I am a resident of seetharamnagar colony, r k Puram, Defence Colony section, Sainik Puri. My CAN No. Is[protected]. Our colony Is getting water once in 10 days for the past several months.the supply is very erratic. No time schedule is followed for water supply. I made on-line complaints several times, but no use. Because the indifferent nature of concerned employees, the entire colony residents are suffering.

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that we are not getting tap water for the last four months. Our complaint Number is 221 of Feb.2015. Though we have personally contacted the concerned Water Works Department/Section several times,

There is a heavy leakage of water from the main pipe for Water supply of HMWSSB in front of the house bearing Number:[protected]/60 A at Shah saheb Pahadi, North Lalaguda, Secunderabad. Everytime, during the water supply, there is a heavy flow of water from the ground due to which the streets are filled with flowing water. The flow and pressure of water to individual houses is quite low due to this leakage. The problem was brought to the notice of the authorities at the Shantinagar water tank but they took no action in past 4 months. I request the concern authorities to resolve the problem as soon as possible

I am a resident of lake view colony, behind bhavya's anandam, nizampet road.I would like to register a complaint on B.Janardhan Reddy water works manager( hasmathpet) who has one legal and an one illegal connection and also is illegally putting motor to the water line and is pulling the water, houses which are situated after his house are not getting sufficient water.Even we tried to tell him twice to stop such activities even then he is not listening he says he is a employee of HMWS and can do anything he want to.As a govt employee and working as manager For HMWS he should be shameful for doing this kind of things so i would like u to take a severe action on him. I am a resident o[censored]day nagar colony, Street no 3, boduppal, hyderabad. Since the drainage pipe work is going on in our Street from past 2 days, it has been observed that few of the houses have illegal water connections. It is very sad that lot of water goes in drain when other are struggling to meet their requirements. I kindly request you to check the same very strictly.

SILT ON THE ROAD

Token No.1389 registered on 18-7-14. Without attending it is being informed that the request was solved. Inspite of daily request over phone to 155313, the silt is not removed due to which we the residents are facing problems.

Sir myself mahalakshmi iam in need of some help from ghmc end, actually iam facing some problem. Drainage problem, there is drainage Infront of my house every one use that drainage if we say not to use drainage for washing dishes, clothes throughing wastage in it there are fighting with us, we were feedup telling them to use there washroom instead of drainage but nobody listen to us. Sir I request you people to take out that drainage from Infront of my house. I need some help from you people y because literally we were facing many problems like mostiquoes, bad smell. Due to that mostiquoes, bad smells everytime me and my family members are facing health issues. Sir please do need full. I have taken number, email-id of ghmc and complaint to many people through emails but no response I have received. Due to overflow of drainage mosquitos, bad smell my mother is not feeling well. Please I request you people to do some help to take out that drainage from infront of my house.

Dear Sir, I appreciate your people efforts in removing silt and mud from the sewage, but to discomfort of people they have left the silt&mud on Ashok nagar-RTC X roads road for more than 7 days. The good work of cleaning the drains will go in to drains as occasional rains carry back this silt&mud once again to drains.This is not only wastage of money and again drains will fill up and same inconvenience will repeat. In front of my house main gate, the stinking mud taken out of drainage nala is kept. Entire lane and side lane also the mud taken out is just left. No one has cleared that. This is happening once in three months. Please arrange to lift the stinky mud from the road. The road is just 20 feet road, the vehicles ply will spread the mud and entire locality is stinking. Please arrange to clean/lift the stinky mud immediatly. It also creates all sorts of health problems. What is happening to Swatch Bharath? we r not keeping it clean but making further dirty.

My CAN No. is[protected]. My residence is 11-3-614, Mallepally, Hyderabad. I used to receive Water bill for Rs.212/- until Feb, 2015. March, 2015 the tariff was increased to around Rs.238/-. Surprisingly, In April, 2015, I received the bill for Rs.984.50/-. I would like to state that there was no bill outstanding as I pay the bills every month regularly on-line. It is a residence and the connection is purely domestic and not commercial. I do not know how all of a sudden the bill amount is increased more than four times. We have paid bill on 26/03/2011 for an amount of rs 53, 633=00, which was pending till date of payment.

Whwere as after payment of the bill hmwssb officials reconnected the water line since then we have not recieved any bill till date, we are persuing about bill since then periodically in the local office.

But yet we have not recieved any bill or enquiry from officials of hmwsssb
