respected sir This a residence of Saber Nagararea i have given n number of time complaints my house numbe ris 12-2-386/220 beside my house there is hand pump bore wel from last two years the drainage has been blocked no action has been taken for cleaning it as my complaints number is 1835 plz do the necessary thinghs in the regards as we are unable to fill water [protected]

We had a water connection to our house, and around 4 months back the main water lines were changed by the HMWSSB in our colony. The HMWSSB had disconnected my line and had not connected it back with the new line laid by HMWSSB. Since then we are not getting water in our tap.

I have registered my complaint several times on the official website of HMWSSB, http://www.hyderabadwater.gov.in
but the issue has not been addressed at all. My complaint has fallen on blind eyes and deaf years of HMWSSB.

Again I appeal HMWSSB to solve my chronic problem.

Sir, we are facing drainage over flow problem for the past one year. followed up with your officials DGM AND AE several times. but no result oriented action has been taken till date. Location is Shilpa Enclave, Chanda nagar, Serilingam palli circle. Regarding this, we Raised 2 Grievances earlier as below. 1. Grievance Number: 2013-07-W034396 dt. 15.07.13 2. Grievance Number: 2013-07-W034513; dt. 16.07.13; No result oriented action has been taken till date. for the 2nd Grivance above, GHMC sent a message stating that, "the UGD line laid by HMWS & SB.Hence this subject is pertains to HMWS & SB. Contact AE, Vidya sagar". Accordingly we contacted and on the day of your visit they brought a machine and did some work. But still the problem is not solved. We again contacted AE, DGM of HMWS, but they are not able to provide an outlet due to local problems. I am very disappointed to address that there has not been any action taken against the complaint. More over i received a SMS stating that my complaint has ben taken care and is closed when the problem with the water flow right infront of my door is still not yet fixed. I Ombir Singh Bhadoria a resident of Slarjung colony (9-4-86/87) near rta office, Mehdipatnam, my number is [protected]. There is a very frequent blockage in the drainage system here and there is a very bad situation over here. Main hole is damaged and drainage water flowing to my house and mixing in the water sump. I have lodge the complaint regarding this on 02 Dec 13 at kakatiya nagar office but till now no body has come to resolve the issue, the condintion is become a pathatic. So i request to the authorities to solve this problems at the earliest...

Sir I would like to draw the kind attention of the concerned authorities through the column of your esteemed newspaper towards the problem of water pipe line 6" INCH GOVT PIPE LINE(as it ended in center of the colony lane) and supply in Madhavaram nagar colony. Most of the time the taps remain dry due to the distance from the main point of supply(FROM 6" PIPE LINE) as it is far away from the residence . The supply is made only one hour in the afternoon and that to once in three days. Many residents have the same problem due to the distance from the main point of supply . In this connection we have complained to the local authorities but in vain. I, therefore, request the higher authorities to look into this matter and take necessary action immediately. Thanking you

No drinking water supply for the past TWOmonths. H.NO. 8-3-430/88, New Ambedkar Nagar, Ammeerpet, Hyderabad - 500073 Mobile # [protected]. Can #[protected]. Please do the needful and also instruct the water releasing staff on priority to look into this concern.

Now for the last 60 days there no water supply even after repeated complaint no action from HMWSSB (Complaint # 1964 and 1969 /others raised on the same issue multiple times) ASAP .Seems the HMWSSB web sitte is not responding for lodging the complaints and customer care every time replying me that they intimated complaint to relevant in charge but every time observed complaints are closing within one day blindly without soving problems.

I request HMWSSB authorities to look into this concern and take appropriate actions ASAP. Going further if this kind of websites/customer care suport/support staff HMWSSB should be supportive to customers intead of chasing every day.

As we are surviving with Tankers since from 2 months.

Please treat this as priority and look into the issue ASAP. Appreciate your early response on this.

WAS UPDATED AS RECTIFIED BUT STIIL NO ONE CAME TO TAKE ACTION NOT IT IS 10 DAYS FROM THE REQUESTED COMPLAIN DATE NOW AGAIN I HAD RAISE ANOTHER COMPLAIN NO 7504 ON[protected] HOPE HMWSSB AUTHORITY WAKE UP AND SEE IMMEDIATELY IN THIS MATTER AS SEWERAGE WATER CONTINUES OVERFLOWING ON ROAD LANE CAUSING HEALTH HAZARD.

I am not getting water for the last two years i.e from 6/2011. so for I have registered more than 100 (one hundred)complaints to the HMWSSB authorities.i.e complaints registered online (HMWSSB website),and by SMS to the section officer Hasmathpet ,also to the Dy Genaral Manager HMWSSB Kukatpally.and when there is no action by them I have registered complaints by Email to the Managing Director HMWSSB Khairathabad duly explaining the facts and details of all the complaints alredy made to the authorities.But no action by any of the above authorities.to this date. Inspite of the above complaints regarding no water supply the HMWSSB authorities continued to send me water charges bill every maonthdemading paymets of amount with in due date and stating that if no payment is made the water supply connection will be removed and inspite of making regular payment no water is being supplied to this date.Therfore this complaint is once again registered

File No.[protected] We have enhanced water connection from 25mm to 50mm and paid Rs.11,10,270/ which includes cost of Water Meter and Water Harvesting Pit amounting to Rs.85,000/- and Rs.54,500/-, respectively .Please note that Water meter was purchased and provided by us, secondly Harvesting Pit already exist in our C&D Block. We therefore request you to adjust total amount of Rs..1,39,500/- in our future bills. drinking water is leaking from the underground pipes in front of our house since 1 month. Due to this so much of drinking water is getting wasted and the water flow to our house became very low. As we are totally dependent on drinking water only, we are facing huge water problem.

No drinking water supply for the past five days. The water release boy came two days ago and simply went away saying that as I have not been paid tip for releasing water, I will not release water to your houses (our gated community consisting of 20 houses). There is heavy drinking water leaking from a possible pipe burst on the main road at Padmaraonagar. The location is opposite to DHL office / Aneesh towers on the Bhoiguda road. Surprising fact is that it is flowing from past 15-20 days and HMWSSB has done nothing to repair it. They talk about save water its precious and allow KLs of water to go waste. The HMWSSB website is also out of order. Pls take up immediate actiona and lets save water in real sense.

.Please kindly look into this matter and solve the problem as early as possible .

My connection CAN No.[protected], at HMWSS is showing disconnect, this has been done by their mistake and we have already paid the total amount along with connection charges, which is done more than six months ago, after regular follow up to their related office at chandanagar and to the area office at miyapur, they accepted that it is their staff mistake, that he has not informed to change in the files regarding the penalty collect under reconnection. Still our account shows as disconnection, payment is showing (-5578).

I am afraid that, after some time alofasudden if they come and ask with huge bill including reconnection, we will be in trouble. we request them to take
action, but they give different names to contact and inform about my problem.

Hence, I request to take immediate action in this regard and see this is solved.

As ground water is drained and there is no municipal water supply at Golden Tulip Estate, Kondapur area I booked two times for water tanker.
These two times, water tanker driver called and asking me to pay Rs. 625 instead of Govt. fixed price of Rs.400. These two instances I got a call from the mobile no.[protected] and negotiating price. As I not agreed to pay, the driver said he will not suply and complain wherever you want . After heated agruments, he supplied at Rs.450 for my first booking(tokene no. 9907) after 3 days( supposed to be delivered in 10 hrs.)

Again I booked on 10th Apr 2012 after few days of my first tanker supplied, I got a message stating that water will be supplied within 10 hrs mentioning token no. 3899 and pin no.2639.

I got a call on 16th Apr 2912 again from the mobile no.[protected], asking to pay Rs. 625. As I not agreed, the same answer from driver .
When I am enquiring the hmwssb HELP Desk no. 155313, they confirmed me that it will be delivered by today. But I got a message after an hour that grievence with 3899 was solved and contact [protected] for any issues. When I try to contact contact [protected], we are getting auto voice message that please call 155313 for any complaints. Again I contacted help desk to check why I got message. They confirmed me that water tanker is going to come so you got message and we can't take any compalint for asking the extra money by driver and you need to contact only Venkateswara who is concerned official and his number [protected] .

Till night 7.15 pm on 17th April, I didn't get water tanker, So, when I contact helpdesk, they said as per their records water tanker was supplied.

When I am trying to take up this issue concerned official, they will put auto message to complaint helpdesk and when we try to help desk, they say that they don't have facility to take complaints.

To complain this type of issue, please let me know where we need to complain to avoid this type of bribing system in our country.
