Hypermarket Kart — hypermarket kart online shopping purchase order did not receive and their phone/email not working

I purchased on 12th september and order #[protected] in amount of 5486.50. I didn't receive the order yet. It seems like a fraud. They published the add twice in toi on and before 12the september, almost using half page. So at this point not even planning to cancel the order as no communication received yet. Their email and phone not working. Suggest us how can we move to the consumer court on this.
