I purchased my car on 2nd Feb 2022 and it's 4 days and I drive my car 500 kms and I got problem in my car's front suspension and Soccer on speed breaker and on bad road it sound like something got damaged in car a lot more noise and cabin sound is to much when you go over 80 u can hear a lot of sound and I faced problems in just 4 days of purchasing of my car

    I am writing this with a big sorrow and disappointment against Hyundai dealers and specifically Hans Hyundai (A: 69/1A, Najafgarh Road, Moti Nagar Crossing, New Delhi 110015). This is not just a complaint but also a customer’s pain in losing trust and faith.

    I am already using Hyundai i20 and decided to purchase Hyundai Creta(CRETA S 1.5 VTVT T.GREY) for my marriage. I have different options to buy but i decided to opt for Hyundai Creta instead of 3-4 months waiting period for this car because of the trust that i have with Hyundai.

    I booked the Creta on 9 October 2021 by giving adance of Rs.25, 000/- with tentative delivery for 9 February 2022. Further, i have informed the dealer that the car is being purchased by me for the marriage purpose and they after all the consideration promised me that they will deliver the vehicle on/before time.

    As the delivery date was approaching i started calling them and reminding them that i have booked Creta and please get it delivered them on time. The dealer in the December 2021 end called me and said that "Sir - black colour creta is available, if you want to purchase then you can buy the same". But i refuesed him saying that i have booked titan grey colour why i should purchae black colour. Thereafter, he informed there you should adjust, then i said that 'ok' and i told him that i will not be very rigid in colour and i can go with 2 options 'white' and grey.

    But from, January 2022 starting they said they will try to give delivery by Feb 2022. But, today on 06 February 2022... just 3 days before the delivery date they told that they will not be able to deliver the vehicle on time.
    And now i dont have enough options left, since when i go to another dealer he say that booking duration for creta is 3-4 months..

    I regret to say that this was the worst experience that i have had in my life for purchase of goods where you are spending lacs of ruppes and waiting for 4 months and thereafter we receive nothing... just apologies...

      I have booked my AURA car on 10 july 2021 with waiting period of max 4month.
      Now its 6feb i.e. around 7 months, still no delivery. And still no date given for delivery.
      They are routing our cars to their relatives, fds, political person. And comman man keep on waiting. Very unethical practices.
      Very disappointed.

          Been 4 days since we gave our Hyundai i10 grand Nios for servicing at Kun Hyundai, Mount Road, Chennai.These guys are not updating us anything on the status of service not on the date of delivery.Worst experience ever! Am not ever recommending Hyundai again to my relatives and friends if there is such a bad customer service!

            My Grand i10 is six years old and has run approx. 19500kms.
            I always get my vehicle serviced from Hyundai's authorized workshop. suddenly the steering became hard to maneuver. I was told that it is due to electronic fault..
            I also came to know that this problem occurs very frequently in Hyundai cars due to faulty EPS Module which is quite expensive. This is uncommon in other make cars.
            I request Hyundai to get it repaired at no extra cost as a goodwill gesture.

              I Mukesh having Mobile No.[protected]. I have sent my car to HISAR HYUNDAI SERVICE CENTER for regular service. They billed Rs.6851. After delivery of vehicle I have inspected that car was very dirty inside and alot of black marks on dash board really a very bad experience from Hyundai. So I request to look at the matter.

                Today early near about 10:30 I visited your nearest service station namely Pace Hyundai (Dehli Road )Jammu, regarding the Timely service for my car as I have to leave for a next state. They told me that u have to inform him advanced then they will gave a service for my car.
                Now is this true the Hyundai wants to distrub customers for these little bit things. Kindly give full details in writing may approach to higher authorities for the same.

                      I am in possession on Hyundai New Creta 2020 SXO model no MH16CQ8899.
                      During travelling to Osmanabad from Ahmednagar on 28/01/2022 suddenly noise started coming from Engine . After wards noise increased . Vehicle was shown to Hyundai Service centre Osmanabad named Gandhi Hyundai . He did servicing of vehicle charged me ₹5100/- but noise dint reduce rather it increased more . He asked me to replace all diesel that also was done still vehicle noise issue was not resolved. Also dashboard was clear with no other issues to vehicle. Then vehicle was dropped to Main Service Center Solapur . I received acall from service manager and he told battery is causing problem and then injector has to opened and shown to some other service centre . Being new creta already just 16 months machine warranty I have already spend much amount on issue . As usual no response from Hyundai Blue link . This is second time I dint get any response from Hyundai team . Kindly get my vehicle repaired in machine warranty / Gurantee. Else I have many ways on consumer forum .

                        I had purchased a Hundai santro sportz variant car in dec-2020.of late when i attended a puncture of tyre i found that the stepeny size is smaller than the regular tyres. When inquired i was told by the dealer at Utkal Hundai Jajpur Road that this the policy of the company to give smaller tyres in case of alloy wheels.                         I am using Hyundai Creta since 2016 July ever since I am dealing with failures in its parts.
                        Within a year break pump was failed and one of the window motors replaced.
                        Now in 2021 Dec A/C discharge hose leak/ compressor not working seems like I need to replace the whole unit.
                        Now I am facing another issue the parts are not available at the Hyundai official service center, I am waiting for the parts for more than 2 month. when
                        i request for a refund for the repair and parts.

                              This is to bring to your notice that I Mr. Sidikbhai Usmanbhai Nanqoliya had booked a 2021 Venue S 1.2 litre white BS6 from Riya Hyundai Palanpur. During the booking process the branch manager Mr. Bhavesh had committed that a full coat protection will be applied for the entire car on behalf of the showroom but on delivery he has reverted back on his commitment and has provided me with a car with only top roof coat protection. This is extremely disappointing as a reputed brand dealership like yours is following such practices and deceiving it's customer which sours the grand experience of buying an automobile and would impact the brand loyalty among the masses. Kindly look into this and help us to get the full coat protection which was committed by the dealership.

                                  We would like to draw your kind attention that in June 2021 we purchased a new Hundai Verna, it comes with Bridgestone tires. As of now the car has only run 14000 kms, but both the front tires cut automatically. The pics of both the tires are attached for your reference.

                                  We have complained many times to Hyundai company but we did not receive any response from their side. You are requested to please arrange to replace both the tires.

                                    I purchased a a i20 car Bearing registration number JK08K 7414 in March 2020 . from AM hyundai kathua .An excess amount of nearly 7600 was wrongly credited in their account, which the official there admitted to refund in due course of time. Every time I approach there they take only Xerox copy of my passbook bearing account no.and IFSC code, but till date have not refunded the excess amount

                                      I own Hyundai i-20 Sportz 1.2 petrol model, RC NO. RJ09CB3773, purchased on 22.10.2015, registration date is 03.11.2015.Car is performing well except issue related with colour of same which is polar white and color flakes coming out automatically especially on hood and tail gate.
                                      I have seen so many cars of this model and mostly are having same problem .Previously I had got painted top of tail gate but within 2-3 years it again detoriated.
                                      I request to look into the matter and arrange to meet the standards set by Hyundai in indian market.
                                      Looking forward for your help with this issue .
