My job is totally dependent on car . I have regular use of car. But from few days I am facing problem related to engine . So yesterday I visited the vantage Hyundai showroom, Hajipur Bihar. They told me to leave the car for 1 months for repairing purpose. I don't know why they are taking lots of time . I asked them to provide me other car because my job is totally dependent on car but they make excuse that the other car is not available . I bought the Hyundai car as it is among one of the reputed automobile companies one but after seing this. I can't wait for 1 month. I want the problem to be fixed as early as possible . Or I want separate vehicle so that I can do the job till the problem is not fixed.

    I got old instrument cluster in hundai venue sx 1.5 crdi 2021 model but on paper it's showing manufacturing date of October 2021.

    It was so annoying to me.
    But I have no option left instead of taking that delivery.
    I think there is no fault of agency but of manufacturing.

            We have purchased I10 automatic from Trident Automobiles Pvt Ltd Sankey Road Bangalore we are not satisfy with its running. we have complain on the same but no response. Also they have taken extra charges Rs 8668/- which suppose to refund but till date we have not received till date even after follow up with them regular basis.

              मेरी कार की वारंटी शीघ्र से शीघ्र एक्सटेंडेड की जाए अन्यथा मुझे कंज्यूमर फॉर्म और कोर्ट का सहारा ले पड़ेगा ।
              आशा करता हु मेरी कार की वारंटी जल्द से जल्द एक्सटेंड कर दी जाएगी ।

                Please don't buy Tyre if you love your life. They are really really bad and there complaint handling is worst. Also, they just burst at high speeds. It is a fact that they just don't care about the customer once they sell the Tyre. Even genuine claims will be rejected out rightly without undergoing any sort of inspection. They are usually expensive than other brands but the extra price is not worth as the Tyre quality is really bad. I am requesting to all people that it is a very bad idea to buy Goodyear Tyre. I have made this mistake and now paying the price of my mistake. There are other brands with reasonable price which are much better options than buying this worthless tyres.

                  Hi i have booked creta from Capital hyundai Noida in the month of Aug2021 because of wedding purpose and same i told to sales person, he confirmed that he will deliver the car in last week of October, but due to hyundai police he cant give in writing so we understood and booked accordingly. Now i just got an email that they cant provide car before 7-8 months. So we want cancellation but they are saying that they will deduct 3000rs, so this is not our fault so please refund 100% amount without any deductions.

                    Stereo (Audio/Video) display is not working in my elite i20 car from 1 week however sound is working fine only display is not working. I have purchased this car in April 2019 and as per the warranty given by hyundai i.e. 3 years or 100000 Kms whichever earlier, so it is still under warranty. I went to hyundai dealer in Dhanbad, Jharkhand and they refused to replace or repair of the stereo by saying it is not under warranty.

                    Can you please explain why it should not be covered under manufacturing defect when it is still under warranty.

                      • I gave the car to be serviced at Hyundai service center. When I went to pick it up after getting service, my car's lock got spoiled by them.
                      • So they told that if we will not make it, then we will put a new lock set.

                      When I went to get the car, I took my extra key, then it got stuck again.

                      They said that they make it again, don't take tension

                      When I went to pick it up, he said that it will run with one key and it will not work with the other extra key.

                      But after 4 days again the same problem is happening, it is not working. If I complained to them, they are saying that now you will have to enter a new key set.

                      The key set is spoiled by them, so why should I spend a new set?

                        Engine check light problem in i10 nios cng

                        I had bought i10 nios cng magna on june 28...1 month after, engine check light is showing..i had gone to several hyundai service station..many times...they dont know anything...mechanics are not good ...on petrol mode, the car is having missing problem..and there is also problem on petrol to cng switching on cold start...
                        I had gone to jmv hyundai bhiwadi and rama hyundai new delhi...these two serce stations have worst mechanics...i...

                          Purchasing a new four wheeler brings so many excitement to us but the same has become a nightmare for me after I purchased Hyundai Alcazar Platinum 6 Seater Optional model from Rudra Hyundai Durgapur, District-Paschim Barddhaman, State-West Bengal . I booked my car in the month of June, 2021 only soon after the launch of Alcazar and asked the sales personnel that I will take delivery on the first day of Navratra i.e.; on 07.10.2021.
                          Now what they did is that they forced me to take insurance of the vehicle in the month of September due to which I had to face the financial loss for one month as I took delivery of the vehicle in the month of October. and insurance was done in the month of September.
                          Also, I would like to inform that at the time of booking of vehicle I had informed the sales personnel of Rudra Hyundai, Durgapur that Registration of the vehicle purchased will be done in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh and I have paid the additional charges for the same as well.

                          After taking delivery of the vehicle on 07.10.2021 when I went for the registration at RTO Varansi what I found is that they have levied penalty @10% which comes out to be Rs.19559 (Ex showroom price of the vehicle being Rs.1955900.00). This penalty is levied as RTO is capturing 07.09.2021 as the purchase date of vehicle ( date on which insurance was done) according to which it has crossed timeline of 30 days.
                          I already have Hyundai Verna and being satisfied with Hyundai I decided to purchase Alcazar as I had option to purchase Tata Safari and Mahindra XUV700 but I decided to go for Alcazar but now I am going through mental pressure as timeline to get the registration is approaching fast, last date 03.11.2021 (as per temporary TR issued) and Rudra Hyundai, Durgapur is not refunding the penal amount Rs.19559.00
                          So, I request you to kindly look into the matter and reimburse my penal amount to avoid any further charges imposed by the RTO otherwise it will be the sole responsibilty of Rudra Hyundai, Durgapur if government levies any further penalty to me due to delay in registration of vehicle.

                            Subject: I would like to highlight a very bad quality product [Hyundai Tucson GLS Petrol ] delivered to me without any prior quality checkup by Advaith Hyundai.

                            Hello Hyundai Motors India,

                            I have recently bought an INR 30+ Lakh Hyundai Tucson GLS petrol [ PFA invoice ] from Advaith Hyundai [Bangalore-Outer Ring Road]. Prior to purchasing this car I have purchased Hyundai Santro [ 2019 ] and Hyundai i20 [ 2017 ] from Advaith Hyundai [ Bangalore ].

                            Car was delivered to me on Tuesday, 12 October 2021 at 5 pm at Advaith Hyundai Outer Ring road showroom [ Bangalore ]. During the delivery I had highlighted to the executive that the car was not quality checked properly and was unacceptable for the delivery. A temporary cleaning was done by the dealership but was not upto Hyundai's quality mark as I had undergone 2 deliveries in past for my i20 and santro and they were simply fabulous. I did highlight the same on record feedback taken from me by the sales executive during the delivery.

                            Upon close analysis under sunlight on the exterior paint quality following observations were made by me and reported pro-actively to Advaith Hyundai [Bangalore-Outer Ring Road] dealership on Wednesday, 13 Oct 2021:
                            1. Multiple paint bubbles found on bonet, boot and doors.
                            2. Heavy swirl marks found throughout the car.
                            3. Rough surfaces found on door panels.

                            Upon receiving my complaint on 13 October, Advaith Hyundai did contact me and asked me to get the vehicle for inspection to their dealership [ Bangalore - Outer Ring Road ] on Tuesday, 19 October. This date was chosen by the dealership and the reason given was the upcoming festive holidays.

                            As agreed I took the vehicle to the dealership on Tuesday, 19 October 2021. All of the above highlighted problems on the exterior paint quality of the vehicle were observed and acknowledged by the Advaith Hyundai Outer Ring road showroom [ Bangalore ] dealership executives. They did try masking the same via simple polish but that will be a temporary fix. Upon my intervention asking for a permanent fix they requested me to visit the showroom again on Saturday, 23 October 2021 where they informed me that the same will be inspected by Hyundai executives. The distance between the dealership and my residence is close to 45 Kms [to-for].

                            Now, I would like to highlight the following:
                            1. Advaith Hyundai Outer Ring road showroom [ Bangalore ] failed in sending me all of the above in an email even though after giving me an assurance that I will receive all issues found after inspecting the car via email.

                            2. A Car with a bad paint quality was delivered to me without any proper quality check by Advaith Hyundai Outer Ring road showroom [ Bangalore ] dealership.

                            3. I was told that the Hyundai Tucson comes under the premium car segment. My question to Hyundai will be " How is this a premium experience for me ? "

                            This experience has taught me that HYUNDAI IS VERY EFFICIENT IN GETTING THE 100% PAYMENT FROM THE CLIENT BUT NOT VERY EFFICIENT IN DELIVERING A QUALITY VEHICLE AND POST SALES SUPPORT COMMUNICATIONS. At the end of the day it is me who is at loss.

                            I have also raised a complaint at HMIL. PFB details for your reference:

                            There is no acknowledgement email or sms sent by HMIL highlighting the receipt of my complaint. There is no action taken by HMIL even after registering a complaint on HMIL customer care. Very bad and delayed approach taken by HMIL.

                            I am unhappy with the exterior quality of the brand new premium car delivered to me. I am hoping Hyundai Motors India will intervene here and get the problem solved as per Hyundai's quality standards.

                            Advaith Hyundai used to be a very good and professional dealership as I have been associated with them since 2017 and have bought 3 cars from them, but in this case there is some problem and at the end of the day I am the one who is at loss.

                              I got my Santro serviced at Shivnath Hyundai, Raipur on 02/10/21.
                              It was not a good experience because of following reasons:
                              1) I told them to General servicing which was not at all done.
                              2) I complained them about sound coming from rear wheel but they charged me for some work done on front wheel and real the issue is unresolved.
                              3) Car was not even washed.
                              I believe nothing was done in my car (except for changing the wipers).
                              I could not feel any difference in my car before and after servicing (even road side service station does better job).
                              I am sorry to say but this service station experience was not at all good and i would not suggest anybody to go to this service centre.
                              I complaint about the issue to Mr. Jamal, he asked me to take the vehicle to Service centre again but the service centre is either cancelling the appointment or not responding.
                              I was the proud owner of Hyundai car and was planning to upgrade to another Hyundai car but after this experience i am thinking of changing my mind.

                                  I have accepted a delivery period of six months. But now there are some changes occurs in my working schedule as well as my personal health and so now we need a car within a period of month instead of six months as agreed.
                                  Sir, by profession I am a govt. doctor. I work dedicatedly and continually in covid 19 to save the human beings. Now I am suffering from cellulites (unilateral) to my legs as a post covid complications and I am finding very difficult to attain my duty as well visit to patient’s home even in emergency. I am serving in the rural area and Sir; you might know that Gondia comes under the Naxalite area.

                                    On 18.10.2021 my i20 car GJ06FC5073 broke down on highway while coming from Sasan-Gir to Vadodara. At 5.19 pm i rang up hyundai emergency number [protected] for help. The gentleman attending the call assured me of return call with information about possible help. But shockingly the phone call never came leaving me haplessly stranded on highway along with my family.
