I am M. Balaiah of Quthbullapur, address is H.No. 17-23, Guru Murthy Nagar, IDPL, Balanagar, Hyderabad-500037. From the last one year for every three months we are facing this problem, Since from last one month continuosly, i am observing out drinking water is coming along with Drainage Water is being supplied from your end. we are facing a lot of illness by drinking like this water.

Dear Sir,

It's been a long time and we fed up with the HMWSSB Staff/Management . I Can't brief about their negligence I mean by HMWSSB-Jiyaguda Division regarding the my Complaint towards the "Polluted Water" has been Supplying to us since 1 Month . Even I've went to Office personally I requested to Mr.Balaraju( Inspector) and through Continuous Communication on the Phone Call Mr.Manoj from the Same department . I don't know why these people goes on delaying my complaint to take an Proper action . For your Information I've been registered this Complaint two times i.e. on 26th Aug 2014 with respective token no.8165 against this Complaint they sent their staff for the Solution to my home but when they reach home after discussing the Problem with them they Said we're can't do this and goes on making senseless reasons and next time I filed the Complaint-Called on 155313, Raised the Complaint for the Same Issue with the Token no: 4642 on 29th Aug 2014 till date I've still Communicating with Mr.Manoj with their Staff I didn't got any response till now . May I know will this reason will be Solved by your end or Is it Necessary to take any legal action to proceed with a Case ?? Hope this time I may get the reply or treat this an humble request by a citizen of India.

Drinking Water — contaminated water

I has tried so many times and contacted Mr. Bharti about the contaminated drinking water at T Block
shuker Bazar UTTAM NAGAR Since last one year but no body is caring for the poor people of the area. Instead they are asking who is your MLA. The authourities are requested to take care of the matter. And suggested to take sample of drinking water supllied in this area.

We are being supplied with Polluted and dirty water from Osman Sagar(i.e Gandipet) to all the apartments and houses in manikonda village.There is no filteration.Water Borne diseases may start coming as most of the villagers drink that water.Even though manjeera pipeline goes near by there is no supply to Manikonda.can any one take a stand and look into the issue or atleast supply filtered water to homes.this needs immediate attention

This is to bring to your kind notice that we are getting contaminated/drainage water for drinking purpose when ever the drainage get full and the same water is getting mixed with drinking water and we are facing this problem for past 2 years, and some authorities came to our place and cleaning the drainage pipe line only but we are not getting the permanent solution.

So we request the concerned authority takes immediate action before people start dying in our area by drinking this contaminated water as my mother got ill and admitted in the hospital.

Sree Home Nursing — Bad service

Hi,
I and my family are working in Bangalore. We needed a maid full time. I looked up the internet for agencies. I had already tried many of these 'agencies' mostly from Trivandrum. These so called maids just run away after their vacation in cities like Bangalore. So i thought i will try another one and searched the internet. So i looked up and hit this website of Sreehome nursing. Called them up and they promised good service with good maids. They charged exorbitant amount of 6000 rs for 6 months. I was stupid to feel that more charge means more quality. But i was wrong. They sent one maid within days after paying the money and one month salary advance so total it was 12000rs. When the maid accompanied by her husband landed in Bangalore. After entering our house the shock started. She said that she had seen an ad in newspaper in Kottayam for house maid requirement in Kottayam itself. So when she landed up, it was the ad put by this agency (she thought that the ad was put by the lady who wanted the maid). Since the agency had taken money from me, they convinced this lady to travel to Bangalore instead of taking up the option of job in Kottayam itself. I had specifically asked the agency to give me only those people who are willing to stay in Bangalore for at least 6 months. Her husband was too weak to travel with high BP, sugar and all sorts of ailments. They were somehow satisfied with the atmosphere in my house and agreed to stay with me. She took good care of the kids etc. But the ailing husbands medical problems were threat to me. Phones kept coming in. I told the agency about this and they told don't worry, we will supply another one etc. Then her husband became seriously ill (i think he should be) and went back home. I gave the full salary for the time she worked with me. Thinking that agency will give me another maid. The maid never came back. The agency gave lot of reasons. After onam, they will get good resouces. Onam passed. Then rains came. Because of rains, they were not able to send anyone etc. Whenever i called them, there is the next week we will send one for sure story came up. Me and my wife took leaves from office to take care of the kids.
Then i asked a relative to check with them whether they have anyone to send to Bangalore for her. Then came the answer that they have someone immediately to send if they put the money immediately.
Now i am calling them to refund the advance salary to me and this person Mohandas keeps saying 'will do the needful'. He is saying call his office and they will put the money. I called the office and the office lady said Mohandas is out of kerala and he has put the money. So it seems like they are not good as they claim. They are just another agency. No trust. I believe this Mohandas is venturing into other businesses now. Please beware if you are dealing with these people.

I am resident of D.no.12.11.234, behind Srid Devi Nursing Home Warasiguda. We are facing a serious problem of sewage overflow of the main line . This problem has become chronic and perinal due to connecting the Sewage and Strom waterDrain fromthe main Raod near hanuman temple, Sridevi Nursing home, Beedal Basthi which has resulted in the frequent over flow as the flow line pipes are not upgraded. We the residents of SRI AMBA BHAVANI APARTMENTS, of Venkat Rao Nagar Colony, P.G.Road, Secunderabad are facing sever problem of overflowing drainage water in side our apartment. Due to choke up of Drainage lines on the road the sewerage water backs in side our apartment. As a solution HMW&SB has installed 2 pumps on minister road to throw away drainage water from the drainages, but inspite of repeated complaints in writing and orally, HMW&SB at Prakash nagar is not operating pumps for the required duration, they simply starts pumps during day time for 2-3 hours as a formality and shuts it down for entire day. If these pumps are put for operation for 6 hours in the morning and 6 hours in the evening our problem will be solved. Once we contacted a person operating pumps at minister road for not operating pumps regularly, his view was that, he is not paid rent and maintenance of pumps properly and in time for the operation of pumps regularly. We the residents of SRI AMBA BHAVANI APTS are facing problem of health danger as sewerage water enters in to the bore well as well as in to the under ground drinking water tank. OUR CAN NO. I am Z A KHAN, Vice President of Sidhartha Ashwini Apartments Owners Welfare Association, located at 12-2-785/1, Lane Opp. Pillar No. 32 of Narsimaha Rao Expressway (Fly Over), Rethi Bowli, Mehdipatnam. We own Flat No. 105 and Flat No. 102. Our Can No. is[protected] and my complaint No. is 9452 Dated 9/3/2012.

We had booked the above complaint in HMWSSB on the 9th of March 2012 stating that the draining pipeline of our complex is choked and overflowing. Complaint was received by Mr. Sekhar, an Officer of HMWSSB and his Cell Phone No. [protected]. He told us that the main draining pipleline of the board is blocked and because of that the sewerage water from our complex is not flowing and he promised to look into the matter within a few days.

Last week all our family members were taken ill. My two grandsons who are infants had to be hospitalised in LOTUS Hospital, Lakdi Ka Pull. All because of the foul smell which is coming from our toilets because the drainage pipleline is choked.

Please look into the matter and do something at your earliest.

i am obsrrving some things you are giving connections to different people from different sizes of pipe line Eg. 200mm, 90mm, 400mm 60mm...etc but charge is same for all the lines but water pressure varies definately are you thinking it is proper billing & giving connections from such lines (main lines) is correct please kindly reply me sir please excuse if i am wrong [protected]@gmail.com

But till now(29/04/2012) it is not delivered andon our enquiryit is informed that it will take minimum of 10 days.please look into the matter and make arrangments to supply the same at the earliest.

Moreover the water supply in our area is alternate days for 45 minutes with very low pressure. I request you to take steps to increase the pressure.

I have complained on 14-11-12 token no is 3352 regarding the drainage which is blocked fully and we are unable to use our washrooms . And without solving the problem we bave received message from you that the problem was solved and given contact [protected] which is not existing. We request you to solve immediately.

But both the complaints closed. when i have call back to 155313 they said the complaints closed because the section officer informed that the issues solved. sir we are facing lot of trouble in supply of water since 45 days.
Due to struck of pipeline(which comes to my home was layed about 25years back). As i have given written complaint to Mr.Sambaiah(Manager) but he is very careless. Just he passed my application to his higher officials and saying that he has to get reply from them. As we are paying the bills regularly. We are suffering a lot and we are unable to get a single drop since 45 days.
In this regard we humbly request you to take propper actioin immidiately.

IRREGULAR WATER SUPPLY AND IRREGULAR TIMINGS AND WITH NO PRESSURE AT ALL FOR THE PAST 4 MONTHS. EVEN NOT ENOUGH FOR DRINKING. REMOVED THE SUB-VALVE WHICH WAS USED TO BE ON ROAD AND RECONSTRUCTED THE VALVE NEAR A PARTICULAR INDIVIDUAL HOUSE ALLOWING THE PARTICULAR HOUSE WITH THE SUPPLY. NEARLY 6 HOUSES AND APARTMENT ARE GOING WITH OUT WATER.

HMWWSB — Public Tap Leakage

Public tap near C.R.Fondation / Kondapur is broken and lot of water is being wasted. Please rectify

i am belongs to serilingampally mandal miyapur village, janapriya nagar colony(h.no. 2-1/67). no water bill is recd since last year, now i have to pay
full one year amount how to pay where to pay, (due to grater hyderabad all this confustion).

In the month of May I received a bill for 5 months and immidiately I had paid Rs. 760/- dt 28.05.2010. the above bill I had seen on the road. How HMWSSB is engaged such neglected fellows, how the board is getting the money (revenue). After that I had not received the bill for the month of may, I had received SMS from the board to pay an amount of Rs.126/-. Without handing over the bill how the board os ex[ecting the amount. eseva staff says without bill they are not in position to collect.
First of all set right the employees/contractor who are going to distribute the bills to the consumers then ask for payment. One more thing my house is at the fag end of the colony pipe line and that to in a down side. The laying of the 4 inches pipe line 2 years back was not proper and somany volves for priventing the pressure. In the adjecent lanes in the same colony are getting very good pressure and we are not getting pressure. Several times informed but we are not getting the pressure in our street. The adjecent lanes are also paying the same amount, what we are paying. why the discrimination.

The compliants were made vide call no. 155313 & taken token 3275 dt. 02.07.2010, 2790 dt. 16.08.2010 & 1989 dt. 26.082010. Recieved SMS from HMWSSB stating that the problem is solved. Till date the problem is not solved. The meter reader has taken reading on 06.09.2010 with reading 1824 & he is unable to issue the bill at the spot saying that the CAN No. is not fed in the hand set. Hence, once again it is requested to resolve the issue & do the needful at the earliest.

We are residents of Hayathnagar Vasundara enclave (Anmagal), We got water bill with out water supply.

Now water pipe line works are under process, but we got August month water bill .
This is very surprise to our colony people.Till now water supply not started we got bill.

CAN[protected]. Meter reader not coming in regular intervals, some times he is coming at the end of month(ex:27/28/29th), some times in the first week of the month(ex:2/3/4th), this month not yet taken the reading. Due to this irregularities we r not getting correct bills.

HMWSSB — overflow of drainage

Rs. 177-13 is always shown as arrears towards interest. Due to this I am not able to book water tank as the water supply is not sufficient enough though water is released in our area i.e., Krishna Nagar Colony, Road No. 7-F, (Near Moulali Housing Board Colony). Further, the agent who is delivering bills is not coming to deliver the bills properly as he comes on his own and we are unable to pay the bills in time and without bills e-seva is not accepting the money towards bill amount. Further, so many illegal motor connections are working during the water supply timings resulting in poor pressure in water supply. All the complaints made to line men, engineers gone in vain.

WATER CRISIS


The residents of Sikh Village (Gandhi Nagar and Bearers Lane) are facing acute water crisis. We are getting water once in three days i.e. after a gap of 2 days for about one hour. Some times, there is no water supply for five to seven days also.

Inspite of the promises made by our Honble. Chief Minister to provide drinking water to the residents of twin cities, still the dream is not become true even after five years.

For your kind information sir, we are not getting water for the last 7 days

I also bring to your kind notice that, the adjacent streets are getting every day water but in our case is totally different and i do not understand why this partiality.

I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter sympathetically and increase the water supply the water atleast for one hour alternate day.

Though the HMWS&B is dedicated in catering the needs of Drinking Water in another Metropoliton city.
But it is failed in fulfilling the Purpose for which it has been established.

It may not be out of Place to mention that it is the prime responsibility of the Democrratic Government to fulfil the Drinking Water Needs of the People live in it without any Cost. But the Board Established for catering the Drinking water needs of the Greater Hyderabad is utterly failed in discharging its duties. Even for the Cost also it has been failed in Supplying Sufficient Quality water.

In our case in KPHB Colony the water is supplying for 20 Mts. (in 1st. 5 Mts ony air is Coming) in alternative Days (Once in two Days) that to with a very low pressure.The authorities in KPHB Colony are not in a Position to give any Reply is improving the Supply. The Higher authorities may kindly realise that how this water is sufficient for Two Days.

The Higher authorities may Kindly realise the situation and take necessary steps in supplying the Water atlest for one hour with sufficient Pressure. Otherwise it is better to leave the service to Private sector as is in other services.

LAYING OF INCOMPLETE WATER PIPE LINES

In Rajiv Gandhi Nagar (East Bandlaguda), the water pipe lines have been laid only upto mid-way of main roads of the basti in march 2009. Hence a few residents living nearby the laid water pipe lines are only enjoying the drinking water facility and remaining 80% residents are deprived of.this facility. I, on behalf of all suffering residents requests to the concerned HWS&SB authorities to kindly look into the matter and expedite laying of complete water pipe lines in the Basti as early as possible so that all residents may take water connection in their houses.
