Hello there!!

I bought a car on 30/10/2015 and the vehicle number is AP16DF 4802 and travelled close to 1.25 lakh kilo meters.

It worked ok ever since i bought with small problems but all of sudden the air condition stopped working in the middle of Jan 2019. Went to Kusalava show room in Autonagar, Vijayawada and checked and had to put new condenser n Valve and the oil and gave me bill around Rs.23, 000. it worked alright for one and half month and it AC stopped working again on 28th of February 2019. Went to service centre told me that I had to change Compressor. I asked them to replace new one and got the bill around 25, 000.

How come the brand new car giving complaints just like this one after another. Killing our time and money and its very shame to see that even the major parts in the engine are not working for 5 years. So bad and discussed with staff in the service centre and told me that, the vehicles that are bought in the during the launching time of creta has compressor issues. If you have that kind of answer then why dodn't you replace the new one for free.

So i need your genuine answer and I am claiming the money back and I think your company reputation is not sound as I expected as I discussed this matter with others. Thank you for taking my complaint and I will await to hear from you.

    I am from defence and booked creta at petrol on 22 jan 2019 with samta motors, ambala. I need availability certificate for the car to carry out transaction of money with csd depot by rtgs. Dealer is telling that he can not provide my booked car as hyundai company hasn't paid them for past month. Meanhile, as informed above, my booking amount is with dealer and the car has also been delivered to him from company but the dealer is not providing assurance and availability certificate.

      Dear sir/madam
      I have eon megna + 1.0 bought in 2015 dec and this second time that eps unit has failed. Last time i got it replaced under warranty, which was too early, but this now again same problem. This the payment would be around 10000 with labour.
      It seems that quality of eps is not good. Hyudai should get some solution to it. Also should reduce price.
      Look into it and give me a solution.

        I, Nitu mewara, purchased "CRETA 1.6 VTVT E+ WHITE " on. Dated 01 Feb. 2017 with chassis no.MALC181CLHM203191, engine No. G4FGGU940509 .I received RC after one year with RC no.HR51BN4772 with incorrect details of vehicle fuel type "DIESEL" while this variant is available only with fuel type PETROL.
        This error is still not corrected by dealer after intimation many times.
        Please take correct action against this types of carelessness made by dealers. My mobile no.[protected], [protected].

          I had made a payment of rs 11100/- against the pre-launch booking offer of the then new launching santro. Subsequently after visiting the hyundai showroom at plaza hyundai, mathura road, we didn't liked the car and sought for the refund of the booking amount. I had submitted a letter to that effect on 29 oct 2018. Its now over four months and the sales manager, mr chatterjee has not yet re-payed me the advance booking amount. Twice i had met him personally, and he was insisting on taking cash which i refused and asked for a cheque. Every time he and his employees came with the same excuse that the cheque signing officer is out of india.
          Now recently his mobile is switch off and his office seems to be closed indefinitely. There is also no reply on mail by him or his superiors.
          Very pathetic.

          reply from the company representatives of HYUNDAI has been received till date. The complaint is not taken due notice it seems. Also visited the Plaza Hyundai office today, on 19 mar 2019...But the office is all closed.

            This dealer has not done my vehicle registration since december 2018. I have paid 25000 inr for registration and 14000 inr for panic button. This is a commercial registration. Kindly take an action and give my money return back so that i will do my registration on time. I am huge loss on daily basis due to this.

              I kunal kataria, resident of basai, i am writing in response to get my car's hr 26 dn 4300 (Black verna) gps navigation sd card back which has been lost in "superon hyundai care", when i gave my accidental car in claim. I seriously blame my losing of gps navigation sd card to superon hyundai care staff and this is really annoying unacceptable behaviour from hyundai staff, hurribly i reprimand to return my card.
              I hope that you will keep my request under your kind consideration and will promptly react to my request i shall be thankful to you for this kind favor.

                I have hyundai creta, i bought and service it from joshi hyundai mohali.in starting of january 2019 i proposed a insurance claim in which my car back and bumper to be replaced. The total insurance claim was about rs 49000/. The person in joshi hyundai said me that i will get full insurance claim, so i will get my full amount back from my insurance company but i received only 25000rs from insurance company. I also had a call from insurance company that the representative in joshi hyundai didn't said him to adjust the amount of back side of the car.
                I am personally very dissatisfied from this service, due to this i suffered a huge loss.

                  I had taken delivery of a creta sx (Stardust colour) on 27th jan 2019 from plaza hyundai motors, mathura road, new delhi. I was told that the papers for registration would be submitted to the rto and that i would get the registration no.in 3-4 weeks. Meanwhile i was provided a temporary registration no.

                  I have been trying to contact the showroom for the past one week and i now discover that the showroom has shutdown and none of the personnel (Mr. Chatterjee and mr. Sayeed) is responding to the phone calls.

                  The documents for the registration are presumably in the showrrom itself because they do not appear to have been deposited at the rto.

                  Please advice as to how this matter can be resolved. It has put hyundai company in a very bad light and has adversely affected customer confidence.

                  I shall appreciate a response at the earliest.

                    Also i am not got proper feedback from your side as well as mirikh hundai side for when my car delivery has been given to me no-buddy can tell me properly

                        I am a dedicated customer of hyundai for the last 20 years.

                        I had purchased one grand i10 (Hr 51 bv 4016) from plaza hyundai mohan cooperative delhi, in december 2018 in exchange of my santro zing.

                        In spite of constant chase up i have not received the following:
                        1. Exchange bonus of rs. 20, 000
                        2. The registration certificate (Rc)
                        3. High security number plate.

                        I had been in constant touch with mr. Chaterjee, the gm sales without any result. For the last one week, nobody is picking phone at plaza hyundai.

                        I request you to immediately arrange for the exchange bonus of 20, 000, rc and the number plate.

                          On deep automotive beed. Booking amount will be paid on 5000rs. But my personal problems i can cancel my booking on 19/3/2019. Then he can says transfer refund on your accont within 2 days. But actually transfer refund on my account on 5/3/2019 only 2000 rs. They can deduct the amount 3000 on booking cancellation charges.                             Please be noted that, i was planning to exchange hyundai eon (Finance car) with honda amaze. The honda personnel's came to my home and checked the hyundai eon and they took the picture of the registration number and send it to hyundai dealer to check whether any accidents happened for this car. They told me that, after the delivery of the car within 100 km car met with an accident and replaced bumber, radiator and body parts which i was shocked. I was the sole user for this car and never met with any accidents and when i checked with the dealer they told me that claims is there for 26000.in their records it shows 26000 claims and car delivered on 25 november 2016. But i got this car delivered on dec 31, 2016. That means they have delivered a accidental car with replaced bumber/radiator. I came this know after using it for more than 2 years. I am feeling very disappointed and they told me they will correct the record within 15 days. Please don't cheat the customers for what we earned and paid.

                                  My name is Rahul Sharma I purchased Hyundai grand i10 from dream Hyundai ghaziabad on dated 14/12/2018 executive promise me to given Registration in January 2019 but till date showroom not provided my registration, due to which I m not able to drive my car in road and showroom personal misleading me for registration and not giving any response.
                                  I have a I10 car and last few days when I start the car sometimes stearing is suddenly vibrating continuously and when i switched off the car then after few seconds stearing is vibrating. What is the problem and why it happened.

                                    I bought i20elite petrol car on 29th nov 2018 in vikayawada sai swarna hyundai and delivery date is dec 12th 2019. Just two months used 2000kms nearly. Recently i got the problem in this car. Gear rod is strucking sometimes. What the hell. Jst few days back i gave it for 1st service. Just 2months old car how could the problems are came to dat car. Did u sold damaged car or anything else? I hope i will get a perfect reason from u. Iam very very disappointed. They did service. But still i got dis problem. They sold damaged car. I dnt want dis car. Please refund my amount or replace the car. Thank u.

                                      Sir, i had booked santro sportz amt 2019 make on 31/01/2019 by paying 20k advance, the dealer being narayan hyundai, vijayapur, karnataka.
                                      I took delivery of the vehicle on 15/02/2019 trusting hyundai and it's dealership in toto.. Yesterday i received the vehicle insurance copy and i was surprised to note the make of the vehicle as dec 2018.. I feel i am being cheated by the dealer and i am loosing faith with hyundai india.. This is my 4th car.. I had premier padmini fiat, maruti 800 and now i have honda brio and jeep compass apart from this new santro, never ever i had such a worst experience.. This is my first association with hyundai and i am repenting.. Kindly let me know what i need to do?

                                        I own a i10- sports 1.1 irde2 model which i purchase from commercial hyundai dehradun (Uk07be 2260). My car is 5 yrs old but running is only 25464 kms.3 days back when we are travelling to imt manesar, gurugram, suddenly my steering got jammed and its very tough to steer it. When i contacted with service centre (Triumph hyundai manesar). First they told me your eps module to be change which cost ₹11000 approx next day they told your torque sensor has to be replace, which is integrated part of full steering assembly and can't be replace separately, so you have to change full steering assembly which cost ₹28000.
                                        Now my question with hyundai... Are they manufacturing such parts which are not working upto 25000 kms...?
