The paint of my white colour elite i20 is getting removed itself from various places which implies the bad quality of the paint used by the hyundai on the car.

      Myself atul shah i have booked hyundai alcazar on 10th june, the salesperson committed that i can get the car on 22nd june they invited me on launching day for ribbon cutting but i was busy and it was raining so i couldn't go there, but after that i told them that i won't take insurance and accessories from you, they changed their statment and told me that you can get your car next month

        I am Pravir Kumar from Deoghar Jharkhand I have booked Creta car SX 1.5 Petrol Black from Dumka Jharkhand SHREE HYUNDAI on 29th Jan. After that I was asked to make full payment so that he could give us the car in a month. Then on 16 February 2021 I paid ₹ 379800(Three Lakh seventy nine thousand eight hundred only) by cheque. The balance amount of ₹ 1000000(Ten Lakh only) finance was also given by ICICI Bank on 17th February 2021, But a constant excuse is made by saying that the car will be given in 1 month. After April 20, the Dumka branch asked its head branch SHREE HYUNDAI Bokaro, Jharkhand branch manager Manoj Choubey to talk to him by giving mobile number[protected]. Even after talking to them, he kept on making excuse on excuse. Then on 2nd May, he sent a demo i20 vehicle and talked about giving a new vehicle by May 15. And even today till 24th June, these people are only making excuses. Date on Date only. In this context, I spoke to the Regional Manager through Customer Care on 8th June 2021. He also consoled him to deliver the car soon, after which he also spoke to the area sales manager. But till now no confirmation has been given to me. What do I do now? You guys suggest.

          Hello,

          Myself ramchandra Tandel from Navsari, Gujarat, India. I have a complaint against Navsari Hyundai regarding my car booking and providing wrong information.

          I have booked my Hyundai i10 car magma aquateal.. I have booked my car in February and also paid the Down payment as per the order and agreement. I have also given my car for exchange and which they took in approximately 10 days immediately after the order and told us to wait for 1 month for the arrival of car. After one month I again inquired about the car, and they said that the production is stopped and again told me to wait for some time. I went again after 1 month and this time they told that the car isn’t available in Navsari Hyundai. Then they said that the prices of car have been increased, and I need to pay the difference. If I have already signed the order and paid the Down payment well in advance, then how can they ask me for a new price? It’s their mistake that they are delaying my order. Its June now and still they haven’t delivered my car.

          Now it’s been 4-5 months, and they are not giving us proper answer. They already took my car for exchange, and now I don’t have car even for travelling. I am facing a lot of problems due to Navsari Hyundai.

          I kindly request you to look into this matter and provide me the solution as early as possible.

              My name is sarwar riaz from allahabad uttar Pradesh. My family has been using only hyundai cars since long time.
              In year 2016 our new car is EON magna plus. From the day one (day of purchase) I am having the EPS problem till the date but they people have not completed it till now. I am very very disappointed because they are failed to make it..now they are saying after more than 4 years that they will change the EPS module and will charge more than 7000 rupees..I called up for the complaint on toll free number they said they will call back in one day but they did not respond and today is third day..its really very bad experience for the first time in our car life..
              Please find out the solution as this problem is happening from the day one till the date..

                    On 22nd june 2021morning around 8am on my way to office I I saw White Hyundai company bus yellow bus driver was driving very recklessly(TN21BZ6519) S10 TOWARDS AMINJIKARAI and was overtaking cars very dangerously near madhuravoyal erikarai Chennai.Even it was nearly hitting my car although i was driving safely by the left lane...Request the concerns to pls take immediate action against this vehicle.. We have to teach them a lesson

                      Hi Team,
                      I have booked Hyundai Creta SX (Manual) 1.5 Litre (Petrol Engine) Polar White Colour with Advaith Hyundai Mangalore on 11th February 2021, under customer ID: C[protected], with 25k Booking amount Booking Voucher No: MLR/SR/2750 as dealer is promised to deliver the vehicle on Second week of April 2021
                      As per that I have already kept my bank Loan arrangements ready. After long following up more than 4 month still Advaith Hyundai Mangalore Management is not responding about vehicle delivery.
                      I really upset about this situation. I request Hyundai Motors India team to support to resolve this issue ASAP, if it’s not resolved as a customer I want to re think to go to Hyundai again.

                        Dear support team,
                        Good Day, ,

                        I am a owner of 2 Creta 2017 model (SX)and i am facing an issue in the window glasses since i received from the showroom which is very frustrating. The issue is either the window glass motor or the switches which i have no idea. 5 to 6 times i repaired the same issue for both cars in the showroom and after few days remain the same. I believe its a manufacturing defect,

                        During the periodical service had on yesterday, the service adviser told me to change the motors for two doors with a cost of 2500 each which is not acceptable anymore as the issue is due to the manufacturing i believe. So that i am looking for the action going to take by Hyundai against this issue for my cars.

                          We need clarification regarding this. We have booked a Hyundai SX 1.5 VTVT( petrol ) . But, our dealer ( ADITYANARAYAN HYUNDAI TRAUMA CENTRE, varanasi, UP ) is giving us a Hyundai Executive variant . It has caused a lot of mental harassment . please see it. This is a total breach of Professional trust between customer and company. Please give us a genuine reason and clarification regarding this.

                            Hi, I have booked my Creta SX (Manual) 1.5 Litre (Petrol) in Polar White colour with Kota Hyundai on 21st April, 2021 which was scheduled to be delivered on 04th July, 2021. I have already made more than 80% payment to the dealer.
                            However, now the dealer says that he will not be able to deliver SX Model as the same has been discontinued by the company and is not being manufactured anymore. Instead he is insisting me to take the recently launched SX Executive variant which lacks many features as compared to the original SX Model.
                            But I'm NOT interested in buying the Executive variant at all. I want to take the original SX Model only as booked by me. Kindly help me in this situation as I have planned everything as per the decided delivery date (04th July 2021) and can't alter my plans now. Waiting for a positive response from your end.

                                We booked our Hyundai crest S on April 14 in Tanjore district but still we didn’t got any response back from dealer. We called several times but there is no response. We paid our money on trust of your dealers but this is what we got back from your side. This is the worst dealerships as compared to other company car dealers. The customer and dealer relationship was very poor.

                                    MR Hundai Ghaziabad Loni road forced me to pay complete charges during the service while some of the work are still pending and they charged for that. While collecting the car at service station I found excessive km and low fuel level so I filed a complain (attached) regarding extra km and fuel theft to manager. There is no action taken by manager. I am also waiting for the feedback call regarding the service from Hyundai.
                                    Kindly take necessary action and revert me.

                                        Hi,

                                        we have just taken delivery of a new hyundai 120 asta from shreem hyundai, kandivali and have paid for mud flaps accessories.

                                        The mud flaps were not fitted at the showroom but given to us. on trying to fit the same we find that they are not fittable.

                                        does Hyundai take its customers for a ride in this manner.

                                        kindly let us know what are our options in this regard, or do we have to resort to legal options to resolve the same
