There is frequent drainage choking on public road between chandana brothers and icici bank mehdipatnam Inspite of repeated complaints to hwssb about drainage over flowing on road the concerned staff are reluctant to attend the complaint unless thousands are paid to them. why is the hwssb charging sewage cesswhich is included in the water bill which is paid monthly. Please resolve the issue. My cell no is [protected]

    We are regularly paying our Water Cess Bill before due date. On 15.09.2014 also I have paid Rs. 1230/- towards Water Cess Bill through Mee Seva Centre, Green Lands, Hyderabad by way of a cheque bearing no. 147259 dated 15.09.2014 drawn on Oriental Bank of Commerce, Secunderabad. However, due to some technical problem, the cheque was returned unpaid. Immediately after realizing the same, I have paid the amount again by way of another cheque on 25.09.2014 and the same was passed. In spite of payment made on 25.09.2014, I have received a legal notice dated 15.10.2014 advising me to pay Water cess Bill amount of Rs. 1230/- and Processing charges of Rs. 500/-. Since I have already paid the water Cess amount of Rs. 1230/- on 25.09.2014 I request your goodselves to waive the processing charges of Rs. 500/- for issuing legal notice. Yours faithfully, P. V.       File No:[protected] We got the water connection approval more than 10 days back, and still no connection. They have given a contractor named Saddiq (Ph # [protected]) to get the connection. However, he is promissing daily and never turns- up. HMWSSB website and complaint section doesn't work, can some one pls help to resolve this?

        The water supply to Saibaba Offficers Cly, Sainikpuri is being made only once a week although the charges are being paid promptly every month. This means the supply is only happening 4 times in a month.           Good Morning We are residents of 10-3-5/A Addagutta East Marredpally, The new complex Brighton Residency, 10-3-5 Addagutta East maredpally has a major drainage problem ever since the days of construction, now it has become worst and it is overflowing into our house. This is creating a health hazard's as we have children and elderly people living here. Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible. Carol

            Dear Sir, This is with regard to our CAN no:[protected]. We got this connection from Malkajgiri municipality and in 2009 when HMWSSB took over all water connections, this was transferred to HMWSSB records in Oct 2009. Our municipality sanction letter clearly says the building as multistoried (Flats). When the same document is submitted along with the affidavit (the content and template is provided by Sainikpuri Division, HMWSSB itself) and the bills we paid to municipality during the transfer of our connection to HMWSSB, they didn’t update their records properly and our category was mentioned as ‘Domestic’ instead of ‘BULK & MSB CATEGORY (Within GHMC)’. Now after 5 years we received Demand Notice saying we have to pay extra towards wrong category issue. Actually still they are showing wrong details even in the calculations. From Oct 2009 to June 2014 - 57 Months (Including Water and Sewerage charges) as per their guidelines (HMWSSB Abstract and Tariff) we have to pay Rs. 42693 /- out of which we already paid Rs. 12846/- as monthly charges that they collected from us. We have to pay the outstanding amount of Rs. 29847/- which we are ready to pay. We gave written complaint in Defence Colony Division office with all support documents in the month of Aug 2014 to correct the wrong billing and to update our CAN with correct category. They told it will get resolved in 3 Months. We have also been asked to keep paying small amounts every month to keep the connection active and no further complications get created. So we started paying Rs. 3000/- every month. We started getting wrong billing for wrong category. Since we submitted complaint we are in the assumption that the issue will get resolved in 3 months as promised by divisional officer. 3 Months completed, but no changes in our records and we are still getting wrong bill with Rs. 1235/- per month instead of Rs. 750/-. Even there is no correction in the wrong billing they did. No category changes. We have submitted 2 online complaints reminding them to look into our issues and help us to get our records corrected. The complaints were updated as resolved and records were sent to Head Office, but no changes to our records or billing or category. When we went and met the in charge in person to whom we gave the complaint, now she says we have to go to Khairthabad Head office to get the issue resolved. I don’t know further how many visits we have to make and how many months it takes to get a simple correction of our records even after submitted all legal and valid proofs. Is there any way our issue can be resolved? Can anyone please help us on the issue and show us right path to approach to get this issue fixed? The problem is when consumers are ready to pay the amount, government body itself is not supporting us. Please help us. Thanks Flat Owners. CAN no:[protected]

            Drinking water problem in shalivahananagar colony,Dilsukhnagar 16-11-511/D/55

            Our line is not receiving drinking water since 22/04/2015.Even today i.e 26/04/2015, we didn't receive drinking water.Kindly, look into the matter immediately and solve the issue.

            Chamber construction required after fixing the digital meters at Villas maingate KPHB

            Digital Water meters fixed after removing the existing water meters from Indu Villas Main Gate at KPHB 13th phase Hyderabad area and the contractor forgot fix the chamber for the new fixed meters.Kindly fix the chambers immediately.

              EXCESS BILL

              In the year 2013 we have received excess bill from hmwssb of amount 5000x4 times for 4 months total 20, 000rs, We complained about this excess bill at prajavani meeting then they said to go headoffice which is located at Madhapur and we have complained there about this excess bill statement, then they agreed with us and they said they will deduct the amount which is excess in 1month but they haven't and put interest upon the excess amount...

                I am writing to complain about the never ending water supply issues we have been facing for several years now. Usually water is supplied once in two days for just 45 minutes or less (with very low pressure) which is not sufficient. Due to the shortage of water we are facing several difficulties on a daily basis. This is a perennial problem hence I am forced to escalate this issue. Every other day we have to book water tankers. Many online complaints to the water board earlier have not yielded any result. I request you to look into this serious issue and resolve it as soon as possible.                 Sir, we residing at Mylar gadda, near sithapal mandi, D.No. 11-2-327/1, Name Jayaram. We having so much water problem due to insufficient water supply. I[censored] not respond this ...we will directly complain higher authorities
                I am a resident of H.no 17-1-420/3 sankeswar bazar and in our colony the water supply is badly effected as the line is opening at 8.30 am and closes by 9.00 am due to which we are not getting drinking water hence I request you to instruct the lineman to supply water atleast for 1 hour .

                    SECUNDERABAD 14/10/2014 To, General manager, Water and sewerage Department Maradpelly, SECUNDERABAD Respected sir, WE are resident of Rezimental Bazaar opposite lane of Rathifile bustop our colony is facing a severe problem of drainage overflow problem since 3 years . The manhole has collapsed and it had not constructed weel inside and we r complaining so many times to lineman but there is no response Weekly 2 times we r giving complain but there is no permanent solution .we are requesting to solve this problem as soon as possible .                       This is regarding irregular water supply in our area at H.NO. 68, Rajvamsi homes, Raghavendra colony, Quthbullapur, Hyderabad. We are suppose to get drinking water every alternative days. But recently we are not getting water continuously for three to four days. The lineman is not coming regularly. They are not maintaining proper timing. Sometimes they open the valve early morning. Sometimes during nights, sometimes in midnight. This is causing lot of inconvenience to our apartment tenants.                               I observe that whenever drainage over flowing, the hmwsb staff is attending the job and removing the huge mud from inside the drainage, after completing the job, the removed mud is not lifting from that place and it laying there for days and after some time the mud going again in side the drainage .Recently on 26th of sept 2014, from sensation theater to big Ganesh road some four or five main holes was over flowing, the staff came and removed the huge amount of mud from the manhole and it laying there and not lifted the huge mud from that place, after passing the cars and motorbike the mud is flatten, whenever rain coming again it is going inside the drainage manhole and again overflowing . So please instruct to your staff, whenever removing the mud lift immediately.this is for your information and necessary action Than you for your kind cooperation and immediate action .mohd Ishaq.

                                Hello Sir, I am a resident of Panchami Colony, yellammbanda, Kphb, Hyderabad 50072. We don not get water regularly. It's been more than a week since we got the water. The water supplied only for an hour or so (which will not last more than 2 days). The line man asks extra money to supply water. We all pay the water bill on time but we are not getting the correct service. Please look into the matter.

                                  The HMWWSB has layed a pipe line on our road and left the hole without filling in, and now we the residents of Street No : 8 Khairtabad lane beside syndicate bank are facing lot of trouble while commuting in the lane. Last evening my car has got struck on the road and got damaged. Hence we request you to look into it and take action immedetaly on the same. We have already approached GHMC on this but they have detailed us that this complaint comes under your department.                                     The CAN No is[protected] and it is in the name of Balakrishna Rao 3-4-871/3 Barkathpura Hyderabad 500027. We are very prompt in paying the water bills. But the water supply is very irregular. We get water on alternate days. Even then the pressure is very low. If we ring up to the Helpline Customer care 155313 we get a standard answer that complaint is registered. There is delay or late supply of water. But the problem is never resolved. Otherwise we are at the mercy of the lineman whose service is not reliable. We request you to : Even if you supply water on alternate days, please ensure there is pressure and water is supplied at regular timings.
