I purchased a Elite I20 Car on July last year (2018) from Austin Hyundai Dealer located in EM Bye Pass, Patuli, Kolkata. I was promised by the Sales and Operations personnel that I will receive my Smart Card through them within 3 months of purchase of car. It has now been almost 12 months, but still have not got my Smart Card. On repeated enquiry, I have been told by concerned Austin Hyundai representatives for last 8 months that I will receive the Smart Card within 15 days, but that day has never come.

I am highly disappointed with such kind of services and will think twice now before referring any of my known Customer to go to Austin Hyundai.

Will appreciate if you can help in getting my Smart Card immediately.

    I ankit goyal s/o sh. Subhash chand goyal booked a car i. E. Next gen verna 1.6 sx in mahadev hyyundai, faridabad on dated 23/05/2019.
    Due to such reason i have purchased this car from parashar hyundai for my fateher name.
    When i visited to mahadev hyundai to get back my booking amount i. E. Rs.
    25000/- they said me to deduct 3000/- rs as booking cancellation charges.
    If i have already purchased hyundai vehicle why do i bear such cancellation charges.
    I request you to please help me to refund the whole booking amount.

      I am proud owner of venue 1.0 sx+ turbo amt

      I purchased the venue from am hyyndai, top sherkhania, paloura jammu on 27/05/2019
      Vin no: malfc81avkm010289

      On the day of the delievery while checking the vehicle i found the air purifier non functional and broken, i immediately reported the matter to the concerned and they asked me to take delievery with a promise that the part (Air purifier) will be replaced with in week
      Almost month have passed but inspite of repeated reminders and calls no replacement has been provided to me.

      A photograph of me while taking delievey of the vehicle was clicked by the staff, they said that photograph will be providedwith in 24 hrs and also requested me to give a good feedback and confirm to call centre that you have recieved the photographs, i did the same but no photograph delievered to me till date

      I was told that since the model was new the compony have no accessories
      But promised me basic accessories complimentary within few days. Not a single accessory was provided to me where as my friend whom i refered bought diesel top venue have recieved
      Matting
      Mud flap
      Dignity etc
      On calling them yesterday they promised to call me back but no call has been recieved till date

      Sir i am a doctor and feel proud to own a top notch vehicle from the top notch compony, i am a loyal customer of hyundai with family already owning i 20 sports but sir this behaviour by the dealer yand repeated reminders is causing great inconvenience to me

      Inspite of repeated reminders my complaints are being ignored and not being addressed
      I request you to kindly take up the matter with am hyundai paloura and
      Provide me
      . With replacement of air purifier
      And accesories, photographs as promised by the dealer

      I purchased hyundai venue from pahwa hyundai last sunday and today when i was asking about my bill and payment details, i was surprised that pahwa was charging excess amount from me.
      I am really disappointed about this service.

        Dear sir /madam
        I regret to write this that i have booked hyundai venue 1.4 sxo silver on your dealership shuhul hyundai resides at nowgam srinagar on may 22 2019. And the promised time for delivery by sales executive was 1month. But then gm namely mr. Tanveer of shuhul hyundai called and promised me to deliver the car within few days. On 10th of june, i got a call from mr. Tanveer, he asked me to deposit the payment of rs 992000 in advance before delivery. Then i called my bank executive to transfer the payment into their shuhul hyundai nowgam account. After depositing the payment he told me your car will reach within few days. On 19th of jun, i got the delivery of the same car but different color (White instead of silver) and at the time of delivery i in a conundrum situation agreed to take the color white than their pdi person forced me for tip. Then i handed over him 1000rs. After reaching few miles, i used to switch on the electric sunroof of my car then i got surprised with the look at my car the roof and the roof rails of the car were badly damaged. Then at the same time i called the gm. He said the car was ok at showroom and he blamed me that the damage was done by me. Then i told him to check the cctv. He said i checked the cctv footage and the roof rails were ok. I told him i will check it by myself and then on 20th of june when i reached there i checked the cctv by myself and i found the car was damaged before delivery. Then he made so many excuses and finally he said i will deliver you a new car on or before 24th of june and i agreed. On 24th
        June i called him he said it will reach on 25th then on 26th and his drama continues till 28th his mental torture continues. On 28th i went to showroom i asked the pdi person where is gm and he start embarrassing me by taunting i am not here to to get involve in your issues and taunts me that i have been there since morning to suffer his so called pdi work and then starts to beat me. Then i got interacted with the so called unprofessional gm mr tanveer and his dramatic words were that my car reached at jammu and he assured me i can take the delivery at jammu showroom and then i called my driver to take the delivery from jammu but there was no such car available again he lied and cheated me. Then i told ceo mr adil he assured me he will look after this matter but he failed. On 28th i stayed at showroom with one off there executive and i wait till midnight and atlast 1:22am the car reaches showroom and i received the car at 2:30am there was only me the sales executive and one more person from there another dealership no one from the higher management was there. This long nightmare and harassment not stoped there then i came to know there were paid passengers in my car and i took the footage of one of the passengers and in that video he is accepting that the driver had his atm for payment and he had charged 4 customers also and i found this is totally ridiculous such a great company having such a cheap dealer not only this i texted so called ceo mr adil such an unprofessional person he didn't bother to reply me. I left the showroom at 4:15am bcz i too have family then i came in the morning another person namely qamar misbehaved with me and called the ceo and when they failed to convince me they blame me i have miss behaved with female staff they make this drama because i caught them redhanded and the so called unprofessional ceo who don't even know how to greet customers embarrassed harassed me physically and mentally he throw me out of the showroom and told me not to show my face at dealership not even for services. They should be in circus not in showroom and told me not to show my face to their showroom.
        I am sending you both the chassis numbers of the cars they delivered me

        I'm going to take legal action against them and you also should take legal action against the dealer for ruining your company fame
        Hope you will look into the matter and help me out and i can do so many things but right now you are the hope for me and i want to see that these type of goons to suffer badly. I will be yours sincerity to look after this matter.

It was said that order had been taken place exactly two months back...i m just waiting and waiting.. still no information regarding the replacement . what kind of service is providing to customers like us by Hyundai India. its just highly irresponsible casual behaviour.             Dear hyundai,
            Recently i have purchased a new grand i10 car on dated 02/05/2019 from one of the hyundai dealer
            Mr. Amit ([protected]) &
            Mr. Bhupender ([protected])
            He promised us to give the original invoice at the second day of purchase and now it’s has been passed a month but still i didn’t receive any original invoice from his end.
            On dated 11/06/19 mr. Bhupender sent us one duplicate copy that of invoice which he is claiming that it’s an original copy but when i matched it with our old i20 car it didn’t match with that i am attaching the same received copy of invoice which he sent to us. Have a look on that and send us our original invoice copy as soon as possible otherwise unfortunately i have to take legal actions against hyundai and it’s dealers too. Do it as soon as possible.
            My first complaint dated 11/06/2019 by mail to [protected]@capitalhyundai.co.in but no response and i have not received invoice of my car till time that's way i am sending you second complaint against this shameful act done by your one of the employee mr bhupender and mr amit
            So please send my real/original invoice of my car and take appreciate action against your employee for this fraud and inconvenience as soon as possible early.

I booked a grand i10 sportz car on 30th august but after that a major accident of my father i will postponed to take the said car. Now i will enable to take it and refund my money as early as possible. I was write an email several times to manager sukanta babu and niti ji but they not reply and ignore it
              So please refund my 5000 rupee.

              I will several time to contact mr sukanta mukherjee and propiter nitin ji on behalf of mukhesh hyundai. Srerampore but still now they can't reply. That is why i knock to to door. Please do something for me as early as possible
              Yesterday I purchased i20 from Guna (Madhyapradesh ) .I found scratch on my car . Now what is solution ?? . One more thing, I also didn't got sufficient petrol
              after purchasing new car from showroom .My car stops after 1.5 km .I am not satisfied with the services.I want proper solution .

                I regret to state that hyundai motors misguide customers to buy substandard accessories. I purchased grand i10 automatic on the 23rd jan 2019 from sai auto hyundai, dahisar. The sales person strongly advised me to buy accessories like door scuff and lamination, both costing rs.4500/- each, along with other accessories. The lamination was shabbily done which they removed and did again but still it was loose all over, which was later removed by them. The door scuff was malfunctioning and i came to know that it was against safety standards of hyundai, as the door might not open in emergency as water logging. I was promised a refund for both accessories but instead they gave me 3d matting and boot matt. Both the items must have costed them around rs.2000/- now they are saying that they owe me nothing.in spite of repeated calls they did nothing and the sales person spoke to me extremely rudely as if he was not answerable to his company.
                Also i gave 2 references to the sales person, both bought the same model cars and i am supposed to get 2 coupons of rs.3000/- for referring 2 persons as per their rules, which they are not giving me.

                  We purchase a new creta car yesterday in jaipur by your dealer morani hyundai. They had false promises and misbehave with us by his manager and employs. And our experience is very bad. We think don’t any hyundai car purchase in future. It’s our mistake. We purchased hyundai car by marani hyundai.in our family three hyundai car purchase in past already. This is fourth car is last car of hyundai

                    In my new car eon only driven from 19000 km. Bt his clutch has complainted. What the reason. Only single use, and the steering has hard to work. Very poor service and executives..                       This is to bring to your notice that i dhananjay govt engineer, most willingly and with desperate interest i booked the hyundai venue car on 17th april 2019 i. E, the day it got unveiled and was very much interested to purchase even before its launch, since i had that interest in purchasing the hyundai car.
                      The day it got launched i was eager to book the car and i did it in laxmi hyundai kalyan nagar branch no 808, 5th a cross, service road, opp. To big ganesha statue, hrbr layout, kalyan nagar, bengaluru, karnataka 560043 and i was very happy to myself that i booked my car variant of sx model denim blue color of turbo gdi. I made the full payment by 23rd may 2019 and i was the first customer in that dealership to book the car and make full payment through loan and cash. Till that day everything was fine and good from laxmi hyundai and they assured that the car is expected to deliver by 10th june 2019 and i was told that i am priority customer for them since i was 1st customer to book that car
                      But from that day onwards till now i. E., 27th june 2019 the dealer is toying me around like any thing and giving false commitments like 18th june, 25th june 2019 and now 2 or 3rd july 2019. I am very much fed up of their false commitments and i am very much frustrated with this hyundai dealer.
                      Sir, i request please help me out with this issue i have spent a lot on this car by altering the car shed and from past one month i am without any car (I sold my old car expecting new car delivery i gave my old car. Now i am car less) and postponing all my commitments from my family and my total family is upset with the postponement of the car delivery.
                      Now i am mentally disturbed and exhausted from their false commitments
                      I need my car by end of this month at any cost. Since next month i cannot take delivery due to the religious restrictions after 2nd of july 2019.
                      Please please bring me out of the devil dealers and get me my car hyundai venue.
                      Now i am forced to reach consumer forum court against the dealer for mentally harassing the customer keeping me mentally disturbed with their false statement
                      Please get me my car with compensation from the dealer and it doesnot repeat again
                      I also booked from Lakshmi hyundai Bengaluru. exactly same problem for me.

                        My car is break down six times a year and your engineer comes from . he dose not say any problem in this breakdown, this times also car is break down please resolve this problem ... HR 26 CP 1092...
                        My car hyynadai i20 elite shown engine check light on the meter 6 times.I visited the service centre kaithal 5 times but it is resolved temporarly.I want permanent solution so that there is no need to visit hyundai service centre every month.
                        Yesterday had given complain about tyre issues but till now not solve.

                          We have booked the above mentioned car hyundai venue on 3.06.2019 from himgiri hyundai delhi and we were promised to get the delivery of car on 4.07.2019. But on 26.06.2019 we recieved a call from himgiri hyundai that the car is not avialable now. So where did the car vanished??? Which we were supposed to get and we made complaint in customer care, spoke to general manager but all in vain. We have planned a gettogethrer on 4.07.2019 as we were supposed to get a car but it is really harrasing and insulting by hyundai.
                          And the information of not having the car is being given at the months end when we were about get get the car after 5 days... Really pathetic and i need a final resolution.

                            3 months ago i had painted my car in hyundai's service center, i had painted it in the claim but now its painting is coming out by myself. Very poor paint.                               Dear sir,

                              I am pankaj bhangale, a proud owner of hyundai car. I have hyundai grand i10 (Registration no. Mh19bu3133)

                              My want to brief you my horrifying experience of dealing with kothari hyundai service station in pune, maharashtra, india.

                              I experienced some issue in my car's breaking system. The break became hard and when i tried to apply it the car use to skid in one direction. I immediately gave my car to kothari hyundai for servicing and the fault finding. I was told by service manager that the issue is resolved. Car was handed over to me by charging some money.

                              This problem resurfaced within few days o[censored]sages. I gave my car again to kothari hyundai bhopadi service station. This time again i was told that the problem is solved. And my car was delivered to me. This time the car was delivered to me with the non functional air conditioning system. When complained about it, then i was asked to again bring the car back and then i was charged for the ac gas etc etc.

                              Now after taking this car in custody, because of this problem my wife met an accident in pune. Thank fully she is not injured in the accident but the car got damaged little bit.

                              I again brought the car to the service station on the insistance of the service manager. This time i clearly told him that i want to here from hyundai about my case. I also mentioned very categorically that i am ok to pay anything but i will not trust kothari hyundai now. And i was told that they raised the case to hyundai and according to hyundai instructions only they have solved my problem. And the vehicle was delivered to me. I was also assured that the small damaged part will be repaired. But the vehicle was delivered with out attaining it. But i thought its ok as it was small damage.

                              Again in few days o[censored]sage the same problem of abs resurfaced. This time i clearly told the service manager mr. Vishal that unless i here from hyundai i will not take my car out from your service station. Inspite of such a clear message given to him and that to repetitively, he called me saying your vehicle is ready. When i asked him wether he consulted to hyundai, that time over phone he said yes. I said i want to see the communication.
                              This time he forwarded my case to mr. Nair the gm.
                              This guy took few days to come back to me to inform that hyundai suggested to replace abs. I said go ahead as per hyundai's suggessions.
                              When i called mr. Nair again after thee four days, to know the status he said he is waiting for my approval.
                              A frustrated person in me again gave approval over phone. This was four days back. Now when i visited them yesterday, mr. Nair was not in the service station. I called him over his mobile phone. After few attempts he received my call and told me that he will get back to me in 10 minuits. Till date except one message saying xyz person will handle your case, he did not bother to come back to me.
                              When i met the person suggested by mr. Nair, he was totally blank on my car status and was not aware what to do.
                              Agin he asked me my approval. I gave my approval there itself. Again after three hours he sent me whataap message asking my approval. Again i gave my approval.

                              My sincere request is to resolve the issue in my car because it is so serious that i can not think o[censored]sing this car again without the assurance from hyundai.

                              I think kothari hyundai is just milking money from customers. Please change my impression.

                              One more point, i asked many people that i want to escalate this matter to mr. Kothari very sincerely. But i was told that nobody is allowed to share his contact details. Neither phone number nor email address.

                                Sir,
                                I have booked verna 1.6 mt, sx vtvt, silver car at sunrise autoworld pvt ltd. Plot no 2, ip extension near mother dairy new delhi 110092 on 5th of june 2019 and issued a cheque against booking and got bank receipt sr voucher no 1534 dasted 05- june - 2019 and the same was debited from my account.
                                While booking it was discussed with sales executive mr. Rana sarkar that we need delivery of car before or up to 23- june - 2019 and the same was assured to me.
                                I also got confirmation call from company or may be from sunrise auto and the same terms was confirmed.
                                But from last two three days sunrise auto trying to make me fool that sir car has not dispatched from factory.
                                Now i want to cancel the booking of my car and i will not pay cancellation charges because the problem is at company's end.
                                So you are requested to please return back my money back at the earlist.

                                  I am writing this complaint to highlight the incident happened with me last week which had left me with utter dissatisfaction and dismay as a hyundai customer.

                                  I had purchased hyundai creta in 2018. Last week while driving i had a bad incident. My car pulley with belt broke down, it was too scary sound which i heard that time. Later my car was towed to service station of hyundai.

                                  After inspection i was informed that alternator is also loose so whole lot of pulley, belt and alternator will be change and this will take time as it happen very rare so car parts will come on order.

                                  I want to ask hyundai, how this has happen with a renowned company? I was with my 5 years daughter that time, anything might had happened that time. Is this much hyundai cares for customer life? Why we as a customer has to suffer?

                                  Mr. Ashish patra (Area manager) told me on monday when i called them that he will revert me on my complain. But till yet i haven’t received any reply. Mr. Abhishek (Service manager) is also silent no update of my car.

                                  How you guys are so irresponsible towards ur work n responsibilities. You people don’t care of, how your irresponsible behaviour affects a customer daily routine. What we are getting after purchasing such costly cars? Better we should go for maruti or any indian brands.

                                  It’s been 6 days but i haven’t recieved any communication from hyundai end itself. I m calling customer care and taking update myself.

                                  I am suffering mentally and it’s effecting my daily commuting routine. I had a urgent family function to attend but due to this mishappening i booked flight tickets. Daily i m booking cab’s for commuting from one place to another.

                                  Such happening in hyundai creta is not acceptable at all. I need a proper explanation with solution from your higher management. I know u guys will give a copy paste reply that someone from ur end will contact me, than again i have to tell them from beginning to end..

                                  Please i need my reply from ur management. Although i will surely take this complain to consumer forum n social media.

                                    Raja m hyundai (Sirsa, haryana) force me to buy accessories, teflon coating and anti rust coating when i go for car booking. I told them i don't want to buy these things they said they will not sale me car without these paid things. Moreover the manager mr. Jitender sharma told me to buy from somewhere else as they don't gonna take my booking without accessories and other services. Kindly look into matter and help me out.

                                      Making excuses in delivery of venue and increasing price after booking.
                                      It is very bad experince in mk hyundai zirakpur punjab. I manpreet singh booked venue (S petrol 1litre typhoon silver) on 29th of may last month. I paid 21000 cash to mk hyundai and the sales person sachin told me that they will deliver car in next 15 days but yestday i visted showroom again he is making excuses in delivey of car and saying that car will be deliverd in 1to 3 month later and price will be 11 to12 thousand more costly then on the day of booking.

                                      Mk hyundai is not on there commitment of delivery and price told to me and given on there price list which they have given to me. So if the same thing will be after this mail will thing about any other car other then hyundai or may be be go to court.

                                        I bought i20 sports petrol car 3 years back which drove 21, 000 kms only. Recently been on highway for 150kms and ac stopped working from very next day morning, there is no repairs with ac/car so fa.   replace all
