Hv Technologies — Getting threatening calls of filing a case against me by a fraud company

I made a quikr account on 18 May, 2021 and on 19 May, 2021 I started receiving calls and messages from many companies for job. I got a whatsapp message from [protected] and the person claimed to be Alpesh Patel from HV TECHNOLOGIES and offered me a job of solving captchas. Amount for each right captcha was Rupees 3 and I needed to complete 7000 captchas per week. The exact message is as follows:

I ageed to join the job then he asked me to send a photo of my aadhaar card and then I did it. After that he called me and said that i'll be receiving another call from the company and i just need to say yes to confirm that I want to join and so I did this too. After that I received my login i.d and password for the site where i need to work and complete captchas.
On the next day I got to know that this company is fraud and even if i'll complete all the captchas correctly then also they will not pay me. So I decided not to do the work. Then on 28 May, 2021 I started receiving messages which said that the company will be taking legal action against me and if I want to resolve the matter outside the court then i need to pay them money and just need to call on no. [protected] to resolve the case. I first ignored the calls and messages but a few days back on 31 May, 2021 I got a whatsapp message from [protected] claiming that he is Adv. Rupesh Yadav. He sent me a photo of a letter which said that HV Technologies company has filed a case under section of 73-74-75 of Indian Contract Act.
The letter said if I do not settle the issue out of court then I need to attend in the court with my advocate. Address of the court written was:

I want to get this issue resolved and don't want to receive any calls and messages from the company
