Hi, I am a regular shopper at HierCITY, Inrobit Mall, Hyderabad since 2-3 Years. Many times I have observed irregularities in their billing. Especially, the food section. They always conveniently bill you higher price items replacing low price items in your bill or simply display a low price increase the price in your actual bill. I admire their skills for finding this amazing technique to increase their bottom line. Unfortunately, this is the only grocery store in my neighbourhood and I have been suffering from their malpractices since 2-3 years. Endless complaints to their store managers are useless. They only know one word: SORRY. Other than that I have never seen them uttering any other word during my entire experience in the past 2-3 years (at least weekly once). Now, I am sure that they will not stop this lucrative malpractice despite my complaint. So, I have decided to keep updating this post along with the proofs every time I get one henceforth. Case 1) 11/11/2014. I purchased Basa Prem Fillet worth 518.42/-. They billed me for King Lobster worth 1289.77/- I purchased only 3 items in this bill!! Regards, PC Rao
