I submitted my car 3 months back in Baltic due to engine problem, they were not able to rectify the same, soon other parts also started malfunctioing like AC, Radiator, Condensor, overheating, suspension noise etc. It has been more than 3 long months, the problems after problems are appearing due to their poor service standards & poor quality products. I am charged roughly Rs. 10000 on labor, consumables etc. & every time they handed over the car, I was forced to submit the same again due to other parts malfunctioing. I will recommend to cancel their work license & refund me for what I have spent over 3 months on service center & officials & personal expenses due to non availability of the car. Therefore my refund request is for Rs. 25000 from the service center for the poor service standards, parts & other problems started in car which was not previously existing, the bills that I paid for nothing in agency & the arrangements that I was forced to make due to non availability of car Was this information helpful? |
