My name is k. Nandakumar a resident of hno : c-3-290, road no:13, p. S. Rao nagar, dammaiguda, pin:500083.
The municipality water is not being supplied regularly. From last 3 months we have been facing this problem. We had already complained about this in the dammaiguda municipal office. The water was supplied only for 10 minutes once every 10 to 15 days. Please solve the problem.

    I am nikhil from lalitha bagh, uppuguda.. Actually we are getting our watre supply late nights.. Earlier we use to get it max by 8 but these days we are made to wait till 11 and it will run for an hour...

        The man hole is leaking from 15 days and the unpleasant smell which comes from man hole is unable to breath and the man hole is mixing with the pure drinking water man holes please take action immediately and we request you people to fix it as soon as possible we will be grateful i[censored] fix the man hole and the sewage is over flowing in two Streets and many houses in our Lane and we are facing many problems out of it

                  Sir we reside in defence colony sainikpuri, secunderabad, telangana state, our problem is we are getting the water at odd hours ie inbetween 10 to 12 pm as which is is creating lot of problems to us as most of the residents are retired employees of the defence who are very very old people.
                  Also there is no exact frequency of days when the water is released sometime it is 3-4 or 7-8 days & pressure is very low & qty is very less. So plz look into the matter & resolve the issue.

                    Dear concern,

                    We are facing severe problems with the water supply. Neither the amount of time nor the timings are certain. Water is being supplied on an alternate basis that too for only about an hour. The timings vary every second day. One day the supply is in the morning around 9 am and on the other occasion it is in the evening and since few days we receiving after 4 am in the early morning. This is a serious problem and has to be addressed quickly.

                      Our drainage manholes are overflowing from 3 days. Please send drainage cleaning staff immediately.drainage has been blocked no action has been taken for cleaning it as my complaints number is 5628 plz do the necessary things in the regards as we are unable to fill water and foul smell is spreading everywhere.

                        Sir, i am a owner of flat no. P-g9 of aparna cyber zon, nallagandla, serilingampalli, hyderabad - 500019.
                        1500 (Fifteen hundred) flats are in the said aparna cybera zon. One agent mr ram babu is authorised to supply mineral water to the residents of the said aparna cybera zon flats by the acz welfare society. The said ram babu has opened a shop in the celler of the the said aparna cybera zon complex and stores mineral water cans and supplying mineral water, ordinary at rs. 40/- for 20 litre can.
                        Coming to the subject.
                        The mineral water supplied to the residents is unhygienic and polluted water. There is no brand on the water cans. The mineral water supplied in dirty cans and improper seal.
                        Please investigate the matter and take suitable action.

                                I went to abids office to launch complaint but they asked me to do it online with mobile number as registered. I do not have water connection facing issue to launch complaint.

                                      I had raised a complaint for the first time on 23rd march 2020. The complaint got automatically resolved without being addressed. The second time i raised it on 24rth march 2020. Again it automatically went into a resolved status without being attended. I understand that the country was in a lockdown period at that point but sanitation is a highly essential service. The manhole at my premises was overflowing which is highly dangerous for health during the outbreak of this pandemic. The hyderabad metropolitan water supply & sewerage board (Hmwssb) has not been attending my problem. Even after repeatedly raising a complaint in the grievances cell, the issue was being closed. I even contacted and brought this issue to the notice of the dgm nagapriya, chandanagar, hmwssb, yet, there was no resolution.
