Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased a Hyundai Creta SX model in the Month of March 2021. Approximately 5000km car running completed.
Today one of backside tyre got hit at one of the roadside stone and the tyre got tear and damage.
I am really shocked with the quality of the tyre.
A Car costing more than 15.50 Lakh and with a low quality tyre is not acceptable.
Really disappointed with this.

    The trip meter automatically resets ... Facing a lot of problem .. complained at service center but they said this feature is from company .. I doubt as it defeat the purpose of trip meter

      We got air in our driver side tire. We have insurance of 2 years. Now the company member is saying the tire air appeared because of car jumped in pit on the road. When u take car out on road accident may happen.now company is denying to change tire.tires are costly.if company won’t change it than why we would have insurance and what is the meaning of having insurance. This is unprofessional.company should change the tire.if company won’t get us new tire i will file case against company of Fraud.

        My Tucson with registration number AS01DY6840 was given for servicing and some starting delayed issue 10-12 days back in Oja hyundai beltola workshop. But till date they are not repairing and giving laidback excuses. Problems which were not there while giving the car for repairing started appearing and almost every alternate days i have to go to workshop and request them to repair the car but no results have been obtained. Car of 25 lakh cost, just 2 and half years old if get defective due to inefficiency of the mechanics, please do the needful to return be back fully repaired as ASAP.

          Due to minor damage my car up 50 BX1010 is parked at Shiva Hyundai Azamgarh since 53days today. Only new date is available everyday. nothing works.Till now I have got 10 dates to deliver the car. But cars are not available on any date. This problem is due to the company's gm Panchdev Pandey.I had complained to Hyundai customer care because of which gm deliberately kept my car pending. Please take appropriate action. Thanks.

              I had purchased my new Hyundai Creta 2020 SXO 1.4 turbo petrol on 22 March 2021 from Dev Bhoomi Hyundai Mandi, HP. The dealers did not ask me for my option for Wonder Warranty and have entered the 3 yrs or 60k kms when I required the 5 yrs and 40k kms. After having complained to the dealership they have refused to help me out to change the option as it apparently cannot be changed in the system.                 I bought a Hyundai Verna 2020 model it has been almost 7, 8months old and after the 2 second servicing my car stated to give black smoke and I took the car immediately to the service center and they said it happens and after a while again the smoke got more and more so I rushed my car to the service center the took the car for 10 long days and again gave back with out solving the problem and again the next day only I took the car to the service center then they said to check things one by one my hole new car was open into pices and again rapped back but the problem still remained at last the opened the engine of the car and there was a problem in the engine and form that to today it’s been almost 2 months my car is still in the service center the service people are just saying engine is coming it will take time Hyundai has betrayed my legal customer rights the car was a defective pice and I have to handle all this know they should take a strict action against it

                    This is the regarding of street light in my area. Single street light not available in my area. Very difficult to run here and there in Dark night .Because in my area Road also in very pathetic condition kindly arrange as soon as possible at least street light at my location.

                        I was buyed new i20 dual tone top end model they offered me for giving premium floor matte. But they give to me the base models plastic floor matte...even they having the matte with him but they should provide me the base model matte...plz take action and provide that cloth type matte for me.

                          Hi Hyundai venue car number TN09CS9749,
                          I have faced clush failure, when I was at the mid if road the clush got struck got released voluntary today at 3.30 pm near Guduvancherry when was with my family my wife and two kids.

                          Its worst experience made me lose trust on the brand and I have have belief being car is safe but now it showed a life threat due to the malfunction of clush on the road.

                          I demand and explanations on clush failure when I was driving my vechile with my family

                              My brand new Nios which is just 1 yr old attended for major issues. Stopped on road and now been attempted tested and fixed multiple issues in the vehicle. My vehicle has become a test vehicle for issue analysis fix and trial...Engine reworked and major parts which are costly are to be modified . Defective car delivered to us when this model was launched. HMIL to provide the replacement of engine.

                                  Hi, I booked Hyundai Venue Sx Diesel fiery Red on 22nd April 2021 here in Chandra Hyundai -Ooty, while booking sales person promised delivery by 2 months, but it is now more than 3 months and no response form Dealer.

                                  They are giving false statements and excuses.

                                    I want to explain you my problem which I am suffering from a long time. I purchased Venue sxo-turbo from yashoda hyundai, patiala. After 5-6 months they call me that a part of fuel pump is to be modified. But they do not had any skilled labour and specilised tool, so they worn out the threads of fuel tank. Then after they replaced it from any other vehicle from garrage and my veh starts decreased fuel efficiency as 13 km on hiigh way. At the same time I also raised a fault of cabin air purifier (installed after gear shifter) they told it is a part which will be demanded and after received, we will u but they do not called for the same. Then I put a demand at bikaner service stn, but results ramain same. Now I am residing in hyderabad, where I shown my vehicle at fusion hyundai for the same fault. They taken video and pictures and told they will call me, but after a long waiting when I call service executive they told the item was in gurantee and that has been replaced by any previous agency. I am suffering from last year. So I m very unhappy with your services. I joined your hyundai family from maruti for good services but ur service centre's broken my faith. So please solve my problem otherwise I will find the way through consumer forum.

                                      Sir, I have booked Hundai Aura (CNG) car on 14.07.2021 at Arora Hundai, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan and during booking the sales men of this showroom given two month delivery time but on 21.07.21 sales men of Arora hundai, called me and told that he can not deliver the booked car on given two month time.

                                      I ask hundai officers if, he can not deliver the booked car on given time, why he made false promise with me.
                                      I have urgent requirement of this car till 15 August 2021.
                                      Please supply the car till 15.08.21 other wise, I will cancel my booking and file a complaint against this company in consumer court also.

                                        को Royal hyundai Gwalior showroom एक कार santro sportz cng खरीद की जब मैं showroom गया तो मुझे एक sales executive लखन ने गाड़ी के बारे मे जानकारी दी कि आप डीलर fitted CNG कार लें जिसमें आपको कंपनी 3 वर्ष की warranty देगी और ये कंपनी fitted cng से सस्ती पड़ेगा आपके registration और Insurance पर लिखित में मिलेगा मुझे डीलर फिट cng के लिए converse किया गया जब कार मेंने ले ली तो बिल के बाद ना कहीं cng लिखित में था उसके उपरान्त गाड़ी चलाने पर pickup और इंजन चेक लाइट आ रहीं तो मे लौट कर कंपनी गया उन्होंने आश्वासन दिया गाड़ी सही है चलाओ और उसके उपरान्त में गाड़ी लेकर घर पहुंचा पर फिर वहीँ समस्या ज्यादा फ्यूल खा रही और pickup मे दिक्कत मे निरंतर तीन बार गया तीनों बार समस्या आज तारीख 23 जुलाई 2021 को मे फिर गया मुझे RC दी पर उस पर cng नहीं लिखा मुझे एक खराब गाड़ी दी जो बार बार दिक्कत दे रही थी झूठ बोल कर गाड़ी बेची गई
                                        आज मे गाड़ी को royal hyundai gwalior मे छोड़ कर आया हूँ l
                                        मुझे मेरे पैसे जो कि मेंने pay किए 649860/_
                                        वो वापस करे अन्यथा मुझे दुसरी नयी कंपनी fitted cng सैंट्रो sportz कार दे
