Evening trains towards Lingampalli to Falaknuma are not coming in time. 5-10 mins delay is understood but there are days where the delay was more than 45-60 mins. This is unprofessional way of handling things. If this can't be corrected better shut down the service. Also there is no announcement system in mmts stations that train got delayed and expected at XX time. If such arrangement is made available, atleast passengers will make up their mind to wait or look for other mode of transport.
