Hypermarket Kart — online shopping fraud

As advertised in times of india on september 12 th about hypermarketkart.com, there was 50 percent discount following which i made order. I made payment of 2600 rs after discount. I received mail that products wil be received in 10 days. I never received any communication. I called their contact[protected] which is switched off. I even sent mail to support @hypermarketkart.com. Then i realized many are cheated. But the website hypermarketkart.com is still functioning. Request for strict action.

advertised in times of India on September 2 nd according to which there was 50 % discount for minimum shopping of 5000 Rs. Since it was in leading newspaper, I made purchase following which I paid 2600 Rs afterdiscount. They sent confirmation stating email would be sent once products are shipped in 10 days. But neither did I receive the message nor products. I then sent mail to [protected]@hypermarket.com for which I got no reply and their contact no was switched off. Later I came to know many were similarly cheated. The website is still functional and I wonder why no action is taken . How can leading newspaper publish such fake advertisement . How can we trust anything in such newspaper.

I have also paid 4411.50 by and for purchase of goods on 10.09.2017. Full front page ad in Times of India must be trusted. Or so I thought .I got sms and email that delivery will be done on 16.09.2017.
I am trying to contact hypermarketkart.com since 7-8 days. Can't do. All their phones are switched off!
I have sent emails to them and also payU.. NO reply. Can anyone help?

Their advertisement in times of India on 10/09/17 of 50%discount with online shopping is a fraud money cut from account, no goods delivered, no refunds, company not responding to email, phone number is not available
