I would like to bring to your notice that there is a severe water pipe line leakage of residential connection line the since last one year near our residence.We have many times intimated this issue to lineman of our area, however no action has been taken so far. Even the issue was highlighted to sanitary inspector alwal circle, no action was taken so far. kindly take action with immediate effect and save water in this crucial days.     My CAN No. is[protected]. My residence is 11-3-614, Mallepally, Hyderabad. I used to receive Water bill for Rs.212/- until Feb, 2015. March, 2015 the tariff was increased to around Rs.238/-. Surprisingly, In April, 2015, I received the bill for Rs.984.50/-. I would like to state that there was no bill outstanding as I pay the bills every month regularly on-line. It is a residence and the connection is purely domestic and not commercial. I do not know how all of a sudden the bill amount is increased more than four times. Please look into this complaint and take necessary action to correct the amount and issue the bill with correct amount in future. My email address is: [protected]@yahoo.com. Thanks

      i am a resident of moghal nagar ring road.13-6-825/a/1/78/1 cell no: [protected] we are not receiving water since a month now.its got very difficult without proper drinking water in this summer.we are paying the bills on time but dont get water at all in our tap, though other houses get water regularly.this problem is for other houses in our lane aswell.when contacted ur representative of our area he says its because of inadequate pressure of water supply.when water pressure is increased we receive water but that fellow supplies that on constant complaints and anguish of residents. please look into the matter as early as possible. moghal nagar ring road.post karwan.lane opp RR MAX function hall.

I am Anand Katti, owner of house no.3-2-321/8A, Chappal Bazar Hyderabad -27, has to inform that the water supply to my house is completely stopped is last 10 days.Although my representative, Mr.Venugopal came to your office at Narayanguda and met Mr.Mahendra Reddy, he was told that the owner of the house whose telephone/mobile is registered with your office has only to book the complaint. Hence this complaint In the mean while i have to inform that the my mobile no.is changed to [protected].Kindly make a note of it in your record. Kindly look into the matter and arrange for repair/supply of water at the earliest .

          We have paid bill on 26/03/2011 for an amount of rs 53, 633=00, which was pending till date of payment.

          Whwere as after payment of the bill hmwssb officials reconnected the water line since then we have not recieved any bill till date, we are persuing about bill since then periodically in the local office.

          But yet we have not recieved any bill or enquiry from officials of hmwsssb

                excess billing CAN # 615907243

                Every month I used to get bill of 212.50 till January 2015 and being paid regularly. For the month of Feb 2015 I got 242.50 and I have paid the same to the billing attendant and got the receipt. On enquiry he said the service charges were increased to Rs.40 instead of Rs.10. Now I got a bill for Rs.469.25 being the charges for the month of March 2015. Please clarify the increase in billing. With due thanks, S. Sudarshanam...

                  we have complained on 12/04/15 token no.4257 regarding very low pressure in supply of water for the past 45 days.it is due to a leak in the joint of the pipeline on rd.no 10 junction near out patient care hospital.we have personally gone and met madam Sarita and other people incharge on rd.no 7 .No action has been taken all the water is flowing in the drain & we are suffering .about 350 people reside in our building, tankers are also not available easily.please take immediate action thankyou

Suddenly for the month of March 2015 the category has been mistakenly changed from domestic to commercial and we got a wrong bill of 2845.51. Could you please help us in correcting this and reversing the category to domestic.

                          Dear sir,
                          We are the residents of prashantnagar colony, kothaguda, serilingampally (Mandal) which is known to be a posh n rich area n high amounts of tax revenue recieving area ( hitech city area) in the city, but the supply of water in this area is very poor. We are getting water once in 4 days with very low pressure. If we book tanker from hmwssb, they are delivering with a span of 8 to 10 days. Hope there may be improvement in supply of water.

                            Sir Low water supply for 15 to 30 families at ESWH colony, Bharathnagar, Hyderabad since March-2015. The families are in the line of EWSH 570-594 and its opposite lines. It is upward at that line. The same is noticed to the water board officiails at Bharath Nagar, Hyderabad. On 08th April-2015 and April 10, 2015 the supply of water was not reached to that families for their needs. We are all in middle class families to buy water tanks and also non sufficient storage. I request your officials to visit our families and enquiry on supply of water frequently when water supply is on. Please do the needful at your end.                                 Dear Sir, we are the residents of H.No.[protected]/5 seethaphalmandi secunderabad. every 10 days i n our line the drainage gets blocked and due that from our neighbour's house drainage water will get sweep ed into our well.                                   I Dilip Rangwani Cell no [protected] booked a Tanker for Bapuji Nagar ( Contonment) on 27/03/2015 got Token No 3790 received massage on 05/04/2015 that it is solved but we didn't received My brother Rajesh Rangwani cell [protected] booked a tanker for same address on 29/03/2015 got massage that token no 9328 was solved where as no body turned up My brother in law Mr Deepak cell no [protected] booked a tanker for Avanti nagar west marredpally on 30/03/2015 got token no 3368 this is also not received drivers are selling tankers to third parties on higher rates ( Black) we have not required now it is for public information Dilip

                                    We are residents o[censored]pperguda Rajanagar, Moula-Ali, are Regular payers of Monthly Water Bill. In spite of it we get water always once in 10 days in parallel in another colony supply is giving for 3 days around our colony.there is no water supply at all. There is no ground water in this area, we do not have water in Bore wells also . We totally depend on the tap water.irrespectiveness of Reminding the HMWSSB Officials at Moul-ali But There was no use. We request you to urgently look into the matter and do the needful immediately give the water supply for every 3 or 5 days in a week.
