Drinking Water supply is very very poor
Pl increese presher to our satisfaction

During this summer, our bore water levels dried and we are not getting ground
water. we are completely depend on municipal water only. municipal water is
coming alternate day but it is not sufficient to our needs.
It is not my individual problem, It is for whole S R L COLONY-------NAGOLE to
KOTHAPET ROAD. since feb/2016 till today july/2016 we are facing water
problem. please solve as soon as possible.

Sewarage overflow on the road from last six months

complaind so many times no body taking action i have complaind last on 21/06/2016, no 6345 but no body did not come still today . After 7 days one message will come ie your probleme solved
closed your complaint without visit without work they will colse my complaint

I have a domestic connection to my independent bulding. before may-2016, i usually getting bill around Rs. 363/- per month. but in may 2016, suddenly it was raised to Rs.1295/- instead of 363/-. when i went to the office to enquire about this they said that there are 6 flats at my house. how they will charge based on the number of flats? but we are facing problem to get water sufficiently for drinking also. my can number is :[protected].

With reference to my can no:[protected] we have booked for the water tanker on 13 jun 16 with token no 9379 for which we have received a call on 15 jun 16 on our registered mobile no [protected] by the tanker driver at 1218hrs at that time we were in sher lingampalli and was attending a funeral of my father in-law.

The call was attended by one of my cousins, who informed the driver that we were not available at safilguda and told that we will call back in some time.

I have called back to the driver for the tanker but the driver informed that he has intimated to the unit regarding the same and asked us to call up 155313 for the help.

The executive who has attended the call on above said number informed that booking is s not cancelled and has the number [protected] for further help.

The person attended the call directed me to contact on [protected] for further exclation. Who has heard the entire incident and given mr. Ravi kirans contact number [protected]. I have called up mr. Ravi kiran and pleaded like any thing, but he was not ready to listen to my request moreover he was using unparliamentary language and informed me that my booking was cancelled, for which there was a hot conversation between both o[censored]s. But to my surprise i have received the message from hmwssb that my tanker request was cancelled at 05:02:51hrs dated 16th jun 16.

I also submit to you that he has lodged a complaint aganst me at neredmet ps for which i was called to neredmet ps and i had to leave the post funeral rituals and head to ps. Where the police officials tried to passify the issue but mr. Ravi kiran was not cooperative.

After coming-out of ps he was threatening me that he will come to my house along with some "gundas and kill me".

I request you to look into this matter and the necessary action as i see threat to my life by mr. Ravi kiran manager hmwssb moulali.

Worst service is providing by Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board. We are staying at Old Safilguda, Simhadri Nagar Colony since too many decades. Usually Manjeera water should come alternate days. We didn't even see this happened atleast since a decade. Usually we have to wait for a week to 10 days. That too there no specific time. One week they will give in the morning 10 AM and the other week at night 11 PM. The timings are worse and the service is really worse. We have already given too many complaints to our local authority. They are always giving empty promises and doing nothing.
So kindly we are requesting you to look into this matter. If you do the needy we will be very much thankful.

Yesterday we have received water bill for the month of MAY the amount of Rs.300/ -. But our usage units are minimum. Normally it will be 5 to 6 units per month. Then how come we got bill for 18 units. Please ask the concern authorities to RECHECK the meter before issuing these huge bills. And ask them to put the bill as per the usage of the meter. There are many people in our locality who don't use water meters yet they get minimum bills.

We are not getting supply of water from past 1 week through our normal water pipes even on alternate days. Pls investigate urgently and open valve to our sector to ensure proper water inflow whenever hmwssb is opening valve.

Dear Sir,

I am resident of H. No. 1-3-1025/7/5/1, Kavadiguda, Hyderabad. In my area the drinking water supply is very late. It is coming around 10 PM/10.30PM.
We are facing problem to catch water that late night. Please change the timings in our area atleast by 6PM to 6.30PM we are facing lot of problem for late night water caching in this area.

This is a humble request as a resident.

Hi, I need a clarification that in a 5 store building, when one floor is constructed without permission and applied for BRS for the same, even still the Water bill is getting generated 3 times of the regular monthly bill. Why is it so.

In my opinion it should be calculated on for the floor for which permission is not there.

And one more issue is that, when i am making the excess payment will it be refunded when...

We lodged a complaint bearing no - 3364 of kakatiya nagar with our can no:[protected] on 11/05/2016 inspite of waiting for a week as the same was unattended and on my enquiries it was found that the same was closed as attended and solved.In fact the said complaint is unattended till date and the concerned persons on duty at kakateya nagar is very irresponsible in answering us and in fact they made it very clear that i have to make an another complaint which itself makes it clear that for the purpose of statistics they are doing it.

Till date my complaint is unresolved and we are unable to stay in our premises therefore, i am making the present complaint seeking redressal,

Complaint reg chokage clearance dt 07/05/2016, token no.9657. My service connection no.[protected]. In spite of repeated reminders, no action is taken. Horrible smell and even the manholes within the compound likely to get overflown. To my great surprise, after my follow up with the online executive, I received a message intimating the complaint is solved.Can someone pl look into this?

Im a resident of old bowenpally I have noticed that the road which leads to the hasmathpet road nearer vasion Devi temple above 100 meters on the left and side of the road there is a drinking water pipe which broke and we loosing the water since a week and this my humble request if you can send someone to take a quick action. In that colony where the water line broke just nearer to that theres owner by name teller vidhyasagar house. It's just for your reference.

My file no[protected], is provided for new water connection and i paid an amount of rs. 16958/ as sundry charges and allotted to gb.Contractor m.Govinda reddy with no. [protected], but he is not lifting phone for past 20 days, even he lift the phone he is not responding properly and he tells lies. Even i complained to mr. T. Sharatreddy, ph.No.[protected] and i am awaiting.
Hence i am requesting authorities to take action immediately for giving a new water connection.

We are the residents of the Kumarwadi Area, Mustaidpura, Karwan, Hyderabad - 06. Our road has completely dug for the new water pipeline but accidentally the Main Sewerage Pipe has blasted and the sewerage water is flowing in the newly placed pipelines which was not closed yet.
So, due to the sewerage pipeline breakage, our sewerage connection got interrupted and the sewerage water is blocked in front of our gate.
There are small kids in our home and the dirty water flowing is dangerous for everybody's health.

Hence, I would request you to get the sewerage pipeline connection repaired at the earliest.

Im a resident of old bowenpally. i understand that this is summer and there is shortage of water everywhere, but basic water supply should be maintained for regular daily activities. we have npt been getting water from the past 5 days in our colony. since summer started we have been saving water. but now our over head tank is dry and bore well water is also not available. please look into the issue and resolve our problem

This is uppala raju, as on today we are not getting manjeera water through our pipeline. We have given complaints through phone call and to a person who open water to our colony. No one taking us seriously. And here in our colony we shown that all members using heavy motors to get water. With that issue we are unable to get water. Please solve our issue.

Am residing at New Maruthi Nagar, Kothapet, Hyderabad. I submit to inform that most of my neighbours of our colony are connecting electric motor during the HMWSSB Water supply. Due to which, we are getting very poor supply of water to our home, some times, only few drops are coming from the connection during the supply. Which causes very much problem for us during this hot summer. But, concerned HMWSSB Officers / Staff are not inspecting on this illegal issues at all, that to they have well knowledge about this. Hence, I request u to kindly look into the matter personally and take necessary action immediately.

I would like to inform you that in my area frequently drainages are blocking
Near to the manwhole, and water is entering our water sump which is spoiling the water. Now water is very precious

Every week we give complaint, ghmc drinage people will come and clean the drinage temporary and it is very difficult,

Please help us in providing the permanent solution.
