Dear Water Board I am a customer of HMWSSB I reside in Cjandanagar on Plot No 4-133/1 Manjeera road chandanagar 500050 I have been noticing water oozing out of the pipeline and leads to lot water wastage. Since water is precious we need to ensure such wastage does not occur. May I request the water board near OUT Colony to please take up the matter seriously and rectify the pipeline. My connection no.[[protected]] in the name of K Prabhakar Rao, My building is vacant from march-2020, my water meter status is showing as locked and they are charging Rs 3606/ per month by default even though we have not used a drop of water, I have requested HMWSSB to change the status and convert from commercial to Residential

These bills are not fare and causing so much burden, Request to consider and reduce the outstanding bill and also do the needful to convert to residential

There is a HMDA approved residential layout in Krishna Reddy Pet-ORRGC with LP number -000048/LO/Plg/HMDA/2018 (Rainbow Meadows), and venture owners have not constructed drainage and water supply in proper way, there is no rain water harvesting plan to individual house, the septic tank is getting filled every day, there is not outlet given to septic tank, No sewage Treatment plant, they are simply pumping out the drainage in ORR Service road canal, please check and resolve the issue.

In our area, too much water has entered inside apartment and water level is high and not possible to walk and take vehicle. Please remove water immediately

Not getting Sufficient Water at Prashanti Nagar Colony, Uppal, Hyderabad.
Please address it at the earliest.

Drainage is overflowing outside my house it's been issue for every 3 months i request you please look into it.

Snehapuri colony, borabanda street plot no 95. Dead end glass factory wall.

I am reasident of sai brundhavan colony, lingampally, 500019. Our street manholes are full of sewege slug and our the waste material is revesed to our chamber s are over flowing due to full of sewege in manholes please clean the manholes.

I am residential of hymavath colony in pedda amberpet. From past few days some people came asking i[censored] want water connection pay 10k. We will give connection. So many people paid. With any permission from hmda they are giving connections to those who have paid. Please take action against these kind of persons. Thank you

Hi i am resident of pragathi nagar dr as rao nagar, with can[protected]. We are charged triple the actual bill. When we have taken new water connection while our house was under construction we were told that bill would be reduced once we submit tax receipt. Even after submitting all the necessary documents at the concerned section office we are told that bill will not be reduced. I would request to please look into this issue and resolve the same. We get municipal water for every 5 days and we are charged triple the actual bill.

I hereby wanted to complaint about the over flow of drainage in my building please convey my request and process the issue fast

Few months back the new meter was fixed, and we have opened the college only 2 weeks back after lockdown. It is supposed to be shown as normal reading only.

The water meter is showing the present reading number as 245 and for the last month reading number is 70. It is showing more than the high. Please rectify the problems urgently.

Hi sir gud morning this is C.S.Satyanarayana rao from erramanzil IP- 85, we are not getting water since 3 years, we have already complained many times but no one resolved the issue, since many years we are giving money to others and we are taking water from them sir can U please take a serious action on it sir and without getting a water Every month they are sending us a bill, how can u pay it sir we had a amount Of 27736 it is not a small amount na sir please try to understand our problem sir, thank you... my contact no is [protected]

Water is not coming from 1 year as i complaint before also not action is taken. U can come and check for verification no water is coming. But bill is coming. So how i can pay the bill if water is not coming. No service. I'm requesting to solve my problem. How can i get bill online. The billman is not coming.

Local sewage blockage with back flow into our house septic tank

Regarding the bill., i paid 2000/- on 09/09/2017 and the bill on 03/02/2018 is 3218/-
And now 2020, the bill which i got is 16488/- any layman can understand that this is fraud., i am getting monthly 242/-bill so let's calculate 250*12 =3000/-
2018- due was 3218 and yearly 3000/-
2018- it should be 3000/-
2019- it should be 6000/-
Due 6000+3000 is 9000/-
Then why i am getting 16500/- bill

Driking water is polluted getting smell badly, kindly sort it out

From previous 1 week our drinking water supply pressure is very low. The water we are getting is not sufficient to us. Please check once. Thank you

I wish to draw your attention towards the pathetic condition of the drainage system in our area. The drains ara always overflowing from 5 days and there is no a bad smell in the locality.
Mosquitoes, and insects breed in this area which is unhygienic and making life difficult for us.
During the mansoon season the situation get bad to worse. Even a small downpour leads to clogging of drains and results all the street are waterlogged. During rainy season the garbage which in the corner of the roads get carried away with the water is spread all the roads.
We have approached the local representative they have comeover here to check the problem but the never return with any solution.
So, i would like to inform that the drainage system in our area is old and cracked which we people are fedup, kindly make it replaced with the new one.
I humbly request you to look into this matter and bring a solution to our problem.

With refernce to the above subject i would like to inform you that, every one using ilegal motors for pumping water. We are getting alternate day, due to that we are not getting water properly. My kind request pleae check and fix the water meter then. It will be ok.
