I just want to share in brief about my experiance about misscommunication and less of coordination between team during my car GJ1HR8294 servicing as on 26th April,2012.
After point out all problems in my car,at the end of the day it was not completed as some issues in car starting - belt voice,spare wheel cleaning and air filling in that,the up and down button of A/C was not done and the same time complaint for insurance settlement team for body paint,wiper nozel fitting,the main mirror cleaning
etc...and the most impt thing about committment for timing as taking two days and still the work is not completed,but for your information I have completed my committmetn by paying all bill at a same time but I am not satisfied for which I have done payment.

    My car is facing starting problem once or twice a week. It stops and starts after an hour. I had sent this vehicle for rectification on many occassions but the problem still continues. At this very moment it is still idle at my house un-operational. The mechanics at your work shop at 38, Reay road, Opp. Cotton Green Railway station (west), Mumbai-400 033. could not solve the prtoblem.

    In my opinion there is a serious manufacturing defect in this vehicle which is beyound your capacity to repair. Therefore I demand that the vehicle be taken back and a brand new i10 vehicle me given to me in replacement, if not return my money paid for the purchase of the same.

      This is a complain regarding after sale service.
      I bought one Hyundai I20 car from one your most promising dealer of Patna M/S Krrish Hyundai, Nutan Towers, Main Road, Kankarbagh, Patna 80020, Bihar, whose proprietor is Mr. Amit Gupta, a perfect businessman in all aspect. When I bought this car it was a fantastic experience of sale or delivery of my vehicle.i really felt a good kind of experience of car delivery from the sales guys or from Proprietor of M/S Krrish Hyundai.

      After 1st month now the time of 1st free service came came to opt the service from the workshop of Krrish Hyundai,Nutan Towers, Main Road,Kankarbagh,Patna 80020 & took my first service in a very pathetic situation of time management of workshop, they spoiled my entire day.

      Now, i again came there to opt my second free service during the completion of my six months handed over the car for servicing to the Service Advisor Mr.Ranjan whose Mob No ([protected]),Ranjan was deputed as a service advisor for my car, so I took the mobile no of Mr.Ranjan so that I can contact him in case of any need. In the mean time during the servicing they have lost my keys with remote, thereafter the works Manager Mr.Prakash whose Mobile No ([protected])called me that my keys have lost & they are unable to trace the keys, so you will have to carry the alternate keys so that we can made the dummy key. But at that time I was unable to provide the alternate key. during that time Mr. Prakash shown so many dilly dallying tactics that the keys have been lost not only due the premises of workshop but also there may be the reason that Service Advisor Mr.Ranjan is well known to you, hence why these kind of discrepancies came up, in a simplest form Mr. Prakash was not able to identify that his mis-management was the main reason of this occurrence, after so many discussions lastly I talked to Mr. Amit Gupta (Proprietor).Mr. Amit helped me out and suggested to Mr. Prakash to arrange the new keys as soon as possible. Now finally I was able to get back my vehicle.
      Now, thrice a time when I came to opt my third free service after consulting on Mob No – [protected].
      I reached to the workshop dated 19th April 2012.i met the person ([protected]) did not know the name; he simply watched my vehicle & did not say anything. Then I reached to the cabin of Mr. Prakash, both the person told me that we are unable to take your vehicle today or tomorrow, you please bring your vehicle day after tomorrow.
      Then I simply asked them “WHY”, they answered because of audit, we can’t book your vehicle. Thereafter I contacted to a gentleman Mr. Piyush ([protected]),who is heading the Body shop division of , Krrish Hyundai ,Kumrhar ,Kankarbagh main road,Patna.that gentleman talked to Mr. Prakash to do a favor for me. again I knocked to Mr. Prakash,then what I listen from ([protected]) & Mr. Prakash both in their own language “we cannot took your vehicle, we have been in loss due to that occurrence & we better know what did happened last time, rather than having guilt or trying to keep these as a lesson of mis-management ,they were trying to push an allegation on me that you was also responsible of that event.afterwords they asked me that we will give you the service but you will have to sit here. As I listen or facing mis-behavior from these kinds of dealer employees, I finally decided not to opt the service told them just to out my vehicle from your premises, they took a signature on the gate pass.

      Now my question is from you –
      1) You as a service industry could you think that, Should these quality of employees?
      2) You use to talk customer service, is this customer service?
      3) Why should a customer deprived from the service on time? Even if I am reaching the workshop during the time period of 1.00 - 1.30 p.m.
      4) Why mis-management?
      5) Don’t I purchase Hyundai vehicle?
      6) Should I sell out my vehicle, if I am unable to opt the service?
      7) Don’t you think that should a customer keep the contact no of Service Advisor?

      I need you revert and action points, because as a customer Hyundai is my first likable brand.i can’t expect from you & this is very dis-heartening for a customer.

        Subject : Refund of Logistic & Handling Charges & Manufacturing Defect in Paint & Parts.

        Dear Mr. Manager

        I, Megh Raj Goyal, had purchased a Hyundai Santro Car from your Showroom on 6th February, 2012 vide Registration No. DL 3C AM 4300.

        Upon reading reports, an advisory in the newspaper ON 31st December 2011 from the Transport Department GNCT of Delhi (Copy attached) and perusal of my vehicle purchase documents, it has come to my notice that you had levied a charge of Rs. 6290/- as the Logistics & Handling charges. & Rs. 16732/- as Reg. Fee, Road Tax, MCD Parking Fee & Smart Card Charges.

        I am sure that you are aware that it has always been illegal to charge (logistic & handling charges) this amount o[censored]nsuspecting customers by misleading them as is explicitly clear from the Transport Department advisory.

        Also, I Found manufacturing defect in its Paint (Colour Fade) & Parts (Back Part) also.

        I request you to kindly make arrangements for the said misappropriated amount to be refunded to me urgently and restore my faith in the values of your company…and the brand Hyundai. Kindly take this matter seriously otherwise negligence on your part bound me to take legal action.

          I HAD BOUGHT A WITHE I-10 CAR MAGNNA ON THE 20TH OCTOBER,2010 FROM BEEAAR HYUNDAI SHAH NAJAF ROAD HAZARATGANJ LUCKNOW.
          I HAD PREVIOUSLY OWNED A MARUTI CAR.
          I WAS TOLD THAT I WILL GET THE BEST AFTER SALE'S SERVICE FROM THEM,BUT TO MY HORROR WHEN I WENT FOR THE FIRST SERVICE I WAS CHARGED BY THE PEOPLE AT BEEAAR HYUNDAI FIAZABAD ROAD CHINHAT LUCKNOW & WAS NOT GIVEN A BILL FOR THE SAME,WHEN I COMPLAINED I WAS TOLD THAT THE REFUND WILL BE GIVEN BACK TO ME & THAT THOSE PEOPLE INVOLVED WOULD BE DEALT WITH, BUT NOTHING WAS DONE,SO I DECIDED TO GO TO THE MAHANAGER BEEAAR HYUNDAI SERVICE STATION FOR MY SECOND SERVICE WHICH WAS DONE PROPERLY.
          I AGAIN WENT TO THE BEEAAR HYUNDAI SERVICE STATION AT MAHANAGER FOR MY THIRD SERVICE ON THE 14TH.11.2011 & WAS SHOKED TO FIND OUT THAT MY CAR WAS NOT SERVICED PROPERLY(NO WASHED PROPERLY,NO WHEEL BALANCING DONE AS I WAS INFORMED THAT THE MACHINE WAS SPOILT,THE CLUTCH WAS NOT ADJUSTED DISPITE TELLING THEM TO DO SO,THEY HAVE VERY LESS SPACE & TAKE MORE AMOUNT OF CARS FOR SERVICE THAT IS WHY THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO ATTENT TO CUSTOMERS PROPERLY)
          WHEN I COMPLAINED I WAS TOLD TOLD TO TAKE MY COMPLAIN BACK & I WOULD BE ATTENTED PROPERLY THE NEXT TIME WHEN I COME FOR MY PAID SERVICE(VERY SHOCKING TO HEAR)
          I AGAIN WENT TO THE SERVICE STATION AT MAHANAGER ABOUT 15 DAYS BACK TO TELL THEM THAT THE NOISE IN THE ENGINE HAD INCREASED & I WAS ATTENTED BY A MANAGER MADAM KHUSHBOO,WHO ASIGNED A MACHANIC TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER,HE TOOK THE CAR FOR A TEST DRIVE & AGREED THAT THERE IS A NOISE COMING FROM THE ENGINE & ON PRESSING THE CLUTCH IT WAS NOT MAKING THE NOISE,HE INFORMED ME THAT IT IS NOTHING & THAT WHEN I COME FOR MY PAID SERVICE IT WILL BE TAKEN OFF.
          I FEEL CHEATED BY BEEAAR HYUNDAI FOR NOT ATTENDDIN TO MY CAR PROPERLY & THEY ARE ALL AFTER THE PAID SERVICE ONLY,WHY SO?THIS IS TARNISHING THE IMAGE OF HYUNDAI

            I booked a Verna fluidic 1.4(diesel) dt04.11.2011 with an advanced Rs20,000.00 the OSL MOTORS PVT.LTD.DEALER BRANCH of angul committed to delivered vehicle within a 7 week since a long time wait ting on 04.04.2012 the dealer says that your vehicle is ready in one week we delivered to you . so you please give some advanced on the same day i gave Rs.2 lack cheque.but after a week the dealer say that the Hyundai motors discontinue the 1.4 diesel version so you take 1.6 version. i surprise when i enquire the matter with other Hyundai motor dealer they says that the 1.4 diesel version is discontinue year is 2025. so it is my complained you to please enquire the matter & suitable action to be taken against the dealer.

                Sir,

                I had paid my booking advance on 18th of June by the name of my company name of Vaccu Plast India Pvt. Ltd. for brand new Verna Fluidic at Mathura showroom Shiel Hyundai, Uttar Pradesh, India for which I was assured to get the car in 3 months. First now I ask when they don't have capacity to manufacture the car at the time that they promise for then why do they take advance, with a regular follow up and so many problems i got my car on 25th of December that is after 6 months and 7 days. I paid my full amount at the same day through RTGS.
                At the time of booking I was told to pay a certain amount of money that was increased at the time of delivery that means the amount at which they confirmed my booking in starting was increased at the time of delivery.

                Now still after getting my car I drove it to Agra city hardly 50 kms. far from my city on 31st December to celebrate my new year. In between the drive it's gear got jammed and didn't work, somehow i toed it back to my city and complaint at their Mathura showroom for the same they asked me to get the car at showroom and they'll fix the problem i did the same and they found a piece of paper board below the clutch and they took it out and assured me that the problem has been fixed, i checked the car and it worked fine that time so i got it back. After a week again i took it to the same city and the same problem arose again, the Gear jammed again and didn't work, i again complaint about this at Mathura Showroom they again asked me to get the car to showroom this time they kept my car for some 10 days and said there is a cylinder in the car that is not working well so this was resulting in gear to get jammed, they assured me again that the problem has been resolved, i again trusted them , i checked it again and it again worked fine, then again after almost a week it got the same problem and this time i asked Hyundai manager over here to get my money back for the same car because i could not trust over it anyhow, my travelling is so high as me and my brother are the marketing persons of my company and we have a huge running so how can i rely over this car whose gear gets locked anytime but somehow your manager forced me to trust once more over them now they got another cylinder problem in this brand new car. Now i ask does this mean A real Brand New Car?
                Anyways i got the car at their promise that they will really get the problem fixed this time, i trusted again over them but in vain again this problem arose and this time i can't explain you in words that the moment when this problem arose the truck coming just next to me would have crushed me and my family if that truck driver hadn't put the power breaks.
                Now my father denied to take this car at any cost and asked the manager to pay my price back but again they asked us that now this time they will get the technical team from Hyundai and they will really get the problem fixed this time but my father was not agreed at all for that but your manager Mr. Rishi Ratan Phone no. [protected] said that he'll make this technical team talk to my father regarding this problem so at this my father got agreed that he will personally get satisfied with this car after talking to your team so my car was at Agra showroom only since that day and i kept waiting for their call so that i could talk to that team but i got no call so i myself called to them and then i came to know that there was any spring problem this car now, the team had already gone away after fixing this problem. My father had to talk to him personally so how can they even go without informing us.
                So now i ask what the hell does this Hyundai take a customer as?
                They never did what they promised.

                I have already told them we work as marketing persons so since the day the car is in their showroom i have taken a car on rent for 2000 Rs/day basis now i don't want to take risk with this car and i want my money back along with the compensation of 2000 Rs/day basis.
                Take the steps as soon as possible.

                  The complaint is against Parashar Hyundia Palwal. I had left my car on their service camp as because they where providing 10 percent on parts and 20 percent on labour charges. I left my car on the duration of their camp ii.e 23.03.2012 they registered my car for running repairs. I told then to do l the work that my car needs do replace the parts that my car needs . My car also needed A/C servicing so I told them to do also I knew that my brake booster was not good enough to work so old them replace that but because of the parts unavailable they told me to make some deposit for the order of the part the part cost around 5300 just and told me to deposit the money I told them that I will make the deposit I couldn't make the deposit as I had to go out of town so couldn't deposit the money.And now they are saying that just because I hadn't deposited the money they are not giving me any discounts and till date my jobsheet is open I.e 27.03.2012 I want to register the complaint that I had given my car in camp and it is not my fault that the part is unavailable why shouldn't I get discount. They have denied in giving discount the part why?????? Just because I didn't deposit the money earlier

                    During free car care service customers are being left un-attended from morning 6am to 0830 am till the service center opens as number of customers are increased due to free service capairtively normal days service. It will be highly appreciated if someone attends the customer as soon as they reached the service center as their presence is not more required after vehvle is reached at service center. so that customers are released soon and they will not be bored for 2 hours only during free service period as number of customers are more.

                    Waiting room should be kept open at same time for customers those are willing to wait till delivery fo their car.
                    It looks uncomfortable standing on the road for more than 2 hours (i.e. till the office is opened)

                    All customers should be kept inform regarding FREE Service well in advance.

                    Renewal of Engine oil / Gear oil should be given at leat once in a year.

                    More Discount should be given to Old cars as they need frequent attention and marginally discount should be given to spares. for a middle classl family it is very difficult to bear the expensive replacement. In the other hand they are neighter afford to sell the old car nor in position to buy a new car. Keeping their financial condition in the mind some discount should be given. so that the middle class family will be greatful towards companey and will have to maintened their loyality towards the companey as well as they will have a glance of smile, which is not in the business point of view but in a human ground also.

                    Atleast once in a quarter FREE Service should be provided.

                    Hyundai Santro — about free serviceing

                    What is the meaning of free servicing, if all the charges has to be given by the clints. The service engineer of any autorised service station does not even ask about thecharges. At the time of purchasing the car, all salesmen said that there will be no charges on free servicing provided by the hyundai.

                    After sale service of HYUNDAI is VERY VERY POOR.

                    Hyundai / Santro — Corporate Bonus not paid for 15 months

                    I had Bought a Santo on 7/11/2007 and I was working with Yes Bank Ltd. I was promised by you and your dealer, Sewakunj Hyundai, about Corporate discount of Rs. 4000/- .

                    I have made umpteen calls to the dealer but they are delaying the same.

                    Santro — Free Service

                    I bought my third Santro last yr..But unlike the previous ones free servicing, this time I was charged for replacements of Engine Oil, Fuel and Air Filter etc.which was not so earlier.The dealer says that the company has abolished free replacements.Is it true or I am being duped.Please reply urgently.
                    Dear sir,

                    i am also agree with u, they all are cheater, on dt. 22.03.2009 i visited at capital hyundai, noida for free check up camp (including free car wash), but it was not free for me they guys had changed my foot mats,
                    so i come to this is the means of free check up camp, before this i serviced my car through capital hyundai, that time they guys filled shampoo instead of coolent in my car.

                      Hi , i have taken Verna CRDI SX ABS in Jan 2010 for 2010 model only white color - but dissapointing is my rear wheels did not come with Disc brakes !!!! but one of my friend who has taken the same version of verna car had Disc brakes as well , so why is that my car in that lotte did not come with prefixed rear disc brakes - pls let me know if you dealer can fix them now when i give my car for service at Jayalaxmi automobiles - Banjara Hills on 26 MArch 2012 --which HMIL shall be liable to bear this cost and make the customer know why is this not come prefixed ?????

                        i had purchased a hyundai i 10 new car from amravati dealership " Ketan Motors Ltd" in the month of August 2010. at that time an exchange offer was going on. Since i was an old hyundai customer, as per mr paresh of Ketan Motors the offer was valid to me.
                        As per instruction received from him , we had delivered all document s of old car and the documents required for new car to him, hence we were liable for a discount of Rs.15,000/- on the new car. which we were told that the amount shall come directly from hyundai motors.
                        now its almost 1 and half years we have not received the payment , inspite of reminding regularly to ketan motors and hyundia co directly we have not received the payment from them. we are thinking of going to consumer forum for this.anyone can help on this , please do. thanks a lot

                          My car hyundai i10 automatic no.(gj5 cp 2736) has passed through an accident on 11/12/2011, and that fort night only we had submitted our car for service in nanavati hyundai motors. Since 3 months have passed away, but we have not received our car. Due to which reason our car delivery has been delayed even company is not answerable to us, and when we contact them they are rude in giving the answers. They are not even telling us what is the fault in the car, and when they will be able to deliver our car to us...

                            Dear sir,

                            I am writing this after my four visits to your HMP-Matura road service center for the same problem i.e. steering noise problem.

                            Booked this car in last week of June'2011 from company owned dealership HMP-Mathura road, New Delhi got the delivery of car on 07th July’2011, i started facing steering noise problem immediately after the first service or say within two months from the date of purchase.

                            Subsequent to my visit to your service center on 25th Feb'2012 i visited again on 03rd March'2011 for repair of my i-10 steering noise problem, i got the delivery of the vehicle on next day this time i test drove the car before the delivery and everything seems fine but from very next day noise started coming from the steering again.

                            This time you repaired both the door noise and steering noise problem at the time of delivery everything seems fine like previous many occasions but steering noise started coming again from the very next day like in-case of previous three repairs carried out by you on my car.

                            You also delivered my car in very dirty no proper cleaning work was carried out, my car interiors including seat becomes quite dirty due to frequent visits to you, this time i also complaint to Mr. Ankur your service manager at HMP-Mathura road about my steering noise problem but he was quite rude to me.

                            I lost my precious office hours due to frequent visits to your service center along with money on petrol which costs me Rs.500 per visit to your service center and return auto fare to my office and then home, your service center refused to pick and drop vehicle from my home and they also refused to drop me to nearest drop point citing timings of drop service.

                            This problem is giving me stress and also had to visit doctors and they prescribed me medicines for stress relief (Moolchand Hospital Delhi)

                            You are unsuccessful in resolving my problem and i lost all my hopes, previous to this car i owned two Maruti cars and i was quite satisfied with them now i curse myself for choosing you.

                            All this chaos and issues are giving me mental stress, i lost my peace of mind, i purchased this car for my wife and due to all this our relationship also got affected, i already made four visits to my doctors and they recommends me medicines for stress relief i blame you for this.

                            You sold me a defective car, i lost faith in you and your brand and i request you to kindly refund my entire purchase amount.

                            I will fight my case till my last breath.

                            i-10 magna — noise problem

                            Hello Sir,
                            i bought i-10 magna car from commercia hyundai on 11/02/2009.after second servicing there is noise problem are notiched when steering rotate.i m living in haridwar.i think there is problem in power steering.i hope u will suggest me as soon possible and properly servicing my car through your service centre,which i think they do not properly check the car during free service with warranty period.

                              I hv purchase Eon magna(O) ( Chasis no -022508, Engine no - 012637) vehicle on 01.01.12 from Saini Hyundai Kolkata. Even after 2 months i didn't recieve registration paper,Tax token, insurance paper etc. I paid entire money in advance to dealer. I hv been given assurance by dealer to get all complete papers within a week of delivery of vehicle. Due to non reciept of papers i am unable to ply my vehicle which is causing great loss to me both monetary & mentally. Inspite of making full payment to dealer i am debarred from enjoying the benefits of being a car owner.
                              I therefore lodge a complain against Saini Hyundai Kolkata to get earliest redressal of my papers.
                              I need all my papers at the earliest. Pl. help me in getting my papers.

                                I have purchased an i10 Magna1.2 Car from your authorized dealer M/s Pioneer Hyundai, MRG Auto Pvt. Ltd., GT Road, Sherpur, Ludhiana-141003 (Punjab), vide Invoice No. H[protected] dated[protected], under exchange offer scheme. In this regard, I have submitted all the required documens with your dealer within stipulated period and also dispatched all the documents i.e. copy of R.C. of my old car, copy of R.C. (transfer) of my old car & copy of R.C. of i10 through e-mail [protected]@yahoo.com to [protected]@yahoo.com on dated[protected]as per instructions given by Mr. Saurav and Mr. Amrinder (representatives of your authorized dealer Mrg Auto Pvt. Ltd.), which was received by Mr. Saurav and Mr. Amrinder (Ludhiana), which I confirmed telephonically from them, but after my several correspondence with the said dealer/representatives, I have not received exchange bonus till date. The details of my talking/correspondence with the representatives of the above said dealer is as follows :-

                                1. On[protected] with Mr. Saurav and Mr. Amrinder on phone no. [protected], they confirmed me to submit the documents to Hyundai.
                                2. On[protected] with Mr. Amrinder on phone no. [protected], he checked and then told me that the documents are under process.
                                3. On[protected] with Mr. Amrinder on phone no. [protected], he told that the documents are being sent to Hyundai.
                                4. On[protected] with Mrs. Satvinder Kaur on phone no. [protected], who checked and called back me and committed that your cheque will be disbursed upto January 2012.
                                5. On[protected] with Mr. Parveen on phone no. [protected], not responded.
                                6. On[protected] phone no. [protected], not responded, then with Mr. Parveen on phone no. [protected], who has given e-mail ID [protected]@hmil.net and told me for further correspondence on this mail.

                                So, after their suggestion, I am sending this mail to your goodself, with the hope that my payment against exchange offer will be sent immediately and kindly reply through this mail as soon as possible. I have suffered too much harassment. Even I have sent my account number also to your above said dealer, to deposit the amount in my account directly.

                                I shall be highly thankful to you. Waiting for positive response please.

                                  Failure of central locking system of Asta i20 Hyundai purchased from KTC Hyundai, Thrissur on November 2011.Called toll free number and they redirected us to KTC Hyundai Thrissur. They said that there are no workers available and that we will have to wait for two to three days. We are unable to lock the car manually or with the remote. The service manager to whom the call finally ended up after several diverts refuses to answer his telephone.

                                    I understand I am raising this issue after long time, but I only get to know about this forum.

                                    One of my relative purchased Hyundai i10 in July 2009 by selling their existing Maruti 800. dealer promised exchange bonus of Rs 15000/-.
                                    But since then they have not made any payment, and for first two year they made different excuses that payment got delayed from Hyundai itself.

                                    But now they have clearly said that this case has got rejected from Hyundai itself. How this could be possible?

                                    If they have promised exchange bonus and helped in selling existing car, they should be paying that amount. Or they should give valid reason for not paying it.

                                    Hyundai/i-10 — Replacement of precious engine part (Cylinser block assly.2110002870)

                                    My concern is about Hyundai manufacturing and customer satisfaction system. As you are well aware that in this case you found cylinder block ([protected]) is defective and this need to replace. Again this is not a part which is available in stock neither at your workshop and/or at your Chennai factory. This need to be import from Korea manufacturing unit. As you agree upon this is not the case which is observing frequently and may be a unique case.

                                    Also I understand, if this part is coming from Korea and it would be replaced here, my concern is that I am not satisfied with such arrangement of local assemble of engine part. As this is new car and I will loose trust on my car's future behavior.

                                    Please help me to get complete replacement of new car on top priority. If this need to be escalate at international level, that will be great help.

                                    This reflects that there is no quality control system for such precious part of engine and as per me this can not be settled by free of cost replacement of defective part.

                                    Again I'm car less for these days and wasting my time to get things corrected. Who will pay for my these days troubles ? ? ?

                                    Am I made any wrong decision to buy Hyundai car ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

                                    Hyundai/i-10 — Exchange Bonus

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    Pls note that Ihave purchased a new i-10 car fro STARLINE - SATNA(M.P.) at dtd 07.07.2009.At the time of purchasing there was a scheme of EXCHANGE-BONUS given by Hyundai, that is if you have sold your old car to any body and submit the old RC & new RC to the dealer than Hyundai will pay Rs 10000/- of EXCHANGE bonus after verifying the document.
                                    After 2 - 3 months when I asked to the dealer about my claim he said he sent all the papers to HQ of Hyundai, after a long effort and e-mailing my all papers to Hyundai HQ, I came to know that at dealer end there is a system known as GDMS system which is working within Hyundai dealers and HQ, not entered my details at the time of
                                    purchasing.

                                    Now Hyundai HQ is not taking responsibility to resolve the problem they said this is the mistake at the dealer end.

                                    After discussion with dealer they accepted their mistake but not resolving the issue by giving the amount.

                                    Pls.suggest how I proceed.

                                      Hi,

                                      I am Anuj, I bought the Hyundai Car i10 in Dec-2008 and after few months of buying my car had started creating problems like back gear was not working prperly, there was a noise in engine for which 2-3 times a part- adjuster has been changed by Hyundai Meerut, silencer was also creating the noise which was changed, but problem was not solved. So I showed the problem to Capital Hyundai Noida from where I bought the car and they told me that it requires engine work, I was shocked that only after 110000 kms my car needs engine. They have done engine and took 15-20 days and the told me that there was mud in the engine. They couldn't answere how mud has come in engine. After engine repairing my car has started problem in 2nd gear(poor pickup) and average is very poor. I told Capital Hyundai about this and they said it will be fixed automaticall once you runs few Kms but it didn't. Then i showed this problem to Das Hyundai and they said it needs clutch work and they did clutch repairing about 6-8 months back but after 10-15 days it was still creating problem. I took my car for service in Dec-2011 showed the problem and they said that Clutch wire needs to be replaced. They replcaed the clutch wire and charged me 600Rs for general checkup. But 2-3 days back silencer has started creating problem and i showed this to das Hyndai meerut but they told me that this needs to be replaced(3rd silencer in 3 yrs-20000kms). I also told them that 2nd gear is still not working and they told me that it requires clutch work.

                                      I asked Das Hyundai why these problems are coming again and again. They are saying that petrol quality is not good and you are not driving properly. I have tried to discuss the problem with both Capital Hyundai and Das Hyundai but they are not taking this seriously and giving the permanent solution and charging me each time.

                                      I am feeling like cheated, they have given me the defetced peice.

                                        I had purchased a hyundai santro GL plus from kollam popular,3 main features that is present in GL plus were put it in a GL model and gave it to me.I found the fabricated items and complain them.they had taken away my vehicle from my house for the fitment of power window that is actually inbuilt item but not present at the time of delivery.unfortunately vehicle met an accident from their side and the vehicle is in a total loss condition.but they are not willing to give me a new car .
