Respected Sir, We are the residents of Diamond City colony opposite pillar no 243 Rajendranagar, Sir here there is an illegal water supply daily to water tankers (address near Masjid Nayeem Afsar, diamond city colony opposite pillar no 243, near national fisheries development board Rajnendranagar) . There is lot of disturbance in our colony and we fear of water shortage also, I am requesting to the concerned authorities must look into the matter seriously and must take some prompt and necessary action to overcome the problem immediately. kindly check once as soon as possible and do the needful to stop such illegal water suply.     Dear sir, booked a tanker 10days back with token number 8721.Till this date we have not received tanker.Every time they are charging 100 to 150 extra.At least we are not getting muncipal water for daily use.Kindly look into the matter and help us.

        Respected Sir, I am G srinivas staying at HNO:- 7-1-28/4/6, shyam karan road, Lalbungalow, Ameerpet, Hyd. It seems Drinking water pipeline broken somewhere and drainage water is mixing up in drinking water. So much bad smell is coming in the drinking water and we are not able to use and drink it. I have tried so many time to complaint at customer care 155313 but no response . This is a very serious problem in our lane and our health is under trouble.             Sir, on door no:5-1-198 old ghasmandi ranigunj secunderbad heavy water sewerage leakage on main road & public unable to move or drive over there. please send somebody to clear the sewrage line to remove water from main road. mob-[protected] heavy smell coming out, it is official area & school near by pls send immediately to take quick action for it

              I am resident of West Deendayal nagar, Neredmet having CAN No.[protected] received contaminated water in water pipe line on 20/06/2014 due to under ground drainage work is going on, last we received water on 11/06/2014. already what we have the water also contaminated due to this type of supply, our sump forcefully cleaned and removed the entire water. When I talked with AM informed they are discussing with GHMC to clear the issue to rectify and it may take further 4 to 5 days. for because of these reasons I booked a taken vide token no. 6206 on 22/06/2014 and when I asked the concerned person on 24/06/2014 with full explanation stated that he cannot help to supply for another 48 hrs. if you need & have the money take commercial supply it will immeidately. This is a embrassing situation the GHMC & HWSSB MD has to take war foot step and clear the issue, The supplier TelePh: [protected] whi is informed to take commerial supply for domestic.

                Sir,
                I am a resident of n.R.R.Puram colony, boraband with can no.[protected], complained about low pressure of water supply in our area, on 19/06/2014 with token no.5369. No action has been taken till now. I also booked tanker with token no.5991 under immediate booking procedure, but till now no response even for tanker booking. Are the people o[censored]r office stopped responding against complaints. Kindly either gie us water supply properly or send us tanker which was booked for domestic purpose immediately

                          Sewerage(drainage) is overflowing from neighbors compound (Bhaskara Hospital)in to our Apartment, D.NO:7-1-70/a/101-to408, DK Road, Ameerpet, Hyderabad-500016. We have protested with Bhaskara Hospital, but they ignored and said that the leakage & overflow is not from their Hospital.We have booked on line complaint NO:9530.

                            Hi Iam from seethapalmandi, a pipe line of 300 dia approx passing through from kala engeering lane has provided a public tap at 2 sights ( in 1986) despite the residents in this lane has provided the domestic connections ilegaly and using the water for 6 to 8 hours with normal regular payment. and the same residents are also having the old connections.prior to 1986 from a regular pipe line for ment for connecting to residents.Hence i request the concern authorities to look into the matter and see that all the people get justice.

                                respected sir, kavita agarwal, residing # 2-4-149&150, 2-4-149&150/F1 &F2, nallagutta, Ramgopalpet, secunderabad. i have got new connection on[protected], receipt no : 2789023, application no :[protected], file no :[protected] and sanction order no :[protected]. i have no water supply from that date. plz release the water as i have lot of problem toward due to it.                                 What is the role of HODs & Commissioners, when they are unable to see consumer complaints, what are the pending, why the pending long time, what is the resolution time to be fixed to concerned Managers, DGMs, GMs, & also there is technical as well as non-technical.

                                Commissioners intervention to be more required on customer complaints on day to day basis then only other people will work on the issues.

                                    I have 2 floors for my house bearing nos 13-6-434/B/64 and 13-6-434/B/64/1 and 2 water connections have been duly provided by HMWSSB. When I applied for the 2nd connection, I had only one telephone, so both connections have only one contact no of mine. Until last year, whenever I wanted water tanker, I used to contact Kakateeya Nagar office and I used to get the tanker, but this year I was asked to book with Central booking on phone no 155313. And when I contacted the office, I was informed that as I have 2 connections and one tel no, I have to get a new tel no added at Golconda office. When I went to Golconda office near Shaikpet nala a helpful young man tried to add the number and directed me to contact Kakateeya Nagar and when we contacted them there was no help. I tried to call Srinivas, Manager, but there was no response. Now, I request you to arrange for getting my 2nd number.noted so that I can get water tanker. MY 1st CAN No. is[protected] and tel no is [protected] and 2nd CAN No is[protected] and tel no. is [protected]. Trust expeditious action will be taken on my request and my family will be s pared the vagaries of waterless summer. I live in the ground floor and my son lives in the first floor with his family.                                     Sri Ram Nagar- Block B Colony, Kondapur near Botanical garden does not have Water connection. The bores are dried up. As we donot have water connection due to lack of Govt funds we cannot book GHMC tanker and we need to depend on the private Tankers . The Govt officials are harssing the private tankers. Due to this common people are suffering. What is the fate of common man? How would a common man survive without water?
