Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Hmwssb] — Sewerage line chokage customer premises

Sewerage line choked in our premises and lodged complaint with HMWSSB on 02.02.2016 Complaint No. is 5871 Area Leelanager, Ameerpet. H.No. 7-1-29/1. Jurisdiction SR Nagar Division VI. In spite of regular follow up from 06.02.2016 the problem is still not attended. Every time I call them the reply is it will be attended today. But when will that day come ??? I request the appropriate authority in the HMWSSB to take care of my problem.

Sewage : Customer Chokage Premises.
Raised a compliant with HMWS, the sewage team arrived withing 24 hours and they said the issue is inside the house. All they need is to put the pipe in the man hole which is outside and start the machine which will get the water out with pressure.
As they said it's internal issue and they charge 700/- to clear.

What is the point in raising the compliant with ghmc " Chokage at Customer premises".

I raised a compliant regarding Sewage service and selected sewage chokage at Customer premises.

When the team arrived to do thentask, they informed that it's internal and we only look after manholes which are outside or on the road.

They charged 700/- for cleaning the pipeine with the help of ghmc sewage vehicle.

I wonder why there is the option called " Sewage choked at Customer premises"?

Do we really need to pay them? If so then remove the option and also ask them to remove the ghmc label from the truck

It's giving wrong opinion on ghmc and also on government of Telangana state.
