I bought Hyundai venue petrol model TN49BS8620 in June of 2019. I don't drive much. As of now 13, 000 km driven. On October 15th 2022 in the middle of the road, clutch got stuck and some plastic lock came off resulting in clutch pedal free of motion and car didn't start. Called Hyundai service centre they stated as the vehicle is 3 years old no warranty can claim and this issue often happens in venue but generally covered in warranty. I've checked online and I'm seeing so many people had this issue. If there's an issue in the provided car isn't the Hyundai's responsibility to rectify it? How can all these complaints are not taken seriously and why the generally problematic issues are not taken care by Hyundai by calling back the cars?
i have same issue but in 19800 km
but my venue is running time clutch issue (clutch stucked)
tiruppur hyundai showroom service team they didn't understand my side risk and aware before happen

    I recently visit a month ago on kamal Hyundai showroom, kota for my car service i drop my car there for 2 days and give them 100% permission to complete my car service totally, after 2 days i sent my driver to receive my car they charged me 27k for service bt they dont CARE about the service this is all time the basest experience of my entire life I decided to drop a complaint i drop a tweet for this the very next day kamal Hyundai service team CONTACT to me they seems sorry and agree to complete my service again i drop them the video of the sound coming from the engine I’m 110 kms far away from service CENTER i make a trip again just for service again they seems to make my car service perfect this time bt all this is ### just to make the tweet deleted and I’m the fool who just accept their proposal they again fool me and not complete my car service again and just say ki next tym gaadi 2-3 din ke liye drop karke jaana phir check krege abhi tho kuch nhi hoga and just ignore me again just bcz I deleted the tweet and today my car stuck between and now im HELPless again what is this behaviour what is the type of service and CUSTOMER service im so sad to chose Hyundai

      Hello Hyundai,

      I have been frustrated with the daily dealings with the Fortune Hyundai Meerut.

      I booked a Venue 1.5CRDI SX on March 20th, 2022 and after the facelift got launched, I confirmed the sales guy in July for the Black color and also asked him to deliver in Navratri i.e in September 2022.

      The Sales Guy (Arun Kumar) confirmed that he will surely give the car to me in Navratri also he asked me to get the loan confirmed from their partner bank agent.
      That agent provided me a book to sign and also provided me the section letter that I didn't check and after 2 days on 17th September, the Bank transferred the amount to Fortune Hyundai hyundai even my delivery date was expected after 28th September.

      When Hyundai was failed to deliver my car so I asked them to return my 10000 booking amount and also asked revert the transaction of 1150000 to the bank so that bank will not charge the EMI on me.

      Now on 14th October, 2022 they are saying that they will give the car by end of this month and also not sure with the delivery date.

      Till now, I have asked them to return my money like 1000 times but they always making excuses on it and did not return my money yet.

      I am working in a private company and it's hard to collect the down payment money for a family like us and if we will have to pay the loan without getting a car then I don't think it's worth to trust.

        Hi Aashish,

        I have already registered my complaint on various portal regarding your service center.

        I have been harping on the same topic again and again and spoke to various people including Vidhya Shankar from Hyundai- but they were not able to resolve my issue.
        Hence has been escalating and trying my best to speak to Mr Garg from Hyundai and wants to highlight certain issues which I have faced and are revolving around some people dealing badly and inappropriate ly with customer service and fooling them.

        In regards to below complaint let me elaborate again.

        My vehicle is 10 years old and I do agree with mechanical faults but why are they happening at your end. Please read below the various incidents which has happened at ONLY your service center.

        I was a loyal customer and hence came back again and again to sapphire.

        First incident
        Car was sent for a service, which was done and it was sent back to me without cleaning.

        THIS IS A SHAME- EVEN A ROADSIDE MECHANIC CLEANS WITH A NORMAL CLOTH.
        Though when I highlighted it was immediately taken back and cleaned properly. Appreciated faults does happens.

        Second incident
        Car was sent for due service and it was checked that the radiator rest is broken which was replaced and rest whatever check was to be done was done and car was delivered back to me.
        Horn stopped working that evening, when called up they said that it needs to be changed as it faulty. Appreciated car was sent back and changed and I paid for it.

        Third Incident
        Car was sent for due service and they checked and told me that there were some shoe break, oil etc need to be changed after checking and it was changed I paid for it.
        Car was delivered back to me.

        I Have repeated that I do not drive daily. Hence it was parked in my society.

        After next driving I noticed that meter is on and off.

        Issue was highlighted and they took back for checking.

        You know what they told me- meter is tempered and has mechanical fault. The LED is gone. How will a meter be working sometimes if led is faulty.

        I told them that its never been showed outside for such work. But even Vidhya Shankar said it was tempered as feedback given by sapphire.

        AND I TWEETED AND COMPLAINED WHICH IS STILL UNRESOLVED.

        HOLD On...

        Fourth Incident
        After speaking and insisting of Mr Vidhya Shankar my car was sent to Triumph Hyundai where it was checked again and they told that some cluster meter has issue.
        And METER WAS NEVER TEMPERED.

        Guys they is an issue at your service center either you are short of staff, or trainees attending or apprentices are doing the job.
        Hence I am sure they are tempering cars and doing it to make the customer visit and pay them again and again.

        I do not have a trust now.

        Repeat issues at ONLY your service center and after that you give complimentary washing coupons or discounts.

          Hi i an working women and i am in marketing job i purchased my car in 2017 and at that time i already filed complaint against huyndai about engine problem in my car in 3 months after purchased….now from two months i faced same problem i put 3 times my car in huyndai service station naroda ahmedabad but every time they told me the problem has been short out and will not come again but its come again and again and their customer relationship manger blaming customer and ask me to put my car for 3 days for checking so i asked her i already put so many times then what they do on that time they wested my time and not doing anything now they forced me to put my car for 3 days but i can not do so as i am in use of my car on regular basis ….and i already doing this for 3 times they guaranteed me that it will not come again in 2017 and now also but it always false commitments.pls help i want my car has to repair in minimum time as they already wasted too much time…

            I have paid already for Hyundai Venue SX Diesel vairaint for around 2 months now.
            But the car is still not delived and sales team not giving a detailed justification on the matter.
            They have promised me to deliver car within 20 days of booking.
            But not kept my promise.
            Based on their promise, i sold my existing car to raise booking charges.
            Now i am without a car for 2 months and they are not even bothered about providing a replacement car as an assurance for our paid money.

Change karne bola bhirbhi abhi bhi mera mobile no. Change nahi hua hai aaj date 8.10.2022 ko phir se muje kishorbhai muljibhai saresa samaj k msg aaya ki aapki service due ho chuki hai. To chahta hu k mera mobile no. Chage karvaiye kishorbhai muljibhai saresa ko mai janta bhi nahi hu. Maine kaibar aapke advisor ko bola lekin fir bhi abhi bhi change nahi hua hai.

                    My car After my third service, three problems have started in my car, which is being said since 4 months, we will fix it when the parts arrive, but till now nothing has happened. Problem 01 There is a problem with the seat belt on the driver's side is he is stuck, 02 my car goes to the left(wheel alignment problem), 03 the glass of window of the door on the side of the co-driver works very slowly, you should solve my all this problem soon.

                      I am the owner of vehicle bearing registration number JH01EN8556. I bought my vehicle in the month of December 2021 of CNG variant from republic hyundai, Kantatoli branch at Ranchi. I did my second servicing around 2 months back and thereafter my car ran for around 300KM then the engine light turned on. I visited the service center thereafter then they did software update and it was found that "misfiring in one the cylinder at engine part" and cleaned the spark plug but it did not work and then again I visited the service center and they changed the spark plug of the engine but still things does not work and after 40-50KM again engine light turned on. I requested the service center person to kindly do the needful at the earliest as it is not possible to come everytime at the service center but they paid no heed to it and again on 1st October i visited the service center with the same issue and I am not sure what they did to the cylinder part again the light turned on and in addition to it now I am facing the issue with pickup and it is not at all functioning and I am facing the thrust during the pickup and at the time of acceleration of vehicle.
                      I feel hopeless with the service of Hyundai and since my car is in warranty period I would expect things to work smoothly from the side of Mechanic and does not allow the vehicle to leave the service center doing half hearted work.
                      I would be thankful to do the needful and take immediate action since it is getting difficult to operate my car.

                            It is to inform you that i purchased my vehicle from koncept hyundai on 5th of august. On 11th of september car got hit from behind due to negligence of other driver. I submitted my vehicle on the very next day to koncept service, okhla, New Delhi. Initial nteraction was not good there, I never felt like that my vehicle is only 38 days old that too purchased from same Koncept, they have me final report where they were reapairing some of the parts instead of replacing it, they argued alot as they cant do much as insurance company isnt allowing that, i have taken the zero depp insurance from koncept only, then i talked to hdfc ergo employee, he was so rude and arrogant, he told me the total estinate of 22000 for whole work which he detailed it to do it roadside as i wasnt liking the resoonse from koncept, Finally i left my car there as we came to some point, i got my car after 12 days approx. As soon i saw my car, i was so disappointed by seeing the quality work loke bad dent work, panel.gaps were there, dent inside the car was seen clearly, after few days i noted bad quality paint also, car was looking so bad from rear and not to mention hardly car was 2 month old. Hyundai literally disappointed to my core. Such rude behaviour and experience made me regret buying hyundai car

                              Hi Team,
                              I am hoping to get some pleasant experiance being a Hyundai customer since 2016 and continue to be in future.

                              I was driving on NH47 recently and of a sudden my creta stopped and unable to move further. It was a pleasant drive until then. I had no clue what had happend and called Pavan Hyundai in Tumkur and they attended withing a reasanable time. They tried their best to solve my problem and realised that my vehicle needs to be brought to the service center in order to see what has happened and it was brought immediately. When they checked, I was told that Exhaust Manifold Catalystic assy- EXH - 285002BSR3 needs to be replaced and I was made aware that it costs 1.4 Lakhs. This is such a killer for me that I never expected this will happen. Its very difficult for me to bear this cost for no fault of me. Being a long time customer, I would to hear what Hyundai can do for me to reduce this burden.

                              I faced exact same problem last week while driving towards Hassan from Bangalore. Suddenly car started loosing pickup power.
                              Somehow managed to take it to Advaith Hyundai Hassan service center. They diagnosed the problem to exhaust manifold.
                              Looks like the part is of poor quality as my car is not driven that many kilometers.

                                Registration details:-

                                This is Anupriya Sao from Bhilai Chhattisgarh. I had booked the I20 Asta top model from Shivnath Hyundai Supela Bhilai, Chhattisgarh by paying 5000/-INR on 27th July 2022. On the same day the price was 1010812/-INR with discount the dealer named as "Vandana and her Team Lead Alpesh" giving me the confirmation that on road the price will be 1004382/-INR. Accordingly I have decided to make the downpayment and how much I have to finance it.

                                Kindly find the below scenario on details to understand the rude behaviour of the dealer towards the customer:-

                                Scenario 1:-
                                Vandana will keep on calling me everyday to get the booking at least 3-4 times in a day.
                                The moment I booked the car, she kept on calling me for the finance thing.

                                Scenario 2:-
                                Vandana has informed me it will take at least 3 months to get the Car delivery and at the time of delivery the RTO price might be inverse or decrease, but again she wasn't sure about it.

                                On 29th July 2022 she asked me if the car had been arranged. Are you able to take.? I said No, I need time because I need to finance the money and a lot of things which I wasn't able to do in those 2 days.

                                Again in Aug mid and September first week she called me stating mam take the car, but i wasn't available in the city both the time. As I work with the IT company and because of the work I frequently travel to different cities.

                                I have asked her to kindly arrange the Car after 25th Spt 2022 where I will be available.

                                I had to travel to Delhi, on 15th Spt 2022 and before that all the bank and finance formalities were completed as Vanada asked me to do.

                                I have asked the SBI branch manager to give me the 900000/-INR Loan and 1lac i will do the down payment(as per the details and quotation which has been given to on 27th July 2022).

                                Vandana asked me to get the agreement signed and everything should be ready (That too I have called her multiple times what is status of the Car so that accordingly I have to do all the bank formalities)

                                On 20th Spt 2022, I signed the agreement in the SBI branch and the next day stated by Vandana, the money will be taken from the bank because some holiday will be there and the bank will be closed.

                                In the bank I have given the word I will get the Car by 27th Spt 2022. So they have fixed the EMI date as if of 26th Spt 2022.

                                Scenario 3:-

                                The amount of 900000/-INR money has been collected from the bank which has not informed me also I didn't get any timeline of the car delivery, no date nothing. Now I am calling Vandana and asking when I will get the car. If I do not get the car this month I will cancel the agreement because I have given the advance, the money was given from the bank to the dealer and the car is not with me.

                                Scenario 4:-
                                Today Vandanaand her Team Lead called me and said on Friday by 2-3PM I will get the delivery of the car and also her team lead stated the car price has been increased, kindly bring the money IN-Cash of 1024000/-INR.

                                Now, I was shocked that from 1004382/-INR the price was increased to 1024000/-INR, that too they are informing 2 days before the delivery.

                                The Team lead Alpesh I don't know his name correctly, stated stating me below lines in a rude behaviour and bad tone:-

                                "We have asked you to take the car when the price was low, you didn't take it."
                                "If you want to cancel, you need to inform me in 2hrs and we will give back to the different customer"

                                When he was misbehaving with the female customer he didn't record and When I shouted after listening to all his [censored]s he started recording.

                                I had a word with Arti who is the customer manager executive. I have explained to her but I feel no action was taken.

                                I work with an IT company. I know how things work and what kind of the games these people are playing.

                                There is only one person whom I am taking the information from, the Chandu Sir, who was so politie and the behaviour. Who made me understand the things. Adding to this "Vandana lied about saying I have told Madam to take the car otherwise the Car price will be increased" Which is completely [censored]. It's not the matter of 1-2k, it's the matter of around 20-30k.

                                Does Hyundai have Female customer behaviour policies?

                                Now Kindly answer my questions below:-

                                1.If the Car price has been increased whose duty is to inform the customer?
                                2. According to the quotation which was given to me at the time of booking accordingly I have arranged all the Finance things.
                                3.Can you please explain to me from Where I should get the 24k+ the remaining amount of accessories which is nearly 20k so total 44k?
                                4. My money has been taken from the bank of 900000/-INR the advance booking money has already been done, and the team lead is telling me all the rubbish things.
                                5.Do Hyundai employees treat the customer that to Female customers like this? You know what we call in the IT companies this "Fraud and Behavioral Harassment"?

                                Somehow or the other this will escalate to the Head HR of the Company.

                                I need work from the Higher Authority. I need someone to get me into the Call and give me an explanation asap.

                                  Received booking amount and as discussed and commitment, vehicle can be delivered within 10-15 days but it's not done and they have yet to return the Booking amount after several follow up.

                                    I have purchased Hyundai Aura SX CNG from Navjivan Hyundai Udhna and done almost full payment before car been arrived from HMIL now during delivery I came to know two of feature's as committed and mention in leaflet and organization brochure is missing in my car.

                                    Fully Automatic Temp. Climate Control A/c.
                                    Dealer comment - We can deliver with whatever feature's deliver by HMIL.
                                    Dealer's Leaflet, Organization Brochure and commitment of employee confirmed from all this source but the feature is missing in delivery car.
                                    I have done almost full payment in advance and not taken delivery of the car.

                                      Poor service given by hundai samta at Ambala City centre my car HR01AW 1267. Get accident for 5 month before but samta hundai was failed to deliver my vehicle as such by given time for 2 month when car given to agency's Mr Surinder gm given many days to given time like 15 ang, 30 aug, 15 sep and now 25 September failed to deliver my car always give ascusses just a very poor service if gm surinder hold the agency like this i am sure the whole agency's will stoped very soon.
