insurance not given

i purchase i20 car from KC Hundia (A Unit of K.C Jammu Auto Mart Pvt. Ltd.) , NH -1, BYE PASS ROAD CHANNI HIMMAT JAMMU, on 13-08-09 and i also insured it from UNITED INDIA INSURANCE Co. Ltd.. after five months i met an accident and my car was badly damaged. And i claimed the insurance and Mr. Ashwani (manager K.C Hundia) he not evan listen to me but speak to me rudely and also abuse me, and denined to give any insurance....

FRAUD AND DELAY IN DELIVERY

I herby lodge a strict complain against Chandra Hyundai, Udaipur for treating their customers in a totally unprofessional manner. Their Sales Manager, Mr. Akhilesh had come to my office on 25th June and after prolong negotiations, we finalized 2 numbers, Hundai I20 cars, magna version, silver colour. We even paid them booking amount of INR51, 000*2=102, 000/- for both the cars instantly. Mr Akhilesh promised us the delivery of the car before...

problem with EPS

Sir,
I own a i10- ERA model. my car is 10 months old. 3 months back when we are travelling to kodaikanal, suddenly my steering got jammed and its very tough to steer it and i had a very tough time to bring my vehicle to halt at the side of the road. when i contacted my dealer he said this problem is found in some of these models and he told that company will provide you a free replacement.

Engine Overheating

Dear Sirs,

We purchased a Santro XL in May 2007 from Modern Hyundai, Alwar, Rajasthan.

The car has clocked 34500 kms till date.

Last week the car started giving increased temperature indication, for which we took the car to the service centre (Modern Hyundai), where they put bottled water in the coolant chamber and told that there is no problem and we can drive normally.

Poor fuel mileage

I have been always getting my car serviced through authorised Hyundai service centre, Rama hyundai, Vasant kunj, Delhi. When i had originally purchased the car i got avg 14.5 KMPL which was OK. About a year back after servicing i had running problem. I had to take my car twice to Rama Hyundai after which the problem was corrected by i continue to get low mileage approx 10/11 Kmpl. I got last servicing done through another Hyundai service...

I had given feedback to trident Hyundai regarding their lack professionalism and rude behavior towards a customer with series of email. MD of trident has emailed me not to visit service center since he got offended from my feedback.

Trident also had promised if there are any issues in the future regarding part change or safety concerns that will be taken care and at the same time MD has emailed not to visit the service center. Trying to get in touch with direct Hyundai and nobody is responding. They cannot ask me to not visit the service center as I have paid for the service.

Hyundai really has to get their senor team to check on this. Area manager is arrogant and will not respond to any email or calls.

Unfortunately, Trident is near to home, and I will have to visit that, Hyundai should either replace with any other dealers or ask the MD of trident to be polite and accept the feedback to work on good customer service.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I purchased an xcent car (reg. no. dl1cz0578) from safdarjung hyundai (in sector 20, plot no 57, dwarka, new delhi-110075) in february 2018 and in exchange i sold my maruti alto car (reg. no. up20n4881) to them. now when i chekced the ministry of road transport & highways website on jan 07, 2025, i found that the ownership of the alto car is still coming in my mother's name even after i had given the signed documents to the dealer in february 2018. all the copies of the documents are available with me. i raised this concern with hyundai cusotmer care team on 7th jan 2025 & they gave me a compaint reference no. [protected]. but till today i.e. march 04, 2025 i did not receive any mail, call or message from them. today i contacted their customer care chat team & they were unable to give me anu update on the complaint & told that they will arrange a call from concerned. i have been wasting my time on follow-ups with no fault of mine. if god forbids any wring thing happens through my previous alto car then hyundai should be held responsible. i need a resolution to this problem. looking ahead for kind intervention.

      Despite multiple visits to your service center and repeated attempts to resolve the problem, the issues remain unresolved, causing significant inconvenience and stress to me and my family. The car has been experiencing issues with gear shifting since the first week of its purchase. Within the initial 15 days, I had to tow the vehicle from Kharghar to the Vishal Hyundai Service Station. Despite efforts by your team, including replacing critical components like the wiring harness and ECU as advised by your service advisor, the problem remains unresolved. During the lockdown, further usage of the vehicle was not possible, yet the issue persisted post-lockdown. On one occasion, the problem occurred in Konkan while traveling with my family late at night. The Kudal service center lacked the necessary equipment, such as a laptop, to diagnose the issue.           Dear Hyundai TEAM.,

          My name is Senthil... Belongs to Creta Tn 10 BS 3789

          Did 3 services with that all... only Worst experience, Advisors Mr.Madhan, Body shop Advisor Mr.Ibrahim, Body shop manager Mr.Prabha, Customer care Mrs.Monika for 1st service issue,
          Mr.Naveen manager ( referred by Ravi Kumar GM) did not even take any initiative after his boss advised.

          1st service @ Eekattuthangal taken 11 house for free service, i followed for body wash, polish like advisor, complained to Monika (no action taken)
          2ns visit @ alandur for body repair and painting work RHS bumper, Ibramim followed and Painting was worst like unskilled work and like Road painder and did painting LHS side mirror cup mismatches and "ibrahim promised and he will do repainting in 2nd service and only need TWO HOURS for painting
          3ed visit @ alandur for second free service... again " painting issue...and Mr.Madhan not given the alignment report, when i asked him., like i will get all report when am paying for it in TOYOTA and all for that he saying "he also have toyota car", , , only customer ask he will give.. and No proper painting and inappropriate Bumper fixing" complaint to Mr.Ravi and he promised that and asked for 1 more chance for better painting.
          4th visit @ Alandur for Repainting as promised Mr.Ravi and assigned Mr.Naveen. he organised painting over the PHONE to the ibrahim and not visited me directly NAVEEN asked full day for painting from the morning and by EOD while delivery..., still same issue... they did only painting correction work and as promised "NO REPAINTING" done in RHS bumper and did repainting in LHS side mirror cap and that too it's like unskilled work with lose of dust while painting the mirror and,

          AGAIN Mr.NAVEEN asking me another ONE MORE DAY for repainting.. i asked him in a written format regarding the issue BUT he behaved badly and i went off from the showroom then after an hour he called me but i didt like to talk with that Irresponsible person like him and reported to Mr.Ravi.

          *How many days you will waste customers' time...
          *Do you really have skilled labour...
          *Do you really have any Responsible person...
          *Even any other authorised Hyundai dealer can handle this issue more clearly than your HYUNDAI MANUFACTURING COMPANY SERVICE CENTER...

            Hi I am the owner of Hyundai i10 CNG (MH 16 CV 6024) bought from Ilakshi Hyundai Ahmednagar in June 2021. As the vehicle has done 3 years I was told that I need to get CNG testing done and I will get a new CNG plate with validity for 3 years. However when I approached iIakshi Hyundai for this they told me to go to a third party vendor. Once i approached the Vendor ( M/S Sunrise ) i was told that for authorised testing i have to pay Rs. 4000 and in case o[censored]nauthorised I need to pay Rs.2000 but in both the cases they are denying to give payment receipt. Since the CNG kit is company fitted why there are no testing facilities with Hyundai authorised dealers itself and if in case it is mandatory to be done by third party vendors then why such vendors are referred who are not providing payment reciepts.

                  My close friend helped Mr.Murralidharan for his personal emergency nearly 2years back pledging his family jewel. Mr.Murralidharan promised within one month return back the amount with interest. It’s more than 1 year 9months. My friend begged mr.Murralidharan and Mrs.Sudha Murralidharan more than 1000 times. My friend son also begged them via voice message and over the call. This couple not care about anything. They are literally played with my friend and his family. My friend lost three people till now. My friend begged this person for medical emergency.

Since acquiring this vehicle, I have encountered a recurring problem that has caused me considerable distress. Despite having lodged a complaint with Hyundai's senior management six months ago, the issue remains unresolved.

                    The specific problem revolves around the difficulty I face in locking and unlocking my car. This has created a situation where I am unable to park my car comfortably, as I must wait for an unpredictable amount of time for the car to lock—sometimes taking 20 minutes, 30 minutes, or even longer. This issue occurs randomly, and despite making ten visits to Hyundai Safdarjung and other Hyundai dealerships, the problem persists.

                    I am genuinely troubled by this situation, and it has been affecting my daily life. Despite Hyundai being a reputed brand, the lack of assistance in resolving this matter has left me disappointed. I purchased the Hyundai Nios after considerable hard work, but due to this problem, my trust in Hyundai has been shattered.

                    I had requested a written response from Hyundai regarding this matter, but unfortunately, I have not received any communication. The lack of coordination and response from Hyundai's team has been disappointing.

                          I had booked Hyundai Exter from dealer Popular Hyundai, Kazhakkuttam Branch, Trivandrum on Sep 10, 2023. I didnt get even any call or update from them till today(Jan 12, 2024). When I called them, they are not showing any positive attitude. They are treating customers as worst as they can. Irresponsible managers too. I had faced such a worst experience from Popular Hyundai this time. Now I changed my mind to cancel my booking. And my suggestion to you is yo treat customers more kindfully as they are the king of your business. Thankyou.

                            CarInfo.app indicates that the vehicle was insured under The New India Insurance Company Limited (but actual insurer is SBI general Insurance) with an insurance expiry date of June 4, 2026. Further investigation with The New India Insurance Company Limited revealed that the initial policy was issued to some other person in the first week of June 2023. However, this policy was subsequently cancelled for reasons unknown to both myself and the insurer and the same vehicle was sold to me in September 2023. My Blue Link application on my smartphone displays a subscription date of June 5, 2023 confirming that the vehicle was activated in June 2023. I consulted with the local Hyundai Service workshop, and they affirmed that the warranty period for my vehicle has commenced in June 2023.Considering the above facts and the information on record, as per my understanding the dealer had sold this vehicle to some other person for which insurance was also done in the month of June 2023, but it got returned due to some unknown reasons without going to RTO for registration. I believe that blue link is only activated when the vehicle moves to the custody of the customer. Although I am the first owner of the vehicle as per the RTO registration but as per the insurance records and the Blue link application record I am not the first owner. The above observations strongly indicate that the dealer sold me a used vehicle, falsely claiming it to be new. When I raised this concern with the dealer, their response was that there was a typing error by one of their staff members, leading to the invoice date being updated in the online system as June 4th instead of September 4th (which seems to be an implausible justification). This situation appears to be a clear case of misrepresentation or, more accurately, the fraudulent sale of a used/returned vehicle. I am seeking an urgent clarification and resolution to rectify this situation and ensure the accurate representation of my purchase details.
