Dear sir,

This is to bring to your notice the pathetic service i’ve received at plaza hyundai, new delhi.

I went there to get my hyundai elite i20 (Diesel) (Up15ca 8712) serviced only because i read good reviews on the internet, it’s about 38 kilometers from where i live (Dwarka) for the 2nd free service due, and it had been one

Year so thought of getting the alignment and balancing checked (Mind the words, checked)

I was told that i would be charged around 1100/-rs, i was a little surprised at the amount, but still, in the habit of keeping my car in good running condition, i decided to go ahead.

I also opted for the extended warranty for the 3rd and 4th year and ended up paying around 11000/-rs for the same.

Now, the alignment which was fine earlier, the car runs towards the left side, there was a problem with ac earlier and no one has been able to identify and solve for it.

The fuel tank, which was filled up full on last saturday, 10th june 2017, shows only 2 cells of fuel left now.

Here is what i sum the entire experience to be.

I drive 40 kilometers for a free service, wasting my precious time and fuel for the following outcome.

1. Either the service has been so badly done that the efficiency has gone for a toss or the fuel was stolen.
2. Either the person checking the alignment was an #, or the tyres have been changed, only to fleece the customer, the back left tyre has a black mark on the alloy which was not there earlier, possibly due to the tyre/tyres being changed or better still, the car was hit.
3. The harassment, and the extra money that has been paid, the time that i’ve wasted, what for?
4. Should i really invest in an extended warranty with you guys or shall i file a court case?
5. I don’t know what other parts of the engine were changed/manipulated by your mechanics to cause this kind of trouble.

I hereby demand a compensation for all your goo[censored]ps since i’m not willing to take this harassment any further.

I want to be compensated for my time, for the issues that have been created by your people after the service, for the fuel/efficiency that has been tampered with and a guarantee against future harassment.

Or, i’m willing to take this up in the media/wherever/whenever possible to a logical conclusion.

One more thing, i’ll have these things done in front of me, as per my convenience and not a time given by you. So i request please solve my issue and revert early as possible..

    Recently i bough a hyundai i20 active from my nearby hynduai showroom. The chronological facts are given below -

    Car booked on (Deposited rs. 5000/-) 14.04.2017

    Full payment made on 01.05.2017 money receipt not provided

    Car delivered on 06.05.2017 no invoice provided; original insurance not handed over.

    Temporary registration done on 18.05.2017

    Temporary registration documents handed over 25.05.2017

    File moved for permanent registration on 29.05.2017

    Car production for permanent registration on 31.05.2017

    Fees deposited for permanent registration on 02.06.2017
    Name plate fitted on 08.06.2017

    From above it is clear that the matter has been handled very casually (In spite of regular phone call and follow up) and inefficient manner. Huge time consumed unnecessary to get the required documents. Matter should be looked after.

    While producing car at rto, i requested for some assistance for proving a driver so that my office time not get disturbed. First time it was provided on chargeable basis. But during car production at the time of permanent registration - any driver help has been denied. I think this type help should be provided to customer after immediate sale of car to build up confidence of customer on you.

    Till date the following issues yet to be resolved -

    01. Original money receipt yet to be provided.
    02. Original insurance copy to be provided
    03. Insurance to be modified - barrackpore rto to be replaced with barasat rto.
    04. Once again it is remind you that the "registration-smart card" of car should not incorporate hypothetication with indian oil corporation as requested earlier several times and you also ensured.

      The servicing done by your nagpur dealer ketan hyundai totally unsatisfactory. The car mileage after servicing reduced to 20 km per lit from more than 15 km per lit. Servicing defects not fully taken care of. Even after many telephonic complaints the dealer nit responding.
      I am compelled to spend heavy on fuel due to faulty servicing. Ketan hyundai does not bother even to take after service feedback from customer.

        I had my 4th paid service on may 1st week 2017.
        After i received my car post service and after gong home, i noticed the luggage keeping fibre board behind the back seat just below the rear viewing window, the clips are removed and a damaged board is placed.

        When i approached the hyundai service desk and complained about the same, they are not able to replace nor give a satisfactory answer. Upon discussing with them, they suggested that they will replace with any damaged car and they will call me for a replacement.

        This is wrong from their part. I am having the service in their showroom for the past three years and they shouldn't have done like this.
        They are saying to replace with a new one.. Which i did not agree..

            As my vehicle num ts22t0011 chassis number mala741dlgm209770 i have bought my hyundai xcent vehicle last nine months back i have faced so many problem with that the engine was giving trouble since the month i have purchased the vehicle once in 15 days the trouble used to come regularly as i turn off the vehicle and remain for 5min the problem used to solved out but since 15days the problem has becme more as i visited the kun hundai karmanghat service center they said that ecm has been found failed which the company has a given and you have to replace the part when i said to claim for the warranty they are not ready to claim the warranty n rejected that hundai has given engine warranty for 2 years is hundai using that much cheap spare parts which will be failed just in 8months i am ready to complain in consumer court and i suggest people not to go for hundai as it's maintanince is so high and to much parts costs n once they sell there vehicle. They don't even bother the customer issue and behavius so rudley

              Saini hyundai invoice no. B[protected]/ car no. Wb02ae2906.

              I was informed by the service advisor that i will have to pay rs.3550.00 for body repair as the insurer had not allowed/sanctioned my claim fully. I also had to pay the excess of rs.2500.00 + work contract tax rs.2500.00. Whilst approving i had expressed my reservation about work contract tax. This has been charged & i am still not convinced that i am liable to pay this..

              Coming to my complaint:
              During the delivery process mr. Rana informed that he will manage & waive off repairing charge of rs.3500.00 if i pay him 50% ie rs.1750.00, which i refused. He then came & told me that as a personal favour he is charging 2300/ (Who asked for a favour?)
              On all the 3 days i met mr. Rana he was illdressed, unsavened and chewing pan. His demeanor left a lot to be desired.

              I had informed customer service of saini hyundai/[protected] and asked to speak to the manager. The manager has not bother even after 24 hrs.

              Till today i have always found the service to be excellent and rated them well

                I am a hyundai customer. I booked i20 elite lrn hyundai salem tamilnadu last april. I have paid 90000 and sri ram finance paid 820000 for me. They are very intresting before receiving money. After i am not getting proper reply. Thry are avoid me. I was shocked. They were total cheating me. Mr sridhar sales head behavior was to the point of rudeness. I didnot get car till now. I go through mental torture. I am having sleepless nights after paying huge amount finance ask instalment due. Three months over. I have decided to go to media and consumer forum. Hyundai has to take strict action on dealer and compensated for the losses and sufferings my mobile no;[protected] sir, please do the needful as early as possible. Regards r. Govindasamy

I visited brij hyundai service station (Gaya, bihar) but those guys could not troubleshoot the problem and they did not pay much attention about it.                         Dear sir/madam,

                        I have given my car bearing number kl29d 4040 for repair on 10 may 2017 to mcp motors (India) pvt ltd., vadanpilly, trichur - kerala. The executive mobile number is [protected] who has given the service at your service centre.

                        Car was running in good condition but went to service centre for following service.
                        1. Slight touch up painting in the front baunet.
                        2. Auto switch for mirror and auto lock not working properly
                        3. Right rear view mirror was intact but outer backside cover has fallen off. So wanted to change it.

                        Your executive promised that he will deliver us with in one week. But car was not delivered with in one week and they dragged it for 20 days. Due to which i have to take rental car which cost me 15000 rs..

                        Even after 20 days they have not completed the repair, they had lame excuses about the mirror.. It was on 30 may 2017 i brought my car home after paying 11000 rs., i found my auto switch is not working properly, my flap gaurd was not fitted properly above the wheel.

                        As a customer the company should pay me the rental charges which i have spend on rental charges which was caused me due to their procrastination attitude and carelessness.

                        Company should understand if they give such type o[censored]nethical service, how i can go for high end car of hyundai in future. Putting confidence in hyundai team i seek favourable reply...

                          I purchased a hyundai i10 magna 1.1, 2017 model on 15.01.17.
                          My car is not giving proper mileage, its giving an average of 10kmpl, thus consuming too much fuel.
                          At the time of purchase the dealers promised to give 19kmpl average 7 even hyundai promise so, but in such a short time of 5 months we are facing problem.
                          We even complaint about the issue to the dealer from where we purchased, he said what is written is not what in actual, this is a clear case of making fool of customers.
                          I am really disappointed by hyundai. Such a big name & such poor quality.
                          I want my issue to get ressolved asap.

                            Hi,

                            I bought my hyundai eon in december 2012. It's been 4 & half years. Yesterday (11th june 2017) suddenly my car's eps system stopped working. Since then i need to run my car in manual steering mode, which is very hard to maneuver and tough in driving.

                            On showing it to chunabatti, mumbai workshop, today, they reported that the power steering (Eps module) is not working and it needs to be replaced to get it working. The cost of eps module is around rs. 8000/-. But, what really surprises me is that how can this part fail within such a short duration of the car's age/use. My car has clocked only 29100 km.

                            I believe hyundai should look into the matter of electronic power steering module as these seem to be faulty (Manufacturing defect) that they are using in eon cars.

                            I have also read several articles on hyundai eps problems on various other models like i10, verna and elantra. Also, in the usa, hyundai has recalled many batches of cars where eps has been found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect. The same needs to be done in india also.

                            My hyundai i10 is 5 years older and suddenly EPS is stop working, As per Down town hyundai, Anand, gujarat EPS module is not working and it needs to be replaced but they give me cost of eps module around rs. 24000/- why prices are different? and this is a manufacturing default so, Hyundai should provide the new module without charge,

                              Also they are not replying properly regarding registartion.
                              Because of this i am getting too much irritation..
                              There may chances of loss of my contract with tour office..
                              If such thing happen u need to bare this loss.
                              Now this car is useless for me..
                              So please solve this urgently..

                                  Sir, i had buy i-20 magna in 2012 ar hyundai kangra himachal pradesh. Sales manager mr. Puneet had told us that u 5000 cash back offer to government employs is given on hyundai i-20.. I had submitt all the documents related to my sallary and form no. 16 is also submitted to them.. But after 5-6 years of period they did not had refund any amount to me.. I had meet him so many times but he has new excuse evrytime. Now i am going to do a court case against hyundai kangra..                                     It is to inform you that timing belt of car no dl-7c-4643 was broken, car was handed over to your workshop on 26april 17. Your mechanic told to us of valves may damage and head will also repair. They made estimation of repair approx. Rs.35000. New timing belt and 16 nos. New valves along with other accessories, head was repaired in your workshop at firozabad (Rajendra hyundai nagla bhau nh-2 agra road firozabad). It was deliver in 4th june 17. On 6th june17, when it was coming from firozabad to delhi, it was stopped at second toll of expressway. Our people towed it and bring to delhi. Now car is totally stopped & park at bhushan steel's workshop.in ashram, delhi.
                                    We are very much surprised that the way you repair the car & it seems that your mechanic are not proper trained to do this kind of substandard & poor repair job. Your team took this job for more than month. We are totally unsatisfied with repair work. Now you are requested to send immediately expert mechanic team to repair/rectify the head job.
                                    Otherwise we have no choice to take strong action against you.

                                      Was given in hyundai showroom krishna hyundai on 11 may 2017 and committed to deliver on 25 may but now they are making a fool and telling there are no parts in company if you can arrange its your will, or they they will arrange from market for which no bill and warranty will be given.
                                      How is this possible in company service outlet that they are outsourcing the parts and cheating the customers.
                                      Every company has norms that they have to maintain parts of vehicle they manufactured, then why part is not available to customer.

                                        I have ordered the steering motor 3 months ago from apco hyundai calicut, pavangad.
                                        I did not get any calls yet, i had called him 10 times, this is clearly irresponsiblity and the worst service advisor i have ever seen in my hyundai life since a decade. His name soshit. Kindly requesting to take action.
