Dear Sir, This is to bring to the notice of Water board authorities that we are facing lot of problem due to low pressure supply of Water at Sri Durga Estates, Bank colony road, Quthbulapur. It is understood that some of our colony members and neighbour colony using motors to suck the water. May be because of that forcible sucking we are getting low pressure. May I request the concerned authorities to have vigilant on it and take proper action on mis-users. Water is released only for 1 hour with low pressure. By this we are unable to meet daily needs with water.

This is to bring to the notice of Water board authorities that we are facing lot of problem due to Irregular suppy of Water at Sri Venkateshwara colony, Quthbulapur Opp Godavari Homes.

Water is released only after 3 to 4 days on unsual timings there is no specific timing set for this. Also water is released only for 1 hour with low pressure. By this we are unable to meet daily needs also with water.

Also we would like to bring it to your notice that the colony(M N Reddy Nagar) beside us gets ample water supply alternate days which we can see flowing on raods also some times. we are not able to understand why there is huge scarcity when it comes to this colony.

The are which we are residing is with polluted ground water and cant be used for cooking purpose.

Request your kind intervention and resolution for the water issue by mainting the correct timings and good pressure alternate days.

Respected sir, The water is precious, this slogan created by you to public to follow, But this slogan is not apply for you staff. Meter reader is opening the valve for release water, have not take care of leakage from that valve, plenty water is wasting from valve Opp. Post Office, Rd No.1, Banjarahills. We are living in H.No: 10-5-8/9/B First Lancer, Masab Tank.We have been receiving polluted water supply since last year continuously, strong stinky smell is coming from the water and it's dark like that of a drainage water. We are getting sick constantly due to this dirty water supply, so many complaints had been lodged via telephone yet there has been no action taken what so ever. I would request the members of the authority to look into this matter seriously and solve this problem as soon as possible.

Dear sir, We residents of RK Society, Borabanda operated under Moosapet water works would like bring the following grievances for your intervention and regularization of water supply to our area. 1. From 8-Jan-2015 to 14-Jan-2015 (in 7 days), water was supplied only once. This was brought to the notice of concern manager at Moosapet water works. 2. From 15-Jan-2015 to 22-Jan-2015 restored regular alternate day supply, however again on 23-Jan-2015 water was supplied for only 10 minutes. I request you to take immediate action in restoring regular water supply to our area. ** Please note if water supply is skipped one day the cumulative effect will be for 4 days. Respected Sir, I am Ikram Ab Khan staying at HNO:- 2-13-23/1, Beerappagadd, Near Srinvasa High School, Uppal, Hyderabad -39. It seems Drinking water pipeline broken somewhere and drainage water is mixing up in drinking water. So much bad smell is coming in the drinking water and we are not able to use and drink it. my can no. is[protected], G.Joseph Kennedy I have taken new connection during October, 2014. my first bi no.48545374 for Rs, 627.50 with due date 3.11.2014 which i have already paid in online payment is not updated and subsequently i received two more bills like this Bill No.49433837 dated 05.12.2014 for Rs, 627.50 including arrears Rs.1255.00 Next bill No.50712927 dated 10.01.2015 for Rs.627.50 due date 24.01.2015 including arrears Rs.2510.00 why in three months 4 bill amounts of Rs.627.50 are billed and why my 1st payment is not updated and third bill is doubled and there is no uniformity in billing and due dates. why fixed amount of Rs.627.50 is being billing and in one month in our area Mayurinagar, Miyapur residential complex, there was no water supply for 15 days but bill amount is not reduced. what is the billing criteria. please update me so that i can pay the amount manually. today i paid another Rs.1255.00 online. please update the same immediately and show me the revised amount. dear sir iam a resident of samatha nagar rbi colony old bowenpally secunderabad as usual there is no water supply from past one week iam not able to understant when the whole city is getting proper water supply for hours why our area which is so developed and in the heart of secunderabad is facing such acute water problem for which all our complains are going unheard and the problem remains the same moreover adding to our problems borewels here have also dried up sir this is my sincere request to the concerned authorities to look in to this matter seriously and help us out with getting us regular water supply

Sir we r having comercial shop in ranigunj situated near lalagudi we r facing drainage problem since 3 years and the water flows continously 365 days not a single day the water stops and repeted complaints also dont work on the GHMC officials i and our fellow shop owners r repeteldy facing health problems and also costumers dont turn up due to dirry water flowing i request u to kindly take action

drinking water is released on to the road incessantly, people should be penalised for such a waste of precious resource, especially in the area of mettuguda and Alugadda bavi of secunderabad. taps have to be fixed on to public taps, water used for temples/other public worshipping places should also be billed.

I AM A RESIDENT OF MADHURA NAGAR COLONY, PRASHANTI HILLS. THERE IS NO SUPPLY OF WATER SINCE 1 WEEK, WE ARE FACING PROBLEMS. Dear sir, i have submitted for bill name change application for CAN[protected], from existing B.Pandu to new name R.ANANTHA CHARY. i have submitted the all supported documents for proof as per water board requirement 0n 02-MAY-2013. they are said all are fine will update. But still they not updated, when i asked many times to the water board office(NARAYANAGUDA) for updation, they are asking MONEY. i am requesting to water board management please take necessary action to process my application. and to update as soon as possible. We are residing at H.No.5-1-561, Flat No.301, Falcon's Crest, Troop Bazar, Hyderabad. Every now and then water with polution of Sewarge comes in entire lane. Water is installed by counsler without putting Drianage connection near the tap. It requires permanant Solution, or otherwise there is likelyhood of deaths due to Water Pollution. I mrs.Shyam kumar kulkarni, resident of new narashimha nagar, mallapur, ranga reddy dist telngana, would like to bring to your kind notice that the water line man is not properly responding and giving water in the afternoon on request of some others in the colony in the first place why he should change the time from morning hours to afternoon because of some ladies in the colony and what is the position of working womens if they starts releasing the water in the after noon.

More over he has to release he water every 3 rd day insted of several meetings in the colony he is releasing the water for every four days once.

Request you to seriously look into the matter and do the justification for working womens

And more over there is no enough pressure also.

SIR, We the residents of h.no.13-5-158/83, 13-5-158/84, 13-5-158/85, 13-5-158/86, 13-5-158/87 Amlapur, Karwan, Hyderabad, 500006 Telangana State. New cc road is laying in our line but drainage and water pipes are broken at many places even at joints of main water pipes are leaking. we have given a written complaint at hmwssb office at sabjimandi, karwan, hyderabad on 2 dec 2014. The officer has visited the place and said the dept would lay drainage pipes and repair water pipe lines within 10 days. but no action is taken till now. to repair water pipes they have digged at 2 to 3 places and left it open holed since 15 days.when there is water hole are filled with water and it is mixing wiith drainage water . we are facing problem due to worst condition of road. complete road is damaged we are unable to walk. so we request to see this matter as soon as possible. yours faithfully SHARADHA

Myself T Praveen Kumar Reddy resident of Dr As Rao Nagar society.. Have you been observed or not, the Main Road Starting From Dr As rao Nagar Society Ending at ECIL x roads is in Worst Condition with the recent digging of the road. The Commuters of the near by areas are facing a severe hectic Problem while travelling on this road. Also Whether it has been came to your notice or not that few accidents have also been taken place because of the worst road condition.
