    I claimed my car i 20 active front light bht when changed it then it take moistue and at night it show blurred vision my car part change in 3 aug.2020 after that i visit triputi hundai work shop fajalganjj kanpur but not responding

    My car i 20 active registration no. Up78es3826 damage front light driver side i claimed in august month first week but on the same day after change my car front light driver side it take moisture next day i went to triputi hundai work shop fajal ganj kanpur and informed about this but no response from hundai work shop team he told me come again i went their again and again but no response found i am a health worker at central gov. Due to covid 19 duty it is not possible that every day i go to workshop. Please replace above mention part and solve my problem. Thanks regards bhim sen senoir pharmacist at gov. Of india ministry of health and family welfare

Few months ago my 1 lac kilometers service is done by them but they didn't tell about my gear oil change because of this I having problems in gear box.         Dear team hyundai,
        I had purchased i 20 asta in dec 2016 from your dealership tirupati hyundai kanpur registered under eastern yarn pvt ltd as up78 ep 2424.
        In february 2020 i faced problem of battery draining for which tirupati hyundai service centre informed its due to audio system. They tried to fix the issue but couldn't and they they send the audio to hyundai chennai and later informed that repairing will cost aprrox rs.32000 and new shall cost around rs.42000.
        I feel strange that how can repair cost so much. I have been regularly getting car serviced at your hyundai service centre and can't beleive that such a huge amount can be charged for audio repairs. Pls look into the matter and get my audio repaired or replaced on a reasonable cost.
