Dear sir/madam

i have booked Aura CNG s variant from triumph Hyundai faridabad 121001 on 10/7/ 2021 booking no. [protected] i have already reaised my complain service request ID is 1-[protected] they didnt any intimation about price hiking before[protected] even price hike effected on date 2 August but they inform me on 4 august 2021 they doing totally fraud with every customer they don't give car they said car is not available, not available but they taking this type of fraud even car is also available in sohna but i have took decision i will purchase with Triumph Hyndai Faridabad because its near by my home but at that time thay saying You should pay 860000 but at the time of booking they gave quotation 842000 please give me car with in one week and at the time of booking price .

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I had booked a Hyundai Creta SX Manual Petrol (Titan Gray) model at bm hyundai dehradun in March 2021. the dealer has promised delivery in 6 months i called them in june they delivery will be done in july i called them in july they said delivery will be done on 15th july i called them on 15th july they said delivery will bw done in august i called them in august they said model has been discontinued and SX Executive model is available but with
    some features removed. I checked SX Executive model and observed that
    Music System and Bluelink features are removed as compared to SX.

    Initially while booking a car in March these were the main attractive
    features which I liked and did not hesitate for long waiting. Even if
    the SX model is discontinued i don't have an option to buy the upper
    model since SX(O) is not available in petrol manual variant where i
    can get bluelink and company fitted music system. This is a very
    disappointing thing for me and a lot of other customers like me.

    I have been a Hyundai customer since 2005 and did not expect such
    service from Hyundai. Request you to make the SX model available for
    me if possible from any of the stockyards.

      मैंने नासिक में हुंडई क्रेटा कार नया दिया है लेकिन एक्स मॉडल में आगे का जो लाइट है इतना कम पड़ रहा है कि रात में मैं गाड़ी नहीं चला रहा हूं मैंने गाड़ी चलाने के लिए और अभी गाड़ी रात में चल नहीं सकती लाइट इतना कम है कि बार-बार शोरूम में जाकर उनकी समझ में डाल दिया है लेकिन वह बोल रहे हैं कि कंपनी ने ऊपर से हमारे लिए कुछ गाइडलाइंस बनाई नहीं है मैंने कहा कि लाइट कम पड़ रहे तो टॉप मॉडल की लाइट डलवा दो लेकिन वह कुछ नहीं कर रहे हैं मेरे को नहीं तो लोक अदालत में जाकर कंप्लीट करना पड़ेगा मैं तो गाड़ी वापस देना पड़ेगा मेरे को गाड़ी चला कर भी कुछ फायदा हो रहा है साथ में मैं गाड़ी नहीं चला रहा हूं मैं कस्टमर केयर सिविल कोर्ट में आपके खिलाफ डालूंगा

        Some dealers in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India are forcing me to buy Insurance and SoT from them. They told me if I don't buy it from them they won't sell me the car. According to IRDAI GUIDELINES no car company has the authority to say that, its illegal and against the guidelines.

          Sir,
          With respect and regards I MOHD IQBAL DAR R/O Manchowa YARIPORA Kulgam bought Hyundai Creta EX diesel from KY Hyundai Anantnag on 23 June 2020 and just after running 1000 kms in July My tyre blasted with just a small hole on the tyre … I approached the show room but they couldn’t offer me any solution and I was not satisfied with their services regarding this nor am I satisfied with the Hyundai Services… I bought the car for 13.5 lakhs with one time payment without any finance and you people at Hyundai are not willing to replace my tyre just after one month …I am writing late this complaint because after listening to their reply I got discouraged and left it there and just yesterday I met my friend who has a MG Hector and he has the same problem and told me that he got great services and that the company would replace his tyre … Therefore I request you to kindly look into the issue…

              I brought my Grand i10 Nios 1.2 MTKAPPA SPORTZ car from Mukesh Huyandai, Serampore, Hoogly, WestBengal on 2nd August, 2020. My car registration no is WB16BC1621.I my new car I am facing Engine Oil leakage issue. It is occurred 3 times. But it is reoccurring. Service center unable to resolve the issue. I am unable to use my car properly for the reason. I am also surprised to see the Engine oil leakage issue in new car. So, I want replacement of my car or provide full proof solution.

                I have visited your showroom B.M Automobiles at Harburtpur (U.K). This is a showroom hall near about 60×60 feet and company has no proper customer sitting area. Only 1 air condition has been installed over there in 3600 sq feet area. We are not able to sit there because of hotness and so much humous in that showroom. Request you please arrange for correct customer sitting area and A.Cs.

                  With reference to subject above I would like to draw your attention that I bought Creta car on dated 20/12/2020 from Mukesh Hyundai Guwahati, Assam. As such my RC fees for the car was paid to the dealer for its registration, but unfortunately I have not yet received my RC as on date after repeated follow up and submitting request from my side. Therefore I beleive that higher authorities from Hyundai will look into...

                  Dear Hyundai,

                  we have placed an order on 13th March 2021, for creta E variant and as per the showroom team, we were expecting our vehicle in the month of June end or July beginning.

                  But we received the vehicle in the end of July, and we have released the ICICI loan amount of 8.5 lakhs and 50, 000 in cash in the month of July end.

                  But on 3rd August, we received an initiation to pay extra 60, 000. informing the price hike has been placed immediately. we are surprised to note, there is no consideration providing to the existing order placed, even though we waited for our vehicle for 5 months.

                  we felt, hyundai has backstroked us by not providing the actual price at the time of booking or neither intimation provided early about the fees increase and the effective date. I think we are buying the car and waiting period of 5 months was taken from us and also taken us for granted and not the gold whose price varies daily.

                  Hope you will consider the above case, and provide the car at the old rate which existed at the time of booking the car. Hope Hyundai understand the current situation and provide fees waiver to the existing booking who have paid more than 80% of the car value.

                          Dear sir,
                          I am the owner of creata top variant 2018 model and registration number is UP27AN5555, and i had driven it about 70000 km til now, at last Service due to mechanics carelessness its mobil filter assembly not get tighten properly and he havent changed the oil ring even after my suggestion due to which two days after service while car running on road filter oil ring get leaked and about all the mobil get leaked out of filter assembly.
                          After that when i had noticed i stop the vehicle and complain for the ishue to nearest Hyundai branch which is AKC Hyundai Shahjahanpur state -Uttar pradesh country-India and after two days they send the person to my place for clearing the problem, for these two days i am not able to drive the car due to which i faced a lot of loss in my business.
                          Now after 15 to 20 days my car's engine started consuming mobil oil and also giving black smoke and engine voice also changes.And today i took my car to the hundai branch for the checkup and after oral check up they told me that engine having the problem .
                          So sir who is responsible for these type of issues, and please reply us as soon as possible with your valuable words so that we can not get embarrassed.

                                Yesterday I have returned my car from service center after incomplete servicing . We want to report that and have tried to inform them but service engineer and others misbehave to us though they have billed 11390 . At service center, they have damaged the negative terminal of the car's battery at the time of washing but they denied to rectify that for that reason car was totally stopped when returning from the service center . By the help of outsiders we are able to bring our car at home . Please do something as necessary otherwise we will forward in proper way

                                    C.Narasimha Murthy Partner Of M/S Radans Impex (Exports ) Bought A CRETA Car No. TJ-02-BJ-7614 On 2nd August 2017 For 12.5 Lacs . Few Months Back My Air Conditioner Was Not Working Properly And Took To The Arumbakam kun Hyundai Service Centre For Repairs And One Mr Baskar Engineer Has Attended to It and billed for the repairs . within 2 Months another breakdown down occurred on Nellore Highway the Vehicle Was Getting Heated due to the fan Not Working Resulting the Radiator Getting Heated And Once Again the Kun hyundai service centre has attended attended to the repairs Sent Me A Huge Bill And Again, On yesterday again the vehicle was getting heated for the Same Defect . The Car Was Taken To Service Centre And The Manager Of The Company Informs The Head Has To Be Removed And Estimate Cost Will Be Around 1.5 Lakhs Which Is Shocking To Hear, It Is Purely Deficiency In Service Or Manufacturing Defect And Kindly Investigate Into This And Repair Costs With Spares must not be charged . These Kind Of Incidents Will Cause The Reputation Of The Brand . The Amount Of Insults With My Family Members And Agony Of Standing In The Middle Of The Road On A Highway Pl Imagine, Finally I Am Aged 75 Years .                                       Sir i sold my i20 car HR29AR0641 dated 31.12.2020 to mahadev hyundai faridabad and took creta car instead. Today, even after 7 months have passed, they have not got my car transferred, that vehicle is still registered in my name. If they do not get my car transferred in my name within a week, then I will be forced to take appropriate action. My car was bought from me by mahadev hyundai faridabad for 4.40 lakhs. If he gives me back that car even by 4.60, then I am ready to take it back also.
