Only ready to get thousands of money but not ready to do the work properly. Pls friends they had cheated me nearly rs.45000 for body shop work for my car. But the paint job they had done is peeling off and full of dots. The workman ship is worst. Am totally frustrated. They manager mr. Shriram, body shop manager and the service advisor mr. Ashok is not even ready to give a solution or rectify the problem. Not even worth for 1star. Am bit occupied with my business once am back to coimbatore i m going to face them legally. So friends pls don't get cheated by these cheaters. They speak well till u pay the money. Even the hyundai plant people after numerous complaints still there is no response. This is the way the brand and the service station is.

    I have purchased Hyundai i10 SPORTZ1.1 Regestration no.UP32FM8148 from J.S.V. MOTORS AND CON PVT LTD GOMTI NAGAR LUCKNOW(U.P.) with 3rd year warranty valid upto 10/05/2017 or upto 60000 Kms, it is hardly runs now 30000Kms, its EPS disturbed in may 2017 but during the days in servicing not replaced or informed for next warranty after the date it was informed when asked it was informed to run the vehicle for some time now it is difficult to run in tight steering before this vehicle, I was using Maruti make but never get such bad experience in running the vehicle however I used two vehicles for minimum 7 years of each.Now I have information EPS is common defects in Hyundai.
    Will Hyundaui replace EPS in my car considering it Warranty valid upto 60000Kms by a symphatatic consideration.

      Dear sir,
      I had lodged complaint on 27th december 2017 regarding my hyundai car i 10 era regarding non functioning of horn properly even after replacement by a new horn by saraighat hyundai, guwahati. They did some adjustment subsequently, but still it continues to give recurring problem. As per your mail
      (On 27/12/2017) i was supposed to be contacted by hyundai company, but till today this was not realized. I am in doubt whether you give sufficient wightage to the complaint of bonafide consumers. Or we are only prey to harassment, left alone for god's mercy. If your existence at all exists then prove it by taking quick & appropriate action to do away my legitimatized grievance.

        I have purchased a car from mukesh hyundai guwahati last year but the dealer doing dely for registration of the car more than 05 month from the date of delivery.in this connection, the bank of my loan sponsored has been deducted the amount of rs. 22, 800/- from my account as a penalty of doing delay of car registration.in this regard, a letter has been submitted to the concerned dealer and regional office of hyundai motors at guwahati. But nobody yet to reply.

          I provided my vehicle for rear bumper replacement by claim. They told will provide car after 3 days. Today morning (After 4 days) i called them they told will provide by afternoon. Again by 3 pm i called back and they told driver not available thats why late and they told car is on the way, after 7 pm i called back they r telling again driver not available. This customer service is not at all truthfull just they r making customers fool.

            I booked for grand i10 on 19th december 2017 at mukesh hyundai kolkata against exchange of my old hyundai car.
            As per as adviced by your sales person i fulfilled all the prerequisities.
            They committed to deliver my car with completing all official formalities on several occasions between 4th january 2018 to17th january 2018 but failed to do so.
            I am helpless and have no clue for this kind of irresponsible behaviour and injustice from your side.
            I know i am a very small customer of your huge automobile sector
            I am requesting you to look into this matter urgently and please do the needful
            So that, me the poor man can recieve my car from your esteemed side at the earliest.
            Was it my fault that i used hyundai car for last 8 years and again wanted the same.

                  I Bought creta SX diesel in December 2016 and now twice the clutch have been replaced and I paid for the second replacement . I have a driving experience of 15 yrs and used Hyundai vehicles in the past never had any problem. Now Service tech says that it’s due to driving. I am raising a complaint in consumer court and we can definitely fight for this as it is not a simple problem it’s a problem where our life is on threat.                     It is to inform you that i had buy Xcent crd on dated 23/10/2017 GKP Hyndai C/o Sandeep Motors Patiala vide regd dated 24/10/17 Ch Nbr MALA841ELHM250827 PB11CH5246 on the name of Virender Kumar now this dealership is closed then i approached other dealership for service they said we will do it but we cant give you in written beacuse your online bill is not generated yet. beacause of this mistake by your company i lost my warranty.you tell me if anything mishappened with my car who will responsible for loss kindly look into the matter on priority

                        I have purchased eon car from your dealer dev bhoomi at gutkar in mandi himachal pradesh on 4th january 2018, i was called by one of mr. Kushal sharma regarding this car. Eon 2016 model and he promised to give three year warranty and three year rsa i. E. Roadside safety assistence but he after taking full payment stsrting avoiding me and i have to visit three times to get three years warranty and one year rsa which he promised for three years even he has given only for one year that also after lot of arguments not even signed and stamped by dealer. He has handedover to me only one key and promised to hand over other one next day as he could not find it, but even after seven days he has not handed over the key to me, i am totally dissappoined regarding his behavior he not even take my calls as it is not possible me to visit everyday to the dealer. I am also having other car of your company i10 which i purchased from your earlier dealer shivansh which is now closed. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest or i have to think of other options.

                          Everytime they say it is coming in next 2 days but deliberately they are not providing the parts to us.

                            We have purchase create on 21st september'17 and taken loan from hdfc bank. Hdfc bank issued doa and balance amount paid by me.

                            Today when i went to collect rc at hyundi dealer, they hold my rc due to short payment received by bank.

                            Till yet, they never inform me about short payment and undue hold my rc from last 3-4 month.

                            I am going to fir against hyundi and hyundi dealer in case not release my rc by 1pm.

                                I have given my car mh43 bk 1167 on the 17th december to sharayu hyundai sanpada navi mumbai as the car met with an accident. The insurance company hdfc ergo has cleared to procure the part however till date the dealer has come back and says they have no clue on when the parts and even cannot commit to these parts.

                                My questions are to hyundai is if you do not have spare why sell the upgraded 2017 elantra and have to wait for one month.
                                Your advertisement is a false promise to customer.
                                If i have to buy a new car all the parts are available and i am sure you will not sell the car without wire assembly. This is pathetic a would caution to think twice before you buy an elantra 2017
                                I had grand i10 in one year there clutch plate is finish horn is damage and now battery is completely down. Hyundai is use this cheap type of product is use.plz give reply. I am already Hyundai customer but this type of complain is never come

                                  A very new customer of hundai i10 grand bought nearly 2 months back from m. R hundai shalimar garden, sahibabad, ghaziabad. On the name of mr. Anil gupta my father-in-law residence of shalimar garden.

                                  From past two month i have been facing ample of miss commitments from this company. This is the first ever worst experience i faced in my life with such big organization which i will never forget and can never refer any one ever to buy cars from this perticular spot m. R hundai. I would like to tell what all miss commitments i was told.

                                  1. Booked by saying u will get car just after diwali festival which was only 15 day later and i got the delivery after a month.

                                  2. They commited a discounted seatcovers which was in written i somehow forgot to keep that slip. I was told the seatcovers worth 6500/- will be given and i recived a body cover instead of the seatcover the sales leader mr. Sumit told me directly i didnt commit anything on my face and went away.

                                  3. I asked for the red color mentioned in the given form after a month of waiting i had to recieve the single choice silver color which i didnt want. But again i had to agree.

                                  4. Daily i had to cordinate for my given booking amount which was in access, been two months i am still calling daily and they have been telling me u will get that at your home this and that guy is coming more then 5 time i kept on wait and no one came. Finally today on 7-1-2018 at 11:00 am i went to thier office and still they said the employes are not coming and the employ kept the cheque of lesser amount than i have given is with him and when he will come we will send.

                                  Now what is left by hundai so they can provoke me more for lodging the fir so i should get the help from police now.

                                  I will keep telling people to not buy any car from this hundai showroom.

                                  I can not wait anymore

I am very much fed up with libra hyundai service center, moti nagar.. They are unable to repair my problems.. Inspite of solving my issues they misplace many of my things from my car..
