Dear Sir The water pressure/ flow to our house is low. It seems the strainer before the water meter might be choked. Can you please address this issue. Due to low flow of water we don't have sufficient water to do our daily chores and is causing lots of hurdles and extra payment for tankers.     Respected Sir, I am G Venkatesh staying at HNO:- 2-3-647/A/303, PremNagar, Amberpet, Hyd-13. It seems Drinking water pipeline broken somewhere and drainage water is mixing up in drinking water. So much bad smell is coming in the drinking water and we are not able to use and drink it. We already complaint many times but no response till now. We have protested with Bhaskara Hospital, but they ignored and said that the leakage & overflow is not from their Hospital.We have booked on line complaint NO:9530.

          Hi Iam from seethapalmandi, a pipe line of 300 dia approx passing through from kala engeering lane has provided a public tap at 2 sights ( in 1986) despite the residents in this lane has provided the domestic connections ilegaly and using the water for 6 to 8 hours with normal regular payment. and the same residents are also having the old connections.prior to 1986 from a regular pipe line for ment for connecting to residents.Hence i request the concern authorities to look into the matter and see that all the people get justice.

              What is the role of HODs & Commissioners, when they are unable to see consumer complaints, what are the pending, why the pending long time, what is the resolution time to be fixed to concerned Managers, DGMs, GMs, & also there is technical as well as non-technical.

              Commissioners intervention to be more required on customer complaints on day to day basis then only other people will work on the issues.

                  I have 2 floors for my house bearing nos 13-6-434/B/64 and 13-6-434/B/64/1 and 2 water connections have been duly provided by HMWSSB. When I applied for the 2nd connection, I had only one telephone, so both connections have only one contact no of mine. Until last year, whenever I wanted water tanker, I used to contact Kakateeya Nagar office and I used to get the tanker, but this year I was asked to book with Central booking on phone no 155313. And when I contacted the office, I was informed that as I have 2 connections and one tel no, I have to get a new tel no added at Golconda office. When I went to Golconda office near Shaikpet nala a helpful young man tried to add the number and directed me to contact Kakateeya Nagar and when we contacted them there was no help. I tried to call Srinivas, Manager, but there was no response. Now, I request you to arrange for getting my 2nd number.noted so that I can get water tanker. MY 1st CAN No. is[protected] and tel no is [protected] and 2nd CAN No is[protected] and tel no. is [protected]. Trust expeditious action will be taken on my request and my family will be s pared the vagaries of waterless summer. I live in the ground floor and my son lives in the first floor with his family.                   Sri Ram Nagar- Block B Colony, Kondapur near Botanical garden does not have Water connection. The bores are dried up. As we donot have water connection due to lack of Govt funds we cannot book GHMC tanker and we need to depend on the private Tankers . The Govt officials are harssing the private tankers. Due to this common people are suffering. What is the fate of common man? How would a common man survive without water?

                      H.No. 8-1-332/3/44, Arvind Nagar Colony, Lane No. 18, Toli Chowki, Hyderabad.

                      We had a water connection to our house, and around 4 months back the main water lines were changed by the HMWSSB in our colony. The HMWSSB had disconnected my line and had not connected it back with the new line laid by HMWSSB. Since then we are not getting water in our tap.

                      I have registered my complaint several times on the official website of HMWSSB, http://www.hyderabadwater.gov.in
                      but the issue has not been addressed at all. My complaint has fallen on blind eyes and deaf years of HMWSSB.

                      Again I appeal HMWSSB to solve my chronic problem.

                        Sir, we are facing drainage over flow problem for the past one year. followed up with your officials DGM AND AE several times. but no result oriented action has been taken till date. Location is Shilpa Enclave, Chanda nagar, Serilingam palli circle. Regarding this, we Raised 2 Grievances earlier as below. 1. Grievance Number: 2013-07-W034396 dt. 15.07.13 2. Grievance Number: 2013-07-W034513; dt. 16.07.13; No result oriented action has been taken till date. for the 2nd Grivance above, GHMC sent a message stating that, "the UGD line laid by HMWS & SB.Hence this subject is pertains to HMWS & SB. Contact AE, Vidya sagar". Accordingly we contacted and on the day of your visit they brought a machine and did some work. But still the problem is not solved. We again contacted AE, DGM of HMWS, but they are not able to provide an outlet due to local problems. Situation is worst now on the road No. 2C, Plot no. 52 & 53 area. kindly instruct concerned to do the needful. with regards, sreenivasula reddy pl. [protected]
                        I am resident of Gowlipura, Sulthan shahi with H.No 23-4-31/1 have drainage problem in the main man hole.of the area. By this the near by houses are facing problem with drainage overflow . I request you to solve the problem by sending the person. Please do solve as early as possible.
                        IN my locality new drainage pipe line erected in which the out of our house was not suit the newline . the new pipeline is in high level where as my house outflow in low level therefore it is requested to look into the matter and do the needful for smooth out flow

                                Sir I would like to draw the kind attention of the concerned authorities through the column of your esteemed newspaper towards the problem of water pipe line 6" INCH GOVT PIPE LINE(as it ended in center of the colony lane) and supply in Madhavaram nagar colony. Most of the time the taps remain dry due to the distance from the main point of supply(FROM 6" PIPE LINE) as it is far away from the residence . The supply is made only one hour in the afternoon and that to once in three days. Many residents have the same problem due to the distance from the main point of supply . In this connection we have complained to the local authorities but in vain. I, therefore, request the higher authorities to look into this matter and take necessary action immediately. Thanking you

                                  No drinking water supply for the past TWOmonths. H.NO. 8-3-430/88, New Ambedkar Nagar, Ammeerpet, Hyderabad - 500073 Mobile # [protected]. Can #[protected]. Please do the needful and also instruct the water releasing staff on priority to look into this concern.

                                  Now for the last 60 days there no water supply even after repeated complaint no action from HMWSSB (Complaint # 1964 and 1969 /others raised on the same issue multiple times) ASAP .Seems the HMWSSB web sitte is not responding for lodging the complaints and customer care every time replying me that they intimated complaint to relevant in charge but every time observed complaints are closing within one day blindly without soving problems.

                                  I request HMWSSB authorities to look into this concern and take appropriate actions ASAP. Going further if this kind of websites/customer care suport/support staff HMWSSB should be supportive to customers intead of chasing every day.

                                  As we are surviving with Tankers since from 2 months.

                                  Please treat this as priority and look into the issue ASAP. Appreciate your early response on this.

WAS UPDATED AS RECTIFIED BUT STIIL NO ONE CAME TO TAKE ACTION NOT IT IS 10 DAYS FROM THE REQUESTED COMPLAIN DATE NOW AGAIN I HAD RAISE ANOTHER COMPLAIN NO 7504 ON[protected] HOPE HMWSSB AUTHORITY WAKE UP AND SEE IMMEDIATELY IN THIS MATTER AS SEWERAGE WATER CONTINUES OVERFLOWING ON ROAD LANE CAUSING HEALTH HAZARD.

                                        my can no is[protected] H.no 8-5-141/12/8/6 mallikarjuna colony Road no 3,Old Bowenpally Secunderabad. I am not getting water for the last two years i.e from 6/2011. so for I have registered more than 100 (one hundred)complaints to the HMWSSB authorities.i.e complaints registered online (HMWSSB website),and by SMS to the section officer Hasmathpet ,also to the Dy Genaral Manager HMWSSB Kukatpally.and when there is no action by them I have registered complaints by Email to the Managing Director HMWSSB Khairathabad duly explaining the facts and details of all the complaints alredy made to the authorities.But no action by any of the above authorities.to this date. Inspite of the above complaints regarding no water supply the HMWSSB authorities continued to send me water charges bill every maonthdemading paymets of amount with in due date and stating that if no payment is made the water supply connection will be removed and inspite of making regular payment no water is being supplied to this date.Therfore this complaint is once again registered
