On (21st June 2021) I purchased Verna 2021 vehicle from your dealership “Sapphire Hyundai”dwarka Sec 20 - New Delhi -110075
Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because on first wash of my vehicle I found that sunroof is leaking and water comes inside from sunroof even sunroof is properly closed.
I am very disappointed and shocked from what happened and I find the situation very irritating. New cars simply don’t do that.While I do understand that manufacturing errors do happen, still I can’t comprehend the fact that the car was not tested before handover. After spent 13 lack - This is not the type of product I would have expected from a manufacturer of your size and reputation.
Same thing informed to Sapphire Hyundai manager with in 10 days on purchasing the vehicle then they assure me that don’t put any complaint we will resolve the issue in 2 days but the issue not resolved . After that they transfer my case to Hyundai service center ( sapphire Hyundai Dwarka service center- dwarka Sec 20 Delhi.). Even after visiting the service center many times from last 15 days still my issue not resolved and they even can’t detected the problem. Again and again iam calling your showroom Manager of sapphire hyundai and service center manager (Dwarka Sec 20) branch. But I can’t find any solution.
At this point I would like you to take back the vehicle. I demand replacement of car or refund. As well as compensation for the waste of my time and money
