I am a 84yr old consultant surgeon who has retired from aiims new delhi.
I had booked a santro car in my name from hana motor plaza ltd, an authorized dealer of hyuandai motors - a-30, main cooperative industrial estate main mathura rd new delhi-44 (Phone nos.[protected]/[protected]) in december 2018, making part payment (Booking order attached) and in feburary 2019 full payment, after which i was ensured, the car delivery after 3-4 days. However, no delivery was done and i went there personally every 2-3 days and they kept saying, just 2-3 days more.
In 1st week of march, they did not pick up the phone and when i went to the showroom, it was closed.
After that i contacted the main hyuandai office at jasola, plot 5 banni building-a mr, vishal kher –agm at hyuandai motor india ltd. Regional director for delhi-[protected], who i spoke to repeatedly on the phone, since march2019 who said we will look into the matter, however nothing happened till now, they have not returned my money, as the dealer is authorized with hyuandai, it should be the responsibility of the company to take action and reimburse us.
Please sir, i am a senior citizen and it is my hard earned money, i find it difficult running around from pillar to post, for justice in a case where i have been cheated.
after purchasing new car from showroom .My car stops after 1.5 km .I am not satisfied with the services.I want proper solution .
