Myself sumit mehrotra i have bought a new car hyundai creta on 28 october 2017 from one of your dealer in district varanasi whose name is "krishna hyundai" at lahartara police station manduadeeh.. I have not got my registration paper of my crete car along with invoice letter or any paper from your dealer krishna hyundai to till today.. So i am unable to move out anywhere on the road without registration paper..& i am really fed-up with your dealer krishna hyundai varanasi because i have made so many phone calls over there but they are trying to make me fool or doesn't give any information regarding my registration paper or any other papers.. So i am going to submit a complaint against your dealer "krishna hyundai" in the consumer court within one week..
If you can assist me in my this matter belongs to your dealer krishna hyundai varanasi..
I shall be highly grateful to your..

    My car's engine has been repaired for last 2times in a span of 1 year by m. B hyundai first time with a bill of 46 thousand and second time by a bill of 86 thousand and again having the same problem for which they had repaired. Inspite of accepting their mistakes they are again asking for 40 thousand rupees to repair.
    Tell me just one reason why shouldn't i sue them for negligence and recover whole sum of of money we have spent and the mental harrassment that we have suffered.
    What the hell these hyundai customer care people are doing if yhey don't have any redressal mechanism or control over their service providers.
    Not lessthan 10 mails regarding this issue have been sent from my side to receive nothing in return.

      I had come to neelam automobiles pvt. Ltd, sai auto hyundai, borivali (East), mumbai hyundai service centre on 22/01/2018 with a small problem of left front window glass not going down from the main switch of my four wheeler verna fluidic mh02dn2805, mfg year 2014.in this concern i paid total bill of rs. 13, 532/- (Part amount rs. 6, 221.66 + labour amount rs. 7, 310.10) with vin. Malcu41dmem168861 and r/o no r[protected]. There are more than 50% things which were not required to change such as (Grease caliper guide, filter air cleaner, coolant, car & inj cleaner etc). They have included labour amount of rs 7, 310 with 9% & 14% cgst and sgst even more than the parts cost which is rs.6, 221. This total service shouldn’t have costed more than rs. 6, 000. Should the labour charge cost more than the parts cost?? That too rs 7, 310 when the car has not been droven more than merely 16, 000 km only. Is it worth buying a hyundai car if its maintenance cost is rs. 14, 000 on 16, 000 km first hand droven car??? Advisor mr. Ashok even charged me for wiring harness repairing 1000 rs+ taxes which i repeatedly told him that this defect was there since the time i bought the car and had shown it to the earlier advisors who misguided me by saying it is normal and there is no need to do anything about it. It showed a light near the speedometer sign which was there from the time we bought the car in the starting one month. Their advisors keep changing and will obviously not know what the previous manager has false committed and they don’t even keep a record of the problem which i had mentioned about the light reflecting near the speedometer just after few weeks of the car being purchased. If i don’t get a reply and a compensation for this loot from me then i promise i will never buy a hyundai vehicle from next time onwards and will bad mouth about it as well. Is this the day you wanted us to experience hyundai? Merely cheating and fooling customers. Ready to get thousands of money. Its our hard earned money from our day to day job life. Not only this was a bitter experience we had but we did not receive our rc book for good 1.5-2 years and when asked the dealer he raised his hands even after repeatedly chasing him and even during second free service of hyundai the advisors charged me rs 5, 418 even for the so called 'free service". Attaching all the proofs required. Hope to have a revert at the earliest to get a compensation for hyundai's mistake. Highly disappointed!!

        Hi,
        The service advisor informed me that the turbocharger of my fluidic verna crdi (2013) that has clicked on 20, 000 kms has been damaged and that i need to replace the whole assembly which is costing more than ₹70, 000/- since replacement parts for the segment inside the turbocharger that's damaged is not currently available in india.
        The service advisor said something about the core of the turbocharger that's damaged.
        My question is why such replacement parts are not available in india? And i'm wondering how a robust component like the turbocharger got so quickly damaged since i've ran only 20, 000 kms on the car.
        Kindly look in to the matter and revert back.
        My location is kohima 797001, nagaland.

          Sir kindly look into the matter with a serious interest driving the car is getting bad to worst. Now even starting problem is also coming sometimes it starts and sometimes it creates problem. It has not been, even a week since i have got the car and various issues are coming.
          Sir please send some proper technical guy because if the problem keeps on coming every now and then, then it will be very difficult for me.

            Our car hyundai eon dlite + was given for repair and insurance claim on 7th nov 2017 at the mb hyundai mb automobiles pvt ltd located near medical college road in gorakhpur.
            The car was received back on 22nd nov. 2017. Our stereo which was cd player enabled stereo was replaced with a low category music system of the same brand sony.
            Hence next morning on 23rd itself a complain was raised against it at the service centre itself where the service centre executives had requested for a few days time.
            Till date we have not received any clarifications from the service centre with regards to the exchange of the stereo.
            Today when me and my dad had gone to meet the owner of the place they denied saying that he is out of town neither they gave his no. So that we can contact.
            We spoke to the ceo mr. Akshay who straight forwardly denied saying that he is helpless in this matter.
            After massive discussion he agreed on the fact that he needs another 2 weeks time to investigate on the matter.
            My matter of concern is that being such a great brand into the market how can one have such negligent staff in place.
            It is close to 3 months now they have been able to come on to a conclusion.
            One of there workshop manager mr. Arvind was really rude.
            There ceo mr. Akshay seems to be a helpless officer.
            Brand like hyundai should not have people like this who kill the loyalty of the customers.
            Really a poor show and i am really disappointed with the delay and negligence of the senior members of the property.
            Kindly request you to look into it and would prefer a change in the stereo at the earliest.
            Ecm problem, this problem is facing by most of the users of Hyundai cars i10. I am also facing problem my car get stopped anywhere. It is very risky for me as I am a lady driver. Company should replace same by free of cost. As it is defect in Hyundai car.

              Dear sir,
              I had lodged numbers of complaint of my hyundai car i 10 era regarding non functioning of horn properly even after replacement by a new horn by saraighat hyundai, guwahati. For last two and half years i am facing with this recurring problem, they did some adjustment time to time, but still it continues to give recurring problem. Then finally it was replaced by new one but after 8/9 months it continues to give the same problem. No body from the company contacted me as per your last two e-mail.
              I am in doubt whether you give sufficient wightage to the complaint of bonafide consumers. Or we are only prey to harassment, left alone for god's mercy. If your existence at all exists then prove it by taking quick & appropriate action to do away my legitimatized grievance.

              I have a hyundai Creata 1.6 SX+ Auto SUV, the vichicle is satisfaction but I have no satisfaction about is bracking system because when we want to brake the car suddendely the ABS was not proper working in suddendly mode.
              SO I can not operate vichicle as per her speed, So please solve my probleam.

                We were using hyundai for long time our first vehicle was santro and on 2012 we bought i20 asta within 16000 km it's steering motor complaint started and i replaced it with new one but it is keep continuing that every 5000 km i have to replace a new motor.in 2018 it completed just 40, 000km and i replaced 4 motor's now, it cost[protected] rs on every replacement apart from the regular services. I feel really disappointed about the hyundai motor india and i will never buy hyundai products in my life and i will share my story to max customer who are awaiting for such false and frauds from hyundai motors and its cheap quality spare parts which will not run for not more than six months.

                  I had booked the above car on 13th january 2018 from modi hyundai h promise thane. I was told that the car is in perfect working condition and was given one year warranty for which i paid rs.2529.00.
                  While taking delivery of the car today on 20 january 2018. I noticed that the right side drl was not working. Your approved used car manual says that each vehicle is put through 147 point check before being certified by you. You also say that the refurbishing process is done by hyundai trained personal. When i brought this to the notice of the sales personal mr. Sumesh nair, he said that the other person who showed the car to you mr. Sandeep giri has not told him anything regarding this. He advice me to go to hyundai work shop and get it done. However i had to pay rs. 15000 yo get the work done. Your car approved car warranty policy for which i paid mentions that every car sold by h promise shall be free from any failure of a mechanical or electrical part.in spite of this i was asked to replace the entire unit even before taking the delivery. More over your trained personnel has not fitted the unit snugly. There is a gap between the body and the unit. On showing him that he has not fitted properly he was not ready to open and refit it properly. He kept on saying that it is fitted properly

                  I'm unsatisfied with this from hyundai. Just on purchasing your used car which has warranted and certified through 147 check points can not point out a malfunction unit for which i had to shell out rs. 15000 inspite of paying warranty charges for the same.
                  Hi sir, I purchased new grand i10. Which doesn't have any variant name on it. And they deliver me with scratched and said it occur during taking car out of yard. I need know whether they deliver new or old car to me.
                  I'm from jabalpur my creta having clutch problem n hyundai service said it's your fault but many creta users having clutch problem

                    Only ready to get thousands of money but not ready to do the work properly. Pls friends they had cheated me nearly rs.45000 for body shop work for my car. But the paint job they had done is peeling off and full of dots. The workman ship is worst. Am totally frustrated. They manager mr. Shriram, body shop manager and the service advisor mr. Ashok is not even ready to give a solution or rectify the problem. Not even worth for 1star. Am bit occupied with my business once am back to coimbatore i m going to face them legally. So friends pls don't get cheated by these cheaters. They speak well till u pay the money. Even the hyundai plant people after numerous complaints still there is no response. This is the way the brand and the service station is.

                      I have given my i10 car for servicing first time at kun servicing center. When it is delivered there were gum marks on the

                      Car. They blame me where as i knew it was done by them. I had to wait for a long time to collect the car as no one was

                      Attending me to deliver my car. When i wanted to complaint about the unprofessional practices at kun gachibowli branch, the

                      Employees are so thick skinned, arrogant and least bothered which i could understand from their behavior. One does a long

                      Conversations in phone and in between he comes and gives me an arrogant answer and continues for hours in the phone. The

                      Supervisor gives me all false information and promises and manages the show which is very evident. Eventually i can say

                      That the kun gachibowli branch is horrible branch in terms of servicing done and the way the customers are treated and

                      Addressing the issues of the customer. They even do not bother to address the customers issue when i said i want to

                      Complaint about my experience. Simply they tell me to complaint if i want. Is this the service at kun gachibowli branch??

                      The estimates given to me is also not proper. I think if my gum marks are not removed i have to escalate the issue and put

                      This in nch for the cheating.

                      The supervisor name is sai krishna and another person who all the time talks in phone has to be apologetic. Please
                      Investigate the case as kun gachibowli has cctv cameras. The incident happened on 18 jan 2018 at 6:15pm.

                      Need immediate resolution to my concerns.

                        I have purchased Hyundai i10 SPORTZ1.1 Regestration no.UP32FM8148 from J.S.V. MOTORS AND CON PVT LTD GOMTI NAGAR LUCKNOW(U.P.) with 3rd year warranty valid upto 10/05/2017 or upto 60000 Kms, it is hardly runs now 30000Kms, its EPS disturbed in may 2017 but during the days in servicing not replaced or informed for next warranty after the date it was informed when asked it was informed to run the vehicle for some time now it is difficult to run in tight steering before this vehicle, I was using Maruti make but never get such bad experience in running the vehicle however I used two vehicles for minimum 7 years of each.Now I have information EPS is common defects in Hyundai.
                        Will Hyundaui replace EPS in my car considering it Warranty valid upto 60000Kms by a symphatatic consideration.

                            Dear Sir,
                            Good day…
                            I am Krishnamoorthy from Chennai, India. I own a i20 Sports (O) 2010 model and my vehicle no is TN-10-AB-4529.

                            I like to bring couple of concerns to your knowledge and seeking a good solution from you. I have left my car for general service and body shop work at KUN Hyundai, Adyar (Hyundai Authorized Dealer) on 27th Oct 2017 and they have committed to deliver the vehicle on 1th Nov. After a big follow up and phone calls chase they delivered the vehicle on 10th Nov. On the same day I noticed that my AC unit controller (FATC) has been changed from some other vehicle and they have removed my OE fitted horn from my vehicle.

                            Kun Hyundai workshop manager (Mr. Jayacellan) have accepted on 11th Nov that,
                            · Their technician has removed AC control unit (FATC Unit) from my vehicle and accepted to replace with a new one. (Photo attached)

                            · Paint was not done as per OE standards and accepted to repaint it at their cost. (Photo attached)

                            · Accepted that their technician has removed OE horn from my vehicle and will fit it back in my vehicle.

                            · Engine RPM gauge (Engine speed sensor) was not working after delivery and accepted to fix this issue.

                            · Issue which I have told during service was not attended and he has accepted it.

                            On all the acceptance from Mr. Jayacellan, He requested me to leave the vehicle for 2 days fixing the issue as committed and I have left the vehicle on the same day (11th Nov) for the 2nd time for the same concern. After a big follow up and visit to the showroom they delivered the vehicle on 16th Nov with different set of issues.
                            1. Horn was not function and they are given irrelevant statements, which I have in my vehicle for last 6 years.

                            2. Painting was the worst. Even a local body shop painter could have done a better job.

                            3. Engine RPM gauge (Engine speed sensor) was not working again and Mr. Jayacellan is requesting some more time to fixing this issue.
                            4. None of my complaints where fixed and again they have taken my vehicle for fixing it on 20th Nov. how many time do they expect me to leave the vehicle for fixing their problem.

                            This is totally annoying me and my total hard earned money was wasted. I request them to return back the vehicle and the amount which i have paid them. I will get my vehicle serviced in any other service station on Hyundai.

                            You all must feel a shame for not resolving the concern, which is open for more than 2 months. Incapability of handing customer and cheating the customer’s hard earning money. Due to incompetence of Dealership and their technician, I Have lost my hard earned money of more than 1, 12, 000.00 (One lakh twelve thousand) within a month, for the car which was running good and which went for just a PMS. I should learn from you guys how to cheat & how to steal others hard earn money and their asserts

                              I have purchased a car from mukesh hyundai guwahati last year but the dealer doing dely for registration of the car more than 05 month from the date of delivery.in this connection, the bank of my loan sponsored has been deducted the amount of rs. 22, 800/- from my account as a penalty of doing delay of car registration.in this regard, a letter has been submitted to the concerned dealer and regional office of hyundai motors at guwahati. But nobody yet to reply.

                                I provided my vehicle for rear bumper replacement by claim. They told will provide car after 3 days. Today morning (After 4 days) i called them they told will provide by afternoon. Again by 3 pm i called back and they told driver not available thats why late and they told car is on the way, after 7 pm i called back they r telling again driver not available. This customer service is not at all truthfull just they r making customers fool.

                                  I booked for grand i10 on 19th december 2017 at mukesh hyundai kolkata against exchange of my old hyundai car.
                                  As per as adviced by your sales person i fulfilled all the prerequisities.
                                  They committed to deliver my car with completing all official formalities on several occasions between 4th january 2018 to17th january 2018 but failed to do so.
                                  I am helpless and have no clue for this kind of irresponsible behaviour and injustice from your side.
                                  I know i am a very small customer of your huge automobile sector
                                  I am requesting you to look into this matter urgently and please do the needful
                                  So that, me the poor man can recieve my car from your esteemed side at the earliest.
                                  Was it my fault that i used hyundai car for last 8 years and again wanted the same.

                                        I Bought creta SX diesel in December 2016 and now twice the clutch have been replaced and I paid for the second replacement . I have a driving experience of 15 yrs and used Hyundai vehicles in the past never had any problem. Now Service tech says that it’s due to driving. I am raising a complaint in consumer court and we can definitely fight for this as it is not a simple problem it’s a problem where our life is on threat.
