Respected Sir, I Have Booked an Elite i20 Asta DSL on18th November 2014.I Had made the Full Payment of the car on December 30th 2014 and their promised delivery of the car was on 10th January 2015 and still today (17th march) I have not received the car.Also the Manager has behaved in a very rude manner when I questioned this Because of this dealer(HILTON HYUNDAI) I have loss of More Than Fifty thousand Rs. As I am paying the EMI for my car which is not delivered till date. And Also other loss.They have given an official letter stating that it will be delivered on 21st February and Also another Official mail stating another date.Still No response from Dealer This dealer had committed Fraud to me Because he as not given a specific explanation for this.From All I know This Dealer is not making Timely payment To Hyundai Car manufacturer Please Resolve this problem As Quickly As possible NB: All the Necessary Dates and Documents will be given
