I, G. Ravinder, S/o G. Shivarajappa, resident of SRT 527, Sanathnagar, Hyderabad – 500018, a gated community. Of late, it is observed that drinking water is being supplied to our community considerably at a very low pressure as against the steep hike in the consumer charges/bill. As a result, I am not getting drinking water at least for drinking purpose. The reasons are many, as we all know which include insufficient rainfall, "No Water Harvesting by Citizens", etc. In spite of all these shortcomings, the Board has to inevitably consider my request and increase water pressure even by reducing the duration of water supply. Even after several reminders/ complaints, no action has been taken to resolve the issue. Moreover I am receiving the SMS alerts that the problem has already been solved. But infact the problem has not yet been resolved till date.

I once again kindly request you to look into the matter and see that the water supply pressure is increased with extended time on our area. Also request you to alter the bill connection from commercial to domestic as we are holding a very small kirana store.

OUr appartment CAN[protected] .
WE have 2 Inches connection W4 receive hardly 10000liters alternative days. Lodged several complaints noting has been carried by HMWSSB. Token Number closed without attending 5381/ dt 02/092019 &9364 09/072017 & 9393 09/07/2019 without clearing low water pressure problems comaplintare closed.I request GM to look in this matter and clear water supply. We need permannent solution for the problem faced by us from last 6 Months.

Services need lot of improvement. One thing is without attending complaint closinn TOKEN is not at all acceptabel
LOT of hostals opened . so due to this we are not getting water. I request authorities to check. Some of hostels are fixing motors. I request authoroties forward compalint to squad to trace the issue.

    I P. V. Guru Prashanth, a resident of H.No 1-5-565/2, Plot No 369, Chetana Housing Colony, Old Alwal, Secunderabad.
    My water connection number is[protected]. I am not getting a single drop of water for the past 3 years.
    I made repeated oral and written complaints with HMWSSB but there is no action taken to-date.

    I've been paying the bills without a single drop of water, but there is no corrective action from HMWSSB.

    I request concerned higher authorities to take necessary action and provide us the drinking water.

Of late, it is observed that drinking water is being supplied to our community considerably at a very very low pressure as against the steep hike in the consumer charges/bill. As a result,I am not getting drinking water at least for drinking purpose. The reasons are many, as we all know, which include insufficient rainfall last year, "No Water Harvesting by Citizens", etc. In spite of all these shortcomings, the Board has to inevitably consider my request and increase water pressure even by reducing the duration of water supply.

      HMWSSB — request for increase water timings

      hello sir i request you please incress water supply timeings in rajiv gandhi nagar, division no. 09, bhayaganagar section
      Sir,
      This is to inform you that water supply in gachibowli stadium is very poor . our demand of water as per agreement is 200 kilo ltr
      per day for which board had agreed to give 60% of supply i.e 120 kilo ltr water per day even if we are not getting water you are giving bill for 3600kilo ltr unit .

      Hence I request u give regular supply of water or to give the bill as per actual reading.

      hello sir i request you please increase water supply timings @qty for h.no.[protected]/4/1 in gokul nagar, division no135., sainikpuri, malkajgiri.we are getting 100 liters for six members for 10 days.qty is not sufficient to survive six members.i heard some are pumping with the motors, hence we receive little qty.please verify the problem & provide sufficient water to live normally.

      From past 2 weeks the water is being polluted with the drianage water and its not just our house going through with this the entire lane is facing problem

      I am residing in H no.4-1-100/3, P&T Colony, NACHARAM, hyd 500 0769(NEAR vST COLONY & eSEVA Kendra).
      During this summer and till date the pressure in water supply is ver y less and we are facing hardship. This was not the case earlier. I feel this is due to more people connecting motors to their Taps. Kindly look into this and do justice to mitigate the problem to me and many local people who are also complaining the same and discourage more people resorting to this type illegal activity

        Dear Officials of HWWSSB,

        My name is Sajjad. I have been residing in Friends Colony, Puppalguda since 3 years. There is a severe problem of water scarcity. The water table level has severly gone down and there is no water connection in the whole colony. I had approached the board officials, they have informed that the pipeline has been laid and the connection needs authorisation from competent authority for release of water to friends colony. I would request them to please process the case at the earliest so that the acute problem of water may be resolved. There is also a suggestion for water conservation, that water storage pits with reinforced concrete covers may be provided at regular spacing of 100m on roads so that the water moving into drain/along sloped roads away from area may be harvested.

            I went to HMWS & SB office for a request. The women who is on the chair is directly demanding for bribe of Rs. 1000/- I was shocked and asked "Towards what I need to pay the money?"

            She is telling, my manager will not sign without having money on his table, and we both will share this amount. If you pay the money, then only your work will be done.

            I want to complain to ACB and reporters, but scaring ...

            THIS IS OUR INDIA. HOW THAT LADY DEMANDING FOR BRIBE.... REALLY SO SAD.... :-(

            WE SHOULD SUSPEND AND PUNISH THIS TYPE OF EMPLOYEES.

              We lodge a complaint at HMWSSB, Anand Bagh, Malkajigiri& Sainikpuri, Secunderabad.We given complaint on 2.9.12.Token No.7850.after that again given complaint on 25.06-2012.
              We submitted a complaint on 2010, 2011 and 2012.Even though no proper water supply.
              Please go through our written complaint with HMWSSB
              PROBLLEMS:
              1.we will get water one time only ie., weekly.just 10 to 15 minutes.
              2.very low pressure.
              3 we came to know many house owners using electric motors
              and taking drinking water.
              4.No proper timings.
              5.Concerned Line Mens/Officers not taking any intreast.
              6.Others are getting water above 4 hours, for every two days.
              7.Opposite line house owners/near by colonies owners are getting water frequently and above 3to4 hours.

              When we lodge a complaint then only drinking water come for 10 to 1
              15 minutes with low pressure.

                We are the tenant of H. No. 29-1465/6, Kakatiya Nagar, Neredmet Secunderabad-56 and after long waiting period and as per our request our owner applied for water connection vide Application no.[protected] dated 26/7/2011and paid all necessary charges as demanded and accordingly the HMWSSB issued work order to GB Contractor Mr. AS Raju GB No. 186 on[protected]. The said contractor laid the pipe line but is not connecting it to the supply pipe for the reasons best known to him. Plz help

                  Respected Sir,
                  We live in Hasmathpet in Bowenpally where, for the past 3 months there is no pure water supply as water is contaminated with the drainage water. We informed the officials, yet there is no proper steps taken to rectify the problem. Whenever we enquire, their reply is "Within 2-3 hours the problem will be solved & you will get water regularly". If we enquire about the water tankers they say that "Within 10 minutes the tanker will be sent", but it is not coming for hours together. Now they are just sending a water tanker to the area every alternate day which is not catering the needs of the residents. This situation is resulting in restlessness by which most of the people fell sick including old age people and working class. We don't think that sending a water truck is a solution for this problem.
                  As far as the administration is concerned, it is a general opinion of people that they do not have control over their Staff. Moreover, individual employee also does not have the sincerity to work properly and get the work done in time. The roads have been dug to lay the new pipeline (to solve the problem) but so far neither the water problem solved nor the pipeline have been fixed. We have urged for alternate connection (temporary) but, they did not respond to this also. I am feeling depressed to see such a situation going on in INDIA. Being such a Great and Big Organisation (HMWS&SB) this kind of small yet important problem is not materialising for which CITIZENs are suffering for no fault of theirs.

                    CONTAMINATED WATER SUPPLY IN HASHMETPET AREA BY HYDERABAD WATER WORKS.

                    Contaminated water is supplied in Hashmetpet area of Old Bowenpally. The water pipeline is connected with drainage pipeline at some location.Since 40 days such contaminated water is supplied in Hashmetpet area.After we have complained to the concerned officers they started digging the locations where they suspect the water pipeline is connected with drainage pipeline, but after one weak they could not locate it.Now just the HMWSB has stopped the water supply to our area and sitting calmly.All the residents have to buy water tankers for drinking and other usages.Is it not the duty of the Engineers of HMWSB to locate the spot where the water pipeline is connected with drainage pipeline.We kindly request HMWSB to immediately repair the pipeline and supply us neat water.

                      IRREGULAR WATER SUPPLY AND IRREGULAR TIMINGS AND WITH NO PRESSURE AT ALL FOR THE PAST 4 MONTHS. EVEN NOT ENOUGH FOR DRINKING.                       1. I have not been getting water every other day at scheduled time 6-8 p.m for several days I registered at 155313 on 29/5/2014 complalint/token 9509. Received an sms that the "problem will be solved in four days"!
                      2. As water did not come on time, I went to HMWSSB local office on Rd No 7. Was told by a staff member that water will be released at 10 .pm. But it was not released.
                      3.I, a 73-year old man, had to walk 200 meters from the gate to the tap in the HMWSSB compound to fill my water bottles. The tap near the temple neither opens fully nor closes and continually leaks and wastes water.

                      A- PLEASE ADDRESS THESE GRIEVANCES IMMEDIATELY.
                      B- PLEASE PROVIDE A LOCAL 24/7 PHONE NO AT RD NO 7 HMWSSB FOR FOLLOWING UP REGISTERED COMPLAINT.
                      C- HMWSSB SHOULD ANNOUNCE IN THE PAPERS IF WATER SUPPLY IS GOING TO BE DELAYED, BY HOW MANY HOURS, IN WHICH AREAS.
                      RESPECTED SIR,
                      THIS IS TO BRING TO YOUR NOTICE THAT THE DRINKING WATER SUPPLY TO OUR COLONY IN UTTAM NAGAR, WHERE AS THE ADJACENT COLONIES, CHANAKYAPURI, RADHAKRISHNA NAGAR COLONIES GET REGULAR WATER ONCE IN THREE DAYS, FOR TWO TO THREE HOURS. THE ISSUE OF WATER DISTRIBUTION WAS BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF HIGHER AUTHORITIES, WHO ISSUED ORDERS TO KEEP A RECORD OF WATER SUPPLY DETAILS WITH TIMING RECORDED WITH THE WELFARE ASSOCIATION FOR WHICH THE CONCERNED MANAGER AT THE CHANAKYAPURI COLONY ACCEPTED A COUPLE OF MONTHS BACK. THE WATER SUPPLY IN OUR COLONY IS SLATED ONCE IN FIVE DAYS FOR WHICH THERE IS RESENTMENT AMONG THE COLONY MEMBERS, WHICH THE COLONY MEMBERS EXPRESSED VERBALLY SEVERAL TIMES.THE CONCERNED MANAGER IT SEEMS IS INTENTIONALLY TROUBLING THE RESIDENTS FOR PROTESTING AGAINST HIM. THE WATER SUPPLY IN THE LAST WEEK ON 20 JAN 2015 LASTED ONLY 45 MINUTES, THE RESIDENTS WERE FORCED TO PROTEST AFTER WHICH THE WATER WAS RELEASED FOR THE SECOND TIME FOR A PERIOD OF ONE HOUR.
                      THE NEXT DATE FOR SUPPLY WAS SLATED ON 25 JAN 2015 WHICH WAS NOT DONE AND WHEN ASKED THEY SAID THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE PUMPING MOTOR.
                      I KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO GIVE SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS TO THE HMWSSB TO STOP DISCRIMINATION AND FOLLOW UNIFORMITY DEPENDING ON THE WATER AVAILABILITY.

                      RESPECTED SIR,
                      THIS IS TO BRING TO YOUR NOTICE THAT THE DRINKING WATER SUPPLY TO OUR COLONY IN UTTAM NAGAR, WHERE AS THE ADJACENT COLONIES, CHANAKYAPURI, RADHAKRISHNA NAGAR COLONIES GET REGULAR WATER ONCE IN THREE DAYS, FOR TWO TO THREE HOURS. THE ISSUE OF WATER DISTRIBUTION WAS BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF HIGHER AUTHORITIES, WHO ISSUED ORDERS TO KEEP A RECORD OF WATER SUPPLY DETAILS WITH TIMING RECORDED WITH THE WELFARE ASSOCIATION FOR WHICH THE CONCERNED MANAGER AT THE CHANAKYAPURI COLONY ACCEPTED A COUPLE OF MONTHS BACK. THE WATER SUPPLY IN OUR COLONY IS SLATED ONCE IN FIVE DAYS FOR WHICH THERE IS RESENTMENT AMONG THE COLONY MEMBERS, WHICH THE COLONY MEMBERS EXPRESSED VERBALLY SEVERAL TIMES.THE CONCERNED MANAGER IT SEEMS IS INTENTIONALLY TROUBLING THE RESIDENTS FOR PROTESTING AGAINST HIM. THE WATER SUPPLY IN THE LAST WEEK ON 20 JAN 2015 LASTED ONLY 45 MINUTES, THE RESIDENTS WERE FORCED TO PROTEST AFTER WHICH THE WATER WAS RELEASED FOR THE SECOND TIME FOR A PERIOD OF ONE HOUR.
                      THE NEXT DATE FOR SUPPLY WAS SLATED ON 25 JAN 2015 WHICH WAS NOT DONE AND WHEN ASKED THEY SAID THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE PUMPING MOTOR.
                      I KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO GIVE SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS TO THE HMWSSB TO STOP DISCRIMINATION AND FOLLOW UNIFORMITY DEPENDING ON THE WATER AVAILABILITY.

                        Dear Sir,
                        I had 1/2" water connection with CAN No. 61644686. I applied for 3/4" connection and the new connection was given with CAN No.[protected]. While providing new connection, they have disconnected the 1/2" old connection and was not updated their records. I am still getting SMS messages for payment of monthly water bills for CAN No. 6164486.

                        Could you please do the needful ?

                        we have been supplied a quantity of 20 to 25 kl per month
                        with CAN no:[protected] and every month we are paying around Rs:215/- to 250 /- per month and there is no irregularity in payment, But, now we have received an water bill amount of Rs:1158.25/- through SMS for the month of september - 2014(including arrears) i request you to kindly see that the difference in bill and do the favor at an earliest for which act i may be grateful to you

Every year I used to pay yearly water charges at a time as an advance. Similarly I have paid yearly water charges of Rs. 3, 000/- as an advance through online on 06.04.2015 vide Transaction reference No. CUPG[protected] dt. 06.04.2015

                        However, I have received a SMS message to my Mobile ([protected]) registered with you, that your water bill for the of April, 2015 is due. Hence, requested to kindly look into the matter and arrange to settle the issue.

                        Tap water polluted with drainage water, very low pressure since two years. Till today no action taken.
                        Sir,
                        I am representing past 2 years regarding converting water supply category from commercial to domestic since there is no commercial establishment in the premises of house bearing
                        no.8-2-616/R/A Road no.11, Banjarahills, HYD. Instead of considering our request objectively & effect the change, instead concerned official ordered disconnection of water supply a year ago at the same time the water board has no hesitation in raising water bill with out any supply irrationally & demanding clearing the imaginary due before considering the issue. In a vein attempt to overcome the pending issue we have cleared the Bill.no.81828607 Dot 4-12 2017 & registered our grievance online which has acknowledged with an assurance that our complaints will be sorted with in 10 days but so nothing has been done & fresh bill has been raised with out our grievance is sorted.
                        Out of desperation I have approached the concerned officer to whom I have submitted 2 earlier application regarding this issue but the concern officer seems to be least interested in consumer cause with some underlaying prejudice . I have referred regarding registering online complaint which they expressed it as waste of time and sought an application once again with a photograph of the building & installing new meter which was complied & submitted to the concern .
                        Even after elapse of 45 days nothing seems to be move & it customary on the part of this office not to issue any acknowledgement to shirk any responsibility. Every time when approached they ask for a fresh application & we fallows her dictates each time with much reservation with her irrational attitude.
                        Now once again I have made an application to the officer on 10.2.2018, which was directed to SR nagar range the copy I am adding the image of it.
                        I hope the responsible authorities to the need full at least now seriously.

                          I have called to 155313 and requested for a tanker.The people have taken the address and contact number.After that they have sent me a confirmation message to my mobile.According to that my request was registered with token No:5861 and pin No: 9221. In the message they have mentioned that i will receive the water tanker in 10 hrs of requesting. From yesterday i am calling to 155313 they are not giving the answer properly. Till to day we did not received any water tanker.

                          I have booked the tanker by calling 155313(anyway this number never works for first 10 times, your are lucky if get the line after 10 -20 times). After that they have sent me a confirmation message to my mobile.According to that my request was registered with token No:5806. In the message they have mentioned that i will receive the water tanker in 10 hrs of requesting. After 4 days also they have sent the tanker and I called Mr. Ravinder(madhapur dev super wiser). His answer was, after booking it takes 5-6 days or some times even more, if you want you can complain any where. As as responsible super wiser is giving such a blunt answer. They know that higher authorities are not responding for any customer complaints and there is no proper complaint mechanism and feed back. Why dont it be very thing ONLINE, what is the current booking number serviced. so that we will come to know when we will get the tanker. Every one know they sell privately 1 tanker for 700-800/-. Please respond to this compliant.

                            Dear Sir,
                            Self the resident of Mallikarjunananagar, Malkajgiri, Hyderabad for last 30 years. I have taken water connection in 2002 and was paying regularly water bills. In 2009 October Municipal Authorities of Malkajgiri has transfered the services to HMWSSB. I was amazed to see they have served demand notice ofRs.9285.5 as pending amount. I provided all the receipts from the date of installation to HMWSSB. They are not updating my records. Every month i will get an SMS as if the bill is not paid till date. I have all the proofs to support my complaint. Request the concernd to lookinto the matter.

                              Dear Sir,

                              There has been very low pressure or no water to domestic water supply connection to the following house no.:-Plot # 13A, Phase-2, JPN Nagar, Miyapur, Hyderabad -500049.

                              A lot of digging has been taking place since 10 days for a new sewage line in the colony and we have been facing acute water shortage since then. The problem was reported to the following people several times, but no action has been taken yet -

                              1) Mr. Srinivas Raju, HMWSSB employee
                              2) Prasad - line man for our colony
                              3) Local society board
                              4) Madhav & Venkatesh - the local contractors

                              Unable to resist the water shortage, people who are staying in the colony on rental basis have started moving to other places and people who have own houses, are looking for an alternative solutions to this problem.

                              The open roads are not just causing water shortage, but also parking problem. As the roads in the street have been dug and are kept open, we have to park our vehicles in other streets. And also, there is a high risk that kids may fall into them (there's a children's park in the street and children come over here to play in the evenings).

                              Besides this, heaps of mud which resulted from digging of roads have been lifted out from the colony by the contractor through tractors (around 30-40 loads) which might have been sold out in the market. I am not sure how the roads that have been dug would be filled back.

                              I request you to kindly look into this matter and take serious and immediate action.

                              I am a resident of Nacharam area. In our Street Most of the house owners attached a motor to the Municipal Tap connection due to this in our house we are not getting the minimum pressure hence we are unable to get water from last few months. In this connection I have already registered a grievance call but till date there is no response from you. I am surprised to note that how all these people have attached unauthorized motor connection to the municipal water tap. Is it not an offence. My request is kindly send some people for inspection and do justice to us.

                                my CAN no is[protected] iam residing in HNo 20-115 dayanand nagar malkajgiri hyd 5000047 the municipal water supply is very erratic from past 10 days there is not water supply. I have personally visited the water tank situated in gautamnagar but there was no response. All other streets near my house are getting proper water supply please intervene and ensure if there is any line problem rectify and ensure proper water supply to my house.

                                Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board — Non-Receipt of the Water Bill
