Hyundai Motor India — Car RC Not yet received

With reference to subject above I would like to draw your attention that I bought Creta car on dated 20/12/2020 from Mukesh Hyundai Guwahati, Assam. As such my RC fees for the car was paid to the dealer for its registration, but unfortunately I have not yet received my RC as on date after repeated follow up and submitting request from my side. Therefore I beleive that higher authorities from Hyundai will look into my issue for an early solution.
