I Narendra Bhandari owner of Grand i10 sportz car vehicle number GJ15CD8762 Gave my Car for service on date 01/09/2021 to till date. I regularly follow up for my completion of car service, but he told me to give my car on 21/09/2021. Today one of your employee took my Car for his personal need without my permission at 9:30 pm. As I received toll tax (fastag) message on my mobile at 9:30 pm . Details are as follow
Your FASTag A/c has been debited with INR 75 for transaction, Vehicle no. GJ15CD8762 at Toll IRB Bhagwada on[protected]T17:09:35. Balance is INR 1033.88.

Note:- If any accidents occurred or Illegal work happens who will be responsible for that. If any RTO dispute occur who shall take all responsibility. I want immediate action against them. Please do needful action as soon as possible.

    I had given my axcent car MHO9 DH 8558 FOR service and repair in my hundai kolhapur Maharashtra..dining floods there was some repairs under engine and other work..the advisor suggested me for under bracket supporting panel damage, power staring motor, major services ..and I forwarded some damage work for claim under insurance, the claim was regected saying that pre-existing damages..still I paid the amount and received the car after 1 month, after dilivery the noise under the engine was same again I visited the deler and asked the issue and then they take test drive and said there is problem in suspension and crank road etc will give you estimate and advice new works ..I totall disagree with this when I first put my car for work they suggested unessary work and without test drive or remaning work handed the damaged car to me this is horrible..I really now wanted to ask was the deler not aware of all work needed to be done before and did unnecessary work, without test drive and final inspection how they diliver the car to costumer.now the point is why I should pay for new work, why I shoud not get my refund o[censored]nnecessary work done by deler previous..I hope the company will take some action against the dealer..or eles I may have to take legal action against the dealer..for inconvenience and unprofessional service given to me

      I have booked a car from a Hyundai Dealer in Patna. The dealer is insisting on availing insurance of his choice. The insurance company with which I have relationship is providing me insurance on new vehicle on a much discounted rate in which I am saving more than Rs20, 000/-. Moreover, the dealer is threatening to cancell the booking if I do not avail insurance from him. It is requested to help me so that I could avail insurance from my choice of insurer and I could buy the booked vehicle. The dealer is IMPERIAL HYUNDAI, SAGUNA MORE, PATNA

        That I booked Hyundai venue vehicle on 30 March 2021 and vehicle is delivered on 14/07/2021 vide purchased bill dated 6th of July 2021 but insurance in my name is of dated 07/04/2021 of said booked vehicle. But the said vehicle is used by dealer bigwig motor Pvt. Ltd. Nagpur for about three months but taking insurance and not delivered the vehicle to me on 6th of April 2021. The said act dealer comes under malpractice as well as played fraud with me as well as cheated me and same is breach of trust. The said vehicle bearing registration no. MH 49 BR 0892

          Dear Sir/Mam,
          Today my car has been 15 days, my car is facing cng problem and O2 problem,
          I showed it to the agency after that they changed O2 sensor, I had to wait 10 days even after that my car was not correct.
          I showed it again to the agency then they asked to go to Okhla, New Delhi, cng agency that there is a problem of cng.
          I showed the cng there after that they corrected it from the laptop but even after that it started giving problem after a while.
          My car is getting the average 16 / km in cng which is wrong my car is not getting the solution my taxi is working,
          Today because of this i have suffered a lot till my installment till i could not pay it solve it in car having a lot of trouble.
          Due to this i have lost 50, 000 /- till now please help me and solve this problem.

              The service of hyundai india after sale are pathetic. I am regretting why i have not listen to majority of people about their post sale poor service. If their service in city (kolkata)are so bad u can imagine the situation in big towns.

                My auto gear shift is not working properly. It's suddenly car stop and not shift the gear to d and start the car. It's come under N and not shift the gear to revert or drive. I had puchase before 04 month and this was car which was not satisfied me. It's bad quality of car and not accept this kind of quality from hyundai.. will not purchase any future car from hyundai and so not told anyone go to hyundai.

                    Sir,
                    i have brought my creta sx optional from capital hyundai noida.
                    and i also get it coverd in extended warranty period of 5 years, my car doesnt completed even a year yet. yesterday i was returning from meerut and very disgusting incident happend with me. my car was around speed of 60-70 km/hr suddenly tyre blasts and car got disbalanced . that was like "as i came back from the mouth of death" then after car was not moving even a little bit wheel got locked. then i tried sos service of hyundai and i also pressed all the emergency service buttons given on the rear viewing mirror all that stuff is uselss. then i hired a towing van and paid a huge amout to the van owner and now the car is in my parking lot . the quality and the service of hyundai iss too much disappointing

                        My car met an accident in Alwar in May 1 and was towed to the nearest repair shop that is in Alwar (Modern Hyundai)on the same day. It took them 3 months to complete the work n also they took out the parts of the car during repair and were not fitted back neither given to us. I have to bear a loss of 12000 just because of their silly mistake that they are denying now. I am filing this complaint. I will regret buying car from Hyundai.

                          I have purchase hyundai venue s car which is not having cooled glove box but in video venue s 2021 on youtube shows that this car is having cooled glove box. This video is long so i cannot attache. As well hyundai Pemplate taken from same showroom also shows that this car is having cooed glove box.

                            We have booked a Creta E Diesel base model car on 15/01/2021 and my booking number is Y/RC/0677/20-21 on Name of RAMESH.

                            I have booked car in Yadgir karnataka.

                            Shah hyndai yadgir given delivery period is 6 months but now 9 months over still date we are not getting any proper response of delivery time.

                            We have visited almost 10 times to dealer, repeatedly but they not giving any response.

                            So please check our delivery status and update me immediately.

                              I maneesh dabhade have got my car MP13CC3644 picked up on 25/8/21 for repair work of front side panel and front bumper which was completed on 31/8/21.

                              At the time of delivery I found White paint spots on body, also evidence of rubbing/cleaning spots which fainted the original body color.

                              Same spots shown to executive Mr. Govind jadhav at the time of delivery. He simply denied the same and vehicle delivered to me after paying the bills.

                              Found Harsh Hyundai, Ujjain staff highly unprofessional in performing basic duties and irresponsible to take responsibility of mistake done. Still no solution communicated by management.

                                Dear Sir / Madam,

                                I have booked Alcazar - 7 Seater, 1.5 Diesel, Prestige Model, Black Color in July 2021 vide Booking ID: B[protected] from RSA Hyundai Dealer at Vadodara, Gujarat, INDIA.

                                Sir, After 39 to 42 days of Booking we are informed by the dealer that the company is not going to produce the model booked by us and so I have to go for a higher model and take my car if I want to get delivery faster or else it may take very long time as the company is not producing low models right now.

                                Kindly confirm us whether is this proper on the part of company not to produce a particular model and due to which we are forced to buy a model which is 1.9 lacs more costiler than the model booked.

                                I would request HMIL to either deliver me my vehicle which I have booked in this month before 20.09.2021 or GIFT me a Higher Model of Alcazar (1.5 Diesel, Platinum, Black Color) at company cost or dealer cost so that It can be an example for the Company and Dealer not to take booking of vehicles which they are not producing in coming months and the customer is not at trouble.

                                Due to this other option vehicles which were available to me at that time are also not available now. I think the company should compensate me by GIFTING me a higher model in price of model booked by me.

                                I hope I get my Vehicle which I have booked or the one which HMIL want to GIFT me.

                                  Hello, l m a verna owner from kottayam Kerala
                                  I got a call from popular hyundai dealer regarding free service. I asked about the charges it was around 3500. On reaching there they said we can't do it as free service as car crossed a particular kilometres reading and I have to pay 2000 as paid service charge

                                  Due to corona lock down whole country was locked how can a man do service at that time
                                  Govt gives relaxation for certain things why can't you?

                                  I was not informed during prior service about next service date or kilometres

                                  I feel it as silly tricks to bill more

                                    I have purchased new creta and the bluelink is not working. I am from Ladakh UT and the authorised dealer told that it supports only Vodafone network which is not available here in Ladakh. My complaint is that hyundai need to give bluelink support with other network services like Airtel, Jio or BSNL which are only the networking services available in UT Ladakh.

                                      I have purchased and got the delivery of 31/08/2021 from jayalaxmi automotive Whitefield Mr. Anil was there he is working as a manager there but when I booked my car on that time he told you will get free accessories from our side like floor mat, sheet cover, side bidding, anti scratch coating and air purifier but on 31agust when they have given delivery on that they are asking money of approximately 50k beacuse of car rate got increased on that time and they did fraud against me so please I am requesting you all customer please don't buy hundai car's beacuse before booking they will promise you to you will get 75k accessories free of cost but when you will go for delivery they will tell you sir we can't give you that accessories is coming 75k so if you will pay then only will give you . And one more thing they have taken 2% of Card payment charges extra. Worst showroom Whitefield Bangalore jayalaxmi automotive ( lakshmi hundai ) please it's request don't visit this showroom they are cheaters..
