I had booked the vehicle with ss hyundai mavelikkara, kerala on 07.12.2019 including advance amt of rs. 3500 and they had promised to deliver within a week since i asked for color blue. And i paid full amt by end of second week of dec (17.12.19) and then they said 10 more days for delivery ie, between 27 to 29. I agreed and they called back (Mr. Shan) on 28th and asked for a color change which i was not ready & asked for cancelling my order bt they said they will get back in one week.. On 1st of january 2020, the executive mr. Sheemon called me and requested for another 15 days and said i will get a 2020 model without any additional cost and requested to be ready for blue or red. First i disagreed and asked for a cancellation. But they requested so much which i agreed.. On 13th of january 2020, we went to the showroom for asking abt the delivery, then they said blue is not at all available and we had to opt for red and that too will be delivered within another 12 days and asked for 6000 rupees which i blankly said i won't pay and again i asked cancellation since i didn't wanted to wait for another 12 days. I clearly told mr. Shan that i will wait for 7 days and if they fail to deliver they will have to give my money along with interest at the earliest. That time line got over on 17th. Again they called 9n 20th and said the vehicle will come tomorrow and day after tomorrow they will deliver it after registration ie on 22nd or 23rd.. And yesterday ie21st, they called and said vehicle came and i have to give 23000 extra for taking the vehicle since the december offer is not valid now..

I had opted the vehicle looking the december offer and i paid the amount in full and now they says they can't give the offer..

This is a pure case of cheating. Now also they are asking for 18000 for the vehicle. Now i am forced to go to consumer court for the same. Bcoz they have asked for so many extention from december which restrained me from looking for december offers from other dealers. And now i have to pay the revised amount even if i go for other dealers.. And they are not ready to provide me the offer for which i have paid the entire amount.

I would like to have attention in this matter and would like to know your decision regarding this.. My decision to go to consumer court will depend on ur decision..

    Hello team,

    I have got my venue car delivered on 2nd jan 2020. Also i have ordered for venue seat covers and i haven't received at the time of car delivery as there was no stock. I was asked to wait for a week. After a week when i went and checked for seat covers, it was a disaster. Because all other seat covers of hyundai had tags but the one showed to me did not have a tag and the quality was very poor. It did not seem like a original seat cover of venue car. Moreover, i have paid total amount of car and seat covers as well. Also they had promised me of the 8000rs and above seat covers price as we had requested for black and red combinations seat cover and they had agreed for it at the time of booking. But inspite of waiting so much, we were very disappointed seeing the seat covers and the colour did not match our requirement.
    When we asked about this, they are telling us 'this seat cover fits for the price you have given'. Now they are telling us that the seat cover which we had requested is 12500rs worth and there are different types of seat covers and different types of leather.
    I don't understand why this wasn't conveyed to us before booking the car or before booking the seat cover?
    And this shows their layback attitude towards customers.
    Before purchasing a car every staff and the service will be very good but after that we get to see their true colours!!!
    Also i still haven't received my fast tag and i dont even know if they have uploaded my vehicle registration number in the rto portal.
    To add up on this, we had requested for guidance regarding car loan and the bank staff of lakshmi hyundai misguided us and suggested to take up more loan than we required.
    I did not expect this from hyundai company executives.
    Kindly look into this on priority.

      Sir i have booked the hyundai venue car on 13-14th november 2019 and the dealer said that i will recieve it till 1st jan
      But till now i have not recieved the car and even he said that the company has not accepted the order. I have booked venue base model on csd facility from berkeley hyundai zirakpur. I am an army personal and will be get posted by feb 20 in different location. Please help.

        I purchase xcent in the end of december 2018 and received from dealer in the month of january 2019 problem started from nov-19 catalytic convertor is not working after repair/exchange and service is done on 20000 km but after that found sound in engine but your technician not allocate the problem again when sound again visit twice but allocate and again after some days sound comes continue than alocat also problem in clutch although till date total km 23000 driven it is clearly seems that product is defected for which almost a month i used hired taxi and also paid amount which will not be taken from me hence request you to provide proper resolution like exchange my car with new one and all expenses done by me reimbursed to me
        Plus genuine compensation approx rs. 50000/-
        Note: no cooperation from from dealer / ro which suffers me a lot

          Myself syam i was purchased 2car (Verna, i20) the complaint against i20. Am not satisfied with the finance which one u give (Indusland bank). Because i was purchased the car in july 2017 but they started the finance in jun i dont why thats mistake done by mgf hyundai puannapara alappuzha so ididnt pay the emi that time but after who is ur finance officer in punnapara he was say soory its his mistake and i paid by cash after 4 months now i went to closing the loan indusland was say have to pay penalty that is around 4000 for that emi because this mistake u r done i was called mgf punnapara they r telling we dont no that persin was changed then i was asked sales exicutive one mr. Anil jacb they r telling he is also changed we cant do anything now am calling mgf punnapara they r not attending my calll also kindly ask them and clear it. Because i want to exchange my car to new arrival aura.

            I have purchased hyundai verna sx on dated 25/11/2019 but as per the deal i should refunded the amount of rs. 15000/- but refunded 5000/- only and the people of the dealer giving only verbal assurance to refund the rest amount rs. 10000/-. And despite my several reminder they are not providing the certificate of extended warranty for which i have already paid the amount. I therefore request please resolve the issue as earliest. Regards

              Dear team hyundai,

              I became part of hyundai family on 1st nov 2019 when i purchased hyundai creta 1.6 diesel fully automatic from capital hyundai, sector 63 noida. My car registration number is up16 cj 3232.

              I went to my first highway trip with this car from 1st jan 2020 till 5th jan 2020 from noida to jaipur, jaipur to hanumangad & then back to noida.

              I drove 2000 kms in total in this entire trip & this drive was one of the worst ever drive in my last 22years since i am driving. I have driven maruti cars & my last car before this hyundai car was hyundai amaze.

              Issue with this hyundai car is constant alarm once i cross 120 speed. First single ping sound comes at 80, second ping comes at 100, third ping comes at 110. But non stop ping continues as soon as you cross 120km per hour. To stop this ping i jave to keep my car speed below 120km.

              First of all i agree as a indication at high speed company can indicate customers that they are at high speeds. But how can a customer be forced not to drive above 120kms per hour.

              It was so dam irritating with so much disturbance through out the drive in this hyundai creta car on highway with so many pings between 80 to 120kms.

              Hyundai company can't force any customer not to drive above 120km per hour. This is totally not acceptable to me as a customer of hyundai car.

              I urge to stop this irritating noise at any levels from my car. Be it 120 or 110 or 100 or even at speed of 80. I as a customer always get distracted with this noise & it's difficult to drive peacefully be it highway or many times in delhi ncr as well.

              Hyundai company should remove the speedometer speed of 220 & it's speedometer should only be till 120kms.

              While purchasing hyundai car, sales persons & hyundai company should inform there customers that if they are going to buy hyundai car's, they won't be able to drive any hyundai car above 120kms per hour.

              I wasn't told about this feature of the car while purchasing the car. If i would have been aware of this feature i would have never bought hyundai creta.

              Even today when i raised this concern on 1st jan 2020 to my sales person who sold me this car, she wasn't aware of this feature in car neither any senior person was aware until i was connected with some one in sevice department.

              My request to hyundai team is to remove this disturbing sound completely from my my hyundai creta. If this sound can't be removed completely at all speed levels i request you to take this car back, i dont need this hyundai car & will ensure no one in my family or friend circle & social circle buy this car because of this forced limitation to customers from hyundai company.

              I need urgent resolution to this query.

                I have purchased new santro sportz reg. No. Rj02ce4738 in 31.12.2019. It generates misfiring sound & missing after start car from starting. I feel this problem from car purchase. Jmv neemrana dealer not resove problem. One year have passed but no result found. So pls consider & take step to solve problem. Jmv neemrana doing exoeriment on my new car only. I am not happy with this car & not satisfy with hyundai. I think this new santro sportz car have problem in this model. Pls change my car or return my money.

                  I am writing to you to raise an issue about: cars

                  The issue that i have experienced was: i have purchaed new santro car. My car number is gj 18 bk 5309. My car is running only for 6500/- around.

                  Car purchaed delare name :- shivalik hyundai s. G. Highway, near ymca club vedant building, ahmedabad, gujarat 380015.

                  Service station name :- shivalik hyundai jodhpur - hyundai service, jodhpur cross rd, opp. Kameshwar school, suryapooja block b, jodhpur village, ahmedabad, gujarat 380015

                  Car running for only for :- 6000 km

                  I had given my car in another service. After doing this service, after coming home, it was like watching a tractor type noises from a car. Everything was lost to the engine oil. Then again i talked to the car service station and gave it. They replaced the engine of the car. Service station manager people said that this is a problem from the engine, so the noises comes in. So they changed the engine. Then they drove the car home. Then that evening, when i went home and saw that the oil was dripping from the car again, so bad these people are servicing. Still can't find people who have problem in car. There is problem from company in car. I need to replace the car. The engine has to be replaced in only 6000km. So please help me.

                  It occurred on: 19/12/2019

                  The car has engine faults from the company. So change my car.

                  I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by trading standards, i would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.

                    Dear sir      i have buyed an hyundai creta on 2015 spending about 11 lakhs rupees now its silencers leaking and noice of the car has been increasing. I have welded it 4 times and then also same problem repeates is this is the quality of 11 lakhs premium luxury car? This shows poor building quality of the car, poor material selection and very poor r&d department.
                    I need to a full replacement of part

                      My self sunil rana purchase i20 car in oct.2019 and my car run only 1500 km to till date. With due respect i want to tell incident happened with me at last light i. E. 13/01/2020 my rear car tyre is brust with small pvc pipe piece and my car tyre got punctured. Car have own with mrf tyre and want to complain about the low quality of tyre is there any warranty cover of the tyre to replace it. I shall be very thankful to you for this act of kindness.                         There is gear problem in my car just after drive of 10000kms and front break shoe get destroyed just after drive of 10000kms which was not not informed to me during 2nd service of my car which was done at 11000kms due to which front router of car also get destroyed...                           I have given my hyudai i20 (JH01BW) 9912 to Balaji service centre in Muzaffarpur after meeting with an accident. We had claimed under ICICI lombard vehicle insurance.. After checking all the documents like insurance, driving license etc the incharge from Balaji Hyundai had told us that Rs 3000 to 4000 will be charged. No body told anything else during the service time. Now, the service centre is asking us to pay Rs 16, 000 approx stating that the policy was normal. If it could have been said to us in advance I would not get the service from service centre as I am unable to pay such a huge amount. I have attached the conversations done with the Balaji Hyundai Manger Mr Mukesh Ph [protected]. In call Mr Mukesh is accepting that this was the fault from their side and so i request you to release my vehicle after taking Rs 4000. I need my vehicle asap.
                          I am ready to pay the amount nearby Rs 4000 but can not pay Rs 16000, which is beyond my capacity.
                          Kindly support your help.

                            Ref to complaint filed on 05/january/2020

                            I have purchased hyundai xcent car on dt 18/04/2018 from your showroom located at navjivan hyundai b/s tanisq showroom l. P. Savani road adajan, surat - gujarat 395009.

                            I have been very regular in my routine car servicing and the servicing always done from your showroom service centre, and sine last two servicing i was not satisfied with the service done by the show room service centre:-
                            1. One time (Last to last time) car was picked and after service sent without washing and was no care taken for the foul smell coming from car even repeatedly complaint by me as a customer
                            2. Last time again the servicing was done at your centre but again no care taken for the foul smell coming from car even repeatedly complaint by me as a customer.

                            3. Important — now car got break down on last 25-dec-2019 after driving about 60 km from home and when i got down for refreshment at one sahyog restaurant and after that when i put the self for starting the car the car didn't started and but self ignition was working.

                            4. Since 25dec the car is in serving center at navjivan car pvt. Ltd, wadi faliya, samroli, chikli bilimora road ta-chikli, dist-navsari - the have dropdown and opened the engine... Now after 12 days they say the car is not recognizing the key the full wiring need to be checked.

                            5. Chikli showroom service handed over the vehicle on 07 january 2020 after the service and repairing of engine.

                            6. And again the vehicle about to have the engine break down on the way to surat to ahmedabad... Then shown the car for service at ahmedabad at concept motors i. Pvt ltd where it was discovered with vehicle having engine oil, diesel leakage and the engine is producing lots of sound and heavy white foggy smoke from the silencer...
                            7. The vehicle presently is towed to navjivan chikli service centre where the last time engine servicing is done as per they says.

                            Kindly look into the case favorably... Its case sensitive for my car, the company has sold me the defective car... I need new car replacement or else i need to take necessary action against the company and dealer.

                            Hope will receive favorable solution at the earliest as it will be 13days the car is in service centre without any solution.

                              I purchased hyundai eon from mukesh hyundai, baguiati, kolkata in the month of april, 2018. The car was purchased on self finance basis on payment of entire consideration. However, i have been issued smart card with financer name of yes bank ltd. I requested for the correction of smart card and handed over the original smart card to mukesh hyundai, but the same is still pending to be rectified. Whenever, i followup for the rectification of smart card, i was given to understand that it is under process and it will take few more days. I am travelling in my car without smart card, which is a big risk, since, if officer asks for the same, i will not be having the same.

                              Hence, if possible, request to kindly held me in the matter.

                                  I just purchased hyundai creta 1.6 crdi sx automatic from harsh hyundai palasia, indore (M. P). As it is the top model they told me the vehicle will come with 17-inch diamond-cut alloy wheel and i received the vehicle with the 16-inch old version of the alloy. The brochure also says a 17-inch alloy wheel for the model i purchased but the dealership is not ready to help me out with this problem and they are saying that it is manufacture defect they can't help me in this matter. This is purely a 420 case where these people are just playing with customer's mind and they are not giving the vehicle with the proper standard accessories. I just want the proper accessories as i was told that means a 17-inch-diamond-cut alloy wheel for my car and i really hope you will take some action in this matter.

                                    I have purchased grand i10 nios on 27.12.2019 at hema hyundai warangal show room on behalf of my wife mrs. K saritha. Till now i didn't get invoice papers. Today evening i visited the show room for papers as they didn't come into my contact, the representatives prasanna kumar and others irresponsibly answered that their m. D is in foreign tour and papers will be prepared after his arrival, and they don't have any idea about his return and the time for issuing papers.
                                    I never experienced such a bad situation, when owned a maruthi suzuki vehicles maruthi 800 since 1999 and wagon r since 2009.
                                    Am i made a mistake by purchasing hyundai vehicle?

                                      I am sudhir n yerne
                                      I have purchase hyundai new santro sport from eros hyundai, nagpur maharashtra, vehicle no. Mh-49, bb - 8367,
                                      Given for the repair dent on roof, but the service station people damage roof from inside and out side also as well as they scratch on my car and damage bumper and door side strip. They said they will give replacement but still 10 days over but no any replacement i got.
                                      Even when i am starting my car, there is stating sound is coming from engine which is very irritating like sound,
                                      Most of my car are completely damage and because of getting poor and extremely bad service form eros hyundai, nagpur, maharashtra i want replacement of my car in any how condition.
                                      Kindly do forward this for the replacement.
                                      I am expecting reply and specific action in two working days and 3rd day i will go at consumer court to file the complaint against hyundai motors.

                                        Hyundai venue sx lock unlock sound very loud

                                        The dealership refuses to help.
                                        This is really stupid. Bought a car worth 12 lacs and it has a lock unlock sound like a train. Its already giving me a ear pain.

                                        This is frustrating. I am forced to leave the car door unlocked to avoid troubling my neighbours when parked in my building or colony, etc.
