Dear sir/madam, This is regarding the water supply, which is irregular as we are paying the bill on time and water supply is once in five days. So, you charged as full bill and supply 1 in four days and it supply only 40minutes., As my service number[protected] and you can check the details. As I am fed up by giving complaints to your division office which is located at pension office.

No release/supply of Drinking Water during the last fortnight in our Street though the Water was supplied in other Streets/Parts of our Ushodaya Colony, Near Usha Mullapudi Cardiac Centre (UMCC), GAJULARAMARAM, HYDERABAD-500055, which falls under your Shapoor Nagar Water Board Area. This is not the first time it is happening like this and this is a CHRNOIC PROBLEM as far as our Ushodaya Colony is concerned. I suspect there are some vested interests on the part of your Staff who are responsible for supply of Water to our Colony. I would like to meet the M.D., of HMWSSB and I request you to give an appointment fixed during the first week of June 2015. I had, earlier, also lodged a complaint with HMWSSB through email and also a written complaint personally handed over at the M.D's Office at Khairatabad against an acknowlegement. Before lodging this complaint, I had checked-up with my neighbour also whose CAN number is[protected] and they also confirmed that they are placed on the same status and are encountering the same problem, Please look into this complaint and redress the same on war-footing and ensure that similar instances do not recur in future, under advice to the undersigned.

Sir, this is Razia begum residing in Natraj nagar back side of Nalla Pochamma temple in our area Drinking Water supply is getting contaminated by drainage water no one can drink the municipal water being supplied & the water supply is not regular in our area. I have already brought to the notice to the concerned authorities but they paid deaf ear. It’s our request to the HMWSSB to look into the matter to solve our problem. CAN NO:[protected].

In our locality at H NO 4-9-112/1 (LIG-136) Road No. 20A Huda colony Kishan bagh Rajendranagar Attapur Hyderabad 500064 New drainage system was erected In the year 2013 but the out flow pit was not suitable to our drainage outlet. The contractor built in high level and our outflow is in low level and it is learnt that new road is going to be layed within a week. therefore it is requested to build the pit which is suit to our out flow. An early action in this regard is highly appreciated.

I am a resident of seetharamnagar colony, r k Puram, Defence Colony section, Sainik Puri. My CAN No. Is[protected]. Our colony Is getting water once in 10 days for the past several months.the supply is very erratic. No time schedule is followed for water supply. I made on-line complaints several times, but no use. Because the indifferent nature of concerned employees, the entire colony residents are suffering.

Dear Sir, This is to inform you that we are not getting tap water for the last four months. Our complaint Number is 221 of Feb.2015. Though we have personally contacted the concerned Water Works Department/Section several times, contacted over phone more than twenty times, and also given written complaint to all concerned on 10th April, 2015, it is of no avail. We are regularly getting water through tankers by paying huge money. We are also paying Water Bill every month though we are not getting water. Dear Sir, I am resident of H.No 12-2-709/23, Navodaya Colony, Guddimalkapur, Behind Flower Market, Opp GHMC Water Tanks. There is no water supply to my house on the designated days for past 7 days. I have complained to Water Complaints on 17 May 2015 with Complaint No. 9115. Water not supplied. Again I complained on 18 May with Complaint No, 50371. No water supply. There is a heavy leakage of water from the main pipe for Water supply of HMWSSB in front of the house bearing Number:[protected]/60 A at Shah saheb Pahadi, North Lalaguda, Secunderabad. Everytime, during the water supply, there is a heavy flow of water from the ground due to which the streets are filled with flowing water. The flow and pressure of water to individual houses is quite low due to this leakage. The problem was brought to the notice of the authorities at the Shantinagar water tank but they took no action in past 4 months. I request the concern authorities to resolve the problem as soon as possible

Dear Sir, I appreciate your people efforts in removing silt and mud from the sewage, but to discomfort of people they have left the silt&mud on Ashok nagar-RTC X roads road for more than 7 days. The good work of cleaning the drains will go in to drains as occasional rains carry back this silt&mud once again to drains.This is not only wastage of money and again drains will fill up and same inconvenience will repeat. Hence...

In front of my house main gate, the stinking mud taken out of drainage nala is kept. Entire lane and side lane also the mud taken out is just left. No one has cleared that. This is happening once in three months. Please arrange to lift the stinky mud from the road. The road is just 20 feet road, the vehicles ply will spread the mud and entire locality is stinking. Please arrange to clean/lift the stinky mud immediatly. It also creates all sorts of health problems. What is happening to Swatch Bharath? we r not keeping it clean but making further dirty.
