Hi sir/medam,
This is narmada thumu with address: sunrise avenue, 5-180&181, deepthisree nagar, madinaguda, hyderabad-49.

My apartment maintenance members collude with builder and not taken new manjeeva connection after handover the flats and provided just old independent houses connection which supposed to not use.

Below are can member for the same

Now these two independent houses were dismantle, and new apartment build and we purchased one of the flat

Ghmc water board team served notices twice or thrice also, one of old independent owner trying to manage with those above un-authorized water connections.

So, i would be requesting you to look this with high level and stop these un-authorized water connections at the earliest possible till we will get new manjeeva connection as per new apartment legal process.

This is ismail azam of residence no 22-5-500/6 panjeshah, beside hp pump, gulzar houz, hyderabad. Lodged several complaints regarding the overflow of drainage in our lane (Panjeshah, lane beside hp petrol bunk) at yaqutpura hmwsb office but no action is taken since last 10 days
I request you to take the necessary action and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I live in shreemukh's kontham towers, brahmanwadi, begumpet. For more than 2 years now our association has been paying rs. 20, 000 (Unaccountable amount) to someone in your hmwssb department to receive additional water apart from the regular water that we receive and pay the bill amount accordingly.
I have even sent several emails to the management including the md but to my surprise, there has been no resolution which gives me a feeling that this is how the residents can get additional water from hmwssb department and those who cannot pay will not get any water. It is very sad and i feel that this kind of activity has to be checked and stopped going forward.

This is to inform you, h. No: ews-918, bharat nagar colony, water connection was disconnected 10 years back, but still they are using the same connection illegally with out paying the water bill. There is no action taken the local concerned department. And we had the information that local departmental head taking bribe and ignoring these type of issues. Please take necessary action as soon as possible.

I, mgf shanthikumar, am living in h. No. 1-4-220/8/1, sainik enclave, kapra. The street side public drainage, located in front of my house, is over flowing in huge quantities, that the overflow is entering into my house which is 4 feet high of the road. Request immediate repair.
I further submit that our locality thickly residential are with children playing outside. The drainage overflow, is emitting foul odours and threatening health hazards. It is overflowing since 2 days.

We had escalated this issue on several occasions to mohan reddy (A. E), and kistappa
He said he on holiday but please send some one who does the work asap

Sir our drainage and water line are completely blocked since 2-3 years we have raised the complaint on several occasions. Please look into this on an urgent basis i'm a senior citizen and can't walk going around several places. Hope you understand our problem

Hello sir,

I am resident of h. No 1-30-700 to 1-30-740 lane, siva nagar, kanajiguda,. I would like to bring your kind notice that all the residents in the lane are connecting motor pumps to the tap on the days when we get the water, 90% of the residents are practicing this and the ones who do not use the pumps are suffering with low pressure, so kindly request you to please look into this issue as we get water once in 4 days and and we had to suffer because of this illegal usage of water pumps.

There is a water leakage from past 2 months and hundreds of liter water is being wasted, a compliant was already raised. However no action has been taken till now. I request an immediate response to this matter so that it can be taken care asap and water can be saved.

We the residents of siddi vinayaka chittari nagar want to bring to your kind notice that, the muncipal water is not supplied to our colony from last 10 days. When asked the water lineman he told their is a leakage in main water pipeline and the work is going on. Yesterday we called him again he said work is finished and water will be supplied tomorrow morning. But still we did not get water.
This has become a very common problem these days. We are getting water supply only twice or thrice in a month. But water bill is collected in full.
So i request you sir, to kindly check into the matter and do the needful.

However, after making payment, there it has shown that my transaction was failed. So far, my amount has not got refunded to me. I live in astha heights apartment complex (Hmda layout) , near aparna sarovar, in nallagandla lingampally area. we are yet to apply for municipal water supply connection and hence do not have can.

the main water line pasding along the road in front of our apartment complex is leaking since. several months and i guess thousands of gallon of precious water may have been lost.

We do not aware as to where and who to approach for resolving thd issue and hence the mail.

Pl direct the mail to concerned officers to resolve the problem at earliest to save water and meet the need of thirsty hundreds of our hyderabadis.

We and our neighbours i. E; our block 21 and other blocks beside us are suffering from water problem. We are not getting water for almost 7weeks. We have given complaint in the 3rd phase water office eventhough the problem has not yet solved.
Its very difficult being in home without water for such a long time.

I would like to inform you that in my area drainages are blocking
Near our houses which leads to viral fever and unhealthy, and it has gone into our bore well, due to this issue we are unable to use water

Please inform the ghmc concerned staff to take the responsibility and look forward and clean the drainage, we are unable to use it because the water is highly polluted
It has been five days since we are suffering fro this polluted water.

I sincerely request to take the matter as urgent and please finish it on war foot.

Drinking water pipe lane has been damaged on a high tension road behind acent apartments, sarojini naidu nagar, near forune indra villa, madhapur 100ft road. People are coming with buckets to fill water from the leaking pipe that had already flooded the road. Its been already 2 days and lot of water is leaking. Heavy water tankers continuously move on this road and it might only increase the amount of damage done to the pipe. Please reapond asap

I am the resident of 5-1-234/b, jambagh, hyderabad - 500095. We have not got the water supply yesterday and today also. When called up the customer care yesterday, they said there will be delay in supply, but there is no proper response. We have tried to reach the manager directly on [protected], but there is no proper response from him too. Please look into this and do the needful.
