Lock/unlock sound of Venue sx 1.0

I am very disappointed with the sound during lock/unlock of my Venue car.
My neighbours are frustated and complaint me many times. I am using manual way to open the door, it is very uncomfortable. Please solve this issue. Hyundai motors, kindly attention on this big issue.
You should install a soft sound for lock/unlock....

Regarding the delayed delivery of I20

Hi Sir,

I have booked I20 Sportz IVT on 10 September, 2021 (Booking Id - C[protected]) from Orion Hisar and I Was promised the delivery of car on 7th October 2021 but till now I haven't got the delivery even they are not sure if they can deliver the car in this month.
Please help me in this matter.

Charges

Visited JSV Hyundai work shop, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow to repair my car and been charged Rs.8, 000/ despite of having comprehensive insurance. On first hand I have been told by them that I will be charged only 1000/- or maximum 2000. They didn't give me any proper reason. In my policy nowhere mentioned in the words that I need to bear 50% costs on all the items....

Tucson silencer problem

Sir,
We have bought 'Tucson' in december 2020.
Our Registration No is HP12N3699. We are getting problem in silencer and same is checked on 25th september at your pali-Raj. Service station M/S K.D.MOTORS PVT LDT.It is told to us that silencer part is broken out and New silencer part is not available at present with us and it will take around 7-10days to get it from company.

Since then we are regularing in touch...

My Grand i 10 KL 24 S 8417 was met with an accident on 27 sept 2021 and parking the vehicle on the same day in S S HYUNDAI kottarakara showroom. The claim already processed on the next day but till date i don't get my vehicle. They're not giving proper feedback or reason for the delay. I need a solution. Sent my Verna under your above mentioned repair order .
recd call from your work shop stating that engine of my car have a majot problem and have to open engine. as far as i know the situation at this point is require only if the engine have some severe problem then only will be open. My Verna is not even driven 57, 000Kms till today and may verna is under Warranty. Workshop people straightway refuse accept my car warranty and trying...

Dear team,

I am Rohit Rana from Delhi. I am associated with Hyundai since 15 years, so far experience was so pleasing, but recently my experience till date gone opposite after Encountering Hyundai dealership named VD Hyundai Delhi.

I was looking to book a new car Creta SX IVT. So i got a call from VD hyundai, they told me that waiting period for this model is around 6-7 months, but i[censored] want to have this model...

I Hari Ram S/o Late Shri. Lekh Ram, V.P.O. Booking amount not refunded

I have made a payment of Rs 11000 as booking amount but your sales person unable to fulfill my requirements and the booking cancelled it on August 21.after three months Rs 7460 has been credited in my account as booking refunded.

Why my full amount not credited???.

As you have failed to deliver the required car on time hence i have made the cancelation then why should i pay for...
