Subject: I would like to highlight a very bad quality product [Hyundai Tucson GLS Petrol ] delivered to me without any prior quality checkup by Advaith Hyundai.

Hello Hyundai Motors India,

I have recently bought an INR 30+ Lakh Hyundai Tucson GLS petrol [ PFA invoice ] from Advaith Hyundai [Bangalore-Outer Ring Road]. Prior to purchasing this car I have purchased Hyundai Santro [ 2019 ] and Hyundai i20 [ 2017 ] from Advaith Hyundai [ Bangalore ].

Car was delivered to me on Tuesday, 12 October 2021 at 5 pm at Advaith Hyundai Outer Ring road showroom [ Bangalore ]. During the delivery I had highlighted to the executive that the car was not quality checked properly and was unacceptable for the delivery. A temporary cleaning was done by the dealership but was not upto Hyundai's quality mark as I had undergone 2 deliveries in past for my i20 and santro and they were simply fabulous. I did highlight the same on record feedback taken from me by the sales executive during the delivery.

Upon close analysis under sunlight on the exterior paint quality following observations were made by me and reported pro-actively to Advaith Hyundai [Bangalore-Outer Ring Road] dealership on Wednesday, 13 Oct 2021:
1. Multiple paint bubbles found on bonet, boot and doors.
2. Heavy swirl marks found throughout the car.
3. Rough surfaces found on door panels.

Upon receiving my complaint on 13 October, Advaith Hyundai did contact me and asked me to get the vehicle for inspection to their dealership [ Bangalore - Outer Ring Road ] on Tuesday, 19 October. This date was chosen by the dealership and the reason given was the upcoming festive holidays.

As agreed I took the vehicle to the dealership on Tuesday, 19 October 2021. All of the above highlighted problems on the exterior paint quality of the vehicle were observed and acknowledged by the Advaith Hyundai Outer Ring road showroom [ Bangalore ] dealership executives. They did try masking the same via simple polish but that will be a temporary fix. Upon my intervention asking for a permanent fix they requested me to visit the showroom again on Saturday, 23 October 2021 where they informed me that the same will be inspected by Hyundai executives. The distance between the dealership and my residence is close to 45 Kms [to-for].

Now, I would like to highlight the following:
1. Advaith Hyundai Outer Ring road showroom [ Bangalore ] failed in sending me all of the above in an email even though after giving me an assurance that I will receive all issues found after inspecting the car via email.

2. A Car with a bad paint quality was delivered to me without any proper quality check by Advaith Hyundai Outer Ring road showroom [ Bangalore ] dealership.

3. I was told that the Hyundai Tucson comes under the premium car segment. My question to Hyundai will be " How is this a premium experience for me ? "

This experience has taught me that HYUNDAI IS VERY EFFICIENT IN GETTING THE 100% PAYMENT FROM THE CLIENT BUT NOT VERY EFFICIENT IN DELIVERING A QUALITY VEHICLE AND POST SALES SUPPORT COMMUNICATIONS. At the end of the day it is me who is at loss.

I have also raised a complaint at HMIL. PFB details for your reference:

There is no acknowledgement email or sms sent by HMIL highlighting the receipt of my complaint. There is no action taken by HMIL even after registering a complaint on HMIL customer care. Very bad and delayed approach taken by HMIL.

I am unhappy with the exterior quality of the brand new premium car delivered to me. I am hoping Hyundai Motors India will intervene here and get the problem solved as per Hyundai's quality standards.

Advaith Hyundai used to be a very good and professional dealership as I have been associated with them since 2017 and have bought 3 cars from them, but in this case there is some problem and at the end of the day I am the one who is at loss.

Please let me know if you require any further information from my side.

    I got my Santro serviced at Shivnath Hyundai, Raipur on 02/10/21.
    It was not a good experience because of following reasons:
    1) I told them to General servicing which was not at all done.
    2) I complained them about sound coming from rear wheel but they charged me for some work done on front wheel and real the issue is unresolved.
    3) Car was not even washed.
    I believe nothing was done in my car (except for changing the wipers).
    I could not feel any difference in my car before and after servicing (even road side service station does better job).
    I am sorry to say but this service station experience was not at all good and i would not suggest anybody to go to this service centre.
    I complaint about the issue to Mr. Jamal, he asked me to take the vehicle to Service centre again but the service centre is either cancelling the appointment or not responding.
    I was the proud owner of Hyundai car and was planning to upgrade to another Hyundai car but after this experience i am thinking of changing my mind.

        I have accepted a delivery period of six months. But now there are some changes occurs in my working schedule as well as my personal health and so now we need a car within a period of month instead of six months as agreed.
        Sir, by profession I am a govt. doctor. I work dedicatedly and continually in covid 19 to save the human beings. Now I am suffering from cellulites (unilateral) to my legs as a post covid complications and I am finding very difficult to attain my duty as well visit to patient’s home even in emergency. I am serving in the rural area and Sir; you might know that Gondia comes under the Naxalite area.
        I realize that the change of delivery date will probably inconvenience you and I offer my sincere apologies. I know that you will understand that I would not ask for earlier delivery if I did not have compelling reasons for doing so.
        In view to serve the Nation, as I am working for the patients and you are providing me convince to reach to the patients; I would be very grateful if you would make a special effort to comply with my request.

          On 18.10.2021 my i20 car GJ06FC5073 broke down on highway while coming from Sasan-Gir to Vadodara. At 5.19 pm i rang up hyundai emergency number [protected] for help. The gentleman attending the call assured me of return call with information about possible help. But shockingly the phone call never came leaving me haplessly stranded on highway along with my family.

                I have purchased a car from goyal Hyundai ludhiana punjab on my name shubham bansal. It's very disgusting experience with these defaulters. I have done rs 44128 payment for my road tax of my car. They are niegther pay my tax nor refund my money back. I am suffering this problem since 2.5 months. I am facing problem. My car is not registered yet it's 2.5 months gone. Hdfc bank is pressurised me for car registration number. Please refund my this amount asap. Because I have to registered my vehicle purchased by Goyal automobiles wrongly. Transaction in its current account is attached.

                  On 19 oct 21 i have given my car to M R Hyundai Loni road Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh for accidental repair work and servicing. My all claims was pre approved by insurance company. All parts were recieved and attached but one tyre rim was not recived yet.Although they have delivered my car with out that rim as defficiency and said that whenever they will get, they will infom me. Total time period is now one month.Is there really so delay to send a part to the workshop from you or otherwise something unkwon is going on.Whenever i asked them for my tyre rim they simply answered that not recived . I m too fed up with to say. I have paid for that and the item is not recieved yet. Now no option is left with me besides a kegal action aganist them.But before that i have to know your view on that. If this is knowing to u then the whole system is curruptd and now face the chalange for that. And if not then pls take necessaray aganist them and fix the responsible person for that. My thrust is now shaking on hyundai. Thakns

                      My son in law Mr. Pramod travelling with my daughter in his car KA53MG 2671 from Trivandrum to Bangalore had a breakdown for the vehicle at Hossur, Tamilnadu at 8:05 P:M .on 16/10/2021. Road side assistance was sought as per your 24/7 offer within the warranty period at 8.07 P.M. No mechanic turned up. After repeated calls after 2 hours and 40 minutes a person came for towing the vehicle to the service centre who charged in advance a hefty sum. The call centre people said this is the only option, not even caring to know whether it is a minor problem or otherwise. This sort of an unfair trade trade practice is not expected from a company like you. You have collected a hefty sum under the cover road side assistance at the time of sale of the vehicle and refuse to offer what is in fact expected from you. Unless you make a proper redressal of the grievance in an immediate time bound manner, I will be constrained to set the law in motion without further Notice. You are also called upon why wide publicity shall not be given to your irresponsible behaviour which is an epitome of deficiency in service. Awaiting a positive response at at he earliest.

                          Within 3 years of buying a brand new car, I have been asked 2 times for engine head service. I am doubting if I was sold a new car with overhauled engine. I bought the car from Shiva Hyundai, Ballia, Uttar Pradesh branch where people treat every complaint as if they are even newer than me to Hyundai. Didn't expect such a bad car and service from Hyundai.

                            Dropped my car UP32FU7817 at JSV Hyundai Workshop, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow for repairing of Bumper and Head Light. (Invoice B[protected] dated 3.10.21. They replaced the head light but the color difference is visible very much. On enquiry they explained, difference is due to one light is old and another is new, which I could not digest. Paid around 8000 despite of having comprehensive insurance coverage. Pls look into it and do the needful. Photo of head lights attached.

                              My Car TUCSON MH13DE9434 is given for repair due to suddenly breakdown in engine at attapur in my travelling. So the said car is given to repair to Lakshmi Hyundai 2-5-33, Upparpally 'X' Roads, Near Airport pillar No.176, Goutam Nagar, Attapur, Hyderabad - 500 048 in approx. in June 2021. but till today i have not received my car after repair and no proper answers received from service centre of laxmi hyundai attapur .                                 I am very disappointed with the sound during lock/unlock of my Venue car.
                                My neighbours are frustated and complaint me many times. I am using manual way to open the door, it is very uncomfortable. Please solve this issue. Hyundai motors, kindly attention on this big issue.
                                You should install a soft sound for lock/unlock.

                                  I have booked I20 Sportz IVT on 10 September, 2021 (Booking Id - C[protected]) from Orion Hisar and I Was promised the delivery of car on 7th October 2021 but till now I haven't got the delivery even they are not sure if they can deliver the car in this month.

                                    Visited JSV Hyundai work shop, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow to repair my car and been charged Rs.8, 000/ despite of having comprehensive insurance. On first hand I have been told by them that I will be charged only 1000/- or maximum 2000. They didn't give me any proper reason. In my policy nowhere mentioned in the words that I need to bear 50% costs on all the items.

                                      We have bought 'Tucson' in december 2020.
                                      Our Registration No is HP12N3699. We are getting problem in silencer and same is checked on 25th september at your pali-Raj. Service station M/S K.D.MOTORS PVT LDT.It is told to us that silencer part is broken out and New silencer part is not available at present with us and it will take around 7-10days to get it from company.

                                      Since then we are regularing in touch with Mr.Satish garg, Who is dealing this matter. Almost 20days have been passed, but our problem is not resovled. We have also contacted with Mr. Abhinav (Area manager) but still our problem is not resovled yet. Due to above problem, we cannot drive the car and same is being parked at our home. Please do needfull in the matter.
