I am Major Ashwin, Doctor in Indian army
I booked Creta sx exec model on 31 jan 2022, on Kun Hyundai ayyapanthangal, Chennai . They promised me 30 to 45 days of delivery time. I even spoke with the manager, they say the csd veh are not yet alloted for this month . They have always been lethargic with the customers who do csd purchase . I kindly request you to look on the matter as we army personnels deserve respect and priority . I have worked in pakistan and china border for 4 years for you people . I need this assistance . Thankyou .

    I given service on 15/3/22 at Pavan hundai tumkur. My vehicle had minor damage . I hand over my policy to insurance looking guy. After repair I got call from show room says that your car is ready I went and I saw the what are the repair done in bill . I ask the explanation that . I object some of the things they billed . It is my duty to ask the clarification from the show room person. But I ask some questions he rudely talking with me. Infront of manager he is arguing and Manger couldn't come and solve. I'm very disappointed regarding how hundai company gives training talking with customers. My part is your service looking person talking so polite. But insurance looking person talking rudely. I want to sell my car and going for other company. I will not refer to buy your vehicles to my family & Friends. I looking that in future I'm getting pain is not happens to others

You are requested to d needfulso that i get my hard earned money from dishonest hundai car dealer.

On 9/3/2022 I got the memo receipt i send to ur hr manager but till now I didn't get any update. Kindly do needful because tomorrow is Last date of memo to fill rs.             Hlo I have creta car which no is PB08 ET8016.As per due of 2nd service i have gone to hyundai showroom near vadala chowk jalandhar.After service when i received my car It has been damage of bumper & light. company guys says its our fault so i change ur bumper & light. After 3 days when i received my car but there is no new bumper they repair it but scrach r seen & no light replace. i want to now that what is my fault . To much harresment. my new car has been painted now its not orrignal.

              Dear All,

              I belong to middle class family after so many year I have taken the decision of purchasing Hyundai car considering the previous experience in my family with Hyundai brand and after that purchase the car before 2- years back and I am really fed with the issues I am facing regularly from last 2 -years. I think this is the worst decision which taken in my life of selecting Hyundai Grand I10. I have purchase the car on bank loan and I still paying his instalments from last 2 years and also pending for another 5- years, now I am really fed of doing additional cost which is almost 70-80 thousand extra for having the issues in my car which is company fault car which is lying at my end now.

              Now again on 14th March 2022 there is heating issue of engine in my car which is lying at M/s. Equity Hyundai Motors, Rajkot from last two days. Today I received the call from the M/s Jahid Admani who is the service advisor that your car is getting heated up and again you have to make the head of the engine which will cost you around 30 thousand, but why I have to pay the amount again and again for the same thing which I have paid twice and still the problem persist.

              Initially I have also mail the same issue on 31/03/21 at that time heating issue happen and total engine was made new for which I have paid almost 50 thousand and again.

              Next time it was the same issue where there was coolant gets disappear and I have put the car again at that time they told me that it is just air issue in the coolant tank and paid 29 thousand which happen in June 21.

              Another 2-times due to accident I have change almost all the parts line radiator, fan, thermostat in insurance.

              I think there is lack of training and there are no skill labour in Hyundai Authorised Service center who can detect the problem correctly and able to resolve the issue.

                      I have purchased my new creta in 2021 in february i am facing the noise in my creta from 9 months i have visited several times in the fairdeal service center (adityapur) one the have changed my link rod and all and then after 2 months more noise is coming from front then i have visited the service station on 21st feb they have told me they have to change rack and told me the parts is not there they will received the parts in seven day after 7 days they told me the parts will arrived on 14th march till now the problem is not solved and facing lots of problem i cant take the vehicle outstation i have never seen such a irresponsible service station and bad service of hyundai vehicle no - jh05cx -9523 contact no - [protected]..

                        It is a complaint about hyundai showroom in our city
                        On 1st of march 2022 i booked new hyundai venue sx 1.5 diesel and got the receipt from showroom.
                        The hyundai showroom B.MANGATRAM AND SONS, BHUJ KACHCHH BRANCH GUJRAT 370001.

                        And they have given me date of delivery 22 of march 2022, after committing this. They called
                        Me after few days of commitment and said they will not able to give delivery of vehicle on the given date. And not giving appropriate replies about next delivery date.

                        I request concern authorities of hyundai india to see this as serious problem.

                            I purchased grandi10 in Jan 20..now battery is dead and when I realized the warranty of 2 year is gone..now when I checked I saw battery of 2017 year made was used in Jan 20 delivered car..my query is why such an old battery is used..as far I know no body purchase pretty pack battery even 3 to 6 month old and here 3 year old battery is used at the time of selling..

                            Even all the rubber item..wiper, side glass rubbers..all were torn and very bad quality..it seems very old car is been sold to me..

                            Huge disappointment from such a big brand..honesty speaking was about to purchase venue but dropping my decision..

                            Approached to Venktesh hyundai service center Jaunpur..no positive response..
                            My complent that is my city showroom Shri sakun hundai Ranjit nagar bharartpur onwer is very chip and I book 10 Jan. Venue SX he promise me dilevery 3feb. I call showroom 1feb. he told me that no dilevery for you and mis behaviour me and told me cencil your booking .

                              I deeply regret with disgrace to share a terrible and unpleasant feedback in connection to Sales team specially Mr.Amit working with Triumph Hyundai Faridabad that in spite of my repeated reminders verbally and written enormous messages and phone calls no heed was given.
                              I sold my Creta bearing no HR 29 A S4330 to them bearing chassis no 51397 engine no 524036 model Creta make Hyundai colour white with ownership of my wife Mrs. Anupama Varma w/0 Rajeev Varma on 24.09.2021.
                              The vehicle was challan vide challan no 46857816 amounting Rs 1000 by the traffic police while they used the car after my sale.
                              In spite of tremendous persuasions and request they did not show any constructive response and showed cold shoulders.
                              This behaviour was really pathetic and miserable on part of such a reputed company who is hiring an unprofessional and pitiful sales team who is inviting a bad reputation to the company from where I purchase so many vehicles.
                              I am working as GM HR & Admin with a renowned group and representing more than 8000 work force but never had hired such Sales professional in my organisation.
                              Please intervene and revert, failing which I have pursue this matter with the competent authorities for relief.

                                I am Dharmaraj Sinh Chauhan, I live in Naroli village in Dadra Nagar Haveli Silvassa, I have Hyundai i20 car 2010 model, my car number is DN.09.F.0819 If there is any problem in the car then I give the car to Silvassa Hyundai Service Center, for the last 1 month my car has been making noise from bad roads, I am giving a car at the center, for the last 1 month there has been a noise coming from my car on a bad road, which I used on my car on March 1, 206. SAMARVANI SILVASSA, DADRA N NAGAR HAVELI 396230 showed up at the Hyundai Service Center, showing me driving my car, then saw the driver and another Hyundai employee and Hyundai's manager climbing into the car lift and telling you In the car (1) Cover Insulator Dust (2) Pad Front Spring, LWR (3) Cover FR Suspension Stretch Dust (3) Pad Front Spring UPR (4) Seat Assassin Spring UP. R. (2) Bearing Strut (3) Insulator Assist Strut (3) Clipper Kit RR Brake, RH (3) Clipper Kit RR Brake, LH (10) Brake Assay FR, LH (11) ) Brake Assi-F.R, RH. I had to put these things in your car and he told me that the cost of your car is Rs. 20, 000 / -. And the labor charge is different. After that I kept driving my car home. Then I showed him the car which is two car garage after 4, 5 days and he saw the car driving on bad and good road and said that if you have to put new caliper pin of fodder brake in your car then your car problem will be over. I told the owner of the three car garage that if I showed my car to the owner of Hyundai Service Center, he told me that your car has cost of Rs.20000. Just putting the caliper pin in your car seems to solve the problem and the next day he drove the car back to the three garages and his employees put the stuff in front of me and the problem is gone.
                                I attach herewith a copy of the same list given by the Hyundai Service Center.
                                From this line it is known how many people Silvassa is working in Hyundai Service Center by lying and robbing. Today I have been deceived so many people have cheated.
                                I urge you to take immediate action on this matter.

                                  I would like to bring to your notice on serious security concern regarding my Creta Car
                                  I met with an accident on 30th Dec 2021 on my way back from a hill station Nelliyampathy, Palakkad. The car was at 35-40 km speed and we were climbing down the hill and had just taken a hair pin bend, and we happen to see two vehicles where one car was overtaking the other and climbing up, to avoid collision, we had no choice but to go off road...

                                    I have taken paid service of my car on 28.02.2022 and paid 11, 249 /- for the same, but today when i went out with the serviced car what the service centre persons has done is more than just a fraud. They hit my car and it broke my left fog lamp from the front and to hide the same they have adjust it with a piece of thermocol to make it fit temprorarily. Now my fog lamp was come out of it and i saw that fraud. Pfa the pics of thia adjustment.
                                    For a normal person it is impossible to see this at the time of taking delivery of serviced car . I want my fog lamp rectified in next 2 days at my home. I never expected this from these service centre. How you can hide your mistake in such a way, rather you have to replace and rectify it.
                                    I seriusly have no words to explain this.
                                    Today i talked to Mr. Munendra Giri, who is the service manager for this, but in vain.
