    water pipe is broken we have informed the consultant person water line men and he is asking early rs.4000/-...his name is mr.arun and his mobile number is [protected]...he came to repair another line beside my house and he damed my house pipe line, return he is askng rs.4000/- and blackmaning us, he is saying inform to anyone else...speaking vulger language...please take sevior action on him...and solve my water line problem please...my name is mr.praveen reddy...my mobile nmber [protected]

      Today at 3:59 PM Apropos your bill (dated 16.06.2015) received through your email today @04.43 a.m. I deeply regret to bring it to your notice that the correct bill amount should be Rs220/- whereas it was shown in your bill as Rs265/- by adding Rs22.50 as arrears which is incorrect. In ;this connection, please verify your email dated 22.05.2015 wherein it was mentioned that the excess amount paid be me over and above the May 2015 Bill was shown as -Rs22.50 which please verify at your end. Also, an sms was received today from your Department demanding Rs310 as against 220/- ? I also attach an excel file showing the details of my payments made towards my Water Bill(s), which please verify and effect necessary corrections in your records, under advice to me.         I am Syed Rasheed Ahmed residing at Shantinagar Masab Tank, with CAN [protected] registered with my cell ph No [protected]. I am receiving SMS from HMWSSB since long time as follows" water bill for CAN:[protected] Mohd Ameer Ullah Baig) Bill No54077964 dt 11.05.15 charges Rs 31787 etc etc" which is wrong mail. I am not Moh Ameer ullah Baig. I have sent few letters to MD HMWSSB, and also letters to DGM Vijaynagar colony informing the mistake from your side. But no action was taken. I continue to get the wrong SMS. I have sent a grievance to you with Token No 2534. But still no action is taken to stop the SMS for CAN[protected] to my cell phone [protected]. Please arrange to stop the wrong SMS since I am already registered for CAN[protected]. Maphar Exotica Apt 10-2-289/7 Shantinagar Masab Tank Hyderabad 500028.

          My CAN No:[protected]. All of a sudden in Oct 2014 I got a water bill for 157504/-. The problem mentioned then was that the CAN number category has been changed from Domestic to Flats. After representing several times it has been rectified to Domestic again but I am still facing two issues: 1. Wrong water bill though partially corrected has still some amount of Rs 53373.61/- as arrears from the past software mistake. 2. The monthly charges has been increased from Rs 243/- to Rs 1119/-. I am unable to register a complaint online with the HMWSSB since I have arrears amount in my bill. I have personally represented and given letters in this regards to the HMWSSB office at Sainathpuram AE. Hence I request you to kindly look in to this and do needful to correct this.

          Please verify the same and confirm.

              We are resident of H.No.5-1-561. Polluted water is coming in Tap Water. This is second time, again same complaint has to be made for polluted water coming through Tap Water. I have given sample of Water in Bottle at General Manager's office in Red Hills Office. Early action shall highly be appreciated.

                I am B.Ravinder working in SBI resident of Indraprastha Colony Phase-I, Hastinapuram central Sagar Road Hyderabad plot no 49. We About 5-6 House Owners are getting low water, for drinking purpose we have to bend in the depth of sump to take water, where as adjacent to our road many people getting good supply of water there Krishna water is going to their overhead tank.On enquiring with other residents we found the fact that One Mr.Vijay and Anjaneyulu of Water works dept Saheb Nagar done some mischief at the junction near The house of Gajanand Dharma & Anjaneyulu both are house owners influenced them to do some illegal work at the junction.So that these two houses getting good water where as down to this junction remaking 5-6 houses are getting less water.We request you to intervene in this matter and do justice.My CAN No.[protected].my mail id is Bellal.[protected]@sbi.co.in my contact no.[protected].

                          I am resident of Kimtee colony Tarnaka. In our neibourhood ( Lane 1, Street !, Kimtee Colony) quite a few people are connecting motors secretly to the muncipal water supply taps, to get more water illegally, due to which we are not getting sufficient water, and the wate supply presure is very low.                                 My water connection CAN[protected] and paying the water bill regularly till last month bill.. Presently the bill amount is showing Rs 46700 as arrears. How this amount accumulated so high. Till today no one informed us about these arrears in any of the bill. Hope this might have happened by mistake. Please advise us the correctness immediately.

                                  VINAYAKA RESIDENCY P.NO. - 116 & 117/A, PRASOONA NAGAR, CHINTAL, QUTHBULLAPUR MUNCIPALLTY Ranga Reddy Dist, TELANGANA STATE Hydereabad, [protected] To, The Managing Director, HMWSSB, KHAIRTABAD, HYDERABAD. Sub:- Request for delayed water connection. Ref:- File No.[protected]. Respected Sir, We the Flat owners of Vinayaka Residency owned flats from last year Aug 2014. Our builder applied for Manjeera Water Connection on Dec 2013 and was sanctioned on Aug 2014. The GB order was also issued on Sep 2014. From the time of GB order, we followed up with the water board to provide the connection to the Apartment. But the connection was not made till date. After long followed with the water board, the Contractor made only line (pipe Settings) that is under ground pipe line was completed on Feb 2015. But the connection was not completed in order to supply water the reason behind No connection was the sanctioned water connection from Prasoona Nagar Pipeline supply of water is very low. So that they suggested ( society people) was to take connection from Vivekananda Nagar pipe line which is near by of 6” inches. The objection from the society people was there is No progress in the previous complaints about water supply and hence they should not allow us to take new connection. The Vivekananda Society people objection was not to provide connection to the Prasoona Nagar Residency and said to take the connection which is sanctioned to prasoona Nagar residents ie. 4” inches pipe line . We tried to reach out DGM Mr. Ranga Rao sir about the same issued but we got the reply that the Prasooona Nagar Society is consist of private Government and there is very Risk in sanctioning connection with the Government Protection as well. We complained about the same through online consumer form IDNO.1015303, then we got the reply by saying that the connection would be completed within several days. Also we complained on 11th April 2015 through Print media ( EENADU DISTRICT EDITION) as well in Hellow Eenadu Program. We got the reply from DFM Mr.Ranga Rao sir that they discuss the issue with the local Society people and try to the same in couple of days. On 13th April 2015, We made a request letter to MD ( your self) through mail and fot the reply as well to take necessary actions about the connection. But there was no response from the water board Quthbullapur. On 6th May 2015, we contacted the DGM Mr. Ranga Rao sir, he made a compliant saying that we cant provide a connection along with police protection as well the compliant was moved to GM Quthbullapur, for further progress on the dame day. But again there is no move about the issue. It was on hold at GM table till date. On 25th May 2015 We met with GM- QUTHBULLAPUR along with 12 families (flat owners of Vinayaka Residency) in Praja Vani Meeting, we got the reply that in order to provide connection to the apartment they was not sure and he cant guarantee. Till the Godavari line completes. “ For one Apartment water connection do we need to suffer till next phase of Godavari pipe line connection “ Please suggest. Kindly take a look at the above issue as our ground water also contaminated with color and odor. We have only one option that is Manjeera Water connection for Drinking Purpose.
