Hyundai Motor India — Grover hyundai md name kulwant singh grover denied to service a car

Respected sir,
my name is nitin kumar chohan s/o mr raj kumar from ludhiana . I purchased a grand i10 nios cng sportz model 2020 car registered number pb01c5540 through grover hyundai opposite dhandari kalan railway station . After 20000 km my car occurs check engine light problem . After that i have faces so many problems like headlight, stereo malfunction, battery problem, tyre burst in warranty but never replaced .
Ek goodwill hai k jb bhi main yahan pr koi bhi problem le kr aaya to company warrants parts bahut hi bdia tarike se change kr diye gye . Jo customer khush ho jaaye but problem fr vhi ki vhi . I think they lack of good technician and also a lack of good management . Sorry but agar management thhek hoti to mujhe same problem baar baar face na krni pdti .
Hr 10000 km pr check engine ki light aati rhi aur yeh scanner lga kr ise htate rhe . Last 40000km pr mujhe kaha gya k aapki cng kit main problem hai to ise replace krna pdega but iske liye hyundai company ko mail krni pdegi . Main agree ho gya kyon ki mujhe car main lag ki aur jerk ki problems bahut aah rhi thi .
Tb se pta nhi kitni baar problems aayi check engine ki light aayi but meri car ki cng kit change nhi hoyi . Mujhe bola gya ki 1 lacs tk cng kit warranty main hai so dont panic aap ise chlaye .
70000 km pr meri car ki check engine ki light fr aayi. Cylinder misfire ka errors aaya .Meri car ki clutch plates bhi isi karn se khraab huyi . Maine clutch plates new dalvayi agency ke kehne pr hor 4 spark plugs bhi change krvaye .
But problem fr vhi hai car jerk aur lag kr rhi hai .
Is retaled maine hyundai territory parts & service manager - saurabh bhamare [protected] and mr nitin [protected] se bhi contact kiya . But koi solution nhi mila . For your ready reference complaint no. 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected] .
Grover hyundai ke md mr kulwant singh g ne to mujhe ye bhi bol diya ki aap bahar se kaam krva lo agar aapko mere technician pasand nhi . Maine yeh service last 13000rs ki krvai aur abhi bhi agar clutch aur baaki problems hai to main kisi hor agency kyon jaon . Unka yeh attitude bilkul hi glt hai . Kya vo yeh hyundai ko represent kr rhe hai . Unki audio recording bhi maine attached ki hai .
So please is case ko strictly examine kiya jaaye aur nitin and saurabh bhamree se higher level pr ise examine kiya jaaye .
