Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board [HMWSSB] Complaints & Reviews

I am reaching out to all hmwssb authorities since 2 weeks and they are just not bothered to give a proper reply. Work is not done yet. Token number 7138. Managers and other incharges are giving pathetic responses and ignoring their job. Very uneducated and unapologetic behavior from their side. Kindly take my complaint to the highest officials and please substitute the department workers they can't even a proper response no manners nothing horrible behavior.

I resident of plot no 185, Gayathri nagar, Godavari homes, Jedimetla village.
Here at my residence while doing new Manjeera pipe line connection the contractor intentionally broken my old mangeera pipe line and he is not even interested to repair it. It has been a week since I am waiting for the problem to resolve and there is no contact of the contractor either. Plea help me we don’t have water for usage and drinking for the last one week.

Hi Team, I would like to bring to your notice that I had observed a large pile of water pipes which are blocking the entrance of my apartment magnum opus situated near Gachibowli flyover.
It was causing inconvenience to the on going traffic and causing traffic congestion.
Please take steps to remove the pile of pies and make the flow of traffic smooth

There is an illegal water plant set up here in Parsigutta, Musheerabad, Hyderabad, beside Moon Rock bar and restaurant without proper approvals and license.. This will effect draining away entire groundwater and in and around may face water problems as all our bores may went dry. This plant has no chemist and proper technical team to check the water and this would also cause health issues for all those who are drinking this water...

Request you to action immediately and help us by closing this water plant and save us from water problems..

I’m Palthey Saidulu Naik H. No- 8-90/47 Dwaraka Nagar phase-2, Boduppal. Here by to inform you that it is showing that I’m having another CAN.no[protected]. But the CAN.no[protected] which is connected to my Mail.I’d and phone number, I cleared all the bills. But another CAN.no[protected] which is created by grampanchayat is showing payment due. I kindly request you to look into the issue and disconnect the connection of CAN.no[protected].

Dear sir, I have given a complaint on sewerage choking at my house premises inside, my CAN :[protected], the persons visited on 28th March 2023, but they demanded money as I said it's free of cost, they told it is chargeable inside premises but as per rules it's not chargeable anyways, they told will not do and left, when I called toll-free of sewarage board they confirmed me it's free of cost and I have the call recording also, they told to contact area manager and give number Mr. Ramesh goud : [protected] he said I have to pay for the service if it's in house premises, when I said it's free of cost as I was told by customer service representative, still he is saying I have to pay 2000/- rs or else go to private service i have this recording also, i request you people to take serious action against this corrupt government servants. Please solve the problem of the sewerage issue.

Water connection has been installed our venture and everyone got connection and using water.

but my case they were given connection Nov but they didn't install water meter - that time they didn't give meter for shortage. (Still nobody has communicated with me).

I fed up with these all things - thus I'm going to connect without meter today.

I have paid money 9156 long back - I'm really shame on this.

Since there days my house drainage is blocked due to that we are facing a problem unable to breathe properly, please kindly help me out with this problem.

[protected] this is my can number. Every month I got more than 6000 water bill so many time i have give complain to hmws. But no respond.

A Persons started construction of his house 3years back and not yet completed till now, dew to this person almost everyone are facing drainage blockage issue, actually in front of his house the main manhole is there in which more than 11 houses drianage got connected, he had good relationship with ghmc and hmws supervisors and work inspectors, taking this as an advantage illegally this people supported him in closing our drianage connection to the main manhole, they closed our connected pipe with the help of HMWS and ghmc supervisors, attaching all the related photos. Since from a week our drianage water are getting stagnant, we have raised a complaint to HMWS people, however they demanded me to pay 6000 rupees for clearing blockage inside and when they checked in mian manhole on the road, they informed us that the water flow has been stopped dew to the closure of the hole here, it has been Closed with cement. Please take the action on the house construction person and this HMWS people who supported this people and closed our connected drianage pipeline.

I am Ramesh Babu Vasireddy, a Public Health Professional, who served with UNO and is forced to log this complaint. I am a resident of Hindi Nagar Colony, Punjagutta. Opposite our house, there is a small park which is in a bad shape and the place is used for Wednesday's vegetable market. There is water leakage from one of the underground pipes causing water logging on the road and is serving as a breeding ground for mosquitoes. The pedestrians are suffering due to the water flashed by vehicular traffic. Many senior citizens use this road to go to Sai baba temple and are suffering due to this. This place is in and around a km distance from the CM's official residence, Pragathi Bhavan. Can someone look into this on a priority? I have attached a few photographs to inform of the road condition.

I would like to register a complaint on Nanduri Diyvya and Others with CAN#[protected], who has purchased a house bearing H.No 1-4-69/4A from Praveen Rao and obtained permission from GHMC for an residential apartment building in the name of Vaishnavi Enfield, with 10 flats of approximately 24000 sft after demolishing the old house. As of today the residential apartment is nearing completion of construction with families starting to live in the newly bult residential apartment building from March 2023 onwards.

It come to our notice that the same old connection is updated with new owner's name and repurposed for the residential apartment building with 10 flats/families without changing the water pipe size. The same thing was brought to the notice of General Manager HMWSSB office at Lalitha Nagar, Habsiguda, Hyderabad in December 2022 and was inspected by the concerned on 9th Jan 2023 and no action was initiated till date. Instead of disconnecting existing connection with water pipe size of 15mm and providing new connection with water pipe size of 20mm, that will be sufficient for 10 flats (24000 sft) the name on the CAN #[protected] was changed from Praveen Rao to Nanduri Divya & others few days back.

I request you to please look into this matter of providing with appropriate water connection, with correct water pipe size based on the new residential complex (Vaishnavi Enfield), so that all the families in the new apartment complex have sufficient legal water supply.

Please arrange to check the water leakage at Vijay Nagar colony - 500057.

Exact address - In front of Aadhya Collections shop (Jockey store), just beside the Chat Vendor stall, Near Union Bank Chowrasta .

Lots of precious drinking water is being wasted due to the leakages from beneath the road, leaving the road wet and logging of water. It is requested to arrange to attend the leakage problems at the earliest to prevent wastage of water and also water stagnation. The water leakage starts daily at approximately 4PM and continues for almost 4-5 hours.
The Leakage problem has started around 2 weeks back, i.e, around 1st February, 2023.

Iam a resident at Sree ram nagar colony O/S Gowlipura, 500053. And I have raised a complaint on HMWSSB app regarding the drainage blockage where the main line is blocked for which our drainage is leaking in front of my gate which is causing a trouble to walk way. The status on the app says its pending since last 8 days where the board promised that issue will be cleared in 4 days . I saw the sewage truck coming to the other colony but doing nothing about the complaint that i have raised. Its been an issue from past 10 days . The water is overflow is increased now and there is no one to resolve the issue. I took a phone number of executive of my area from Customer service whose name is mukhram baba. Who is unresponsive to phone calls nor able to get in touch with me from the date o raised the complaint on the app that is 01/02/2023

New water line is not running in only venkat Reddy nagar Ramanthapur Hyderabad area due to conflicts . What is use if new water line is not used and provided, water is not provided properly but people need to pay bills in time

Fresh water is getting wasted in front of Kalyan Nagar Phase-3 Karur Vysya Bank through some pipeline leakage.

Such wastage is happening quite frequently at this spot or at the Reliance Smartspot nearby. It may be looked into and a permanent solution be made to avoid this precious fresh water leakage and wastage
