Hyundai Motor India — ABB EV Charger Relay fault from Dr Suresh Babu about Hyundai Kona

I have received a wall mountable replacement charger from ABB through Tata Power 3 weeks ago. Since then nobody has come to my home for charger installation. Such a pathetic Service team from ABB, Hyundai and Tata Power. Customer service and satisfaction is not your concern but only Sales. I have never faced in my 50 years of life such a worst nightmare Service. Last one year since May 2025 I have been suffering from this faulty charger but nobody solved this problem properly. Kindly immediately send some personnel for this replacement charger installation.
