Hello,

Referring to an ad posted in toi about hypermarket kart, i placed an order worth 5497.50 inr. I made payment through payu. Initially i was said my product will reach by 16th september. But later they said a refund will be made and was asked to contact pay. However, no refund is processed by payu and no email mails are responded. Contact numbers are switched off.

Help me receive my refund or help me on how to proceed further to get my refund

I placed an order based on their advertisement in TOI, the order got confirmed and they sent the confirmation. Later they took the bank details stating that they have some technical issues and wanted to refund. After sharing the bank details, they neither refunded nor responding to mails or phone calls.

Paid online for the groceries but did not receive any products. Tried calling them but no reply. They are fake site. Please initiate action

They had advertised 50% off on the MRP and have ripped off the money without delivering the product.
