I booked elite i20 petrol magna black colour on 17/02/2017..today I visited the dealer showroom n asked about the car they told me that they punched the car on 18/2/2017 but till today it shows pending.i dont understand why is this happening..I gave rs.25000/- booking amount. All I want to know is whyis this delay going on... Its nearly a month now...I want someone to reply me atleast..

    Looting of money by nirmal hyundai, noida.
    Pocketing money with unfair means by nirmal hyundai noida.

    I had take the delivery of creta 1.6vtvt sx+ on 2.2.2017 after payment of following amounts.
    Booking of vehicle rs. 25000 through cheque
    Payment through rtgs rs. 13, 50, 000
    Payment through cheque in personal name of sales executive. Rs. 10, 000 (Kind of cash)
    Payment of rs. 6000 cash for which i have not received the invoice so far.
    Total amount paid rs. 13, 91, 000.
    Delivery of vehicle taken on 2.2.2017, where as i had requested for delivery on 26.1.2017, but was informed that delivery may be taken on 2.2.2017 as the sales executive is busy or is out of station. Hence with no other alternative had take the delivery on 2.2.2017.
    After a week while going through the invoices and debit notes given by nirmal hyundai i observed that i was excessively charged with following amount and no service or product or item provided against the same to me.
    1. Car care kit rs. 3335
    2. Fourth year extended warranty rs. 11270
    3. Extra amount charged on account of insurance rs. 1952
    These all above extra charged amount through unfair means from me were adjusted against cash payment of rs. 16000 as shown above (Rs. 10000 in personal name and rs. 6000 in cash).
    Only after my raising the issue, nirmal hyundai started looking into the matter and after long persuasion they have replied as follows.
    1. They do not give any car care kit and informed they will refund the amount.
    2. They agreed to give me the fourth year extended warranty which was valid upto 30.11.2020 instead of 1.2.2021 (As delivery taken by me was on 2.2.2017) which i had to refuse as the same was in contradiction to the commitment given by nirmal hyundai.
    3. After constant and long persuasion almost on daily basis, i was refunded with extra amount of rs. 1948 charged on account of insurance.
    This is to bring to the notice of hyundai motors that had i not raised the issue of extra amount charged to me this money would have been eaten by nirmal hyundai. Can plesae hyndai motors inform me that the dealers so authorised by you are not properly scrutinised (By ethics and integrity) before they are apponited.
    Are they allowed to earn the money from the customers by unfair means. Doesn't hyundai motors korea think this will ruine the image of the world wide reupted company.

      Dear sir,

      This is with reference to a complaint regarding the incompetent people in your Koncept hyudai okhla branch in new delhi

      I sent my car for servicing and told the driver who had come for pick up to please tell the supervisor that there was something wrong with the way my car was driving. I explained to him that when I changed my gear and accelerated the car was missing.

      The supervisor in about 40 mins called me and said yes I have driven the car but there is nothing wrong. I told him again to check, then he started asking me questions and concluded that there was a problem with the clutch. I asked him a couple of times if he was sure and he convinced me that the problem was with the clutch.

      He then gave me an estimate of about 10k to change the same and said he takes guarantee for the same

      I then consulted my husband who also spoke to him and told him what the problem was in the car

      We decided to listen to the expert(mr anand, the supervisor)and said yes.

      The next day I got my car which I drive till him, it missed once and I told my husband. Then I got busy shooting outdoors and my husband spoke to Mr Anand and told him that the problem was re-occurring.

      After about 3 days when the car was really Inna bad condition I called up Mr Anand who said don't worry I'll send my technician to check the problem

      Once the technician took a test drive with me, told me that ma'am clutch was never the problem. This problem is in lead 4 of the spark plug which he can fix in 5 mins

      I was furious because a small problem like this could have been fixed in no time and 10 times cheaper. The clutch was never a problem and did not need to change at all.

      After that I had multiple rounds of conversations with Mr Anand and Mr Atul, service manager who kept defending each other saying I'm at fault and I told them the problem and hence the clutch was changed

      I want to ask you, If there is a problem with the car and I know the solution then why would I send it to you? I can fix it myself locally. Right?

      Hyundai does not have this kind of reputation of making money off its clients and I urge you to look into this problem and be fair to clients who are dealing with incompetence at ur various outlets.

      Strict action should be taken against Mr Anand and Mr Atul who also need to be taught some manners on how to talk to clients.

      I paid a big bill for a small problem that did not cost even 500 rs

      REGARDING KONCEPT HYUNDAI (okhla phase 1 new delhi) COMPLAINT :-

      I got a Motor Insurance through Hyundai portal . Recently my car accident happened then when i went for insurance claim so insurance manager refuse to approved full claim, he just gave the reason of not justification of damage. After that i talked to the Koncept hyundai Insurance manager but hey didn't help either . So my motive is, be aware the such type of false promises or services . I am not saying all agencies is bad but the KONCEPT HYUNDAI is one of them. And I've had it twice.

      Hyundai Motor company is spoiling the BRAND VALUE because of irresponsible employees.

        I have just booked Hyundai a car for my father and when I went to make the payment the local store asked me to provide with a declaration that I am paying for my father and have no objection in making a payment. I queried this as I found this odd because I know no government regulation that requires me to do that. Aldíam Hyundai Makarpura Vadodara claims this is a requirement.
        Not sure declaring this on a bit of paper has what relevance or is this a Hyundai requirement?

        I recently bought another car 4 weeks ago for my family and also a byke for my brother I have never been asked to make such a declaration.

          This is to inform you that I Sumir Johar resident of Vasant Kunj, New Delhi 110070. I have purchased Hyundai Car I 10 in the month of Feb 2011 & I am doing regular service to my car from Hyundai Service Centre & sometime from First Choice . Now today when I had given my car for the service to Hans Hyundai Kirti Nagar, I came to know from the service engineer(Mr. Rajinder) that my car required the work of engine over hauling & the expenses would be Rs 50k approx. I am surprised because I am service class how can I spend such a big amount for the repairmen work. When I bough a car I was under the impression these car will not be issue in engine at least 2 lacs km but in case of my car it will be open in 90000km approx.

          I would request you please look in to this issue because such an huge expenses I cannot effort & I would request you to support in making minimising these expenses . I cannot effort such an expenses for the overhauling of my car . In the market people & myself always praise that Hyundai known for there quality & service. As a customer I would request you please support in such situation & repair my car with the help of any authorised service centre in a very minimal cost, so that I will manage my family also along with the car in the near future .
          Hope you will look in to this severe concern & provide me best support in to this concern. I am always be Hyundai lover & in my relations most of the people having the same brand because of their name & fame. Pls support?

            Dear sir,
            I am writing to inform you that I have contacted customer care department many times concerning about my Creta special edition car kL28C4656.The car has had many problems since I bought it last September from mgf kottayam and I have to take it to the service center, [MGF VADAVATHOOR kottayam] several times each month. Nothing has been properly resolved so far.The car is having problems, such as the steering becomes difficult when driving. The warning light for abs and emergency break comes on when driving. I have been fed up with all of this since I bought it. I want this fixed, whether it's a new car or someone to fix everything that's wrong with this one.
            Every time they say that everything has been fixed and if anything happens they will send someone to take the car. They are just making fun o[censored]s. As a leading company, we will not tolerate such bad customer service. If your company can't do anything about these issues, we will file a case in court.

              I had taken AMC upto May 2017 for my Santro car from this authorised dealer.

              For Hyundai car AP10AG5500, from your service station at Chandivali Mumbai. As this service station has been closed down in January 2017, request alternate arrangement or refund the amount paid asap. It is intimated that total of Rs 8419/ were paid for four free servicing and three such servicing has beeen done and fourth is due still.

              All my efforts to get issue resolved thro GG failed due to no response. Your Western office at Goregaon Mumbai also has not given any help.

              Request your intervention to get free service/s against valid AMC from other authorised service centres/ impress upon GG to honour their commitment/ refund .

                Today a car with vechile number AP29AZ 2815 driving rash and impatiently.I am waiting for the front car and in trafiic and he tried overtaking and hit at back of my car which is brand new.

                He is having very little patience and he tried to overtake in huge traffic with out having clue that with in that distance the car will be overtaken or not

                Please take action against these impatient and reckless drivers.

                  I have purchased used car from Hyundai Showroom.

                  Sales Manager sold car to me at October 2015 and promised to transfer the RC within 3 months and gave us the sale later.

                  After frequent followups Manager used to say RC is lost and RTO office is closed from 1 year from where the vehicle was originally registered.

                  Till date he has not done transfer of the RC and whenever we go to showroom he doe's meet us.

                    I have send my Elite i20 petrol car for servicing on 9th Feb. 2017. While pick up fuel was indicator was 3 line. But when Modi Hyundai Vasai workshop return my car the fuel was almost empty. The distance between shop to My home is around 20 km. My car Registration no. is MH48AC1306 and VIN is MALB51BLFM0855527. I have already registered a compliant. Service Request ID is[protected]. I have received a call on 28th Feb from [protected] this no. They told me that they will settled the matter by giving me compensation of Rs. 300. This is not the way dealing with your customer. That means they are indirectly accept that while doing car service petrol is taken out by them. Then how could we sent our car for device on your shop next time. Because you are not honest. The international giant company like Hyundai is doing such a dirty things with there customer. Is this the goodwill Hyundai having in market? Please train your people to be honest with customer and I required a full compensation of my loss, harassment and time that I have consumed to follow up your bad habits. This was my experience with last year's service also.

                    I would like to inform u that, you have to raise complaint against the service center who had done these fraud things. Also now a days most of the service centers are doing like these kind of activities. In future they may change the any Parts / Spares of vehicle. So do complaint against them in consumer court. Go ahead..

                      I HAVE PURCHASED GRAND I10 CAR OF HYUNDAI. AFTER THAT I GOT SERVICE DONE AT 10000 KM AND NOW Black smoke is coming out from the car after only 6 months at 15000 km engine life.
                      when i noticed the same i went to the company . They told me that your engine is comsuming the mobo oil. I requested them to resolve the same but THEY have FAILED TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM.

                        I palash saha roy booked a verna 1.6 sx on 26th nov 2016. The total payment has been done on 28th dec 2016. Car was booked from saini hyundai, new alipore kolkata showroom.
                        Now that are harasing me to deliver the car. The dealing person is mr. Kumarjit dasgupta and also dipika chettri the cyst. Care manager. More than one month that are giving new excuse everyday. I am completely disappointed with this dealing. Most worst service of saini hyundai.
                        If it is a dealing proc. With the customer then i never purchase hyundai car.

                        I am completely desatisfied with this service.

                        I hope that you take immediate action against my complain. Otherwise i never prefer me and also my friends to purchase hyundai car.
                        And also i provide this thing into social site in detail.

                            Myself Manoj Balkrishna Bhise, Purchase the new car Grand I10 Sportz modekl (VIN No. MALA851CLGM503438) Vehicle No. MH 14 GA 0429 from Kundan Hyundai Chinchwad, Pune On dated 13/02/2017.But within seven days starded the Major problem of car not started from dated 19.02.2017 after that your road side service was attending the issue and started the car 3 times in three days .after that Issue communcate to Kundan Hyundai service center on dated 21.02.2017 But from that day till date 3 to 4 times same issue reported .In between 3 days my car at service center.still my problem was not resolved.Still my car is is in Kundan Hyundai service center from saturday 25.02.2017.

                            So I am very unsatisfied & unhappy with your service & facility, and harshaly I decided that I will not take back this car & I want my all Money return Back.

                              I have booked a Grand i 10 Magna car on 23rd Dec 2016 and the sales manager Mr. kumarjit Das Gupta ( from Saini hyundai, kolkata) has promised that he will deliver the car by 10 days . Then after he started telling lie to me and every time he found some bogus reason for not delivering the car. It that way it took 2 month and on 27th Feb 2017 he and his manager Dipika Chhetri told me after a long follow up that they will not be able to deliver the car due to the shortage of the car what they promised.

                                I, Mr. Malay Kumar Dutta has booked an Eon Sportz, colour Red Passion on 26.10.2016 by paying a cheque of Rs. 25, 000/- from your Mukesh Hyundai showroom the address of which is MUKESH HYUNDAI, Prop FROSTEES EXPORT (INDIA) PVT LTD, SALES OUTLET: SOURAV PLACE, LAKE TOWN ON (KALYANI EXPRESS WAY), Near St. Joseph School, Kanchrapara.The Sales person assigned for the job is Mr. Kuntal Singha Roy.

                                Due to some personal reasons i postponed my plan of purchasing the car to Feb 2017. I started my dealing once again in Feb wherein i agreed to the exchange of my previous Hyundai Santro at a price of Rs. 15, 000/-. The very next payment was made on 08.02.2017 of Rs. 60, 000/- . My finance was done by Mahindra Finance which got disbursed on 14.02.2017. Now comes the most interesting part, where in your sales person Mr. Kuntal Singha Roy has been promising us to deliver the car since the past three weeks. He promised to deliver the car with temporary registration on 19th Feb, then he postponed it by showing us delay in registration. The next date committed by him for delivery was 23rd Feb and then it was on 26th Feb 2017. So after several failures we wanted to know the reason behind not getting the car. What he told us was very astonishing and i couldn't even think of someone from hyundai speaking so silly. According to your sales person Kuntal Singha Roy the temporary registration may take 6 days, 10 days, 15 days or more. Me being from the same industry this annoyed me a lot. Frankly speaking the experience overall has been very annoying for me and my family. Moreover your Sales executive has been very ill behaved. He doesn't even know how to behave with clients and he has lack of knowledge about his own products. With my own source i just got to know the registration papers are not even submitted in the motor vehicles and the registration payment is still due with the Motor Vehicles. The dealership and the Sales person doesn't even know how to deal with a customer. Sorry to say with all these hassles i am ready to go legal against the dealer and the Sales guy. I'm just 4 days away from my first EMI getting deducted by i am still unaware when ill get my car.

                                I would request you to take necessary actions against such unprofessionalism and vandalisim going on at Mukesh Hyundai, Kanchrapara dealership. Your early action is expected.

                                  I had bought a car in August. ( with company fitted CNG DL 2C AV 6092 NAME OF RAKESH MISHRA )and my car was broken in October i went for repair in Hyundai service centre but they said SORRY SIR WE CANT DO ANY THING Because CNG IS NOT MENTION ON RC . then i spoke with my sales adviser Mr Jitender . he said sir come and give me rc for update . around 20/10/2016, the matter and then gave him all document ., I had the car at the body shop yet answer Mr ANIL now till date no response from service center side even still i haven’t received my rc .

                                      I am reputeted coustemer of hyundai and i bought a hyundai eon from akc hyundai bereilly and i submitted tha initial payment of 5000 rupees in yr costmer exucative but i change my mind that. Time after some time i bought car with finence... But my amount of 5000 didn't mention in my total amount of car they told me that we will refund you 5000 and now tha akc hyundai not giving me any reason where is my money plz solve out my problem otherwise i will complent in counjumar court.

                                        I had purchased a Xcent S(O) car in exchange of my Santro car from DPM Hyundai, DDPM Tower, Haridwar Road, Dehradun on 29/03/2015.

                                        I had paid Rs 445000/- by cheques of Rs.45000/- and Rs.400000/-to the dealer. My Santro car was exchanged for Rs. 140000/- as per delivery receipt no.144 dated 29/03/2015.Thus I have paid Rs.585000/- in all.

                                        I have been issued an invoice of Rs.565000/- no. H[protected] by the dealer. Therefore, a difference of Rs.20000/- arises for which I had asked the dealer time and again but reply is still in pipeline.

                                        The registration no. of my car is UK 07 BJ 5894.
