Hyundai Motor India — clutch repeated problem

I have not been getting response from hyundai or the service dealer of hyundai..

I have raised my serious concern of changing the clutch assembly four times in 36000 kms in my 18 month old creata…

I had asked for a meeting with hyundai, which was confirmed by fpl on 30th oct 2018, which did not happen, inspite of reminding them

- the root cause of the failure is unknown and have been told always the way of driving…
- i have asked hyundai to teach me on the driving
- hyundai engineer also joined me for seeing my driving style and had no complaints on the same
- have spent on servicing close to rs. 1 lakhs in 18 months of buying the vehicle
- have been driving cars for the past 15 years for close to 3 lakhs km..
- have not come across any such issues in my earlier two vehicles, which was of maruthi..

Request hyundai for the following

- identify the root cause of the repeated problem..
- to address the issue permanently
- to organize for the meeting with oem to explain my concern on the reliability of the vehicle
