I have 2 floors for my house bearing nos 13-6-434/B/64 and 13-6-434/B/64/1 and 2 water connections have been duly provided by HMWSSB. When I applied for the 2nd connection, I had only one telephone, so both connections have only one contact no of mine. Until last year, whenever I wanted water tanker, I used to contact Kakateeya Nagar office and I used to get the tanker, but this year I was asked to book with Central booking on phone no 155313. And when I contacted the office, I was informed that as I have 2 connections and one tel no, I have to get a new tel no added at Golconda office. When I went to Golconda office near Shaikpet nala a helpful young man tried to add the number and directed me to contact Kakateeya Nagar and when we contacted them there was no help. I tried to call Srinivas, Manager, but there was no response. Now, I request you to arrange for getting my 2nd number.noted so that I can get water tanker.
