I had an accidental repair of my cat Grand i10 Nios on 1st of nov. It has been 20 days now and company is unable to provide the parts. 1st the car was only damaged on left front and didn't need these many parts as mentioned and now everyone is just saying there is a part availability issue and couldn't commit when they could deliver my car. The car is new and driven not more than 70kms.Himgiri Hyundai service at sector 32 Gurgaon - not even single part was avail in workshop, don't know what kind of company doesn't have parts available in India anywhere

    I purchase Hyundai VANUE in Sep 28 . same day we find our lever plate connected with leather sheet is faulty .when i shift my gear plate is out by her position . update to sales Person . sales team saying me we change in service center in first service .my first service is completed but nobody are ready to listen me . if you not give support i take a legal action against Hyundai India and SAS Hyundai Lucknow . he cheated me and her response is very Bad .need your support . your SAS team is give very poor response after sales . when i am frustrated than i send mail to you and your team . kindly consider this mail as legal document .

      Sir,
      I want to complaint against M R HUNDAI dealership opposite Shalimar garden, Gaziabad (UP).
      1. I have purchased a NEW HUNDAI CRETA from this dealership on 30th September 2020 and I have paid all amount of the car. I have paid accessories amount which was Rs.50800/ but some accessories was unfit in the car so I have asked about refund which was Rs.35000/. But still now the said amount was not refund to me and every time dealership executive said M D is not come to the office. I have also gone there many times.
      2. I have paid RC charges to the dealership which was Rs.84270/.But on the other side I have to paid all the RC Charges in cash by self(Rs. 84970/) in my authority and the dealership told me we will pay after showing RC receipt which I have given to the dealership on the 10th November 2020.
      3. I purchased my car on 30th September but they gave me document file(without vehicle passing and without RC) on 5th November which was too late so that I have to paid a plenty of Rs.2140/.But dealership agent is not ready to pay me.
      4. Dealership owner is not available on the showroom. He spends most of time outside the showroom and whenever I asked about him then executive said he is out of site and busy in election campaign.
      5. They printed my cheque on 09th November but still now dealership M D didn’t sign on the cheque.
      6. I am very disappointed with the dealing of this dealership and they are very incapable with the customer.

      10. It is very long time to deal with the refund of the customer and shows that the dealership is not willing to give me money and it will insist me to move into the consumer court regarding this matter.

        I had given my venue for second free service to ishanya Hyundai on Friday 06 Nov 20. When the car was returned to me the rear foot mats were filthy so was the one on co drivers side
        My fuel gauge which was two marks above empty was now on reserve
        The service advisor did not make me check the mileage on handing and taking over the car
        He should also have made a note of the fuel gauge or asked me if I wanted to take a picture of the dashboard as a record
        I have photographs but size is too large to attach

          I had purchased car MH-14-HD-4511 from Hyundai Showroom Wakad in Nov-2018.
          The insurance was provide by Liberty as this was in the car package.
          Ploicy number was 201340030118800002300000 for 2018.
          But this is commercial insurance for private car.
          My car is registered for personal usage only. I have white number plate. I am using this only for me and my family.
          This was noticed when I went for renewal in 2019.

          They have cheated me.

          This was compensated in 2nd year 2019 (Policy 201140030119800434501000, they charged 12k for 17k) and was given assurance that in 3rd year also it will be compensated, as for private policies, 3rd party is paid for 3years in first year car insurance.

          In 3rd year, Hyundai and Liberty both are not responding even after contacting them several times.

          This has been very traumatic for me in Nov 2019 as well in Nov 2020.
          If there would have been any claims in 2019, I would have been in great trouble.
          This has aggrevated my hypertension. Also I have many sleepless nights since November as they are unresponsive. I had to visit doctor quite many times because of all this problems.

          I would like to request to cancel the Liberty license for such negligence and ill mannered rude response.

          Also I would recommend cancel the dealership of Hyunadi wakad branch as for fraud and cheating with customer.

              I booked Hyundai magna AMT star dust colour via unity Hyundai Shalimar bagh Delhi. Intially due to lockdown I can't manage funds so I didn't buy the vehicle. In October wen I want to buy they told it's unavailable, then they told company stopped manufacturing model, now corporate edition is available. I booked that paid 90000 advance, since then they are giving new dates, but vehicles is not available. Kindly help me out.

                On 9th Sep 2020 I had given my Hyndai Car Registration Number KL-07-BX-2152 car for body work service at Tirur Hyndai Showroom.

                Delivered my car on 26th Sep 2020 The service executive in Tirur says that full amount pay today your claim amount will credited in your bank account in one Week Iam paying full amount and waiting for my claim amount.

                13th Nov 2020 Hyndai Exicutive inform that your claim amount is credited to Hyndai's bank account it will transfer your bank account in after one month.

                This is not fair please arrange to solve this issue and transfer my claim amount immediately in my bank account.

                  I have booked new Creta SX(0) white at Arora Hyundai, Malviyanagar on the 6th October 2020 by the token amount of 25, 000INR and I was assured delivery within 1 month/4 week time period by the salesperson.
                  Upon asking about the same on the 8th November 2020, they deny the delivery time period ensured and refused to deliver the vehicle for another one month, also expressed uncertainty of that too.
                  Also, the behaviour was very unethical and rude, No fixed time period or date is provided from their side.
                  I am attaching the Receipt voucher provided by the showroom, also I do have the call recordings in which I was assured that vehicle will be delivered by the 10th November 2020.

                    I have met with an accident on 13th Friday, November 20, at ORR, near manyata tech park, Bangalore.
                    Was moving at 40-50 kmph n saw a car stopped in middle of road clearly n tried to apply brake.its shocking that car brakes after 100% application not stopping the car.
                    I think there must be manufacture defect in braking system

                      From Borah Hyundai Agency this August 2020 I have booked creta SX pearl white. Till now I haven't received the vehicle. Now the dealer is asking me to bear even the increase price of the vehicle. Whose fault is that? Is Hyudai so inefficient in their production that their dealer cannot deliver vehicle even in 5 months.
                      In between these 5 months the dealer was requesting me for typhoon silver that was in stock. Do your company make customer to make compromise?
                      I am really upset with the experience I am having with the dealer and the Hyudai.

                        I am Mayur Polekar, I owned Santro CNG sports ( MH 05 *A 2**9 ) I had an accident and I have given vehicle for repair there is an unnecessary delay from your team as non availability of parts, delay in detection of problem such as driver side axial, to detect this problem they took 25 Days.

                        I have parked vehicle at garage on 8th October 2020 yet vehicle has not repaired. And they are say we are authorised service provider of hyundai. I suspect here some irregularities with process.

                        I have not invested money with hyundai for a such harrasment.

                          We regret to inform you that the VENUE car which we had purchased last year on 10/06/2019 is creating several discomforts for our ride and usability. After only 1 year o[censored]sage, the alloy wheels have started to rust which we are surprised to see as our earlier ventures with other Automobile Manufacturers like MARUTI, CHEVROLET had not resulted in any such cases even after 10 years o[censored]sage. Further, the HYUNDAI & VENUE badging at the rear end has also started to rust and stresses upon the pathetic quality of material that might have been used in manufacturing of the same and such low quality materials used in high value SUVs reflects upon the care we get as customers of HYUNDAI.

                          As far as our concern, all the parts of our HYUNDAI VENUE should have been of premium quality which are highly displeased to observe are not profound with the assurance we were given at the time of purchase. We are surprised to note that its only been 1 year and the true quality of car has already started to show. We had placed our trust, safety, security and comfort in HYUNDAI VENUE but we are not at all satisfied with the way these things have turned out to be.

                            I have prebooked new i20 asta model on very 1st day of booking started i e on dt 28.10.2020 because I want delivery of my vehicle on 20th of November But after launching of all new i20 on 5th of November, I told dealer that I want to purchase sportz model then he told me to make full payment after which i told him that I'll do it in 5-6 days. But after reaching today at Dealership (Eros Hyundai, Bhandara, Maharashtra) he said your vehicle will deliver on 10th of December ie next month, I also asked him to give me other model (asta optional) if sportz is not available but he refused to do so.
                            I'm in very much of need of new vehicle on 20th November. It is very sad that even booking new i20 on very first day of launching I'm not getting my delivery on time i e 15 days later. If you are not able to deliver new i20 sportz or asta optional variant between 20th to 25th of this month, then I want to cancel my order to purchase Maruti baleno(they are ready to deliver baleno on 25th of November). Please arrange to refund my booking amount if delivery is not possible in stipulated time.
                            I've been waiting for the delivery of my all new i20 Asta for about 2 months now with no ETA in sight. This is very disappointing from Hyundai!
                            I have also booked Hyundai i20 Asta O on 28 Oct, 2020. still waiting for it's delivery.
                            Called dealer and complained to Hyundai Regional office many time, they are not telling the exact delivery time always extending it by 1 month.
                            I have booked i20 magna petrol variant from Bhakra Hyundai Nangal dam, Ropar through a salesman Vishal Singh, last month on 12th. It was booked through CSD, he provided us the availability certificate, on the basis of which LS order had also been prepared last month. It's been more than a month now till now he has not been able to deliver the car. And earlier he was just raising dates day by day and now he is not even providing us the date of delivery also.

                              I20 engine control module (ECM)

                              My i20 automatic car is in pothen Hyundai service centre in trivandrum last two months with out spare parts, sofar parts is not reached, what I have to do, company have no responsibility of delivered vehicle. There is no costumer service, I send so many mails nobody is responding. Please send me the details to submit to consumers cort.

                              I purchased Hyundai Venue car from Derik Hyundai dealer in Nagercoil last year(2019) Jun month for 12.9 lac, after few months I came to know they are cheated me and not gave me the split details for my purchase. One day I asked my dealer about my billing details and they said they need give me remaining amount including some accessories charges(3000+). It is more than a year and still Iam following them for my refund amount, they are not considering and giving proper response, everytime they are saying to call me after 2 days or 1 week and I did same but still refund is not happened and I came to know this dealer(Derik Hyundai) is doing this for many customers. Please help me for getting my refund amount and take strict action on this dealer so that it should not happen for any other customers in future.

                                Recently i bought Hyundai Grand I10 Nios Cng at Sts Hyundai showroom Boisar Palghar Maharashta.
                                Rear sided partial tray not assembled properly. When i close rear door (5th door) presses it partial tray down side hence 5th door closes forcefully.
                                I complaint that problem to sale department and also to service department but no one intrested in solving my problem. Service department saying thats not our problem & Sale department saying that is not our problem.
                                I saw new same model at that showroom that car dont have that type problem. It means that is only my car's problem.
                                So do needful for rectify my genuin problem

                                  I purchased the i 20 sports model in 2015.
                                  the car is under the name of army officer rs yadav.
                                  the main problem is peeling of the paint from the car .
                                  though the car is in very good condition and hardly driven.
                                  the looks of the car has gone completely in vain js because of the paint that has peeled off.
                                  i don;t expect this kind of the quality at such a price.
                                  is this what cost cutting is??
                                  people are seeding thier hard earned money and you guys are fooling them off with third class quality .
                                  kindly look into this matter and solve the issue at the earliest.

                                    Dear sir/ma'm I was booked all new i20 on 16 th October 2020 before the launching of car from krishna auto riders pvt ltd korba by paying 11, 000. After launching the car the stary night colour decided for buy but this colour car colour not available at this showroom. I was trying to another showroom at krishna auto riders pvt ltd ambikapur, sub BRANCH of krishna auto riders pvt ltd korba, the stary night coloured car coming in showroom recently, I was booked the car. When I call to krishna hyundai korba and told him for cancelation and told him I booked the stary night colour from ambikapur BRANCH, he rudely told me why you are taking car from ambikapur, no refund will be provided from our side and cut my phone. I am again trying to call him but response on my call. If this type of illetrate sales personnel working at hyundai showroom so this is my first and last experience from hyundai side. I want my full amount 11, 000 refund very soon.
