Dear Team, We are getting drinking water form past 1 week we have reported complaint by calling 155313 many times still there is no proper response and we have personally visited the Water Bode Beside at Hasmathpet no manager or responsible person is available at the desk and none of the staff know what is the managers timings he is not picking any ones calls also please check and do needful by process our request. I have taken photographs / Call recording &videos of the office so that if this issue is not getting resolved I will be forced to present the same in MEDIA. i have booked a water tanker on 22/04/2016, and I got a call to from filling station on 25/04/2016, I asked him to deliver on 26/04/2016, but still it is not delivered. Please help. We do not have water since 4 days. [protected] is my contact number. Water board hasmathpet old bowenpally

    There has been very low pressure of water supply at Raghavendranagar, behind Tagore/SSD School, Near Allwyn Colony X Roads, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. The problem has started after the GHMC laid down the new drainage lines, where the water lines were damaged; some consumers have made their own arrangements, adjustments, digging out / fixing the lines themselves, etc. Further, we are under the impression that some might have changed their connections from 1/2" to 1" pipe, or unauthorized connection(s), etc. Further, we request you to please instruct the concerned authorities of Electrical Department to put off the power supply during water supply. Presently, the supply is once in 3 days!!! please check. Today, at my surprise a neighbour drilled out /cut the road across, may be for water connection!!, whether it is authorized or unauthorized we are not aware. please check. Most of the consumers are using motors during water supply (because the duration of supply time is less; with low force).

      Hi hope this complaint with result in an immediate action. I am the resident in Dilsukhnagar, Shalivahananagar. Here in our colony all use electric motors to fill water. Which is illegal. Mine is a last house so we don't get water in good pressure. Today is became too much all our colony members are getting water but there is no water in my house. I go according to rules but a good result I am facing. Can you kindly do the justice to our complaint.

            my self savithri r/o 4-34-200 new shapurnagar jeedimetla hyderabad my can no[protected] and my online complaint token no 3182, 3171, 7237, 7250, 7260, quthbullapur XII the hmwsb ha booked my complaint with out solving my water supply problem they have closed my complaints .i personally appraoched thewater workmanager he is very negligence at his service, he is refused tO take my complaint.SINCE 35 DAYS IAM PURCHASING WATER FROM PRIVATE ORGANISATIONS. in hmwsb there is no responsible person to sove my problem.. my cell no [protected].

              I Dr Vijayakumar can no.[protected]booked for tanker on 29th march2015.my token number is 9851 .Tanker nor supplied till now .But people registered after me are received tanker.My booking is valid still i am not able to book or receive tanker.People with token number 9956 and 1075 are already received.even staff at supply place are also helpless.I complained to manager also.Kindly resolve this problem.                   1. During the months of Sept/Oct of 2014, the in line booster pump embedded in the water supply line was replaced with a new pump. 2. The chamber construction work has not been done and the soil is loose in that part of the road. 3. In our colony, an old building is being demolished and in its place a new apartment complex is coming up. 4. Due to this activity, there is a possibility of heavy vehicles going over that patch of road where the pipeline containing the embedded booster pump is located underground, where the soil is loose, and damage the pipeline and pump leading to disruption of water supply to our colony. 5. In the next two months, we will have rains and this pit will be filled up with loose soil and certainly leadin to accidents such as vehicles getting trapped in that pit. 6. Please get a chamber constructed on urgent basis around the pump area so that the pump is saved from damage and we are saved from disruptions of water supply.

Leakage of Drain & Sewerage Water in the WELL of House Number 20-3- 1060/5/B, Khurshid Jah Dewdi, Shah Gunj, DIVISION CHANDULAL BARADARI DOODBOULI, WARDS 20-3. Sir, Reference to the above subject matter please be informed that I am the resident of House Bearing No.[protected]/5/B situated at KHURSHID JAH DEWDI KAMAN, Lane attached to TAJ PUBLISHERS. I have a well of water in my house since twenty years. Recently the Department get done the work of Drainage pipe lines at the Khurshid Jah Dewdi Area, Main Road, especially in Lane starting from House of TAJ PUBLISHERS, House numbers No.[protected]/2,[protected]/3,[protected]/4,[protected]/4/C,[protected]/5/A, B, C, D &[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] and up to the end of Lane. The work done by the Contractors is very worst, poor, Cement work not done properly, cement finishing also not done in a standard procedure below the manhole rings, the manhole constructed at opposite house no.[protected]/4/D, is very small and congested, these are all technical faults ignored by the contractors. Due to these technical faults and ignorance there is a leakage of sewerage drain water coming from Manholes in my house water WELL from 10 feet drown. I have to get clean the manholes every and after 15 to 20 days by the department. As soon as the Manholes cleaned by the department workers coming of water stop. Again dirty water comes after 15 to 20 days. Sample of water is being submitted for inspection. There are 24/25 numbers of manholes in the lane starting from Taj Publishers. Department workers are cleaning only last 3 manholes belong to my house[protected]/5/B. THE WORKERS ARE NOT CLEANING THE FRONT LINE & MAIN ROAD MANHOLES. As per technical & standard procedure the workers should clean the front line manholes, so that waste and dirty water pass smoothly from front manhole and up to the last. Out of 24/25 manholes, FRONT 5 Main line manholes are under the cement and concrete road, there is no proper identifications and these 5 front line manholes are not yet opened and cleaned by the Department since constructed. Therefore I request with your good offices to take necessary action and instruct the concerned officers at Chandulal Baradari Division-Doobouli Ward 20-3, to inspect the site, get cleaned all the manholes in lane and also as well as at the MAIN ROAD.                       sir i am resident of saibabanagar, beside bank colony, chintal, suchitra hyderabad 500067 sir in our area few people are sucking water from main pipe by high pressure moters due to which the last connections do not get water & by the pressure of moters the joints of main pipe are getting weak day by day & drainage water is leaked from that joints so when ever we get water the water will reach 30 minetes late is last connections &that too 10 to15 mints we get drainge mixed water so pls see in matter . in saibabanager ther are 150 connections approx in which 100 connection use moters

                        H.No. 170/2 RT[protected] to day we have not received water supply, though the neighbors say that they received supply. Please arrange to check the problem and rectify the same. This made to apply for a water tanker. In the normal supply also there is no pressure.                               Dear sir Am P Mahesh Kumar Goud, stayaing at padmanagar chintal qutubullapur. Am not getting bill hard copy and when bill generating every month my CAN linked mobile number is changing every month. how it is happening? Due to this i make online complaint(Rigister complaint) four times. but no respone and it is showing after 3-4 working days problem is solved. Then I contact with customer care person and i changed my mobile number. My mobile number is [protected] but this month(march) bill generated it is changed to [protected]. Bill generate person not coming to my home and so am not getting bill. Pls changed my mobile number as [protected]. Number should not change when bill generated. Pls do the need full help.                                 Sir, We are residents of VENKATESHWAR COLONY (EAST), near bank colony, SUCHITRA, Hyderabad-67. Since last six months, we are not receiving proper drinking water supply and whenever supplied, water is released hardly for 45 minutes without pressure and is supplied after almost 5 to 6 days. Further, there is no fixed time towards the water supply and the timings are erratic. Because of this we are facing a lot of inconvenience due to erratic timings and insufficient water supply every time. In our area the ground water is polluted and also level was fall down. Please note that in our area the ground water is polluted, we totally depend on water supply. Hence we request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and arrange to solve the same at the earliest.                                   i am abdul razzaq H.no.[protected]/13/A ansari road mir alam tank near milan garden opp street.water bill no[protected].people in this area had complained about the problam many times. but there is no response from the water bored.sir i reqqest the management of water bored. proper water supply in this area.my home upward side of road due to this reasan the water supply is not reacthing to us.inward people in this area are wasting plenty of water plase send your parson check the area. thunk you.sir

                                    Very Low water supply in Uppal, Swaroop nagar, Padmavathi Colony, Street no-1...People in this area had complained about the problem many times but there is no response from the water board. To our suprise, water pipeline is laid below CC road 7ft. Because of this, no house is getting proper water supply in this area. I request the management of water board to look into the issue. Without water, our life is becoming HECTIC.

                                      Respected Sir/Madam, Please refer to my protracted complaints lodged on 27.12.2014, 13.02.2015 & 14.03.2015 regarding Illegal Using of Motor in suraksha Enclave, chandanagar with the following details :- (i) Message was received from your office that Token No.2930 Dt 27.12.2014 is registered for the complaint lodged on 27.12.2014 and on 02.01.2015 message stating your problem is solved is received from your good office. (ii)In continuation to the above complaint, same problem was posed to your good office on 13.02.2015 and again on 18.02.2015 message stating your problem is solved is received from your good office. (iii) In continuation to the above complaint, same problem was posed to your good office on 14.03.2015. But as on today i.e., 18.03.2015 the above said problem is not solved and still persisting. I once again request your good office to give a perfect and permenant solution to my problem for which act of kindness i will be grateful to HMWSSB.
