request of 2 of the products and exchange request of 1 product for my order I'd 15542300 but my refund and exchange is not initiated by Clovia. It's been approximately 15days the product are picked up but now they are saying that they have not received the pick up confirmation. I'm really pissed off. I think it's Clovia's duty to get in touch with the Delivery agents and not customers. They are actually cheaters. I'm placing queries daily and still no resolution. Now they're asking me to share the screenshot of pickup confirmation message that I've never received.

                          I have placed 2 order no 15309984 and 15310001 with clovia on 6th march and by mistake i provided contact no [protected] instead of [protected] and for that regards i have called customer care department of clovia and updated my contact no.despite several times reminder they have delivered only one order and that too on 17th march but when ask about the 2nd order i.e 15310001 they are sending false mails that it will be deliver in one day or 2 and i have called them several times regarding the issue but they keep my call on long hold and than disconnect. i have attached the proof of the calls made to there customer department

                            Order money is deducted from my bank account but they refuse to accept that they have already received it. And have not either refunded or processed my money/order. This has been confirmed by my upi merchant that the money has already been sent to them but they deny making excuse such as technical glitch.

                              The expected delivery date of tracking id.[protected] order no. 15264443 is changing everyday. Inspite of lodging a complaint on clovia, the issue is yet to be resolved and the delivery is getting unnecessarily delayed.

                                I ordered 3 bras and i found one was damaged. So i put an exchanged that particular one.and it was taken away But still i didn't receive the good one.
                                In 'my orders' it is shown that the product is on hold.

                                  I have received the products and am not satisfied with the quality. I have followed up multiple times with the customer service on this. everyday they say EOD the status will be updated. however the expected delivery date keeps going forward from 6th march to 10th and now to 14th.

                                  My concern is even after delivering the product why it is taking too long to get upadted in the app

                                    I had ordered 8 pieces of bra on 1st Feb Order no: 14882048. The same was returned at one go due to size issues, post-talking to your customer support team
                                    Out of 8, i received 5 as exchanges on 8th Feb, ORDER NO. 14943107, but rest 3 is still pending. since then i have been calling up and following up for exhange or atleast refund. all the time your team said they have initiated refund of the rest 3. today is 1st of March, nearly a month and so far i have not received any refund.
                                    Today again i called, and it is the same dialogues. i have no other option to but to reach out to you for the money lost, this has costed me my time, effort, peace of mind, focus etc.
