Respected Sir, I Makhdoom Mohammed Afzal R/O: 16-9-583/2, Old Malakpet, Hyderabad, Telangana, Would like to complaint and get you informed regarding the leakage of sewage water from the footpath in front of my house which is creating a lot of problem to the every one especially the school children (Ashrafia School) and is also causing mosquito breeding which is very painful for the entire locality. By mistake, for the June 2014 bill against the above mentioned CAN No., I paid the bill twice through internet, once on June 30 and again on July 2 for Rs. 578.94 through my Axis Bank. Instead of giving me credit for both the amounts, I have received an SMS on my phone no. [protected] that including arrears I have to pay Rs. 1158.19. Please look into this anamoly, correct the same and inform me that you have received the amounts and that there is a credit balance in my account.

Respected sir i Mr kiran kumar owner of house bearing H no 4-2-1029 ramkote near Naya Bazaar high school requesting you kindly to take action on my neighbour Ranjithmal Baid and his son sanjay baid with H no 4-2-1026 & 28 who illegally digging municipal road with private labour at night for their personal requirements and constrcting illegal MANHOLE on road as they r been warned from long time regarding their drainage water cumming out frm there home and flowing through lane which makes bad odour and getting all our lane ugly with . now at this time we and all our neighbours gave a police complaint and stopped the work. as they made illegal encroachment by putting stairs on road and putting manhole in that instead the pit hole to be with-in their premises. I request you kindly to take immediate action on this

Dear Sir, I'm from Sainikpuri, Secunderabad. I have applied for water connection in the year 2011, and I have done all the related payment but the HMWSSB have failed to give us water connection till date. This is one of the MOST horrible service. I have gone to the concerned area authorities for years now and I have never found any of the officers in there place for solving this issue in 3 years now. Every time i call their number and they say i'm out will check and get back to you, which they don't. Can you kindly look into this and do the needful As soon as possible. Respected Sir, I am a resident of begumpet, complaint regarding sewerage leakage. Every time we complaint half work will be done and if we ask them to do it fully, they say we have other works to do. every time the same and drainage's water is blushing back into the house. The unauthorized people are opening the cover of Manjeera water junction box, tapping the water with buckets and spoiling the water. The HMWSSB valve operators also not bothered about. The concerned May kindly look into and arrange to lock the cover with secured lock. Regards,

Respected Sir, We are the residents of Diamond City colony opposite pillar no 243 Rajendranagar, Sir here there is an illegal water supply daily to water tankers (address near Masjid Nayeem Afsar, diamond city colony opposite pillar no 243, near national fisheries development board Rajnendranagar) . There is lot of disturbance in our colony and we fear of water shortage also, I am requesting to the concerned authorities must look into the matter seriously and must take some prompt and necessary action to overcome the problem immediately. kindly check once as soon as possible and do the needful to stop such illegal water suply. Dear sir, booked a tanker 10days back with token number 8721.Till this date we have not received tanker.Every time they are charging 100 to 150 extra.At least we are not getting muncipal water for daily use.Kindly look into the matter and help us.

Dear Sir, I wish to Inform you that, I am from Sri Sai colony, Chintal, Balanagar Town ship area in our area so many house owners connecting motors to Manjeera connections in that reason some houses not commming water sufficiently very low speed water comming in that reason we are facing water problem. Respected Sir, I am G srinivas staying at HNO:- 7-1-28/4/6, shyam karan road, Lalbungalow, Ameerpet, Hyd. It seems Drinking water pipeline broken somewhere and drainage water is mixing up in drinking water. So much bad smell is coming in the drinking water and we are not able to use and drink it. I have tried so many time to complaint at customer care 155313 but no response . This is a very serious problem in our lane and our health is under trouble. Res, sir I am residents of saber nagar 12-2-386/15. Having a problem of shortage water.since last four days I am facing a water problem.some of my neighbours getting a water some of not getting. With out water there is no life.I think you are understanding my problem.

I am resident of West Deendayal nagar, Neredmet having CAN No.[protected] received contaminated water in water pipe line on 20/06/2014 due to under ground drainage work is going on, last we received water on 11/06/2014. already what we have the water also contaminated due to this type of supply, our sump forcefully cleaned and removed the entire water. When I talked with AM informed they are discussing with GHMC to clear the issue to rectify and it may take further 4 to 5 days. for because of these reasons I booked a taken vide token no. 6206 on 22/06/2014 and when I asked the concerned person on 24/06/2014 with full explanation stated that he cannot help to supply for another 48 hrs. if you need & have the money take commercial supply it will immeidately. This is a embrassing situation the GHMC & HWSSB MD has to take war foot step and clear the issue, The supplier TelePh: [protected] whi is informed to take commerial supply for domestic.

Sir,
I am a resident of n.R.R.Puram colony, boraband with can no.[protected], complained about low pressure of water supply in our area, on 19/06/2014 with token no.5369. No action has been taken till now. I also booked tanker with token no.5991 under immediate booking procedure, but till now no response even for tanker booking. Are the people o[censored]r office stopped responding against complaints. Kindly either gie us water supply properly or send us tanker which was booked for domestic purpose immediately

Dear Sir The water pressure/ flow to our house is low. It seems the strainer before the water meter might be choked. Can you please address this issue. Sewerage(drainage) is overflowing from neighbors compound (Bhaskara Hospital)in to our Apartment, D.NO:7-1-70/a/101-to408, DK Road, Ameerpet, Hyderabad-500016. We have protested with Bhaskara Hospital, but they ignored and said that the leakage & overflow is not from their Hospital.We have booked on line complaint NO:9530.

Our HMWSSB Can NO:[protected].

Will the HMWSSB will do prevail and take corrective action and book the culprits?

Hi Iam from seethapalmandi, a pipe line of 300 dia approx passing through from kala engeering lane has provided a public tap at 2 sights ( in 1986) despite the residents in this lane has provided the domestic connections ilegaly and using the water for 6 to 8 hours with normal regular payment. and the same residents are also having the old connections.prior to 1986 from a regular pipe line for ment for connecting to residents.Hence i request the concern authorities to look into the matter and see that all the people get justice.
