I would like to bring to notice that there is leakage and water pipe burst in pipeline at the entrance of my house.It appears the leakage is from the main line as we are getting as normal as earlier. I am from Madhuranagar Colony, SanjeevaReddy Nagar. Can no.[protected] There is drainage overflow since 3 days in our street and causing lot of trouble to the residents and pedestrians. The surroundings have become very unhygienic. Please resolve the problem immediately.

we have complained on 12/04/15 token no.4257 regarding very low pressure in supply of water for the past 45 days.it is due to a leak in the joint of the pipeline on rd.no 10 junction near out patient care hospital.we have personally gone and met madam Sarita and other people incharge on rd.no 7 .No action has been taken all the water is flowing in the drain & we are suffering .about 350 people reside in our building, tankers are also not available easily.please take immediate action thankyou

Suddenly for the month of March 2015 the category has been mistakenly changed from domestic to commercial and we got a wrong bill of 2845.51. We are the residents of prashantnagar colony, kothaguda, serilingampally (Mandal) which is known to be a posh n rich area n high amounts of tax revenue recieving area ( hitech city area) in the city, but the supply of water in this area is very poor. We are getting water once in 4 days with very low pressure. If we book tanker from hmwssb, they are delivering with a span of 8 to 10 days. Hope there may be improvement in supply of water.

Sir Low water supply for 15 to 30 families at ESWH colony, Bharathnagar, Hyderabad since March-2015. The families are in the line of EWSH 570-594 and its opposite lines. It is upward at that line. The same is noticed to the water board officiails at Bharath Nagar, Hyderabad. On 08th April-2015 and April 10, 2015 the supply of water was not reached to that families for their needs. We are all in middle class families to buy water tanks and also non sufficient storage. I request your officials to visit our families and enquiry on supply of water frequently when water supply is on. Please do the needful at your end. Dear Sir, we are the residents of H.No.[protected]/5 seethaphalmandi secunderabad. every 10 days i n our line the drainage gets blocked and due that from our neighbour's house drainage water will get sweep ed into our well. We have number of complaint's in this regard and once we got tested water with IPM also and submitted a report, but no proper action had been taken place. may I request your good selves kindly check and do the needful at the earliest please

We are residents o[censored]pperguda Rajanagar, Moula-Ali, are Regular payers of Monthly Water Bill. In spite of it we get water always once in 10 days in parallel in another colony supply is giving for 3 days around our colony.there is no water supply at all. There is no ground water in this area, we do not have water in Bore wells also . We totally depend on the tap water.irrespectiveness of Reminding the HMWSSB Officials at Moul-ali But There was no use. We request you to urgently look into the matter and do the needful immediately give the water supply for every 3 or 5 days in a week. Dear Team, We are getting drinking water form past 1 week we have reported complaint by calling 155313 many times still there is no proper response and we have personally visited the Water Bode Beside at Hasmathpet no manager or responsible person is available at the desk and none of the staff know what is the managers timings he is not picking any ones calls also please check and do needful by process our request. There has been very low pressure of water supply at Raghavendranagar, behind Tagore/SSD School, Near Allwyn Colony X Roads, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. The problem has started after the GHMC laid down the new drainage lines, where the water lines were damaged; some consumers have made their own arrangements, adjustments, digging out / fixing the lines themselves, etc. Further, we are under the impression that some might have changed their connections from 1/2" to 1" pipe, or unauthorized connection(s), etc. Further, we request you to please instruct the concerned authorities of Electrical Department to put off the power supply during water supply. Presently, the supply is once in 3 days!!! please check. Today, at my surprise a neighbour drilled out /cut the road across, may be for water connection!!, whether it is authorized or unauthorized we are not aware. please check. Most of the consumers are using motors during water supply (because the duration of supply time is less; with low force).

Hi hope this complaint with result in an immediate action. I am the resident in Dilsukhnagar, Shalivahananagar. Here in our colony all use electric motors to fill water. Which is illegal. Mine is a last house so we don't get water in good pressure. Today is became too much all our colony members are getting water but there is no water in my house. I go according to rules but a good result I am facing. Can you kindly do the justice to our complaint.

my self savithri r/o 4-34-200 new shapurnagar jeedimetla hyderabad my can no[protected] and my online complaint token no 3182, 3171, 7237, 7250, 7260, quthbullapur XII the hmwsb ha booked my complaint with out solving my water supply problem they have closed my complaints .i personally appraoched thewater workmanager he is very negligence at his service, he is refused tO take my complaint.SINCE 35 DAYS IAM PURCHASING WATER FROM PRIVATE ORGANISATIONS. in hmwsb there is no responsible person to sove my problem.. my cell no [protected].

I Dr Vijayakumar can no.[protected]booked for tanker on 29th march2015.my token number is 9851 .Tanker nor supplied till now .But people registered after me are received tanker.My booking is valid still i am not able to book or receive tanker.People with token number 9956 and 1075 are already received.even staff at supply place are also helpless.I complained to manager also.Kindly resolve this problem.
