I have given my i10 car for servicing first time at kun servicing center. When it is delivered there were gum marks on the
Car. They blame me where as i knew it was done by them. I had to wait for a long time to collect the car as no one was
Attending me to deliver my car. When i wanted to complaint about the unprofessional practices at kun gachibowli branch, the
Employees are so thick skinned, arrogant and least bothered which i could understand from their behavior. One does a long
Conversations in phone and in between he comes and gives me an arrogant answer and continues for hours in the phone. The
Supervisor gives me all false information and promises and manages the show which is very evident. Eventually i can say
That the kun gachibowli branch is horrible branch in terms of servicing done and the way the customers are treated and
Addressing the issues of the customer. They even do not bother to address the customers issue when i said i want to
Complaint about my experience. Simply they tell me to complaint if i want. Is this the service at kun gachibowli branch??
The estimates given to me is also not proper. I think if my gum marks are not removed i have to escalate the issue and put
This in nch for the cheating.
The supervisor name is sai krishna and another person who all the time talks in phone has to be apologetic. Please
Investigate the case as kun gachibowli has cctv cameras. The incident happened on 18 jan 2018 at 6:15pm.
Need immediate resolution to my concerns.
